A series of Ni/SBA-15 catalysts with Ni contents from 7.5 wt% to 15 wt% were prepared by impregnation method. The effect of O2 and H2O on the combined reforming of the simulated biogas to syngas was investigated in a continuous flow fixed-bed micro-reactor. The stability of the catalyst was tested at 800 ℃. The results indicated that 10 wt%Ni/SBA-15 catalyst exhibited the highest catalytic activities for the combined reforming of the simulated biogas to syngas. Under the reaction conditions of the feed gas molar ratios CH4/CO2/O2/H2O = 2/1/0.6/0.6, GHSV = 24000 ml•g{cat}-1\cdoth-1 and the reaction temperatureT = 800 ℃, the conversions of CH4 and CO2 were 92.8% and 76.3%, respectively, and the yields of CO and H2 were 99.0% and 82.0%, respectively. The catalytic activities of the catalyst did not decrease obviously after 100 h reaction time on stream.  相似文献

A series of Ni/SBA-15 catalysts with Ni contents ranging from 5wt% to 20wt% as well as 10wt%Ni/10wt?xZn-xO2/SBA-15 (z=0, 0.5, 1) were prepared. The structures of the catalysts were characterized using XRD, TPR, TEM and BET techniques. The catalytic activities of the catalysts for steam reforming of methane were evaluated in a continuous flow microreactor. The results indicated that both the Ni/SBA-15 and the Ni/CexZr1-xO2/SBA-15 catalysts had good catalytic activities at atmospheric pressure. The 10wt%Ni/SBA-15 catalyst exhibited excellent stability at 800癈 for time on stream of 740 h. After the reaction, carbon deposits were not formed on the surface of the catalyst. There existed a regular hexagonal mesoporous structure in the Ni/SBA-15 and the Ni/CexZr1-xO2/SBA-15 catalysts. The nickel species and the CexZr1-xO2 component were all confined in the SBA-15 mesopores. The CexZr1-xO2 could promote dispersion of the nickel species in the Ni/CexZr1-xO2/SBA-15 catalysts.  相似文献

以介孔分子筛SBA-15为载体, 采用浸渍法制备了镍质量分数(w)为12.5%, 并且分别添加质量分数(w)为2.5%的镧、铈、镁、钙、锶等助剂的系列Ni基催化剂. 以CH4/CO2体积比为2:1的模拟生物沼气和适量氧气作为原料气, 在常压固定床反应器上评价了催化剂对模拟生物沼气重整制合成气的反应性能. 采用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、N2吸附/脱附、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)及H2程序升温还原(H2-TPR)等对催化剂的结构进行了表征. 催化活性评价显示, 添加镧助剂的2.5%La/12.5%Ni/SBA-15催化剂比添加铈、镁、钙、锶等助剂的催化剂具有更高的催化活性, 并且具有很好的稳定性. 因此, 文中着重研究了镧助剂对催化剂结构和模拟生物沼气重整制合成气的反应性能的影响. 结果表明, 镧能明显提高Ni/SBA-15催化剂的表面镍含量, 同时还具有很好的抗积炭作用, 在850 ℃的温度下反应820 h没有发现积炭生成, 这些可能是提高催化剂性能和稳定性的重要因素.  相似文献

A series of Ni/SBA-15 catalysts with Ni contents ranging from 5 wt% to 15 wt%, as well as another series of 10%Ni/MgO/SBA-15 catalysts, in which the range of the MgO content was from 1 wt% to 7 wt%, were prepared, and their catalytic performances for the reaction of combined steam and carbon dioxide reforming of methane were investigated in a continuous flow microreactor. The structures of the catalysts were characterized using the XRD, H2-TPR and CO2-TPD techniques. The results indicated that the CO selectivity for this reaction was very close to 100%, and the H2/CO ratio of the product gas could be controlled by changing the H2O/CO2 molar ratio of the feed gas. The simultaneous and plentiful existing of steam and CO2 had a significant influence on the catalytic performance of the 10%Ni/SBA-15 catalyst without modification. After reacting at 850 °C for 120 h over this catalyst, the CH4 conversion dropped from 98% to 85%, and the CO2 conversion decreased from 86% to 53%. However, the 10%Ni/3%MgO/SBA-15 catalyst exhibited a much better catalytic performance, and after reacting for 620 h, the CO2 conversion over this catalyst dropped from 92% to around 77%, while the CH4 conversion was not decreased. Oxidation of the Ni0 species as well as carbon deposition during the reaction were the main reasons for the deactivation of the catalyst without modification. On the other hand, modification by the MgO promoter improved the dispersion of the Ni0 species, and enhanced the CO2 adsorption affinity which in turn depressed the occurring of carbon deposition, and thus retarded the deactivation process.  相似文献

A series of Ni/SBA-15 catalysts with 5wt% to 15wt% Ni content as well as a series of 12.5%Ni/Cu/SBA-15 catalysts with 1% to 10% copper content were prepared by the impregnation method. The catalytic performance for partial oxidation of methane was investigated in a continuous flow microreactor under atmospheric pressure. The textural and chemical properties of the catalysts were characterized by XRD, TEM, BET and H2-TPR techniques. The results indicated that the catalysts modified with Cu promoter showed better performance than those without modification. For the 12.5%Ni/2.5%/Cu/SBA-15 catalyst, at 850 ◦C the conversion of CH4 reached 97.9% and the selectivity of CO and H2 reached 98.0% and 96.0%, respectively. In XRD patterns of the Ni/Cu/SBA-15 catalyst with 7.5 to 10% Cu contents there were CuO characteristic peaks beside NiO characteristic peaks. The mesoporous structure of SBA-15 was retained in all of the catalysts. TPR analysis of the catalysts revealed that a strong interaction between Ni, Cu promoter and SBA-15 support may be existed. This interaction enhanced significantly the redox properties of the catalysts resulting in the higher catalytic activity.  相似文献

A series of Co-Ni2P/SBA-15 catalysts with various Co contents, Ni2P contents and P/Ni molar ratios were prepared by impregnating nickel nitrate, diammonium hydrogen phosphate, and then cobalt nitrate into SBA-15 support followed by temperature-programmed reduction in a H2 flow. The catalyst structure was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), high resolution-transmission electron microscopy(HR-TEM)and N2adsorption-desorption techniques and their catalytic performance of the hydrodesulfurization(HDS) of dibenzothiophene(DBT) was evaluated. The effects of Co contents, Ni2 P contents and P/Ni molar ratios on the catalyst structure and HDS of DBT over the Co-Ni2P/SBA-15 catalyst were investigated. The results indicated that the mesoporous structure was mainly maintained and the nickel phosphides were well dispersed in all of the characterized catalysts. The 4Co-25Ni2P/SBA-15(P/Ni = 0.8) catalyst with the Co and Ni2 P contents of 4 wt% and25 wt%, respectively, and the P/Ni molar ratio of 0.8 showed the highest catalytic performance for HDS of DBT. Under the reaction conditions of 380?C and 3.0 MPa, the DBT conversion can reach 99.62%. The HDS of DBT proceeded mainly via the direct desulfurization(DDS)pathway with biphenyl(BP) as the dominant product on all of the catalysts and the BP selectivity was slightly enhanced after the introduction of Co promoters.  相似文献

采用浸渍法制备了SiO2, γ-Al2O3, CaO和TiO2负载的Ni催化剂, 以及不同MgO含量的MgO-7.5%Ni/γ-Al2O3催化剂,利用X射线衍射和N2吸附-脱附技术表征了催化剂的结构,在固定床反应器上评价了它们在稻草水蒸气催化重整制合成气反应中的催化性能,考察了反应条件对催化剂性能的影响.结果表明, 以γ-Al2O3为载体时Ni催化剂活性最高,其中7.5%Ni/γ-Al2O3催化剂的H2收率可达1071.3ml/g,H2:CO的体积比为1.4:1;同时,MgO的添加进一步提高了该催化剂的性能,当MgO含量为1.0%时,H2收率可达1194.6ml/g,H2:CO体积比可达3.9:1.可见MgO的加入促进了Ni基催化剂上稻草水蒸气催化重整制合成气反应的进行,同时使得合成气中CO发生水-汽转换反应,从而大大提高了合成气中H2含量.  相似文献

以磷酸氢二铵为磷源,硝酸镍为镍源,硝酸铝为助剂铝源,制备了nP/nNi=0.8,Al含量为1.06wt%~6.35wt%的一系列Al-Ni2P/SBA-15催化剂。采用XRD、TEM和N2吸脱附等技术对催化剂的结构进行了表征研究,以二苯并噻吩(DBT)作为模型化合物,在微型固定床反应器上对催化剂的加氢脱硫(HDS)性能进行了评价。结果表明,Al修饰的Al-Ni2P/SBA-15催化剂仍然保持介孔结构,当Al含量低于5.29wt%时,催化剂的物相主要是Ni2P,当Al含量在5.29wt%-6.35wt%之间时,催化剂的物相为Ni2P和Ni12P5。Al含量为4.24wt%的3-Al-Ni2P/SBA-15催化剂具有最好的二苯并噻吩加氢脱硫催化活性,在反应温度为360 ℃,反应压力为3.0 MP的条件下,3-Al-Ni2P/SBA-15催化剂对二苯并噻吩的转化率可达99.0%。  相似文献

通过软模板法合成了SBA-16分子筛,采用高温氨气氮化的方法使有序介孔硅材料中的氧原子部分被氮原子取代,得到氮化的SBA-16载体(SBA-16-N)。采用满孔浸渍法制备了镍基催化剂,并将制得的Ni/SBA-16和Ni/SBA-16-N催化剂用于甲烷二氧化碳重整反应。通过透射电镜、氮气物理吸附、X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱和二氧化碳程序升温脱附等手段研究了载体和催化剂的结构,并利用热重分析对反应之后回收催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,高温氮化后的分子筛中掺入了氮元素,增加了载体的碱性,改善了载体对反应气体的吸附活化能力,增强了载体与金属之间的相互作用,从而提高了催化剂的活性和抗积炭性能。  相似文献

以稀土金属Nd,Ce或La的氧化物为助剂,采用β-环糊精浸渍法对Ni/SBA-15催化剂进行了改性,并运用X射线衍射、N2吸附-脱附、程序升温还原和热重等手段考察了改性的催化剂在CO2重整CH4制合成气反应中的催化性能. 结果表明,Nd等稀土金属氧化物的添加对催化剂孔结构和晶相结构等性质影响不大,但可影响NiO的还原; Nd的添加使NiO与载体之间以Ni-Nd-O形式相互作用,促进了活性组分NiO的还原. 其中,Nd的添加量为5-10 wt%时所制备的催化剂在重整反应中的催化活性最高,且具有很强的抗积碳性能. La和Ce氧化物促进的Ni催化剂也表现出类似的性质和催化性能.  相似文献

Ni/ZrO2 catalysts were prepared by the incipient-wetness impregnation method and were investigated in activity and selectivity for the selective catalytic methanation of CO in hydrogen-rich gases with more than 20 vol% CO2. The result showed that Ni loadings significantly influenced the performance of Ni/ZrO2 catalyst. The 1.6 wt% Ni loading catalyst exhibited the highest catalytic activity among all the catalysts in the selective methanation of CO in hydrogen-rich gas. The outlet concentration of CO was less than 20 ppm with the hydrogen consumption below 7%, at a gas-hourly-space velocity as high as 10000 h-1 and a temperature range of 260 °C to 280 °C. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) and temperature programmed reduction (TPR) measurements showed that NiO was dispersed thoroughly on the surface of ZrO2 support if Ni loading was under 1.6 wt%. When Ni loading was increased to 3 wt% or above, the free bulk NiO species began to assemble, which was not favorable to increase the selectivity of the catalyst.  相似文献

考察了CeO2修饰及未修饰的Ni/Mo/SBA-15催化剂在CH4-CO2重整上的催化性能并采用N2吸脱附、CO2程序升温脱附、H2程序升温还原、傅里叶红外光谱、X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜和X射线光电子能谱对催化剂进行了表征.结果表明,在常压,800oC条件下,经过100h在线评价后,Ni/Mo/SBA-15和CeO2/Ni/Mo/SBA-15催化剂仍具有高的反应活性和规整的六方介孔结构,其中CeO2修饰的CeO2/Ni/Mo/SBA-15催化剂表面没有积炭形成,表明CeO2的加入促进了Ni物种在SBA-15介孔分子筛表面的分散,从而阻止了Ce/Ni/Mo/SBA-15催化剂上Ni的烧结和积炭.  相似文献

Catalytic hydrodeoxygenation (HDO) of anisole, a methoxy-rich lignin-derived bio-oil model compound, was carried out over a series of Ni-containing (5, 10, 20, and 30 wt%) catalysts with commercial silica and ordered mesoporous silica SBA-15 as support. Both supports and catalysts were characterized by N2 adsorption–desorption isotherms, X-ray diffraction, CO chemisorption, and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Catalytic reaction was performed at 250 °C and 10 bar H2 pressure. Depending on the catalyst support used and the content of active metal, the catalytic activity and product distribution changed drastically. Increase of the nickel loading resulted in increased anisole conversion and C6 hydrocarbon (benzene and cyclohexane) yield. However, loading more Ni than 20 wt% resulted in a decrease of both conversion and C6 yield due to agglomeration of Ni particles. In addition, Ni/SBA-15 samples exhibited much stronger catalytic activity and selectivity toward C6 hydrocarbon products compared with Ni/silica catalysts. The differences in catalytic activity among these catalysts can be attributed to the effect of the pore size and pore structure of mesoporous SBA-15. SBA-15 can accommodate more Ni species inside channels than conventional silica due to its high pore volume with uniform pore structure, leading to high HDO catalytic activity.  相似文献

The Ni/Mo/SBA-15 catalyst was modified by La2O3 in order to improve its thermal stability and carbon deposition resistance during the CO2 reforming of methane to syngas. The catalytic performance, thermal stability, structure, dispersion of nickel and carbon deposition of the modified and unmodified catalysts were comparatively investigated by many characterization techniques such as N2 adsorption, H2-TPR, CO2-TPD, XRD, FT-IR and SEM. It was found that the major role of La2O3 additive was to improve the pore structure and inhibit carbon deposition on the catalyst surface. The La2O3 modified Ni/Mo/SBA-15 catalyst possessed a mesoporous structure and high surface area. The high surface area of the La2O3 modified catalysts resulted in strong interaction between Ni and Mo-La, which improved the dispersion of Ni, and retarded the sintering of Ni during the CO2 reforming process. The reaction evaluation results also showed that the La2O3 modified Ni/Mo/SBA-15 catalysts exhibited high stability.  相似文献

以介孔分子筛SBA-15为载体,Ni组分采用柠檬酸(CA)配合法,制备了Ni2P质量含量为25%~45%、P/Ni为0.8、CA/Ni为0~1.5的一系列CA-Ni2P/SBA-15催化剂.利用XRD和N2吸脱附表征了催化剂结构,以二苯并噻吩(DBT)为模型硫合物,对催化剂加氢脱硫(HDS)性能进行了评价,考察了CA/Ni比对催化剂结构和反应性能的影响.结果表明,催化剂仍然保持有介孔结构,催化活性物相为Ni2P.反应温度为300~340℃时,Ni2P含量和CA/Ni比都对催化剂的性能有一定的影响,反应温度在360℃以上时,Ni2P含量和CA/Ni比对催化剂性能的影响不明显.Ni2P含量为35%、CA/Ni比为1.0的催化剂具有最好的HDS活性,DBT的转化率可达98%.  相似文献

A series of M-modified hexaaluminates, MNiAl(11)O(19-|?)(M=Ca, Sr, Ba), were prepared as new catalysts for methane reforming With CO2 to syngas. The structures and catalytic activities of these catalysts were investigated. These catalysts exhibited high catalytic activities and good stability for methane reforming With CO2 to syngas at high temperatures. The conversions of CH4 and CO2 were over 93.4% and 91.2%, respectively. When the reaction was carried out at 780oC for 2 h. no Ni sintering and catalyst deactivation were found.  相似文献

Dry reforming of methane has been carried out on SBA-15 catalysts containing 5 wt% Ni and 6 wt% Ce. The effect of the order of Ni and Ce impregnation on the catalytic activity has been studied. Both metals were added using the “two-solvent” method that favors metal dispersion inside the pores. Characterizations by XRD (low and high angles), N2 sorption, SEM and TEM of the materials after metal addition and calcination indicate good preservation of the porosities and high NiO and CeO2 dispersion inside the porous channels. Reduction was carried out before the catalytic tests and followed by TPR measurements. The most active reduced catalyst was the Ni–Ce/SBA-15 sample prepared by impregnating cerium first, then nickel. All catalysts were highly active and selective towards H2 and CO at atmospheric pressure. Full CH4 conversion was obtained below 650 °C. The higher performances compared to those reported in the literature for mesoporous silica with supported Ni and Ce catalysts are discussed.  相似文献

采用固定床装置,考察了以共浸方式引入的助剂MgO、CaO对Ni/γ-Al2O3催化剂在甲烷水蒸气催化重整中的催化反应性能的影响。结果表明,在H2O/CH4/N2的摩尔比为2.86/1/3.28,GHSV为1 800 h-1,反应温度为700℃下,催化剂Ni-CaO/Al2O3催化性能最好;反应初期甲烷转化率可达到96.95%、CO选择性可达68.93%、H2收率可达73.58%。XRD和H2-TPR结果表明,CaO的存在使催化剂中的活性NiO组分增多,还原性和分散性能较好。利用热分析技术对积炭进行考察发现反应10 h后的Ni-CaO/Al2O3催化剂上并未出现导致催化剂失活的炭物种。  相似文献

用共浸渍法制备了Co-Ni2P/SBA-15前躯体,将其调制成活性胶后均匀涂覆到预处理后的堇青石载体上,程序升温还原后制备了一系列Co-Ni2P/SBA-15/堇青石整体式催化剂。采用XRD、N2吸脱附和XPS等对催化剂进行了表征,以1 wt%二苯并噻吩(DBT)/十氢萘溶液为模型化合物,在微型固定床反应器上对催化剂的加氢脱硫(HDS)性能进行了评价。结果表明,不同Co含量的Co-Ni2P/SBA-15/堇青石整体式催化剂中都形成了Ni2P相。Co的加入提高Ni2P/SBA-15/堇青石催化剂的比表面积和孔体积。Co含量为0.55wt%的Co-Ni2P/SBA-15/堇青石整体式催化剂有最好的二苯并噻吩加氢脱硫活性,在380℃,二苯并噻吩转化率能够达到98.8%。Co的加入能够提高二苯并噻吩直接加氢脱硫产物联苯的选择性。  相似文献
