本文把非晶La80Al20在真空中、不同温度及其时间条件下进行退火,以及在6 GPa不同温度退火40 min,并对退火样品的相结构及超导性进行了研究。发现真空中,250 ℃退火的样品晶化成了T>4.2 K、不超导的单相四方La4Al;300 ℃及450 ℃退火的样品晶化成La3Al、α-La、β-La及一些未知杂相,这些多相混合物的TC<6.0 K。在6 GPa 300 ℃及以下温度退火的样品,晶化成单相六角La4Al,其晶格常数与六角La3Al的完全相同,这些样品的TC>5.1 K;6 GPa、350 ℃及以上温度退火的样品,晶化成La3Al相及新未知相H,新相H的TC约为6.3 K。 相似文献

本文研究了Pd40Ni40P20块状非晶在4 GPa及常压下的晶化过程。得到了时间-温度转变图。结果表明:高压下样品的晶化温度明显升高,压力对原子的长程扩散及相分离熔体的粘性流动均有抑制作用。在接近熔点进行高压退火时,获得了单相过饱和固溶体。其晶体结构为面心立方。 相似文献

本文研究了Fe40Ni40P12B8非晶合金冲击波加载下的晶化行为,冲击波由二级轻气炮发射的告诉弹丸撞击靶产生。实验结果表明:Fe40Ni40P12B8非晶合金在冲击波加载下,晶化可在加载时间(微秒量级)内发生;晶化的阈值压力在30~50 GPa之间,相应的冲击温度约为510~800 K,晶化析出相与冲击压力有关,低压下析出相是面心立方γ-(Fe, Ni)固溶体和Fe3(P0.37B0.63)化合物,高压下(大于60 GPa)析出相除了面心立方γ-(Fe, Ni)固溶体和Fe3(P0.37B0.63)化合物之外,还包括(Fe, Ni)3P化合物。 相似文献

利用Mao-Bell型金刚石对顶砧装置(DAC),使用4∶1的甲醇-乙醇混合液作传压介质,研究了层状铁电固溶体Ba3Bi3Ti4NbO18的在位高压拉曼光谱和压致结构相变(0~8.87 GPa)。观测到了Ba3Bi3Ti4NbO18的一个典型的压致结构相变。发现了赝钙钛矿结构A4B5O16的A位和B位联合置换对Ba3Bi3Ti4NbO18的拉曼振动模式及压致相变点的调制作用。并使用内模方法对Ba3Bi3Ti4NbO18的内模进行了指认。通过对加压下的拉曼光谱的分析,得到了压力作用下样品中BO6八面体的结构畸变的演化方向。 相似文献

A model for describing the thermodynamic properties of a hard/soft-magnetic bilayer is proposed and thoroughly studied using the Monte Carlo method. Temperature dependences of the heat capacity, total magnetization, magnetizations of the hard- and soft-magnetic layers, total magnetic susceptibility, and susceptibilities of the hard- and soft-magnetic layers have been calculated by this method in the framework of the proposed model. The obtained temperature dependences of the heat capacity and magnetic susceptibility display double maxima that result from the two phase transitions that take place in the system. The influence of system dimensions on the thermodynamic properties of the model has been considered. 相似文献

Abstract The paper presents the results of measurements of of magnetic properties of some Fe based amorphous alloys. The magnetization curves B(H) have been investigated within the range of pressure up to 2.5 GPa showing considerable changes with pressure. The reduction of spontaneous magnetization has been observed due to the pressure shift of Curie temperature. In some cases the total disappearence of ferromagnetism with increase of pressure has been observed at isothermal conditions. 相似文献

Magnetization reversal in the model of a hard/soft magnetic bilayer under the action of an external magnetic field has been investigated by the Monte Carlo method. Calculations have been performed for three systems: (i) the model without a soft-magnetic layer (hard-magnetic layer), (ii) the model with a soft-magnetic layer of thickness 25 atomic layers (predominantly exchange-coupled system), and (iii) with 50 (weak exchange coupling) atomic layers. The effect of a soft-magnetic phase on the magnetization reversal of the magnetic bilayer and on the formation of a 1D spin spring in the magnetic bilayer has been demonstrated. An inf lection that has been detected on the arch of the hysteresis loop only for the system with weak exchange coupling is completely determined by the behavior of the soft layer in the external magnetic field. The critical fields of magnetization reversal decrease with increasing thickness of the soft phase. 相似文献

具有核/壳结构的磁性复合纳米材料是十分重要的功能材料,其综合物性受材料微结构的影响,而这很大程度上又取决于复合体系的可控合成.本文综述了近二十年来有关核/壳磁性复合纳米材料的制备、表征及性能研究方面的进展,讨论的体系主要有:铁氧体基永磁/软磁(反铁磁)复合纳米材料、非磁性体包覆磁性核而成的复合纳米材料、用磁性颗粒催化合成的碳基复合纳米材料、基于交换偏置效应而设计的复合纳米材料、核-壳同轴结构的一维复合纳米材料和核/壳/壳三元结构的磁性复合纳米材料等.构建复合体系的组分包括M型永磁铁氧体、3d过渡金属(及其合金、氧化物、碳化物)、多铁化合物、非磁性体(比如绝缘体、半导体、有机分子)和碳材料等,着重分析了复合纳米材料的热稳定性、光致发光性能、光电催化能力、电化学特性、微波吸收性能、磁电阻效应、永磁体性能、高频软磁特性、交换偏置效应及其相关现象.最后,对核/壳结构磁性复合纳米材料的未来发展趋势进行了展望,并在基础研究和改性应用方面提出了一些建议. 相似文献

A model is presented that semi-quantitatively describes the dependence of precessional frequency on magnetic domain width in ferromagnetic thin film elements. With decreasing domain width an increase of precessional frequency at zero-bias field by a factor of about 1.5 is found experimentally and from the calculations. The modelled value of change of precessional frequency is in agreement with the experimental results. The simple model offers the opportunity to relate the drastic effects of domain structure on the dynamic magnetic properties of soft-magnetic thin films by a straightforward approach. 相似文献

The effect megaplastic deformation has on the coercivity and specific saturation magnetization of soft-magnetic equiatomic FeNi alloy is studied at room temperature in a Bridgman chamber by means of X-ray diffraction, Mössbauer spectroscopy and magnetometry. Hard/soft-magnetic composite pillar array medium is proposed for ultra-high-density recording media. Magnetization reversal process for a single hard/soft-magnetic composite pillar in the medium is calculated using the Landau–Lifshitz–Gilbert equation. Magnetization reversal of the soft-magnetic unit helps the magnetization reversal for the hard-magnetic unit, and the effective coercivity for the hard-magnetic unit is greatly reduced. Thereby saturation recording to the high-Ku-hard-magnetic material used for perpendicular magnetic recording will be realizable. 相似文献

The influence of different degrees of crystallinity on the magnetic behaviour of heat-treated nanocrystalline Fe76Mo8Cu1B15 alloy has been investigated using a combination of Mössbauer spectrometry and magnetic measurements. The evolution of magnetically active regions and their growth with rising contents of nanocrystals are followed by distributions of hyperfine interactions. Combined electric quadrupole and magnetic dipole interactions corresponding to non-magnetic and magnetic regions inside the amorphous phase, respectively, were revealed. A deterioration of the soft-magnetic properties takes place for the samples exhibiting low fraction of crystallinity. The very good soft-magnetic behaviour is regained for the samples where the primary crystallization process is almost finished. 相似文献

Recent advances in the study of exchange couplings in magnetic films are introduced.To provide a comprehensive understanding of exchange coupling,we have designed different bilayers,trilayers and multilayers,such as anisotropic hard/soft-magnetic multilayer films,ferromagnetic/antiferromagnetic/ferromagnetic trilayers,[Pt/Co]/NiFe/NiO heterostructures,Co/NiO and Co/NiO/Fe trilayers on an anodic aluminum oxide(AAO) template.The exchange-coupling interaction between soft-and hard-magnetic phases,interlayer and interfacial exchange couplings and magnetic and magnetotransport properties in these magnetic films have been investigated in detail by adjusting the magnetic anisotropy of ferromagnetic layers and by changing the thickness of the spacer layer,ferromagnetic layer,and antiferromagnetic layer.Some particular physical phenomena have been observed and explained. 相似文献
