稀土掺杂ABS防激光玻璃的制备及其结构研究   总被引:15,自引:1,他引:14  
在稀土掺杂碱硼硅酸盐(ABS)玻璃形成能力研究的基础上,采用核磁共振NMR、红外激光拉曼光谱等测试手段研究该种玻璃的结构特征。研究结果表明,[SiO4]2-、[BO4]5-和[BO3]3-等结构单元通过[SiO4]4--[BO4]5-、[BO4]5--[BO3]3-、[BO3]3--[SiO4]4-等连接方式构成了玻璃网络结构,形成了巨大的介稳体系,稀土Sm3+等阳离子则填充在网络空隙之中。光谱研究结果表明,Sm3+掺杂ABS玻璃对1.06μm波长的激光具有很强的吸收,当稀土含量达到20mol%时,玻璃在1.06μm波长的透过率仅为0.03%。  相似文献

运用拉曼光谱技术研究了Na2O(K2O)—CaO(MgO)—SiO2,Na2O(K2O)—Al2O3—SiO2,Na2O(K2O)—B2O3—SiO2,Na2O(K2O)—PbO—SiO2和PbO—BaO—SiO2五个系统的玻璃。结果表明,阳离子对玻璃近程结构的改造会引起拉曼特征的变化。部分样品是根据古玻璃平均成分在实验室烧制的,这项研究对于运用激光拉曼光谱区分不同系统的古代硅酸盐玻璃有重要意义。  相似文献

The structures of pseudo-binary GeS_2–Sb_2S_3, GeS_2–CdS, Sb_2S_3–CdS, and pseudo-ternary GeS_2–Sb_2S_3–CdS chalcogenide systems are systematically investigated by Raman spectroscopy. It is shown that a small number of [S_3Ge–GeS_3]structural units(SUs) and-S-S-/S8 groups exist simultaneously in GeS_2 glass which has a three-dimensional continuous network backbone consisting of cross-linked corner-sharing and edge-sharing [GeS_4] tetrahedra. When Sb_2S_3 is added into GeS_2 glass, the network backbone becomes interconnected [GeS_4] tetrahedra and [SbS_3] pyramids. Moreover, Ge atoms in[S_3Ge–GeS_3] SUs tend to capture S atoms from Sb_2S_3, leading to the formation of [S_2Sb–SbS_2] SUs. When CdS is added into GeS_2 glass, [Cd_4GeS_6] polyhedra are formed, resulting in a strong crystallization tendency. In addition, Ge atoms in[S_3Ge–GeS_3] SUs tend to capture S atoms from CdS, resulting in the dissolution of Ge–Ge bond. Co-melting of Sb_2S_3 or CdS with GeS_2 reduces the viscosity of the melt and improves the homogeneity of the glass. The GeS_2 glass can only dissolve up to 10-mol% CdS without crystallization. In comparison, GeS_2–Sb_2S_3 glasses can dissolve up to 20-mol% CdS,implying that Sb_2S_3 could delay the construction of [Cd_4GeS_6] polyhedron and increase the dissolving amount of CdS in the glass.  相似文献

用传统熔融淬冷法制备了新型远红外Te基硫系玻璃(100-x)(GeTe4)-xGa (x=0, 5, 10 mol%).利用差热分析(DTA)、可见/近红外吸收光谱、红外透射光谱等技术,在GeTe4玻璃的基础上,通过引入较高配位金属Ga, 研究其对玻璃组成、结构和性能的影响,利用经典的Tauc方程计算了样品光学带隙允许的直接跃迁、允许的间接跃迁及Urbach能量.分析结果表明:在GeTe4玻璃中引入 关键词: 光学材料 硫系玻璃 光学带隙 红外光谱  相似文献

稀土掺杂磷酸盐玻璃具有优异的光学和光谱特性,在激光介质材料、有色滤光材料等领域中有着重要的应用。在研究P2O5-BaO-Al2O3-Sm2O3(PBAS)玻璃形成能力的基础上,借助NMR、红外吸收光谱等分析手段,研究了玻璃的结构特点以及在各种化学介质条件下玻璃的化学稳定性能、玻璃的组成和结构对化学稳定性的影响。结果表明:玻璃结构主要由磷氧四面体[PO4]3-和铝氧八面体[AlO6]3-构成;Al3+含量越高,玻璃结构越稳定,玻璃的耐水性和耐酸性也越好;玻璃结构中阳离子的极化能力越强,玻璃的耐酸性越好,侵蚀过程中玻璃表面形成的“缺碱层”在一定程度上减缓了化学介质的侵蚀程度;在碱性介质中,磷酸盐长链末节的金属离子被水化,产生P—O—P断键,形成正磷酸盐溶解到溶液中,稀土离子含量的增加,在一定程度上恶化了玻璃的耐碱性能。  相似文献

Tumor-targeted magnetic hyperthermia has recently attracted much attention.Magnetic nanoparticles(NPs) are heat mediator nanoprobes in magnetic hyperthermia for cancer treatment.In this paper,single cubic spinel structural Zn0.3Fe2.7O4 magnetic NPs with sizes of 14 nm-20 nm were synthesized,followed by coating with SiO2 shell.The SLP value of Zn0.3Fe2.7O4/SiO2 NPs below 20 nm changes non-monotonically with the concentration of solution under the alternating current(AC) magnetic field of 430 kHz and 27 kA/m.SLP values of all Zn0.3Fe2.7O4/SiO2 NPs appear a peak value with change of solution concentration.The solution concentrations with optimal SLP value decrease with increasing magnetic core size.This work can give guidance to the better prediction and control of the magnetic hyperthermia performance of materials in clinical applications.  相似文献

Luminescence, absorption and electron spin resonance (ESR) spectroscopic measurements are performed for two new Mn2+ doped fluorophosphate glass systems containing bismuth and lead, respectively, i.e., 45Ba(PO3)2-55BiF3 and 45Ba(PO3)2-55PbF2, to elucidate the nature of dopant–ligand bonding in terms of the covalence degree of dopant–ligand bond and ligand field strength. It is found from luminescence measurements that an octahedral coordination of dopant is formed, which is the same as that in fluoroberyllate and phosphate glasses. The optical absorption measurements indicate that the position of the absorption band, 4T1g(G), is red shifted, and the Racah coefficient B is 625 and 627 cm-1, respectively, as ligand field strength increases in the order of fluoroberyllate, fluorophosphate, phosphate and silicate glasses. The hfs constant A determined from the ESR measurements is 94.33 and 92.12 Oe for two glass systems, respectively. The hfs constant A is also found to be 89.98 Oe and 94.33 Oe in the respective crystalline and glasses 45P2O5-55BiF3. In addition, the resonance observed at g2 in both glass systems is mainly attributed to Mn2+ ions in an environment close to octahedral symmetry distorted by agglomeration of resonant centers. It, thus, can be concluded from the ESR measurements that the degree of covalency of dopant–ligand bond in both fluoroberyllate and phosphate glasses is similar, and the crystallization of the glass leads to an increase in the degree of covalency of the ligand–Mn2+ bond. 分别选用氧化铝和氧化硅材料的抛光砂纸,在施加不同抛光压力、抛光时间,以及抛光助剂等工艺条件下,实验研究了抛光对连接器回波损耗的影响规律。通过实验发现:氧化铝砂纸干式抛光使光纤连接器的回波损耗仅保持在32~38dB之间;氧化硅砂纸干式抛光会造成光纤端面污损,使得连接器的回波损耗降低到20dB以下;氧化铝与氧化硅砂纸湿式抛光均可使光纤连接器的回波损耗提高到45~50dB,但氧化铝砂纸湿式抛光会造成80nm以上的光纤凹陷。因此,制作高回波损耗的光纤连接器应优先选用氧化硅砂纸湿式抛光工艺,抛光时间应控制在20~30s。  相似文献

制备了Er3+/Yb3+共掺的70TeO2-5Li2O-(25-x)B2O3-xGeO2(x=0,5,10,15,20 mol%)系列玻璃, 研究了玻璃的热稳定性能, 测试了玻璃的吸收光谱、荧光光谱以及Er3+离子4I13/2能级荧光寿命, 并根据McCumber理论计算了Er3+离子4I13/2→4I15/2跃迁的受激发射截面. 结果表明:随着GeO2含量的增加, 玻璃的热稳定性逐渐提高, 荧光谱线半高宽(FWHM)保持在70 nm左右, 而荧光强度和Er3+离子4I13/2能级荧光寿命逐渐提高, 研究表明这种玻璃系统是一种具有应用潜能的宽带光纤放大器用的基质材料.  相似文献

A new family of Tellurium-based glasses GeTe4-Ga2Te3-AgX (X = I/Br/Cl) has been investigated and the glass-forming region was determined. Properties measurements include XRD, DTA, vis-NIR, and IR transmission spectra. The amorphous nature of the glasses has been proved by X-ray diffraction. Among the three systems, the GeTe4-Ga2Te3-AgI glass system shows superior glass-forming ability and thermal stability. The maximum value of ΔT (= Tx − Tg) lies at about 110 °C for the glass composition 60GeTe4-2-20Ga2Te3-20AgI, while for 60GeTe4-20Ga2Te3-20AgBr and 60GeTe4-20Ga2Te3-20AgCl, the ΔT values are both only 88 °C. Most of the studied glasses have a wide optical transmission window from 1.8 to 25 μm.  相似文献

This paper describes the microstructural transformations of borate glass and barium metaborate crystals induced by femtosecond laser. Such structural transformations were verified by Raman spectroscopy. The borate glass is transformed into low temperature (LT) phase of barium metaborate (BaB_2O_4) crystals after being irradiated for 10 min by a femtosecond laser. In addition, after 20 min of irradiation, high temperature (HT) phase of BaB_2O_4 crystals is also produced. Further studies demonstrate that LT phase BaB_2O_4 crystals are formed in the HT phase BaB_2O_4 crystals after femtosecond laser irradiation for 10 s.  相似文献

测试了铋酸盐玻璃(85-x)Bi2O3-(10+x)B2O3-5Na2O(x=0,5,10,15,20,25 mol%)中Er3+离子的吸收光谱、荧光光谱、荧光寿命及热稳定性.应用Judd-Ofelt理论计算了铋酸盐玻璃中Er3+离子的强度参数(Ω2=(352—386)×10-20cm2,Ω4=(138—152)×10-20cm2,Ω6=(093—117)×10-20cm2),应用McCumber理论计算了Er3+离子的受激发射截面(σe=(70—95)×10-21cm2)及Er3+离子4I13/2→4I15/2发射谱的荧光半高宽(FWHM=57—79nm),测得了Er3+离子4I13/2能级荧光寿命(τm=265—159ms),分析了玻璃的热稳定性能.研究了Er3+离子各种光谱参数对成分的依赖性,发现随着玻璃中B2O3含量的增加,强度参数Ωt(t=2,4,6)、荧光半高宽(FWHM)、热稳定性均相应增加,而测得的荧光寿命却减小.比较了不同基质玻璃中Er3+离子的光谱特性,结果表明掺铒铋酸盐玻璃更适合于掺Er3+光纤放大器实现宽带和高增益放大. 关键词: 铋酸盐玻璃 光谱性质 成分依赖性 Er3+离子  相似文献

In this work, the field plate termination is studied for Ga_2O_3 Schottky barrier diodes(SBDs) by simulation. The influence of field plate overlap, dielectric material and thickness on the termination electric field distribution are demonstrated.It is found that the optimal thickness increases with reverse bias increasing for all the three dielectrics of SiO_2, Al_2 O_3, and HfO_2. As the thickness increases, the maximum electric field intensity decreases in SiO_2 and Al_2O_3, but increases in HfO_2.Furthermore, it is found that SiO_2 and HfO_2 are suitable for the 600 V rate Ga_2O_3 SBD, and Al_2O_3 is suitable for both600 V and 1200 V rate Ga_2O_3 SBD. In addition, the comparison of Ga_2O_3 SBDs between the SiC and GaN counterpart reveals that for Ga_2O_3, the breakdown voltage bottleneck is the dielectric. While, for SiC and GaN, the bottleneck is mainly the semiconductor itself.  相似文献

稀土掺杂磷酸盐玻璃具有优异的光学和光谱特性,在激光介质、有色滤光材料等领域中有着重要的应用。在P2O5_Al2O3_BaO_Sm2O3(PABS)玻璃形成能力研究的基础上,借助MAS NMR、红外光谱等分析手段,研究了玻璃的结构、玻璃组成与热处理等对玻璃结构的影响。结果表明:不同组成PAB(S)玻璃的31P MAS NMR谱在-20ppm~-25ppm范围内均存在单一的特征信号峰,对应于磷氧多面体[PO4]的Q2型结构;在18ppm、-12ppm和-36ppm处27Al的MAS NMR谱的三个特征信号峰分别对应于27Al的[AlO5][、AlO6]、[AlO6]配位结构,稀土离子的掺入以及热处理均使得[AlO6]向[AlO5]转变;玻璃的网络结构主要由Q2型[PO4]、[AlO5]和[AlO6]构成,并P_O_P、P_O_Al的形式相连接。玻璃在1383 cm-1处出现的吸收峰可能是玻璃结构中形成了P_O_Sm键所致。  相似文献

The structural and spectroscopic properties of Na2O-Al2O3-SiO2-xP2O5 glasses(x = 0 to 7 mol%) are investigated.Both Raman and IR spectra reveal that discrete phosphate species([PO4]-3,[PO3O1/2]-2) with low polymerization degree can be formed in the silicate glass.These phosphate structures scavenge non-bridging oxygen ions and cations from the silicate network,resulting in an increase of the glass transition temperature.According to the Judd-Ofelt intensity parameters(Ω246) of Er3+.the asymmetry of local environment around Er3+ becomes higher,and the bond covalency between Er3+ and O2-decreases after P2O5 is introduced.In the emission spectra,photo-luminescence intensity increases with increasing P2O5 concentration and the spectra are inhornogeneously broadened,revealing that the ligand electric field around Er3+ is dramatically changed,and the glass matrix becomes disordered.  相似文献

The third-order nonlinear optical (NLO) properties of new selenium-based GeSe2-Ga2Se3-PbI2 glasses have been measured using the optical Kerr effect (OKE) technique, with picosecond and femtosecond laser pulses. The 0.70GeSe2-0.15Ga2Se3-0.15PbI2 glass has the largest third-order optical nonlinear susceptibility in GeSe2-Ga2Se3-PbI2 glass system with χ(3) of 5.28×1012 esu. In addition, the response time of glasses is sub-picosecond, which is predominantly associated with electron cloud. Local structure of the glasses has been identified by using Raman studies, while the origins of the observed nonlinear optical response are discussed. The [Ge(Ga)Se4] tetrahedral and lone-pair electrons from highly polarizable Pb atom in glasses play an important role in enhanced NLO response. These results as well as their good chemical stability indicate that GeSe2-Ga2Se3-PbI2 glasses are promising materials for photonic applications of third-order nonlinear optical signal processing.  相似文献

用射频溅射(RF Sputtering)法制成了SiO_2和SiO_2/Al/SiO_2薄膜。应用喇曼光谱研究了薄膜结构。结果表明:RF溅射制成的SiO_2薄膜是含有大量环结构缺陷的玻璃态;SiO_2/Al/SiO_2层状薄膜的喇曼光谱中观察到Al_2O_3的特征峰,证实了Al/SiO_2薄膜界面确有氧化还原反应发生;从喇曼光谱中Al_2O_3的特性峰的位置和相对强度可推断出,SiO_2/Al/SiO_2薄膜界面处的Al_2O_3是非晶γ-Al_2O_3。  相似文献
