采用机械合金化制备了n型(Bi1-xAgx)2(Te1-ySey)3合金粉体,对其进行XRD分析表明Bi,Te,Ag,Se单质粉末,经2h球磨后实现了合金化;SEM分析表明随着机械合金化时间延长粉体颗粒变得均匀、细小,颗粒尺寸在微米至亚微米数量级.采用放电等离子烧结制备了块体样品,研究了合金成分和球磨时间对热电性能的影响.结果表明材料的热电性能与掺杂元素有密切关系,Ag有利于提高功率因子和降低晶格热导率,球磨10h的(Bi0.99Ag0.01)2(Te0.96Se0.04)3合金粉末的烧结块体具有最大的功率因子和最低的晶格热导率,并在323K取得最高ZT值0.52. 关键词: 1-xAgx)2(Te1-ySey)3合金')" href="#">(Bi1-xAgx)2(Te1-ySey)3合金 机械合金化 放电等离子烧结 热电性能  相似文献

α-Fe2O3 nanoparticles were prepared by high-energy ball milling using α-FeOOH as raw materials. The prepared samples were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Mössbauer spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and differential thermal analysis–thermogravimetric analysis (DTA–TGA). The results showed that after 90 h milling α-Fe2O3 nanoparticles were obtained, and the particle size is about 20 nm. The mechanism of reaction during milling is supposed that the initial α-FeOOH powder turned smaller and smaller by the high-speed collision during ball milling, later these particles turned to be superparamagnetic, at last these superparamagnetic α-FeOOH particles were dehydrated and transformed into α-Fe2O3.  相似文献

The design of a 8mm TE 13 mode gyrotron is given in this paper. Discussions about the selection of the dimensions of the RF structure and electron gun are presented. Calculated results of the operating parameters of the gyrotron are also given. At 37.5GHz, pulse power 56kW is obtained for the gyrotron manufactured according to our design. Mode pattern obtained by scorching method shows that the mode of the output millimeter wave is TE 13.  相似文献

Magnetic nanoparticles of cobalt ferrites Co x Fe3−x O4 (x = 1 or 2) have been obtained either by mechanical milling or thermal treatment of pre-prepared layered double hydroxide carbonate x-LDH–CO3. Mechanical milling of the 1-LDH–CO3 leads to the large-scale preparation of nearly spherical nanoparticles of CoFe2O4, the size of which (5 to 20 nm) is controlled by the treatment time. Core-shell structure with surface spin-canting has been considered for the nanoparticles formed to explain the observed hysteresis loop shift (from ZFC–FC) in the magnetic properties. Annealing treatment of the 2-LDH–CO3 below 673 K results in the formation of nearly spherical pure Co2FeO4 nanoparticles. At 673 K and above, the LDH decomposition leads to the formation of a mixture of both spinels phases Co2FeO4 and CoFe2O4, the amount of the latter increases with annealing temperature. Unusually high magnetic hardness characterized by a 22 kOe coercive field at 1.8 K has been observed, which reflects the high intrinsic anisotropy for Co2FeO4.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

TiC-MgO composite was developed as a heating element for X-ray study in the multi-anvil high pressure apparatus. We synthesized TiC-MgO blocks (50–70 wt.% of TiC) by compression in a cold isostatic press followed by baking in a gas flow furnace. Heaters of tubular shape were manufactured from the synthesized blocks either by lathe or numerically controlled milling machine. The so-produced heating elements have been proved to generate temperatures up to 2250?K at 10?GPa, condition where classical graphite heaters are not suitable anymore due to graphite-diamond transition. These new heaters have been successfully used for in situ X-ray radiography and diffraction measurements on liquid Fe alloys, exploiting excellent X-ray transparency.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to examine the algorithm-measuring capabilities used in the Time-Frequency Analysis Software Program for 32-bit Windows (TF32) for measuring fundamental frequency (F0), its dependent measures, and signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). The stability, accuracy, and linearity of its algorithm to systematic changes in aspiration noise and/or spectral slope (to mimic the perceptual characteristics of breathiness, roughness, and hoarseness) were evaluated using its analysis output to five female and five male synthesized voices. TF32 was used to calculate F0, Jitter%, Shimmer%, and SNR for each of the synthesized signals. The findings indicate that although TF32 produced stable results for male synthesized samples, they were not accurate when measuring F0, Jitter%, and Shimmer% with the addition of noise and variations in open quotient independently and in combination. In contrast, TF32 was neither stable nor accurate in making the same measurements for female synthesized samples. However, TF32 was stable and accurate in measuring SNR for male and most of female voices. These results point to an inappropriate F0 extraction algorithm in TF32 and stress the need for further research to remediate the algorithm or to identify a superior one.  相似文献

The use of a newly synthesized fluorescent probe, ABM (conditional name), to determine changes of membrane composition (fluidity), biomass yield, ethanol productivity, and yield of Zymomonas mobilis under anaerobic conditions was investigated. A strong correlation between ABM spectral characteristics in cell suspension and all obtained parameters was observed. It was concluded that application of ABM is a useful tool to detect temperature-induced changes in the membrane composition of Zymomonas mobilis.  相似文献

The Fe100-xMox(13≤x≤25) alloy nanowire arrays are synthesized by electrodeposition of Fe 2+ and Mo 2+ with different ionic ratios into the anodic aluminum oxide templates.The crystals of Fe100-xMox alloy nanowires gradually change from polycrystalline phase to amorphous phase with the increase of the Mo content and the nanowires are of amorphous structure when the Mo content reaches 25 at%,which are revealed by the X-ray diffraction and the selected area electron diffraction patterns.As the Mo content increases,the magnetic hysteresis loops of Fe100-xMox alloy nanowires in parallel to the nanowire axis are not rectangular and the slopes of magnetic hysteresis loops increase.Those results indicate that the magnetostatic interactions between nanowires and the magnetocrystalline anisotropy both have significant influences on the magnetization reversal process of the nanowire arrays.  相似文献

One-dimension InAlO 3 (ZnO) m superlattice nanowires were successfully synthesized via chemical vapor deposition.Transmission electron microscopy measurements reveal that the nanowires have a periodic layered structure along the 0001 direction.The photoluminescence properties of InAlO 3 (ZnO) m superlattice nanowires are studied for the first time.The near-band-edge emissions exhibit an obvious red shift due to the formation of the localized tail states.The two peaks centered at 3.348 eV and 3.299 eV indicate a lever phenomenon at the low-temperature region.A new luminescence mechanism is proposed,combined with the special energy band structure of InAlO 3 (ZnO) m.  相似文献

A monocrystal ofFe 3 O 4 is characterized by resistance, magnetoresistance and magnetic measurements in a temperature range from 4.2 K to 350 K and magnetic field-cycling from −9 T to 9 T. The resistance measurements revealed a metal-insulator Verwey transition (VT) atT v =123.76 K with activation energy E=92.5 meV at T >T v and temperature-substitute for the activation energy below the VT,T 0=E/k B ≈3800 K within 70 K–110K. The magnetotransport results independently verified the VT at 123.70 K, with discontinuous change in the magnetic moment ΔM≈0.21 ΔM≈0.21μ B and resistance hysteresis, dependent on the magnetic field in a narrow temperature range of 0.4° around theT v . The magnetic characterization established self consistentlyT v as ≈123.67 K, the jump in the magnetization at the VT≈0.25μ B and confirmed, that the magnetocrystalline anisotropy is the main microscopic mechanism responsible for the magnetization of the monocrystal (88%) with additional natural and imposed defects contributing as 12%.  相似文献

This paper presents a novel solvent free method of synthesis of trans-chalcones. The method was based on ultrasound irradiation of the reagents (aryl methyl ketones and aryl aldehydes) in presence of commercial acid-montmorillonites as catalysts. The trans-chalcones were synthesized in high yields (85–95%) and excellent selectivity in a short reaction time.  相似文献

The Cu-doped MgB2 bulks were prepared by a high-energy milling and subsequent sintering method. Compared to the pure and Cu-doped bulks prepared only by sintering, the critical current density (Jc) of the milled Cu-doped samples was improved with a slight decrease in critical transition temperature (Tc). Using the phase analysis and microstructure observation, it has been found that the MgB2 grains in the milled Cu-doped sample was refined with the high-energy milling and thus provided more grain boundary pinning, which was contributed to the improvement of Jc at high field.  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法制备1.0%mol Mn,Cr,Co掺杂 BaTiO3(BTO)粉体,在1350℃下烧结成多晶陶瓷样品.X射线衍射和差示扫描量热分析表明,室温下掺杂BaTiO3具有四方钙钛矿结构;居里点和相变潜热随Cr,Mn,Co掺杂逐渐降低.将掺杂BaTiO3与Tb1-xDyxFe2-y(TDF)胶合制成双层磁电复合材料,并研究了Cr:BTO-TDF,Mn∶BTO-TDF,Co:BTO-TDF层状复合材料中的磁电效应.实验表明,在340×80 A·m-1偏置磁场下, Cr:BTO-TDF的横向磁电电压系数达到最大值586 mV·cm-1·(80 A·m-1)-1.在400×80 A·m-1偏置磁场下,Mn∶BTO-TDF和Co:BTO-TDF的横向磁电电压系数的最大值分别为480 mV·cm-1·(80 A·m-1)-1和445mV·cm-1·(80 A·m-1)-1.研究表明掺杂BaTiO3-TDF层状复合材料中具有较强的磁电耦合.作为无铅压电材料,掺杂BaTiO3制备的磁电效应器件颇具应用前景. 关键词: 磁电效应 双层复合材料 3')" href="#">掺杂BaTiO3 1-xDyxFe2-y')" href="#">Tb1-xDyxFe2-y  相似文献

Synthesis temperature, during air-oxidation of manganese hydroxide, of γ-MnO2 influences performance of the protonic solid-state battery. X-ray powder diffraction analyses reveal a high degree of De Wolff disorder in samples synthesized at 40 and 60 °C, resulting in poor battery performance. The discharge profile of cell with proton-conducting solid electrolyte and composite zinc as anode, recorded at a constant load condition, indicates proton intercalation. MnO2 synthesized at 80 °C exhibits improved battery performance.  相似文献

The influence of the sample orientation on the effective value of the hydrostatic piezoelectric coefficients d h (i) of Sn2P2S6 crystals has been studied. The hydrostatic piezoelectric coefficients d h (1) and d′ h (3) , were measured, d h (1) =(244±3) pC/N and d′ h (3) =(92±1) pC/N. The hydrostatic piezoelectric coefficient d h (3) for orthogonal axis system was calculated to be d h (3) =(87±2) pC/N. The, optimal orientation of the sample has been found as (Xy l)−20°-cut. Maximal value of the effective hydrostatic piezoelectric coefficient d h (1) equals 260 pC/N. Double rotated samples were also studied. The orientation of the samples insensitive to the pressure has been found. The theoretical mean value of hydrostatic piezoelectric coefficient (d h ) mean corresponding to randomly oriented Sn2P2S6 grains in a poled composite has been calculated to be (d h ) mean =136 pC/N.  相似文献

采用化学共沉淀法制备了不同Ba2+掺杂浓度、 不同煅烧温度的Sr0.8-xBaxEu0.2WO4红色荧光粉. 研究了样品的晶体取向和晶格 畸变对发光性质的影响, 实验结果表明: 合成的Sr0.8-xBaxEu0.2WO4红色荧光粉为四方相, 样品中Eu3+5D07F2跃迁的红光能被近紫外光和蓝光有效激发. 适量的Ba2+离子取代部分的Sr2+提高了Sr0.8Eu0.2WO4荧光粉的发光强度, Ba2+掺杂浓度的改变对基质的晶格参数、晶体对称性和发光性能影响较大, Ba2+的最佳掺杂量为30%.  相似文献

Conclusions The studies performed here have shown that the superlattice samples studied exhibit photoluminescence spectra which agree with the Kronig-Penney model, although in calculating the energies of the radiative transitions it is necessary to take into account the binding energy of the excitons,E B. Due to the exciton—phonon interaction, the 1HH peak breaks up on the long wavelength side into a Poisson distribution. The energy of the LO phonon so determined is 34 meV. Bands due toD 0-A 0 andD 0X transitions, caused by remaining low-level impurities in the GaAs crystals are also observed. The temperatureT dependencies ρ(T) of normal state electric resistivitiesρ c (axial) andρ ab (in plane) of single-layer high-T c superconductors show common trends: AsT is raised, the resistivity first drops steeply before it starts rising αT above an apparent semiconductor-to-metal crossoverT cross . To analyze ρ(T) we plottT/ρ againstT at various dopingsx for bothρ c andρ ab .T/ρ is inversely proportional to the traversal time across a potential barrier as an ionic particle drifts in an electric field. We findT/ρ in good agreement with theT dependence of the quantum rate of migrating particles: AsT is raised, a zero-point rate at the lowestT is extended to a nearly flat plateau before a thermally activated branch sets in. We also find evidence for the admixture of 1- & 2-phonon absorptions below the Arrhenius range. These features shape the semiconductor-like branch below T cross . AboveT cross a metallic-like branch sets in, its αT character deriving from the field coupling of the migrating particle. Our analysis suggests that metal physics may not suffice if ionic features play a role in transport. We attribute our conclusions to the drift of strong-coupling polarons along Cu−O bonds. These “bond polarons” originate from carrier scattering by double-well potentials associated with the bonds. A bond polaron dissociates to a free hole as it passes onto a neighboring O-O link.  相似文献
