According to the differential equation for transverse displacement function of anisotropic rectangular thin plates in free vibration, a general analytical solution is established. This general solution, composed of the composite solutions of trigonometric function and hyperbolic function, can satisfy the problem of arbitrary boundary conditions along four edges. The algebraic polynomial with double sine series solutions can also satisfy the problem of boundary conditions at four corners. Consequently, this general solution can be used to solve the vibration problem of anisotropic rectangular plates with arbitrary boundaries accurately. The integral constants can be determined by boundary conditions of four edges and four corners. Each natural frequency and vibration mode can be solved by the determinate of coefficient matrix from the homogeneous linear algebraic equations equal to zero. For example, a composite symmetric angle ply laminated plate with four edges clamped has been calculated and discussed.  相似文献

根据弹性地基上各向异性矩形板弯曲挠度的微分方程精确的求得了适用于各种载荷的非齐次解和各类齐次解。其中由三角函数和双曲线函数组成的齐次解能满足四个边为任意边界条件的问题;由代数多项式和双正弦级数组成的齐次解能满足四个角为任意边界条件的问题。通过适当选取建立了满足任意边界条件和任意载荷作用的一般解。解中的积分常数完全由边界条件来决定。以四边简支承受均布载荷和局部分布载荷的对称迭层复合材料方板为例进行了计算和分析。其结果与已有文献结果是一致的。由于集中载荷不能求得作用点的弯矩,故在例题中改用局部分布载荷因而求得了最大弯矩。  相似文献

根据各向异性矩形薄板剪切屈曲横向位移函数的微分方程建立了一般性的解析解。该一般解包括三角函数和双曲线函数组成的解,它能满足四个边为任意边界条件的问题;该一般解还包括代数多项式解,它能满足四个角的边界条件问题。因此,这一解析解可用于精确地求解任意边界的各向异性矩形板的剪切屈曲问题。其中待定常数可由四边和四角的边界条件来确定,由此得出的齐次线性代数方程系数矩阵行列式等于零可以求得各阶临界载荷及其屈型。结合配点法,利用变形的对称和反对称性,以及对称迭层正方形板均可使计算更简单。以四边平夹的对称角铺设复合材料迭层板为例进行了计算和讨论。  相似文献

An analytical solution for the cylindrical bending vibrations of linear piezoelectric laminated plates is obtained by extending the Stroh formalism to the generalized plane strain vibrations of piezoelectric materials. The laminated plate consists of homogeneous elastic or piezoelectric laminae of arbitrary thickness and width. Fourier basis functions for the mechanical displacements and electric potential that identically satisfy the equations of motion and the charge equation of electrostatics are used to solve boundary value problems via the superposition principle. The coefficients in the infinite series solution are determined from the boundary conditions at the edges and continuity conditions at the interfaces between laminae, which are satisfied in the sense of Fourier series. The formulation admits different boundary conditions at the edges of the laminated piezoelectric composite plate. Results for laminated elastic plates with either distributed or segmented piezoelectric actuators are presented for different sets of boundary conditions at the edges.  相似文献

This paper considers the plane stress problem of generally anisotropic beams with elastic compliance parameters being arbitrary functions of the thickness coordinate. Firstly, the partial differential equation, which is satisfied by the Airy stress function for the plane problem of anisotropic functionally graded materials and involves the effect of body force, is derived. Secondly, a unified method is developed to obtain the stress function. The analytical expressions of axial force, bending moment, shear force and displacements are then deduced through integration. Thirdly, the stress function is employed to solve problems of anisotropic functionally graded plane beams, with the integral constants completely determined from boundary conditions. A series of elasticity solutions are thus obtained, including the solution for beams under tension and pure bending, the solution for cantilever beams subjected to shear force applied at the free end, the solution for cantilever beams or simply supported beams subjected to uniform load, the solution for fixed–fixed beams subjected to uniform load, and the one for beams subjected to body force, etc. These solutions can be easily degenerated into the elasticity solutions for homogeneous beams. Some of them are absolutely new to literature, and some coincide with the available solutions. It is also found that there are certain errors in several available solutions. A numerical example is finally presented to show the effect of material inhomogeneity on the elastic field in a functionally graded anisotropic cantilever beam.  相似文献

应用复变函数Cauchy积分的方法,对含有椭圆孔或裂纹的各向异性平面,系统地导出了当其在面内受任意集中载荷作用时的复应力函数解或裂纹应力强度因子解析解,即基本解;并通过基本解的迭加,得到了在椭圆孔周或裂纹表面作用一般外载时的解,其特例证实了上述解的正确性。  相似文献

A method to study dynamical instability and non-linear parametric vibrations of symmetrically laminated plates of complex shapes and having different cutouts is proposed. The first-order shear deformation theory (FSDT) and the classical plate theory (CPT) are used to formulate a mathematical statement of the given problem. The presence of cutouts essentially complicates the solution of buckling problem, since the stress field is non-uniform. At first, a plane stress analysis is carried out using the variational Ritz method and the R-functions theory. The obtained results are applied to investigate buckling and parametric vibrations of laminated plates. The developed method uses the R-functions theory, and it may be directly employed to study laminated plates of arbitrary forms and different boundary conditions. Besides, the proposed method is numerical-analytical, what greatly facilitates a solution of similar-like non-linear problems. In order to show the advantage of the developed approach, instability zones and response curves for the layered cross- and angle-ply plates with external cutouts are constructed and discussed.  相似文献

The general form of the solution of the Airy function for the stress distributions that describe the non-linear effect developed from the large deflection of simply supported plates with movable edges are found by superposition of the Airy functions, which satisfy the large deflection condition and the boundary conditions of the edges. Each term of the Airy function consists of a particular solution and a homogeneous one. The particular solution satisfying the large deflection condition is classified into six cases, depending on the combinations of the modal numbers of the comparison functions. The corresponding homogeneous solution is found to make each Airy function satisfy the boundary condition by using the Fourier series method. The solution is applied to the non-linear analysis of the deflection of the simply supported plates with movable edges under transverse loading, and is verified by comparison with other investigation.  相似文献

将双模量板等效为两个各向同性小矩形板组成的层合板,假定该层合板的中性面即为两个小矩形板的交界面。根据中性面上应力为零且薄板全厚度上应力的代数和为零,推导了双模量矩形薄板的中性面位置。本文采用严宗达提出的带补充项的双重正弦傅里叶级数通解,该通解可以适用于任意边界条件的矩形薄板且不需要叠加或者重新构造。联立边界条件和控制方程,求得通解中的待定系数并代入到通解中,即可得到任意边界条件下双模量矩形薄板的弯曲解析解。与有限元结果比较,本文结果符合工程精度要求。  相似文献

An approximate solution is presented for large deflections of clamped, uniformly loaded, unsymmetrically laminated, anisotropic, rectangular plates. Expressing the load and displacements in the form of series, the von Karman-type nonlinear differential equations and immovable boundary conditions are reduced to a series of linear partial differential equations and boundary conditions. The solution obtained by successive approximations can reduce to some existing solutions for large deflections of homogeneous plates. Numerical results based on the first three terms of the truncated series are graphically presented for unsymmetrical cross-ply and angle-ply plates having various values of fiber-reinforced material, number of layers, and aspect ratio. The results in small deflections of coupled laminates are compared with available data.  相似文献

A series boundary integration method is given which exactly satisfies the fundamental equation of bending analysis of general anisotropic plates or laminated plates in Kirchhoffs sense. With a unified deflection series, the method may be applied to the plates having different planforms and support conditions. Several groups of representative examples are calculated. The examples include circular, square and triangular plates, and their boundaries include clamped edges, simply supported edges, free edges and free corner. Numerical results indicate rapid convergency for both deflection and stress resultants and demonstrate wide applicability of the method.This subject was supported by the Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong Province.  相似文献

The complex function method is used to solve problems of scattering of plane SH-waves on cylindrical canyon topography of arbitrary shape in anisotropic media. This paper gives the complete function series and general expressions with boundary condition to approach the solution of steady state scattering of plane SH-waves on two-dimensional canyon topography in anisotropic media. The problem to be solved can be reduced to a solution of infinite algebraic equation series by using Hermite function and it's orthogonal conditions. The solution can be obtained directly by using computers. Finally, as an example, computational results of scattering of plane SH-waves on a semi-cylindrical canyon topography are presented. A novel asymptotic approach to the theory of non-homogeneous anisotropic plates is suggested. For the problem of linear static deformations we consider solutions, which are slowly varying in the plane of the plate in comparison to the thickness direction. A small parameter is introduced in the general equations of the theory of elasticity. According to the procedure of asymptotic splitting, the principal terms of the series expansion of the solution are determined from the conditions of solvability for the minor terms. Three-dimensional conditions of compatibility make the analysis more efficient and straightforward. We obtain the system of equations of classical Kirchhoff's plate theory, including the balance equations, compatibility conditions, elastic relations and kinematic relations between the displacements and strain measures. Subsequent analysis of the edge layer near the contour of the plate is required in order to satisfy the remaining boundary conditions of the three-dimensional problem. Matching of the asymptotic expansions of the solution in the edge layer and inside the domain provides four classical plate boundary conditions. Additional effects, like electromechanical coupling for piezoelectric plates, can easily be incorporated into the model due to the modular structure of the analysis. The results of the paper constitute a sound basis to the equations of the theory of classical plates with piezoelectric effects, and provide a trustworthy algorithm for computation of the stressed state in the three-dimensional problem. Numerical and analytical studies of a sample electromechanical problem demonstrate the asymptotic nature of the present theory.  相似文献

The classical formulation of the homogeneous problem of a curved bar loaded only by and end force involves the assumption of an appropriate stress function with four arbitrary constants and the determination of these constants from the boundary conditions. Since there are five boundary conditions, four on the curved edge and one at the end, the solution is only possible because the coefficient matrix of the resulting algebraic equations is singular. This in turn means that certain inhomogeneous problems in which the curved edges are loaded by sinusoidally varying tractions cannot be solved using apparently appropriate stress functions.Additional stress functions which resolve this difficulty are introduced and an example problem is solved, which exhibits qualitatively different behavior from that in more general cases of loading. The problem is then reconsidered as a limiting case of sinusoidal loading of arbitrary wavelength. It is shown that the solution of the latter problem appears to become unbounded as the special case is approached, but that when the end conditions have been correctly satisfied by superposing an appropriate multiple of the end-loaded solution, the limit can be approached regularly and the correct special solution is recovered. The limiting process reveals a general procedure for determining the additional stress functions required for the special case.Similar relationships between homogeneous and inhomogeneous solutions for other common geometries are discussed.  相似文献

The Ritz method is one of the most elegant and useful approximate methods for analyzing free vibration of laminated composite plates. It is simple to use and also straightforward to implement. However, the Ritz method has its own difficulty in determining the natural frequencies of simply supported laminated anisotropic plates. This is caused by the fact that the natural boundary conditions in the vibration of anisotropic plates can never be exactly satisfied by a solution in a variables separable form. As a result, the calculated natural frequencies would be expected to converge to solutions a little higher than true ones. To overcome this difficulty, this paper presents a simple variational formulation with Ritz procedure in which all the natural boundary conditions are implemented in an averaging manner. It is revealed that the proposed method can produce lower upper bound solutions compared with the conventional Ritz method where the geometric boundary conditions can only be satisfied by the assumed deflection functions.  相似文献
