合成了2', 3'和4'-硼酸基苯甲醛-7-(8-羟基-5-磺酸基)喹啉腙衍生物(化合物1~3), 研究了硼酸基团取代位置对主体分子识别金属离子客体性能的影响, 比较了不同主体分子与Pb2+结合能力的差异. 研究结果表明, 在pH=7.0的KH2PO4-NaOH缓冲溶液中, 3种腙衍生物对Pb2+均具有选择性识别作用, 主客体分子间形成1∶1型的发光配合物. 其中邻位取代的化合物1与Pb2+的结合能力比化合物2和3强, 配合物1-Pb2+的最大发射波长为477 nm, 稳定常数为1.1×103 L/mol. 其它金属离子如Cu2+, Mn2+, Mg2+, Fe2+, Ca2+, Co2+, Ni2+, Hg2+, Cd2+和Ag+ 等对主体分子荧光光谱的影响较小. 同时, 荧光强度的变化值与Pb2+浓度在0.36~10 μmol/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系, 相关系数R=0.9976(n=16), 检出限为0.23 μmol/L. 将此方法用于环境水样中Pb2+的测定, 回收率为92%~108%. 相似文献

建立了ICP-MS/MS测定壳聚糖中重金属元素的分析方法。壳聚糖经3%的柠檬酸溶解,采用ICP-M S/M S直接进样测定样品溶液中的8个重金属元素Cr,Co,Ni,Cu,As,Cd,Hg,Pb。在M S/M S模式下,基于Cr~+,Co~+,Ni~+,Cu~+能与NH_3反应形成团簇离子,采用NH_3/He质量转移法消除了Cr,Co,Ni,Cu的质谱干扰;基于As~+能与O_2反应形成AsO~+,采用O_2质量转移法消除了As的质谱干扰;基于Cd~+的干扰离子能与O_2发生质量转移反应,而Cd~+不与O_2发生反应,采用O_2原位质量法消除了Cd的质谱干扰。元素的检出限范围0. 38~6. 20 ng/L。采用所建立的分析方法对实际样品进行分析,样品的加标回收率在94. 5%~105. 5%之间,相对标准偏差≤3. 8%,方法适用于壳聚糖中多个重金属元素测定。 相似文献

设计合成了2种新型N-芳基香豆素甲基酮缩氨基硫脲受体分子S1和S2, 利用紫外-可见(UV-Vis)吸收光谱考察了其对Fe3+, Hg2+, Ag+, Ca2+, Cu2+, Zn2+, Pb2+, Cd2+, Ni2+, Cr3+和Mg2+等阳离子的识别作用. 结果表明, 当加入Cu2+时, 溶液颜色立刻由无色变为黄色, 而加入其它阳离子则无变化, 从而实现了对Cu2+的裸眼检测, 具有专一选择性比色识别效果. 通过计算可知, 受体分子S2对Cu2+的络合常数大于S1, 且主客体间形成1: 1的配合物. 受体分子S2对Cu2+的检出限为2.0×10-7 mol/L, 稳定常数Ks=1.02×105 L/mol. 另外, 在EDTA存在时, 配合物可以释放出Cu2+, 与EDTA结合, 表现出对Cu2+的"off-on"模式. 相似文献

合成了以吖啶为发色团,以二吡啶甲基胺为离子受体的Cu2+荧光探针,并进行了表征及离子识别性能的研究。研究表明该化合物对Cu2+具有良好的识别性能,同时相对于Na+, K+, Ca2+, Cd2+, Co2+, Hg2+, Mg2+, Mn2+, Ni2+, Fe3+, Zn2+, Ag+ and Pb2+.等金属离子具有良好的选择性。并研究了EDTA作用下荧光恢复性能,结果表明该化合物具有Cu2+引发的荧光开光功能。 相似文献

设计合成了2个新型水溶性中氮茚季铵盐化合物4a{氯化2-[N'-(3-氰基-中氮茚-1-甲酰基)肼基]酰乙基-1-吡啶鎓盐}和4b{氯化2-[N'-(3-氰基-中氮茚-1-甲酰基)肼基]酰乙基-1-(2-甲基吡啶)鎓盐},采用红外光谱、核磁共振、质谱和元素分析对其进行了结构表征,并研究了它们的光谱性质.选取Cu2+,Zn2+,Ca2+,Cr3+,Co2+,Al3+,Mn2+,Ni2+,Ba2+,Hg2+,Fe3+,Cd2+,Mg2+,Pb2+,Li+和Ag+等16种常见金属离子,对2个化合物进行了离子识别实验.结果表明,化合物4a和4b在一定浓度范围内对铜离子均具有良好的选择性识别能力,受常见离子干扰小.由于空间位阻的影响,化合物4a具有比4b更高的灵敏性. 相似文献

检测了14种不同的金属离子对两种漆酶(laccaseA和laccaseB,简称LacA和LacB)活性的影响.结果表明:Al3+,Fe3+,Ag+,Hg2+对两种漆酶的活性都有抑制作用,其中Fe3+,Ag+的抑制作用最强,酶活完全损失;Mg2+,Cu2+对两种漆酶的活性有激活作用. 相似文献

A hydroxyl substituted phenolic Schiff base 1, used as sensor for detection of Zn^2+, was synthesized and investigated. It was found that a strong fluorescence emission was observed when 1 bound to Zn^2+ in acetonitrile, whereas no fluorescence emission was detected when 1 bound to other metal ions (Fe^2+, Co^2+, Ni^2+, Cu^2+, Cd^2+, Hg^2+, Mg^2+, Pb^2+, Ca^2+, Ba^2+, Sr^2+) except for Mg^2+, for which a weak fluorescence emission was detected in the same condition. Competition experiment showed that no obvious interference was observed in its fluorescence while 1 performed the titration with Zn^2+ in the different mixtures of metal ions. To understand the site where Zn^2+ coordinated to the ligand and the mechanism of binding, three other hydroxyl substituted phenolic Schiff bases 2-4 were synthesized and their binding reactions with Zn^2+were also investigated. 相似文献

Heavy metal cations Cd~(2+), Pb~(2+), and Hg~(2+)were added to substitute for Ca~(2+)in culture media to study their effect on the relationship between CaM and the proliferation of cultured rabbit aortic smooth muscle cells (ASMC). It was found that all the heavy metal cations studied stimulated the proliferation of ASMC in varying degrees, increased the CaM content in cells at late G_1 stage and decreased the activity of cAMP PDE. These results suggest that the adverse effect of heavy metals may be related to the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis and hypertensive disease. 相似文献

A new simple bifunctional chemosensor 1 based on rhodamine was synthesized by hydrazide and formylformic acid,which could detect Cu~(2+) and Hg~(2+) via dif ferent detecting methods in CH3 CN-HEPES buffer solution(20 mmol/L,pH 7.4)(1:9,v/v) respectively.When sensor 1 bound with Cu~(2+),it showed a colorimetric change,while a selective enhancement in fluorescence occurred upon 1 binding with Hg~(2+),resulting from the spirolatam-ring opening process.The binding modes of 1 with Cu~(2+) and Hg~(2+) were investigated based on UV,fluorescence change,ESI-Mass and Job's Plot data.Moreover,sensor 1 could selectively detect target ion in a mixed solution of Cu~(2+) and Hg~(2+),and the two metal ions do not inte rfere with each other in the process of detecting Cu~(2+) or Hg~(2+) with 1. 相似文献
