挠曲电效应是应变梯度与电极化的耦合,它存在于所有的电介质材料中。在纳米电介质结构的挠曲电效应研究中,应变梯度弹性对挠曲电响应的影响一直以来被低估甚至被忽略了。根据广义应变梯度理论,应变梯度弹性中独立的尺度参数只有三个,而文献中所采用的一个或两个尺度参数的应变梯度理论只是它的简化形式。基于该理论,论文建立了考虑广义应变梯度弹性的三维电介质结构的理论模型,并以一维纳米梁为例研究了其弯曲问题的挠曲电响应及其能量俘获特性。结果表明,纳米梁的挠曲电响应存在尺寸效应,并且弹性应变梯度会影响结构挠曲电的尺寸效应,特别是当结构的特征尺寸低于尺度参数时。论文的工作为更进一步理解纳米尺度下的挠曲电机理和能量俘获特性提供理论基础和设计依据。  相似文献

对称粘贴在梁结构上下表面上的压电元件在外部电场的作用下能使梁结构发生弯曲变形,通过分析驱动构件与结构中的应变分布,采用定向固定的压电元件(DAP,即directional attached piezoelectric)来代替传统的压电元件(CAP,即conventional attached piezoelectric),减小了驱动构件的横向效应,提高了压电驱动的效率,并进行了实验对比验证。  相似文献

非线性科学己成为近代科学发展的一个重要标志, 特别是非线性动力学和非线性波的研究对于解决自然科学各领域中遇到的复杂现象和问题有着极其重要的意义. 本文研究了含电学边界条件的压电层合梁的非线性弯曲波传播特性.首先, 考虑几何非线性效应和压电耦合效应, 利用哈密顿原理建立了一维无限长矩形压电层合梁弯曲波的非线性方程.其次, 采用Jacobi椭圆函数展开法对非线性弯曲波方程进行求解, 得到了非线性弯曲波动方程在近似情况下对应的冲击波解和孤波解.最后, 利用约化摄动法得到了非线性薛定谔方程, 进一步得到了亮孤子和暗孤子解.基于两种方法具体研究了外加电压、压电层厚度等参数对冲击波和孤立波以及亮孤子和暗孤子特性的影响. 研究结果表明, 在波速较小时, 外加电压对冲击波的影响较大, 波速较大时, 外加电压对孤立波影响减弱.通过调整作用在压电层合梁上的电压发现了存在亮孤子和暗孤子, 分析结果表明随着外加电压值的增大, 亮孤子和暗孤子的振幅都增大.   相似文献

基于非局部应变梯度理论,建立了一种具有尺度效应的高阶剪切变形纳米梁的力学模型.其中,考虑了应变场和一阶应变梯度场下的非局部效应.采用哈密顿原理推导了纳米梁的控制方程和边界条件,并给出了简支边界条件下静弯曲、自由振动和线性屈曲问题的纳维级数解.数值结果表明,非局部效应对梁的刚度产生软化作用,应变梯度效应对纳米梁的刚度产生硬化作用,梁的刚度整体呈现软化还是硬化效应依赖于非局部参数与材料特征尺度的比值.梁的厚度与材料特征尺度越接近,非局部应变梯度理论与经典弹性理论所预测结果之间的差异越显著.  相似文献

研究可移简支压电弯曲层合梁在交变强电场作用下的非线性动力学行为.考虑材料的电致伸缩和电致弹性压电效应以及几何非线性导出压电层合梁的数学模型.导出简支压电执行器的弯曲振动控制方程,并得到它的刚度是关于时间的慢变函数关系.利用非定常振动的渐近理论和Galerkin方法对具有慢变系数的非线性动力方程进行求解,得到了可移简支压电层合梁的动力特征.最后得到了可移压电简支梁的共振频率、固有频率和电场频率三者之间的变化关系以及谐振幅度与作用电场强度的关系.  相似文献

采用Chebyshev 谱方法对考虑根部连接弹性的平面内旋转柔性梁动力学特性进行研究. 基于Gauss-Lobatto 节点与Chebyshev 多项式方法对柔性梁变形场进行离散,通过投影矩阵法施加固定及弹性连接边界条件. 利用Chebyshev 谱方法获得了系统固有频率和模态振型数值解,通过与有限元方法及加权残余法的比较,验证了方法的有效性. 分析了弹性连接刚度、角速度比率、系统径长比及梁的长细比等参数对系统固有频率及模态振型的影响. 研究发现:由于系统弯曲模态、拉伸模态的频率随各参数的变化规律不一致,将出现频率转向与振型转换现象;随着弹性连接刚度、角速度比率及系统径长比的增大,低阶弯曲模态频率增大并超过高阶拉伸模态频率,随着梁的长细比的增大,低阶拉伸模态频率增大并超过高阶弯曲模态频率.   相似文献

根据波动理论,用Timoshenko梁理论在高频范围内分析能量的耗散,通过重建作为频率函数的色散关系曲线,得到动力粘弹性模量及材料的损失因子。根据动力系统的固有特征方程与材料弹性特性的关系,研究利用阻尼损耗因子定量描述在高频情况下,波在结构中传播时的能量耗散效应以及结构阻尼损耗因子的表示方法,并通过实验利用波的色散关系估计结构的动力粘弹性模量,理论分析和实验结果表明了这种方法的可行性。  相似文献

The flexural wave propagation in a periodic beam with a propagating disturbance is studied by the use of the multi-reflection method. A propagating wave is incident upon a discontinuity and gives rise to transmitted and reflected waves. Here all of the transmitted and reflected waves of given flexural wave incident upon the beam at some specified location are found and superposed, and the method is extended to the case of incident evanescent wave. The results of incident waves at some location between discontinuities in a periodic beam are concerned. The relation between the wave-field of incident waves and the wave-field of resulting waves on any segments is expressed. As an example, the application of the results to the analysis of a finite periodic beam with a propagating disturbance is then demonstrated. The influences of the number of cells on the energy associated with propagating waves are considered.  相似文献

Two-dimensional in-plane wave propagation and localization in the disordered layered piezoelectric phononic crystals with material 6 mm are investigated taking the electromechanical coupling into account. The electric field is approximated as quasi-static. The analytical solutions of elastic waves are obtained. The 6 × 6 transfer matrix between two consecutive unit cells is obtained by means of the mechanical and electrical continuity conditions. The expressions of the localization factor and localization length in the disordered periodic structures are presented by regarding the variables of the mechanical and electrical fields as the elements of the state vector. The numerical results of the localization factors and localization lengths are presented for two kinds of disordered piezoelectric phononic crystals, i.e. ZnO–PZT–5H and PVDF–PZT–5H piezocomposites. It is seen from the results that the incident angle of elastic waves and the thickness of the piezoelectric ceramics have significant effects on the wave localization characteristics. For different piezoelectric phononic crystals, the effects of the incident angle are very different. Moreover, with the increase of the disorder degree, the localization phenomenon is strengthened.  相似文献

End reflection phenomenon in a semi-infinitely long layered piezoelectric circular cylinder is constructed with modal data from a spectral decomposition of the differential operator governing its natural vibrations. These modal data consist of all propagating modes and edge vibrations and they constitute the basis for a wave function expansion of the reflection of waves arriving at the traction-free end of the cylinder. Without any other external stimulus, a passive reflection event occurs. This traction-free end condition is enforced at the Gaussian integration points over the end cross-section on the combination of incoming and reflected wave fields. Reflections due to monochromatic incoming axisymmetric (m = 0) and flexural (m = 1) waves are studied and two numerical examples are presented.For an incoming axisymmetric wave, there is a particular frequency that induces an end resonance, which is characterized by high (but finite) amplitudes of end displacements vis-a-vis those of neighboring (i.e., slightly different) frequencies. This phenomenon is illustrated in the two cylinder examples.It is possible to modify the passive reflection event by imposing some voltage distribution over the free end. For an oscillating end voltage that is out-of-phase with the incoming wave, it is possible to extract electrical energy from it, i.e., energy harvesting. Examples of such an oscillating voltage with a particular radial distribution are given, that illustrate the amount of extracted energy as a function of the frequency of the incident monochromatic wave.  相似文献

Reflection of elastic waves from a traction-free solid-air boundary of periodic saw-tooth profile is investigated analytically and experimentally. For an incident plane wave the surface displacements on the profile are computed as the solution of a singular integral equation. The reflected field is subsequently obtained by using an integral representation. Incident beams of finite width are represented by Fourier superpositions of plane waves. The dependence of the reflected signal spectra on the incident beam width is examined closely near the fundamental surface resonance frequency. Experimental spectra which were obtained using two different diameter transducers, are compared to the corresponding theoretical spectra. It is found that the depth of the spectral minima depends on the incident beam width. Both analytical and experimental results exhibit the splitting of an incident beam of elastic waves into two reflected beams. The beam splitting is more pronounced for a narrower incident beam and for frequencies close to a resonance frequency of the profile.  相似文献

The dynamic theory of linear piezoelectricity is applied to analyze the scattering of time harmonic flexural waves by a through crack in a symmetric piezoelectric laminated plate subjected to electric field loading. An incident wave giving rise to moments symmetric about the crack plane is considered. Piezoelectric layers are added to the upper and lower surfaces. Classical lamination theory is extended to include dynamic piezoelectric effects. Fourier transforms are used to reduce the problem to the solution of a pair of dual integral equations, the solution of which is then expressed in terms of a Fredholm integral equation of the second kind. The dynamic moment intensity factor vs. frequency is computed and the influence of the electric field on the normalized values is displayed graphically.  相似文献

半无限长梁承受恒定弯矩作用后, 如果自由端的初始弯矩突然释放, 将在梁中激发出一列卸载弯曲应力波. 采用铁木辛柯梁和瑞利梁来研究突然卸载所激发出的弯曲波的传播特征. 利用拉普拉斯变换方法进行分析, 首先推导出铁木辛柯梁和瑞利梁中的卸载弯曲波的像函数解析解, 采用数值反变换方法给出了时域上波传播的响应解, 并研究了梁中各点的横向位移、弯矩和剪力随时间的变化规律. 计算结果表明: 与简化的欧拉梁不同, 旋转惯性的引入使铁木辛柯梁和瑞利梁中的弯曲波传播具有强烈的局部化效应, 特别是梁中各点经历的弯矩变化, 和其距离自由端的位置相关, 不同时刻的弯矩峰值大小不同;瑞利梁中离自由端不同距离各点的峰值弯矩先增大后降低, 最后达到一个渐近值;铁木辛柯梁中各点的峰值弯矩总体上随着时间单调增大到同一个渐近值, 该渐近值与欧拉梁中的峰值弯矩值相同, 均为1.43.切应力效应的引入进一步降低了铁木辛柯梁中卸载弯曲波的波速, 同时也使得铁木辛柯梁中弯矩峰值的最大值小于瑞利梁中的最大值. 对于脆性细长梁的纯弯曲断裂, 铁木辛柯梁可以较好地预测二次断裂的发生位置, 相应的碎片尺寸约为7倍梁横截面厚度.   相似文献

To investigate the features of Love waves in a layered functionally graded piezoelectric structure, the mathematical model is established on the basis of the elastic wave theory, and the WKB method is applied to solve the coupled electromechanical field differential equation. The solutions of the mechanical displacement and electrical potential function are obtained for the piezoelectric layer and elastic substrate. The dispersion relations of Love waves are deduced for electric open and short cases on the free surface respectively. The actual piezoelectric layer–elastic substrate systems are taken into account, and some corresponding numerical examples are proposed comparatively. Thus, the effects of the gradient variation about material constants on the phase velocity, the group velocity, the coupled electromechanical factor and the cutoff frequency are discussed in detail. So the propagation behaviors of Love waves in inhomogeneous medium is revealed, and the dispersion and the anti-dispersion are analyzed. The conclusions are significant both theoretically and practically for the surface acoustic wave devices.  相似文献
