The time to creep failure is calculated for rectilinear thin-wall pipes subjected to pure torsion, torsion with uniaxial tension, and torsion with internal pressure. The problem is solved using the concept of equivalent stress. The equivalent stresses are found from the generalized mixed failure criterion whose form depends on the signs of the principal stresses. The criterion relates the maximum normal stress and the intensity of shear stress if the signs coincide, and the maximal shear stress and the octahedral shear stress if the signs are opposite. A technique for determining the material constants is developed. The calculated and experimental data are compared and found to be in satisfactory agreement  相似文献

The effect of elastic deformation in tension (compression) torsion, internal pressure loading, and their combination on the magnetic characteristics of 09G2S pipe steel is studied. It is found that in the cases of compression, torsion, and internal pressure loading, the coercive force, residual induction, and maximum magnetic permeability are uniquely dependent on the stress. It is shown that the strength of the applied magnetic field in which the magnetostriction becomes negative decreases under the action of tensile stresses. It is found that in the case of combined tension (compression) and torsion, shear stresses weaken the effect of normal stresses on the magnetic properties. In the case of a combination of all three types of loading, increasing internal pressure leads to an increase in the coercive force and a decrease in the residual induction and maximum magnetic permeability. Measurement results were used to plot the dependence of the stress intensity on the coercive force for different values of the Lode parameter, which determines the type of stress state of the object.  相似文献

土壤材料是一种典型的摩擦型材料,然而天然岩石却具有一定的凝聚力,而金属材料则完全是凝聚型材料. 在分析三种典型的材料强度准则表达式基础上,即SMP,Lade-Duncan以及广义Von-Mises准则,通过利用应力张量的不变量表达形式,提出了一种扩展准则即VML准则,该准则能够分别退化为上述3种典型准则. 在偏平面上,新准则能够描述从曲边三角形到圆形在内的多种开口形态;在子午面上,采用幂函数作为破坏准则公式,能够描述静水压力对于强度特性影响的非线性性质. 而对于土壤的屈服性质,岩土材料具有典型的压剪耦合特性,因此,为了描述剪切与等方向压缩两种路径下的体积耦合现象,采用水滴型屈服面作为屈服准则. 对于偏平面上的截面形状,讨论了给定球应力下偏应力强度值的分布形式及特点,讨论了应力罗德角对于偏平面上强度曲线的凹凸性的影响. 最后,通过多种材料的破坏与屈服试验成果,用所提新准则进行了验证. 通过强度以及屈服特性测试对比,验证了所提VML准则的合理性.   相似文献

岩石是多种矿物颗粒构成的天然材料,内部存在不同尺度的孔隙、裂隙等损伤;岩体工程设计及灾害防治所使用的强度准则仍在研究之中.材料的黏结和摩擦在局部不能同时存在,线性的Coulomb准则仅在小范围内近似描述圆柱试样的常规三轴强度,众多非线性强度准则只是经验公式而缺乏物理背景. 作者提出的指数准则可描述岩石剪切破坏时强度与围压的关系;基于对11组试验数据的拟合结果在莫尔应力空间分析黏结力和摩擦力的变化特征:岩石承载的剪切力存在上限即材料的真实黏结力c0;在试验范围内莫尔概念的内摩擦力达到约为0.38 c0的峰值,且黏结力在其附近相交. 材料真实黏结力与正应力无关,因而名义黏结力表征了完好材料剪切破裂的面积;基于裂隙面积计算的等效摩擦因子随正应力降低,意味着裂隙滑移的爬坡角减小,而后者取决于正应力与真实黏结力的比值. 等效摩擦因子与指数准则的材料参数具有确定关系,体现了岩石在压应力作用下剪切破裂的物理背景.   相似文献

一点的应力状态可由3个主应力$\sigma_{1}$, $\sigma_{2}$, $\sigma_{3}$来表示, 当规定主应力以压为正时, 沿最大主应力$\sigma_{1}$方向将产生收缩变形, 若中间主应力$\sigma_{2}$和最小主应力$\sigma_{3}$都远小于$\sigma_{1}$, 则沿$\sigma_{2}$和$\sigma_{3}$方向会产生横向扩张变形, 当横向扩张变形达到一定极限时, 将会在平行于$\sigma _{1}$的方向产生张裂破坏. 如何建立这种张裂破坏的强度准则目前尚缺乏研究, 最大拉应变理论(第二强度理论)有时被用来解释张裂破坏, 但最大拉应变理论难以应用于三向受力状态. 本文分别用$\varepsilon_{1}$, $\varepsilon_{2}$表示最大张应变和次大张应变, 则最大拉应变理论认为当$\varepsilon_{1}$达到单向拉伸屈服应变时, 材料将产生破坏. 而本文将根据$\varepsilon_{1}+\varepsilon_{2}$之和达到极限值$\varepsilon_u$来建立张裂破坏准则. 可以证明$\varepsilon_{1} +\varepsilon_{2}$所表示的是$\sigma_{1}$主平面的面积增长率. 当$\sigma_{3}<\sigma_{2} \ll \sigma_{1}$时, 大部分岩石都具有脆性破坏的特点, 所以可将破坏前的岩石视为满足广义胡克定律的线弹性材料, 这样用$\varepsilon_{1}$, $\varepsilon_{2}$表示的强度准则可通过$\sigma_{1}$, $\sigma_{2}$, $\sigma_{3}$来表示. 在这个过程中还可考虑岩石在拉伸和压缩时具有不同弹性参数和强度的特点, 并可通过单向拉伸和单向压缩的破坏状态来确定$\varepsilon_u$. 不管$\sigma_{1}$, $\sigma_{2}$, $\sigma_{3}$是压应力, 还是拉应力, 或者$\sigma_{1}$, $\sigma_{2}$, $\sigma_{3}$中有拉有压的情形, 基于$\varepsilon_{1} +\varepsilon_{2} =\varepsilon_u$都可建立相应的强度准则. 所建立的准则可以反映中间应力$\sigma_{2}$对强度的影响规律, 通过建立的强度准则还可以证明: 静水拉力能引起屈服, 而静水压力不能产生屈服; 压缩破坏能使塑性体积增大, 其结果比Mohr-Coulomb准则更能反映实际情形. 并通过拉压应力状态下的试验数据验证了所建立的强度准则, 所得理论计算结果和已有的试验数据吻合得很好. 通过提出的强度准则和圆盘劈裂的试验结果, 可获得更为可靠的岩石单轴抗拉强度.   相似文献

In the framework of the finite deformation theory, the plastic collapse analysis of thin-walled pipes subjected to the internal pressure is conducted on the basis of the unified strength criterion (USC). An analytical solution of the burst pressure for pipes with capped ends is derived, which includes the strength differential effect and takes the influence of strength criterion on the burst pressure into account. In addition, a USC-based analytical solution of the burst pressure for end-opened pipes under the internal pressure is obtained. By discussion, it is found that for the end-capped pipes, the influence of different yield criteria and the strength differential effect on the burst pressure are significant, while for the end-opened pipes, the burst pressure is independent of the specific form of the strength criterion and strength difference in tension and compression.  相似文献

岩土材料在二维破坏模式下具有较强烈的曲线形态,在一般剪应力与正应力空间中提出用幂参数曲线来表达上述曲线,该曲线与摩尔圆的外切点即对应为破坏应力点,则利用该点的外切直线斜率的反正切值来得到有效滑移角.对于三维单元体,共存在三个有效滑移角,利用三个有效滑移角确定出空间有效滑移面.基于岩土材料为摩擦型材料这一基本特性,利用空间有效滑移面上的应力比为一定值作为衡量材料破坏与否的判断准则,基于上述思路推导得到了t强度准则,在偏平面上,t准则开口形状为介于Von-Mises圆形曲线到SMP曲边三角形形态.在子午面上,引入开口的幂函数作为反映静水压力效应以及剪切破坏的曲线,而闭口的水滴型屈服面函数作为反映体积压缩屈服曲线,反映了岩土材料的压剪耦合特性.基于所提出的t强度准则, 推导了变换应力公式,可将以$p,q$为应力量的二维模型简单方便的转换为三维应力状态本构模型.通过强度以及多种应力路径的测试对比,验证了所提t准则及基于该准则的变换应力公式的合理性.   相似文献

The generalized Dugdale crack model is used to formulate two-parameter failure criteria for the cases of quasibrittle state and developed plastic zones at a mode I crack tip. The failure criteria relate the fracture strength characteristics and the stress mode at the crack tip through the plastic constraint factor. The critical state of bodies with cracks under uni-and biaxial loading is analyzed in the cases of plane stress and plane strain using the Tresca and von Mises yield criteria. 本文以实际岩体工程为背景,利用WDT-1500 仪器开展了轴向、侧向同时卸荷条件下砂岩的三轴试验. 结果表明:轴、侧向同卸荷这种卸荷路径下,砂岩试样破坏时并没有出现应力峰值,为了定义试样的破坏强度,将最大与最小主应力差随最小主应力的变化关系曲线上应力跌落的拐点处的应力值定义为破坏强度. 砂岩变形初始段发生应力跌落和轴向应变回弹,破坏前无明显的弹性和屈服阶段;试验的过程中,砂岩的侧向变形明显大于轴向变形,其体积应变一直处于膨胀状态;相对于砂岩的常规三轴试验结果,试样破坏时的强度在轴向、侧向同时卸荷条件下有所降低. 初始轴压和初始围压对试样的力学特征有十分显著的影响,但围压的卸荷速率却并不显著. 砂岩的破坏特征主要是以张-拉为主的混合张剪的破坏.   相似文献

自从1900年著名的Mohr-Coulomb强度理论建立以来,已有100年的历史.在20世纪,关于材料在复杂应力状态下的强度理论进行了大量的理论研究和实验研究工作.本文对材料(包括金属材料、岩石、土、混凝土、冰、铁、聚合物、含能材料等)在复杂应力状态下强度理论(屈服准则、破坏准则等)的百年发展进行了总结,讨论了各种准则之间的关系,为研究和工程应用中的合理选择破坏准则提供了一种方法.文中还总结了三大系列强度理论、统一屈服准则、统一强度理论和其他各种强度理论,并简述了强度理论的计算机实施,以及多轴疲劳等问题.  相似文献

根据脆性材料微粒对之间距离超过特定距离而破坏的微观机理,结合宏细观试验结果指出的绝大多数的破坏颗粒对的方向与σ1的方向之间的夹角都大于0°这一事实,导出了新的脆性材料张破坏准则: σ1 ασ2 βσ3≤[σ],式中系数β与材料的优势角θ(破坏颗粒对的方向与σ1的方向之间的夹角的某种平均) 和泊松比μ有关.同时还指出了经典强度理论由于没有考虑优势角从而导致了它们与宏观实验结果不符.实验结果表明,在张破坏条件下此准则比经典的准则有更高的精度.  相似文献

基于混凝土强度的试验资料,首先建立了合理描述混凝土强度破坏特性的Lade-Duncan破坏准则,并将该Lade-Duncan破坏准则转化为等效的Mohr-Coulomb破坏准则.依据塑性上限分析理论和合理的混凝土板冲切强度破坏模式,求出了圆形和矩形分布荷载下混凝土板冲切强度的统一表达式.通过与已发表的研究成果、试验结果和规范公式相比较,论证了本文给出的混凝土板冲切强度公式的合理性.  相似文献

A micromechanics model based on the theoretical framework of plastic localization into a band introduced by Rice is developed. The model consists of a planar band with a square array of equally sized cells, with a spherical void located in the centre of each cell. The periodic arrangement of the cells allows the study of a single unit cell for which fully periodic boundary conditions are applied. The micromechanics model is applied to analyze failure by ductile rupture in experiments on double notched tube specimens subjected to combined tension and torsion carried out by the present authors. The stress state is characterized in terms of the stress triaxiality and the Lode parameter. Two rupture mechanisms can be identified, void coalescence by internal necking at high triaxiality and void coalescence by internal shearing at low triaxiality. For the internal necking mechanism, failure is assumed to occur when the deformation localizes into a planar band and is closely associated with extensive void growth until impingement of voids. For the internal shearing mechanism, a simple criterion based on the attainment of a critical value of shear deformation is utilized. The two failure criteria capture the transition between the two rupture mechanisms successfully and are in good agreement with the experimental result.  相似文献

为了研究不同应力状态和应变率条件下镁合金MB2的拉伸破坏行为,利用材料试验机和分离式Hopkinson拉杆(SHTB),对镁合金MB2的光滑及缺口圆柱试件进行了动静态拉伸加载;拟合得到了镁合金MB2的动静态拉伸本构关系,建立了其修正的Johnson-Cook失效破坏准则,并对不同试件的拉伸破坏行为进行了数值模拟;利用SEM对宏观破坏模式对应的微观损伤机理进行了分析。结果表明,随着应力三轴度的增加,镁合金MB2的等效破坏应变先增大后减小,宏观破坏模式由剪切转为正拉断,微观损伤机制由混合断裂转变为韧窝断裂;而随着应变率的增加,等效破坏应变不断减小,破坏模式不发生改变。Johnson-Cook本构关系和修正后的Johnson-Cook失效破坏准则能较好地拟合动态静态拉伸实验结果并预测不同试件的杯锥形破坏特征。  相似文献

The applicability and limitation of several quadratic strength theories were investigated with respect to 2D-C/SiC and 2.5D-C/SiC composites. A kind of damage-based failure criterion, referred to as D-criterion, is proposed for nonlinear ceramic composites. Meanwhile, the newly developed criterion is preliminarily validated under tension-shear combined loadings. The prediction shows that the failure envelope given by D-criterion is lower than that from Tsai-Hill and Hoffman criteria. This reveals that the damage-based criterion is reasonable for evaluation of damage-dominated failure strength.  相似文献
