The paper studies the dissociation and combustion of a layer of methane hydrate powder at a forced air flow over the upper surface of the layer (the air velocity is directed parallel to the upper surface of the layer). The influence of the layer thickness and air velocity on the combustion of gas hydrate is investigated. The calculated curves for the effect of the heat transfer coefficient, external convection and vapor concentration on the combustion temperature are obtained. The layer thickness and the air velocity significantly affect the dissociation rate of methane hydrate.

堆焊熔敷层表面纳米晶层摩擦磨损性能研究   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:1  
用预压力滚压技术在堆焊修复层表面制备纳米晶层.利用TEM、SEM分析技术研究表面纳米晶层微观结构,利用CETR-3型多功能摩擦磨损试验机考察在干摩擦条件下堆焊层表面纳米晶层的摩擦磨损性能.结果表明堆焊修复层表面经表面纳米化处理后,表面形成厚度约为10μm(晶粒尺寸小于100 nm)的纳米晶层,最表面层平均晶粒尺寸约为10 nm.纳米压痕试验表明纳米晶层的硬度提高,最表面纳米晶层的硬度约为原始堆焊层硬度的3倍.与原始堆焊试样相比,表面纳米化试样的摩擦系数降低了10%,磨损体积降低了25%~30%左右.表面纳米化样品的磨损机制由原始堆焊层的磨粒磨损和黏着磨损转变为磨粒磨损,分析表明晶粒细化导致的高硬度、低塑性是摩擦磨损性能改善和磨损机制改变的主要原因.  相似文献

The paper deals with a steady coupled dissipative layer, called Marangoni mixed convection boundary layer, which can be formed along the interface of two immiscible fluids, in surface driven flows. The mixed convection boundary layer is generated when besides the Marangoni effects there are also buoyancy effects due to gravity and external pressure gradient effects. We shall use a model proposed by Golia and Viviani (L’ Aerotecnica missili e Spazio 64 (1985) 29–35, Meccanica 21 (1986) 200–204) wherein the Marangoni coupling condition has been included into the boundary conditions at the interface. The similarity equations are first determined, and the pertinent equations are solved numerically for some values of the governing parameters and the features of the flow and temperature fields as well as the interface velocity and heat transfer at the interface are analysed and discussed.  相似文献

Differential equations of an elastic orthotropic layer are constructed on the basis of expansion of the solutions of the elasticity theory in terms of the Legendre polynomials. The order of the system of differential equations is independent of the form of the boundary conditions on the layer surfaces, which allows a correct formulation of conditions on contact surfaces.  相似文献

Circumferential shear deformation in an annular domain is studied for a large class of incompressible isotropic elastic materials. It is demonstrated that large strains are confined in a region adjacent to a boundary, in analogy to the boundary layer phenomenon in fluid mechanics. The size of this region is quantified. An approximate solution technique for the deformation of nonlinear elastic solids, proposed by Rajagopal [7], is further studied. In this solution, akin to the boundary layer approximation in classical fluid mechanics, the full nonlinear problem is solved in a relatively small region of large strain, while the linearized problem is solved in the remaining region. Error estimates for the approximate solution are obtained.  相似文献

The exchange of chemical species between the atmospheric boundary layer and the reservoir layer is investigated by means of an analytical solution of the conservation equation of a decaying chemical species. The exchange mechanism is governed by two parameters: the Damköhler number (the ratio of the turbulence time scale to the chemical time scale) and the ratio of a concentration scale in the atmospheric boundary layer to the concentration in the reservoir layer. Depending on the value of these two parameters, the exchange flux between the two layers can vary in sign and by several orders of magnitude. The study demonstrates to what extent chemical transformation determines the transfer of chemical species between the atmospheric boundary layer and the reservoir layer.  相似文献

This paper investigates a piezoelectric layer with a rigid indenter on its surface. Exact solution is given for a piezoelectric medium whose thickness is considerably larger than the diameter of the indenter. Different electrical boundary conditions that employ conducting or insulating indenters are presented. Effect of the permittivity of air (which surrounds the piezoelectric medium) is considered and is found to be negligible. Expressions for the singular mechanical and electric fields near the indenter front are established. Those expressions are useful for investigating the possible failure behavior of piezoelectric material near the indenter front. In addition, a numerical solution technique for an indentured piezoelectric layer of finite thickness is also given.  相似文献

采用热线风速仪对平板湍流边界层的流向速度进行测量,用速度结构函数研究不同尺度结构标度律的变化规律,结果显示小尺度区的概率密度曲线尾部明显偏离高斯型,说明高幅值间歇性事件占的份额较多;惯性子区的曲线向高斯型靠近,间歇性事件所占份额减少;大尺度结构的曲线趋于高斯型,间歇性事件所占份额最小。在耗散区、惯性子区和较大的尺度结构区存在大小不同的绝对标度指数,越靠近壁面这些区域的标度指数均越偏离p/3而逐渐变小。绝对标度指数与边界层位置有关,在缓冲层各阶标度指数与线性标度律偏差很大,显示较强的奇异性,当过渡到对数层及外区,标度指数逐渐增大,接近均匀各向同性湍流的状态。缓冲层、对数层及外区具有各异的绝对标度指数增长率,与各层的不同湍流结构特征和运动形式有关。  相似文献

The aim of this work is to determine the linear stability of a compressible Rayleigh layer and to ascertain what role unsteady effects play. A Rayleigh layer is formed when an infinite flat plate is impulsively set in motion in its own plane with constant velocity beneath an initially quiescent fluid. When the fluid is compressible there is a motion both parallel and normal to the plate. The classical boundary-layer scaling is employed to determine solutions which are expressed in terms of a similarity variable and are valid for a large range of Mach, Prandtl and Reynolds numbers. Solutions are presented for both an adiabatic and iso-thermal temperature boundary condition at the plate. The temporal stability of the flow is considered by solving an Orr–Sommerfeld system: here the underlying flow is calculated at a certain time and the instantaneous stability to viscous travelling waves is determined. The stability is seen to be altered by changing the Mach number (an increase of which decreases the stability of the flow), and also by cooling and heating the wall. These results are limited by the fact that the growth of the layer in time is not taken into account. To include this we consider the large Reynolds number limit and use a triple-deck structure to determine the modes characteristics. The triple-deck approach is used to determine an asymptote to the lower branch of the neutral curve and unsteady effects can be included in a consistent manner. For the upper branch, however, a five-deck structure is required due to the fact that the critical layer is now distinct from the viscous sublayer. The upper-branch stability is only calculated to the first order which is sufficient to give an insight into the stability characteristics.  相似文献

本文通过比较大气边界层与不同比尺的模型实验,研究了风洞模型实验中的比尺效应。结果表明,大气边界层粗糙高度的比尺应当和边界层厚度比尺相等。边界层厚度的比尺在200~400之间时可以得到最好的速度分布的相似性,表面压强分布主要依赖于边界层比尺而与建筑物几何比尺关系不大。如果正确选择了粗糙高度比尺,扩散系数比尺和边界层厚度比尺相同。  相似文献

在新建立的激波管中实现了激波对沉积可燃粉尘的卷扬与点火。利用自行设计的瞬态阴影摄影系统和高空间分辨率的新型红外光敏二极管成功拍摄了激波后燃烧粉尘云的阴影图像和测量了激波后可燃粉尘的点火诱导时间。通过对实验结果的较深入的分析,揭示了激波与可燃粉尘床相互作用的基本特征  相似文献

基于平板湍流边界层的壁压起伏波数—频率谱 ,给出了一种湍流边界层声辐射的估算方法 ,并对光滑平板湍流边界层和平板表面粗糙度引起的湍流边界层声辐射进行了分析。结果表明 :湍流边界层声辐射是一种四极子声辐射 ,且其辐射声能集中于平板表面粗糙度引起的湍流边界层声辐射 ;光滑平板湍流边界层的声辐射也不可忽略。  相似文献

The linear stability of inviscid compressible shear layers is studied. When the layer develops at the vicinity of a wall, the two parallel flows can have velocity of the same sign or of opposite sign. This situation is examined in order to obtain first hints on the stability of separated flows in the compressible regime. The shear layer is described by an hyperbolic tangent profile for the velocity component and the Crocco relation for the temperature profile. The gravity effects and the superficial tension are neglected. By examining the temporal growth rate at the saddle point in the wave number space, the flow is characterized as being either absolutely unstable or convectively unstable. This study principally shows the non-isothermal effect on the absolute-convective transition in compressible shear flow. Results are presented, showing the amount of the backflow necessary to have this type of transition for a range of primary flow Mach number M 1 up to 3.0. The boundary of the absolute-convective transition is defined as a function of the velocity ratio, the temperature ratio and the Machnumber.  相似文献

Using the method of matched asymptotic expansions, an analytical solution of the balance equation for turbulence energy is constructed for a shallow basin (sea) in which the fluid depth does not exceed the Stokes layer thickness. In this case, a gradient-viscous balance is established with the turbulent viscosity being balanced mainly by the pressure gradient. It is shown that nonlinear boundary layers attributable to turbulence energy diffusion are formed near the bottom and the free surface (or ice). In the neighborhood of the point of maximum flow velocity (if this maximum is attained inside the flow), a nonlinear internal boundary layer also develops. Outside these layers, the turbulence energy generation is in the first approximation balanced by the energy dissipation. Asymptotic solutions for the boundary layers are constructed.  相似文献

The dynamics of a low-viscosity fluid layer inside a rotating cylinder under transverse translational vibration relative to the rotation axis is investigated experimentally. A novel vibrational effect, the generation of intense azimuthal fluid flows with velocities comparable with the cavity rotation velocity, is revealed. This paper considers the two-dimensional problem of the theory of viscous hypersonic flows formulated for the high-velocity translational-nonequilibrium flow of a monatomic gas past a surface based on macrokinetic 13-moment Grad equations using the model of a two-layer thin viscous shock layer (TVSL) near non-thin bodies. A class of similarity variables is proposed that allows the kinetic problem of the TVSL to be reduced to the well-studied Navier–Stokes problem of the TVSL.  相似文献

A Blasius laminar boundary layer and a steady turbulent boundary layer on a flat plate in an incompressible fluid are considered. The spectral characteristics of the Tollmien—Schlichting (TS) and Squire waves are numerically determined in a wide range of Reynolds numbers. Based on the spectral characteristics, relations determining the three–wave resonance of TS waves are studied. It is shown that the three–wave resonance is responsible for the appearance of a continuous low–frequency spectrum in the laminar region of the boundary layer. The spectral characteristics allow one to obtain quantities that enter the equations of dynamics of localized perturbations. By analogy with the laminar boundary layer, the three–wave resonance of TS waves in a turbulent boundary layer is considered.  相似文献
