Stereoregular poly(phenylacetylene) derivatives bearing L ‐leucine ethyl ester pendants, poly‐1 and poly‐2a , were, respectively, synthesized by the polymerization of N‐(4‐ethynylphenylcarbamoyl)‐L ‐leucine ethyl ester ( 1 ) and N‐(4‐ethynylphenyl‐carbonyl)‐L ‐leucine ethyl ester ( 2 ) using Rh(nbd)BPh4 as a catalyst, while stereoirregular poly‐2b was synthesized by solid‐state thermal polymerization of 2 . Their chiral recognition abilities for nine racemates were evaluated as chiral stationary phases (CSPs) for high‐performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) after coating them on silica gel. Both poly‐1 and poly‐2a with a helical conformation showed their characteristic recognition depending on coating solvents and the linkage groups between poly(phenylacetylene) and L ‐leucine ethyl ester pendants. Poly‐2a with a shorter amide linkage showed higher chiral recognition than poly‐1 with a longer urea linkage. Coating solvents played an important role in the chiral recognition of both poly‐1 and poly‐2a due to the different conformation of the polymer main chains induced by the solvents. A few racemates were effectively resolved on the poly‐2a coated with a MeOH/CHCl3 (3/7, v/v) mixture. The separation factors for these racemates were comparable to those obtained on the very popular CSPs derived from polysaccharide phenylcarbamates. Stereoirregular poly‐2b exhibited much lower chiral recognition than the corresponding stereoregular, helical poly‐2a , suggesting that the regular structure of poly(phenylacetylene) main chains is essential to attain high chiral recognition. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 通过糖单元6-位羟基的保护和去保护,运用区域选择性方法合成了6种新型多糖类氨基甲酸酯衍生物,分别为纤维素/直链淀粉-[2,3-二(3,5-二甲基苯基)-6-环己基]氨基甲酸酯、[2,3-二(3,5-二氯苯基)-6-环己基]氨基甲酸酯及[2,3-二(4-氯苯基)-6-环己基]氨基甲酸酯,并将其涂敷在氨丙基硅胶的表面制备HPLC手性固定相.利用1H-NMR与FTIR光谱技术对所合成衍生物进行结构表征和分析,并应用HPLC法评价其对于9种手性化合物的手性识别能力.通过与以手性识别能力高而著称且含有单一取代基的纤维素/直链淀粉-三(3,5-二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯)等手性固定相的对比分析表明,所合成新型手性固定相对于某些对映体显示出更优的手性识别能力.由进一步分析表明,糖单元2-、3-和6-位取代基的性能对于纤维素和直链淀粉氨基甲酸酯类衍生物的手性识别能力均具有较大影响.  相似文献

Five β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) derivatives bearing substituted phenylcarbamate/3-(triethoxysilyl)propylcarbamate groups at the 2-, 3-, and 6-positions of glucose unit and another five derivatives containing benzoate at the 2-position and substituted phenylcarbamate/3-(triethoxysilyl)propylcarbamate groups at the 3- and 6-positions were synthesized using the regioselective esterification method. The obtained β-CD derivatives were efficiently immobilized onto the silica gel through the intermolecular polycondensation of a small amount of the triethoxysilyl groups, which were used as the chiral stationary phases (CSPs) for high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The chiral separation properties of these CSPs were evaluated under the normal-phase HPLC. The effects of solvent polarity and the side chain structures of β-CD derivatives on the chiral recognition ability of the immobilized CSPs were investigated. Among these β-CD derivative CSPs, 2,3,6-tris(3,5-dichlorophenylcarbamate)-β-CD CSP showed a relatively high chiral recognition ability for the studied racemates. The regioselective esterification at the 2-position of glucose unit in the β-CD decreased the chiral recognition ability at the same conditions. For some racemates, the β-CD derivative CSPs showed chiral recognition abilities comparable or better to some chemical bonded β-CD derivative CSPs and 3,5-dichloro- and 3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamates of cellulose and amylose CSPs.  相似文献

通过对糖单元2-位进行选择性酯化以及6-位保护与去保护,运用区域选择性方法合成了5种新型直链淀粉类衍生物,分别为直链淀粉-2-苯甲酸酯-3-(4-氯苯基氨基甲酸酯)-6-(3,5-二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯)、直链淀粉-2-苯甲酸酯-3-(4-氯苯基氨基甲酸酯)-6-(3,5-二氯苯基氨基甲酸酯)、直链淀粉-2-苯甲酸酯-3,6-二(4-氯苯基氨基甲酸酯)、直链淀粉-2-(4-氯苯甲酸酯)-3,6-二(3,5-二氯苯基氨基甲酸酯)和直链淀粉-2-(4-氯苯甲酸酯)-3,6-二(环己基氨基甲酸酯),并将其涂覆在氨丙基硅胶表面制备了HPLC手性固定相。利用核磁共振-氢谱(1H-NMR)和傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)技术对所合成衍生物的结构进行了表征和分析,并用HPLC法评价所合成衍生物的手性识别能力。与具有单一取代基直链淀粉类手性固定相的对比分析表明,所合成的新型直链淀粉类手性固定相对于某些对映体具有更为优异的拆分结果。进一步分析表明,2-、3-和6-位取代基的性能和引入位置对直链淀粉衍生物的手性识别能力均有较大的影响。  相似文献

采用Rh(nbd)BPh4催化剂合成了3种侧链带有L-氨基酸乙酯的螺旋聚苯乙炔衍生物PPA-S-Phe、PPA-S-Leu和PPA-A-Leu,并将其涂覆在氨丙基硅胶上制备高效液相色谱(HPLC)手性固定相(CSP),研究其对7种对映体的手性识别能力.由于侧链手性基团或主链与手性基团之间的链接基团不同,PPA-S-Phe、PPA-S-Leu和PPA-A-Leu形成了不同的螺旋构象,并表现出对对映体不同的手性识别能力.PPA-S-Phe和PPA-S-Leu的主链与手性基团之间的链接基团均为磺酰胺基,侧链手性基团为L-亮氨酸乙酯的PPA-S-Leu的手性识别能力优于侧链手性基团为L-苯丙氨酸乙酯的PPA-S-Phe.PPA-S-Leu和PPA-A-Leu的侧链手性基团均为L-亮氨酸乙酯,以酰胺基为链接基团的PPA-A-Leu的手性识别能力明显优于以磺酰胺基为链接基团的PPA-S-Leu.螺旋聚苯乙炔主链与侧链手性基团之间的链接基团、侧链手性基团在手性识别中均发挥十分着重要作用.  相似文献

通过区域选择性方法制备了两种新型淀粉衍生物,分别为淀粉2-苯甲酸酯-3-(4-甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯)-6-(3,5-二氯苯基氨基甲酸酯)和淀粉2-苯甲酸酯-3-(3,5-二氯苯基氨基甲酸酯)-6-(4-甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯),将二者分别涂覆于氨丙基硅胶后用作液相色谱手性固定相。研究表明:所制备的手性固定相显示出特异的手性识别能力,其手性识别能力明显高于均匀取代淀粉衍生物——淀粉三(3,5-二氯苯基氨基甲酸酯),取代基的性质及在葡萄糖单元上的位置对手性固定相的手性识别能力有较大的影响。一些未在商品化的手性柱Chiralpak AD上得到有效分离的手性化合物在所制备的固定相上得到了更好的分离。所测试的8对对映体在淀粉2-苯甲酸酯-3-(4-甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯)-6-(3,5-二氯苯基氨基甲酸酯)固定相上均得到了分离,因而此固定相的手性识别能力较强,具有潜在的应用价值。  相似文献

Two new chiral calix[4] arenes bearing chiral pendants,which were from by-product of the antibiotic industry,were synthesized and characterized by ^1H NMR.MS-FAB and elemental analysis,Studies of ^1H NMR of the two calix[4] arene derivatives indicate that they exist in cone conformation in solution.Results of chiral recognition of the two chiral ligands 2a and 2b towards the tartaric acid derivative 3 show that ligand 2a exhibited good chiral recognition abilities compared to ligand 2b.  相似文献

为了扩展多糖类手性固定相的种类,制备了基于淀粉及纤维素三(3-三氟甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯)的涂敷型手性固定相,以正己烷-异丙醇混合液为流动相,对8种手性化合物进行了高效液相色谱拆分。研究表明: 虽然与应用最广泛的分别以淀粉及纤维素三(3,5-二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯)为手性选择因子的商品化手性柱Chiralpak AD和Chiralcel OD相比,所制备的手性固定相的手性分离能力较低,但纤维素三(3-三氟甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯)手性固定相显示出特异的手性识别能力,一些手性化合物在此固定相上得到了比在Chiracel OD上更好的分离;所制备的手性固定相的手性识别能力随流动相中异丙醇含量的降低而变好,当流动相中正己烷与异丙醇的体积比为95:5时所制备的手性固定相显示出相对较高的手性识别能力;总体来说,淀粉三(3-三氟甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯)手性固定相的手性识别能力稍强于纤维素三(3-三氟甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯)手性固定相,同时两种手性固定相的手性识别能力具有一定的互补性。  相似文献

Twenty different tris(phenylcarbamate)s of cellulose were synthesized and evaluated as chiral stationary phases for HPLC. Optical resolving power of the tris(phenylcarbamate)s depends on the substituents introduced on the phenyl groups. Optical resolving abilities of amylose tris(phenylcarbamate)s were also evaluated. In most cases, either cellulose tris(3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate) or amylose tris(3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate) exhibited the highest optical resolving ability. Aralkylcarba-mates such as benzyl- and 1-phenylethylcarbamates of cellulose and amylose were also tested as chiral stationary phases. (S)-1-Phenylethylcarbamate of amylose showed a high optical resolving power.  相似文献

A chiral recognition mechanism which can rationalize the resolution of N-(3,5-dinitrobenzoyl)-α-amino amides on chiral stationary phases (CSPs) obtained from N-(3,5-dinitrobenzoyl)leucine amide derivatives has been proposed on the basis of the chromatographic resolution behavior of various N-(3,5-dinitrobenzoyl)-α-amino acid derivatives and N-(various benzoyl)leucine N-propyl amides. The proposed chiral recognition mechanism utilizes two hydrogen bonding interactions between the CSP and the analyte and a π-π donor-acceptor interaction between the N-(3,5-dinitrobenzoyl) groups of the CSP and the analyte. From the chiral recognition mechanism proposed, it has been concluded that the resolution of π-acidic N-(3,5-dinitrobenzoyl)-α-amino acid derivatives on π-acidic CSPs derived from N-(3,5-dinitrobenzoyl)leucine amide delivatives is not unusual, but is merely the extension of the resolution of the π-basic racemates on π-acidic CSPs. However, the chromatographic behavior of the resolution of N-(3,5-dinitrobenzoyl)phenylglycine derivatives on CSPs derived from N-(3,5-dinitrobenzoyl)leucine amide derivatives is different from that of the resolution of other N-(3,5-dinitrobenzoyl)-α-amino acid derivatives. To rationalize this exceptional behavior, a second chiral recognition mechanism which utilizes two hydrogen bonding interactions (which are different from those of the first chiral recognition mechanism) between the CSP and the analytes and a π-π donor-acceptor interaction between the N-(3,5-dinitrobenzoyl) group of the CSP and the phenyl group of the analytes has been proposed to compete with the first chiral recognition mechanism. In this instance, it has been proposed that the separation factors and the elution orders of the resolution of N-(3,5-dinitrobenzoyl)phenylglycine derivatives are dependent on the balance of the two competing chiral recognition mechanisms.  相似文献

Three polysaccharide phenylcarbamate derivatives [cellulose 2,3-bis(3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate)-6-(3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate)/(2-methacryloyloxyethylcarbamate), cellulose 2,3-bis(3,5-dichlorophenylcarbamate)-6-(3,5-dichlorophenylcarbamate)/(2-methacryloyloxyethylcarbamate), and amylose 2,3-bis(3, 5-dimethylphenylcarbamate)-6-(3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate)/(2-methacryloyloxyethylcarbamate)] with vinyl groups were prepared and coated onto silica gel to immobilize them via radical copolymerization with 2,3-dimethylbutadiene. The copolymerization efficiently proceeded, and the coated polysaccharide derivatives were mostly immobilized on the surface of the silica gel. The immobilized polysaccharide derivatives showed high chiral recognition abilities similar to those of the corresponding coated polysaccharide derivatives. A new class of regioselectively substituted amylose derivatives bearing three different substituents at 2-, 3- and 6-positions, and two different substituents at 2-position and 3-, 6-positions were synthesized by a sequential process based on the esterification of 2-position of a glucose unit. Their chiral recognition abilities were evaluated as chiral stationary phases (CSPs) for high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Each derivative had its own characteristic recognition ability depending on the arrangement of side chains at the three positions. Among the derivatives, amylose 2-(4-t-butylbenzoate) and amylose 2-(4-chlorobenzoate) series exhibited high chiral recognition. Some racemates can be efficiently separated on these derivatives as well as on the amylose tris-3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate, which is commercially available as Chiralpak AD and one of the most powerful CSPs. The structures of the amylose derivatives were also investigated by circular dichroism spectroscopy.  相似文献

Molecularly imprinted polymeric membranes were prepared from polystyrene resin bearing tetrapeptide derivatives H‐Asp(OcHex)‐Leu‐Asp(OcHex)‐Glu(OBzl)‐OCH2‐ (DLDE) consisting of D ‐amino acid residues or L ‐amino acid residues. The tetrapeptide derivatives were converted into chiral recognition sites by using not only an optically pure Boc‐Trp but also racemic Boc‐Trps as a print molecule. The chiral recognition ability depends on the combination of the absolute configuration of the print molecule and that of constituting amino acid residues. The membrane prepared from a DLDE derivative consisting of D ‐amino acid residues and imprinted by Boc‐D ‐Trp recognized the D ‐isomer in preference to the corresponding L ‐isomer and vice versa. In the present study, it was also made clear that racemic print molecules were effective in generating chiral recognition sites. The affinity constant of the generated chiral recognition site was determined to be 9.6 × 103 mol?1 · dm3, which was independent of the molecular imprinting conditions. Enantioselective permeation was attained by applying electrodialysis. An optimum permselectivity of 5.9, which corresponds to the adsorption selectivity, was attained.

To gain insight into chiral recognition in porous materials we have prepared a family of fourth generation chiral metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) that have rigid frameworks and adaptable (flexible) pores. The previously reported parent material, [Co2(S‐mandelate)2(4,4′‐bipyridine)3](NO3)2, CMOM‐ 1S , is a modular MOF; five new variants in which counterions (BF4?, CMOM‐ 2S ) or mandelate ligands are substituted (2‐Cl, CMOM‐ 11R ; 3‐Cl, CMOM‐ 21R ; 4‐Cl, CMOM‐ 31R ; 4‐CH3, CMOM‐ 41R ) and the existing CF3SO3? variant CMOM‐ 3S are studied herein. Fine‐tuning of pore size, shape, and chemistry afforded a series of distinct host–guest binding sites with variable chiral separation properties with respect to three structural isomers of phenylpropanol. Structural analysis of the resulting crystalline sponge phases revealed that host–guest interactions, guest–guest interactions, and pore adaptability collectively determine chiral discrimination.  相似文献

纤维素三(3,5-二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯)是液相色谱中使用最广泛的手性柱。该文详细地研究了不同程度衍生的纤维素(3,5-二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯)以及不同硅胶(粗制硅胶、氨丙基粗制硅胶、精制硅胶、氨丙基精制硅胶、大孔硅胶、氨丙基大孔硅胶)作为支撑体对该柱手性分离能力的影响。自制了13根手性色谱柱,分别考察了其对16种外消旋体的拆分,分离结果显示:三取代纤维素柱 > 二取代纤维素柱 > 纤维素柱;精制硅胶和大孔硅胶优于粗制硅胶,大孔硅胶的柱压更低;硅胶的氨丙基化对手性选择性有一定的影响;这些手性柱之间具有一定的互补性,尤其是纤维素柱。该文有助于人们更深刻地理解和更好地把握高效液相色谱手性柱的制备。  相似文献

The 3,5-dichlorophenylcarbamates (2) of cellulose bearing a small amount of 3-(triethoxysilyl)propyl residues were synthesized by a one-pot process and immobilized onto a silica gel through intermolecular polycondensation of the triethoxysilyl groups. The obtained cellulose derivatives were characterized by (1) H NMR and elemental analysis (EA), and their recognition abilities were evaluated by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The cellulose derivatives containing about 1-5% of the 3-(triethoxysilyl)propyl residue were efficiently immobilized with a high chiral recognition ability. The immobilized chiral packing materials (CPMs) could be used with the eluents containing chloroform and tetrahydrofuran (THF), which cannot be used with the conventional coated-type chiral packing materials. By using these eluents, the chiral recognition for many racemates was improved.  相似文献

Novel chiral N‐propargylphosphonamidate monomers (HC?CCH2NHP(?O)R? O? menthyl, 1 : R = CH3, 2 : R = C2H5, 3 : R = n‐C3H7, 4 : R = Ph) were synthesized by the reaction of the corresponding phosphonic dichlorides with menthol and propargylamine. Pairs of diastereomeric monomers 1 – 4 with different ratios were obtained due to the chiral P‐center and menthyl group. One diastereomer could be separated from another one in the cases of monomers 1 and 2 . Polymerization of 1 – 4 with (nbd)Rh+6‐C6H5B?(C6H5)3] as a catalyst in CHCl3 gave the polymers with number‐average molecular weights ranging from 5000 to 12,000 in 65–85%. Poly( 1 )–poly( 4 ) exhibited quantitative cis contents, and much larger specific rotations than 1 – 4 did in CHCl3. The polymers showed an intense Cotton effect around 325 nm based on the conjugated polyacetylene backbone. It was indicated that the polymers took a helical structure with predominantly one‐handed screw sense, and intramolecular hydrogen bonding between P?O and N? H of the polymers contributed to the stability of the helical structure. Poly( 1a ) and poly( 2a ) decreased the CD intensity upon raising CH3OH content in CHCl3/CH3OH. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Herein, macromolecular gears composed of helical poly(phenylacetylenes) (PPAs) bearing short oligopeptides as pendant groups are described, in which the two structural motifs (framework and substituents) are combined. These gears are obtained by polymerization of the acetylene groups introduced at the C‐terminus of short oligopeptides formed by achiral (Aib)n units (n=1–3) derivatized at the N‐terminus by a single enantiomer (R or S) of α‐methoxy‐α‐trifluoromethylphenylacetic acid (MTPA, Mosher's reagent). The chiral information of the MTPA is transmitted to the achiral Aib fragments and, through either chiral tele‐induction and/or chiral harvesting mechanisms, is further transferred to the polyene backbones, which adopt preferentially P or M helical senses. Moreover, these materials also show dynamic behavior and respond to the action of external stimuli by either inverting the P/M sense and/or modifying the elongation in fully reversible processes.  相似文献

The 3,5‐dimethylphenylcarbamates of cellulose and amylose were effectively immobilized onto plain silica gels as chiral packing materials (CPMs) for HPLC by means of intermolecular polycondensation of triethoxysilyl groups introduced with (3‐glycidoxypropyl)triethoxysilane. The immobilization and chiral recognition abilities of the obtained CPMs prepared with different amounts of (3‐glycidoxypropyl)triethoxysilane were investigated. In addition, the solvent compatibilities of the immobilized‐type CPMs were examined with eluents containing chloroform and THF. When these eluents were used, for most of the tested racemates, the chiral resolving abilities of the obtained CPMs were improved.  相似文献
