The delamination growth may occur in delaminated cylindrical shells subjected to external dynamic load and it will further cause structural failure. Based on the variational principle of moving boundary and considering the contact effect between delamination regions, in this paper, the nonlinear governing equations for the delaminated cylindrical shells under the action of circumferential concentrated dynamic load are derived, and the corresponding boundary and matching conditions are given. At the same time, according to the Griffith criterion, the formulas of energy release rate along the delamination front are obtained and the delamination growth is studied. In the numerical calculation, the delamination growth of axisymmetrical laminated cylindrical shells is analyzed, and the effects of the delamination sizes and depths, the geometrical parameters, the material properties and the laminate stacking sequences on delamination growth are discussed.  相似文献

In this paper, the postbuckling governing equations and the analytical expression of the energy release rates associated with delamination growth in a compression-loaded cylindrical shell are derived by using the variational principle of moving boundary and the Griffith fracture criterion. The finite difference method is used to generate the postbuckling solutions of the delaminated cylindrical shells, and with these solutions, the values of the energy release rates are determined. In simulational examples, the effects of a wide range of parameters, such as delamination sizes and depths, boundary conditions, geometrical parameters, material properties and laminate stacking sequences on the energy release rates of axisymmetrical laminated cylindrical shells are intensively discussed.The English text was polished by Yunming Chen.  相似文献

对具环向贯穿脱层的轴对称层合圆柱壳进行振动模态分析.首先,采用Heaviside阶梯函数,构造了一种适合于脱层壳的位移模式.通过对脱层壳的能量分析,应用瑞利--里兹法后,得到用时间函数表示的系统振动控制方程,然后对其求解,得到脱层壳模态分析的特征方程式.算例中,讨论了不同的脱层位置、脱层大小和脱层深度对脱层壳振动模态的影响.  相似文献

The effect of local geometric imperfections on the buckling and postbuckling of composite laminated cylindrical shells subjected to combined axial compression and uniform temperature loading was investigated. The two cases of compressive postbuckling of initially heated shells and of thermal postbuckling of initially compressed shells are considered. The formulations are based on a boundary layer theory of shell buckling, which includes the effects of the nonlinear prebuckling deformation, the nonlinear large deflection in the postbuckling range and the initial geometric imperfection of the shell. The analysis uses a singular perturbation technique to determine buckling loads and postbuckling equilibrium paths. Numerical examples are presented that relate to the performances of cross-ply laminated cylindrical shells with or without initial local imperfections, from which results for isotropic cylindrical shells follow as a limiting case. Typical results are presented in dimensionless graphical form for different parameters and loading conditions.  相似文献

The generalized ray method (GRM) has been successfully used to study the transient elastic wave transmitting in the beams, planar trusses, space frames and infinite layered media. In this letter, the GRM is extended to investigate the early short time transient responses of laminated composite cylindrical shells under impact load. By using the Laplace transformation and referring to the boundary conditions, the ray groups transmitting in the finite laminated cylindrical shells under the shock load are obtained and the transient response related to each ray group can be derived via FFT algorithm. From the numerical results, it is shown that the early short time transient accelerations of the laminated composite cylindrical shell under impact loads are very large. But the short time transient shear strain and displacement are very small.  相似文献

提出了一种半解析区域分解法来分析任意边界条件的复合材料层合旋转壳自由振动. 沿壳体旋转轴线将壳体分解为一些自由的层合壳段, 视位移边界界面为一种特殊的分区界面;采用分区广义变分和最小二乘加权残值法将壳体所有分区界面上的位移协调方程引入到壳体的能量泛函中, 使层合壳的振动分析问题归结为无约束泛函变分问题. 层合壳段位移变量采用Fourier 级数和Chebyshev 多项式展开. 以不同边界条件的层合圆柱壳、圆锥壳及球壳为例, 采用区域分解法分析了其自由振动, 并将计算结果与其他文献值进行了对比. 算例表明, 该方法具有高效率、高精度和收敛性好等优点.  相似文献

This paper focuses on the free vibration analysis of thick, rotating laminated composite conical shells with different boundary conditions based on the three-dimensional theory, using the layerwise differential quadrature method (LW-DQM). The equations of motion are derived applying the Hamilton’s principle. In order to accurately account for the thickness effects, the layerwise theory is used to discretize the equations of motion and the related boundary conditions through the thickness of the shells. Then, the equations of motion as well as the boundary condition equations are transformed into a set of algebraic equation applying the DQM in the meridional direction. This study demonstrates the applicability, accuracy, stability and the fast rate of convergence of the present method, for free vibration analyses of rotating thick laminated conical shells. The presented results are compared with those of other shell theories obtained using conventional methods and a special case where the angle of the conical shell approaches zero, that is, a cylindrical shell and excellent agreements are achieved.  相似文献

为了研究层合壳脱层,本文首先建立了柱坐标系下Hamilton 正则方程的8 节点等参元列式;然后分别采用了"先分后合" 模型和"弱粘接" 模型对开口壳的脱层损伤进行了模拟;通过利用层间的力学关系建立了整个壳的求解方程;最后分别从粘接完好和脱层两类情况对开口壳进行研究,并计算脱层前缘裂纹扩展的能量释放率. 数值实例的分析结果表明环向脱层受外载荷影响大于轴向脱层外载荷影响,脱层深度对两类脱层模型影响较大.  相似文献

两种或多种不同性质材料组成的层状结构可以满足工业发展的需求. 然而, 材料属性在接触面的突变问题, 容易导致层间界面处产生应力集中、裂纹以及分层等问题. 功能梯度材料利用连续变化的组分梯度来代替突变界面, 可以消除界面处的物理性能突变, 提高结构的粘结强度. 本文以一维准晶功能梯度层合圆柱壳为研究对象, 利用类Stroh公式和传递矩阵方法, 建立了材料参数沿径向呈现幂函数变化的层合圆柱壳模型, 获得了简支边界条件对应的一维准晶功能梯度层合圆柱壳的热电弹性精确解. 数值算例中讨论了层合圆柱壳内外表面承受温度载荷时, 功能梯度指数因子对温度场、电场、声子场和相位子场的影响, 尤其是对层合圆柱壳内外表面的影响. 结果表明, 指数因子改变了材料参数的空间分布情况, 进而对温度场、电场、声子场和相位子场都有影响; 增加功能梯度指数因子, 可减小温度载荷引起的内表面变形, 进而提升结构强度. 本文得到的结果可以为功能梯度准晶层合圆柱壳的设计和制造提供可靠的理论依据.   相似文献

A dynamic, shear deformation theory of a doubly curved shell is used to develop a finite element for geometrically non-linear (in the von Karman sense) transient analysis of laminated composite shells. The element is employed to determine the transient response of spherical and cylindrical shells with various boundary conditions and loading. The effect of shear deformation and geometric non-linearity on the transient response is investigated. The numerical results presented here for transient analysis of laminated composite shells should serve as references for future investigations.  相似文献

复合材料层合板壳是由多种组分材料组合而成.与单一材料的板壳结构相比,它无明确的材料主方向,各层间材料间断和不连续,具有明显的几何非线性和材料非线性等新的特点.其失效模式也远比单一材料的情况复杂,具有如基体开裂、脱胶、分层、分层裂纹偏转、多分层以及分层传播等多种模式.各国学者基于不同的考虑,提出了多种方法研究复合材料层合板壳的失效.首先,在简要介绍了层合板壳线性力学基本理论的基础上,重点回顾了层合板壳结构非线性力学几种基本理论发展的过程,主要阐述了经典大挠度非线性理论、一阶剪切变形理论、高阶剪切变形理论、锯齿理论、广义分层理论的理论体系及基本公式,并对几种理论之间的联系和差异进行了总结;其次,介绍了当前层合结构非线性领域的研究进展,综述了典型复合材料板壳结构的失效机理及优化设计、复合材料板壳结构在复杂环境下的破坏机理、复合材料板壳结构的物理非线性、含脱层纤维增强复合材料板壳结构的破坏机理等各研究热点的最新研究成果;最后,对该领域未来的研究方向进行了展望.  相似文献

The paper sets forth a technique, based on the Kirchhoff–Love theory of shells, for solving stability problems for thin-walled laminated shells of revolution made of an anisotropic material with one plane of elastic symmetry. The resolving system of differential equations is of the 16th order since the symmetric and asymmetric buckling modes are coupled. The results from a stability analysis of cylindrical shells made of carbon plastics and subjected to compression are analyzed against the angle of the principal directions of elasticity. 应用分层壳理论并在壳厚方向彩二次插值函数推导出正交层合圆醉壳的动力学方程,并得出了简支层合圆柱壳自由振动方程的解,所给出的振动频率与三维分析的结果吻合良好,计算了前四阶模态对应的壳中应力,与第三、四阶模态对应的横向正应力与面内应力的比值远高于第一、二阶模态的应力比,计算结果说明,很高的横向正应力是高频动力响应中导致分层壳脱层破坏的一个主要因素。  相似文献
