冲击荷载下单层球面网壳的失效机理   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
为研究单层球面网壳在冲击荷载下的失效机理,在ANSYS/LS-DYNA中建立60m跨度K8型单层球面网壳与圆柱形冲击物的数值模型并进行数值分析,总结了网壳结构的4种失效模式。通过对失效全过程的分析,从能量的角度将失效过程分为能量施加、能量传递与损失、能量消耗3个阶段。之后分别从能量传递与杆件破坏形式2方面揭示了网壳的失效机理。能量分析表明:剩余能量(Elf)对结构最终动力响应及失效模式起决定作用,而Elf只是初始冲击能量中除去冲击物穿透损失与网壳局部破坏损失后的剩余部分。通过对杆件破坏形式的分析发现:杆件的破坏可能滞后于冲击荷载的作用,且杆件的破坏形式决定其传递能量的能力,当杆件发生拉伸破坏时,其强度被充分利用,传递的能量最多,Elf值较大,网壳整体破坏严重。杆件的破坏形式与Elf及网壳整体的失效模式间有很好的对应关系。  相似文献

传统极限承载力分析的塑性铰法(PHM)及其修正格式(mPHM)没有考虑加载历史累积荷载效应对刚架失效的影响,不能正确处理内力反向问题,由此导致刚架结构极限承载力和失效模式分析结果出现错误。为此,首先研究了前序失效阶段累积荷载效应的影响,据此分析结构迭代计算中相邻迭代步出现内力反向时PHM和mPHM发生错误的原因;然后通过合理修改构件截面强度,以反映结构强度损伤演化规律,据此计算刚架结构极限承载力,并识别结构潜在失效模式,提出了刚架结构的失效判据,建立了刚架结构分析的改进塑性铰法(iPHM);最后,进一步通过iPHM与PHM、mPHM、弹塑性增量加载法对比分析,验证了iPHM的适用性、计算精度和效率。  相似文献

基于单层板理论,结合有限元分析技术即应力分析、Hashin三维失效判定准则、包含4种基本损伤类型相互关联作用的材料性能退化方法及结构最终破坏判据等,建立了含辅助铺层层合板接头静载损伤失效分析方法. 同时,对层合板接头损伤扩展进行了模拟分析,损伤计算结果与试验分级加载试样X光进行了对比. 通过多种类型层合板接头静强度预测结果与试验结果对比及静载累积损伤规律分析表明,建立的静载三维累积损伤分析的强度预测方法可方便模拟不同结构尺寸层合板接头内部各铺层损伤起始、发展及结构最终破坏整个累积过程,同时获得其最终破坏强度及破坏模式. 该方法的预测结果与试验结果吻合较好.   相似文献

单层网壳结构是缺陷敏感结构,初始几何缺陷不同对"网壳截面优化结果"有显著影响,该文研究了网壳杆件截面取值与缺陷分布、结构极限承载力之间的关系.结果表明:经截面优化设计的网壳结构最不利应力最早并且一直出现在初始几何缺陷较大处;优化寻优结果与初始几何缺陷分布有直接关系,增大缺陷较大处杆件截面能显著提高结构承载力;由于缺陷随机分布,经截面优化设计的网壳结构须校核其在不同缺陷下的稳定承载力以确保结构安全.  相似文献

利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA 有限元程序,考虑几何非线性和材料非线性效应,开展单层椭圆抛物面网壳结构在撞击荷载作用下的动力稳定性研究.分析了该类网壳在以一定高度的自由落体撞击作用下的撞击力响应(撞击力、节点位移、杆件轴力和能量)及网壳失稳模态,进一步根据产生的动力响应对其在撞击作用下的弹塑性动力稳定问题进行了判定.结果表明:网壳结构在撞击作用下失稳时,撞击力时程曲线形状基本上呈陡峭的三角形脉冲荷载形式,其最大峰值和脉宽与撞击冲量及网壳所处变形阶段的刚度性能相关;特征节点的位移响应突然增大,失稳部位杆件的轴力大幅减小,结构的变形能和总能量也突然增大,整个结构变形形状发生突变;节点的残余位移、撞击力和持时等特征参数都产生一致性突变.  相似文献

基于损伤力学,考虑压电效应、几何非线性和损伤演化的影响,建立了集中载荷作用下压电层合板的非线性运动微分方程,考虑撞击物与压电层合板之间的弹性接触效应,确定了层合板所承受的冲击力.对此非线性动力问题,采用有限差分法进行求解,且引入损伤层合板单元模型,采用有限元方法模拟了冲击荷载作用下压电层合板的损伤演化.算例中,讨论了撞击物的冲击速度、压电材料以及损伤对压电层合板非线性动力响应的影响,以及周期冲击荷载下冲击速度和压电材料对压电层合板疲劳损伤寿命的影响.  相似文献

分别采用基于Mindlin一阶剪切理论八节点层合板单元和三节点层合梁单元来模拟蒙皮和肋骨,用累积失效法研究了在压缩载荷作用下蒙皮内含分层损伤复合材料正交格栅加筋板的非线性屈曲性态,分析中考虑了加载过程中蒙皮和肋骨纤维断裂、基体损伤和纤维-基体剪切失效造成的刚度退化,并采用了非线性接触单元模型处理蒙皮分层上下子板间的接触效应。通过典型算例,讨论了蒙皮铺设方式、蒙皮分层的面积和深度、肋骨与蒙皮的刚度比,累积失效行为等因素对格栅加筋板非线性屈曲性态的影响。  相似文献

以有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA为平台,建立了40m 跨度K8型单层球面网壳在中心TNT 爆 炸荷载作用下的精细化有限元数值分析模型。在网壳结构各组成部分的单元选取、钢材本构关系与参数确 定、网格尺寸选择与划分方式、结构对称性应用等方面进行了探索,保证了有限元动力分析的精度与可行性。 通过比较网壳结构的塑性应变及其发展程度、杆件应变与位移等结果获得了不同网壳矢跨比、炸点距离以及 屋面板厚度下的结构爆炸响应规律;以屋面板作为网壳结构的泄爆方式,研究了屋面板开洞率、开洞数量及洞 口分布、洞口位置对结构响应的影响。总结了中心爆炸荷载作用下大跨度单层网壳结构的动力响应结果、最 佳的屋面板泄爆布置方案,为网壳结构的合理抗爆及防御设计提供了理论依据。  相似文献

根据疲劳载荷造成的疲劳累积损伤对结构极限承载力的影响情况,讨论了结构系统承载能力的可靠度计算方法,分析了结构系统中每一个单元在静载和疲劳载荷作用下的两种失效模式,并考虑了二者之间的相关性对该单元可靠性的影响,具体分析了结构系统在这两种载荷作用下的失效机理,给出了在这两种载荷作用下结构系统的可靠性分析方法. 算例表明,在不同的使用年限内,静载和疲劳载荷对结构系统可靠性的影响是不同的;在结构系统主要失效路径中既有单元静强度失效又有单元疲劳失效,这是符合结构系统使用真实情况的.  相似文献

本文提出了粱元正交布置的单层网格扁壳结构在考虑梁元侧向弯曲时的结构非线性模型.运用虚功原理,给出了该类网壳结构的大挠度基本控制方程和边界条件.对于竖向均布荷载作用下的网格圆柱壳,采用伽辽金法分析并计算得到了考虑侧向弯矩时网格圆柱壳的非线性荷载位移关系和结果曲线,与忽略侧向弯曲的情况进行了比较.同时,还分析了不同矢跨比对网格圆柱壳稳定性的影响.  相似文献

Long-span reticulated dome is often considered as a landmark building of a region, so it is very important to investigate the dynamic response and propose the damage assessment method of reticulated dome under blast loading. In this article, a fine finite element model of Kiewitt8 (K8) single-layer reticulated dome was established by using ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The effects of standoff distance, charge weight, rise–span ratio, span, and roof weight on the responses of K8 single-layer reticulated dome were numerically studied. The results showed that the blast-resistant performance of reticulated dome with smaller rise–span ratio and larger span under exterior blast load was more advantageous. Although the blast-resistant capacity of reticulated dome with large span and large roof weight was favorable, the plastic deformations of reticulated dome members were small and the utilization of material was low at failure state. According to the dynamic response characteristics of plentiful K8 single-layer reticulated domes at different damage levels, a damage model of K8 single-layer reticulated dome under exterior blast load was proposed in this article to indicate the damage level and determine the ultimate strength. Besides, a new damage criterion for K8 reticulated dome was also defined. This damage model was defined based on the physical phenomena at different damage levels, which made the strength failure criterion had definite physical meaning. Using the proposed damage criterion and a new search algorithm for pressure and impulse, the pressure–impulse diagrams for the typical K8 reticulated dome were derived from the numerical simulations to evaluate the damage level of reticulated dome under blast loading. Finally, a method to determine the safety standoff distance for reticulated dome under given TNT charge weight was also proposed.  相似文献

By using the method of quasi-shells,the nonlinear dynamic equations of three-dimensional single-layer shallow cylindrical reticulated shells with equilateral tri- angle cell are founded.By using the method of the separating variable function,the transverse displacement of the shallow cylindrical reticulated shells is given under the conditions of two edges simple support.The tensile force is solved out from the compati- ble equations,a nonlinear dynamic differential equation containing second and third order is derived by using the method of Galerkin.The stability near the equilibrium point is discussed by solving the Floquet exponent and the critical condition is obtained by using Melnikov function.The existence of the chaotic motion of the single-layer shallow cylin- drical reticulated shell is approved by using the digital simulation method and Poincarémapping.  相似文献

Stability of imperfect elastic cylindrical shells which are subjected to uniform axial compression is analyzed by using the finite element method. Multiple interacting localized axisymmetric initial geometric imperfections, having either triangular or wavelet shapes, were considered. The effect of a single localized geometric imperfection was analyzed in order to assess the most adverse configuration in terms of shell aspect ratios. Then two or three geometric imperfections of a given shape and which were uniformly distributed along the shell length were introduced to quantify their global effect on the shell buckling strength. It was shown that with two or three interacting geometric imperfections further reduction of the buckling load is obtained. In the ranges of parameters that were investigated, the imperfection wavelength was found to be the major factor influencing shell stability; it is followed by the imperfection amplitude, then by the interval distance separating the localized imperfections. In a wide range of parameters this last factor was recognized to have almost no effect on buckling stresses.  相似文献

The delamination growth may occur in delaminated cylindrical shells subjected to external dynamic load and it will further cause structural failure. Based on the variational principle of moving boundary and considering the contact effect between delamination regions, in this paper, the nonlinear governing equations for the delaminated cylindrical shells under the action of circumferential concentrated dynamic load are derived, and the corresponding boundary and matching conditions are given. At the same time, according to the Griffith criterion, the formulas of energy release rate along the delamination front are obtained and the delamination growth is studied. In the numerical calculation, the delamination growth of axisymmetrical laminated cylindrical shells is analyzed, and the effects of the delamination sizes and depths, the geometrical parameters, the material properties and the laminate stacking sequences on delamination growth are discussed.  相似文献

使用文[1]提出的三维结构塑性极限分析的一般计算方法,我们对含凹坑缺陷的圆柱壳进行了数值极限分析.对凹坑和筒体各种组合的几何参数,本文给出了筒壳极限压力的上限.计算结果与现有的理论、实验和数值解进行了比较.本文调查和评估了各种形状和尺寸的凹坑对筒壳极限承载能力的影响规律,研究了对应于不同凹坑尺寸的筒壳两种典型的破坏模式.根据以上数值结果,本文采用几何参数G来反映凹坑各参数对筒壳极限压力的综合影响,并给出了估计带凹坑筒体极限压力的拟合公式.本文结果对含凹坑缺陷压力容器的安全评估具有重要参考价值  相似文献

柱壳结构广泛应用于各个领域, 但由于其对初始缺陷较为敏感, 容易发生灾难性的屈曲失稳. 本文利用非线性有限元分析程序ABAQUS研究了柱壳屈曲问题, 并应用到了易拉罐的屈曲分析. 首先采用数值模拟的方法验证了Virot等学者的易拉罐屈曲试验结果, 然后为了获得屈曲的一些普适结果, 进一步考察了柱壳的屈曲表现. 对柱壳结构在不同载荷组合、不同几何参数作用下进行了细致分析. 为了讨论的直观, 本文绘制了柱壳结构在受到侧压-轴压载荷作用下外力-屈曲载荷-位移三维屈曲地貌图(称为landscape). 结果表明: 在侧压-轴压-扭转载荷作用下, 试件力-位移曲线出现了"cliff"(断崖)现象; 扭转载荷的施加不利于试件整体稳定性, 并造成了试件对初始缺陷的敏感性; 对于受到轴压-扭转载荷作用的试件, 本文定义承载力为零的平面为"sea level"(海平面)来区分试件破坏模式; 通过对不同边界条件的试件进行分析, 发现试件两端固定可以有效地增加结构的承载能力, 提高稳定性. 对柱壳结构内部充气可以大幅度提升结构的承载能力和稳定性, 减小对初始缺陷的敏感度.   相似文献

冗余特性是结构鲁棒性的重要组成部分,也是损伤情况下结构安全性的体现。在地震等动力荷载作用下单层球面网壳结构的倒塌模式由诸多因素决定,其中结构的冗余度是重要的影响因素。为合理评估地震作用下的结构冗余度,本文基于结构响应对单元材料弹性模量的敏感性提出地震作用下的结构构件冗余度评价方法,并对一星型网壳在地震作用下的弹性、弹塑性冗余度进行分析,以验证方法的有效性。结果表明,结构冗余度能够反映构件在结构中的重要性,冗余度值的大小是构件重要性的衡量指标,低冗余度构件是结构的关键构件。利用结构的冗余度分布,可以采取加强低冗余构件的措施,从而实现网壳结构倒塌模式的优化控制。  相似文献

The effect of local geometric imperfections on the buckling and postbuckling of composite laminated cylindrical shells subjected to combined axial compression and uniform temperature loading was investigated. The two cases of compressive postbuckling of initially heated shells and of thermal postbuckling of initially compressed shells are considered. The formulations are based on a boundary layer theory of shell buckling, which includes the effects of the nonlinear prebuckling deformation, the nonlinear large deflection in the postbuckling range and the initial geometric imperfection of the shell. The analysis uses a singular perturbation technique to determine buckling loads and postbuckling equilibrium paths. Numerical examples are presented that relate to the performances of cross-ply laminated cylindrical shells with or without initial local imperfections, from which results for isotropic cylindrical shells follow as a limiting case. Typical results are presented in dimensionless graphical form for different parameters and loading conditions.  相似文献
