供配电系统是航天器电气系统的重要组成部分,为航天器所有用电负载设备提供及分配电能,其性能的优劣直接关系到飞行任务的成败;为了提高航天器供配电系统的可靠性和智能化程度,从航天器供配电系统的功能与组成出发,结合工程实践经验,详细阐述了实现高可靠智能供配电系统的各项关键技术,如SSPC智能配电技术、系统冗余设计技术、故障隔离技术、总线控制技术和浪涌抑制设计技术等;该系统在地面试验中得到了充分验证,文中对其试验测试数据进行了分析。 相似文献

航空航天飞行器发展迅速,用电设备数量增多,飞行任务复杂性增大,对飞行器配电系统的智能程度以及可靠性提出更高要求。配电器是配电系统的核心设备,为飞行器所有用电负载设备分配电能,其性能的优劣直接影响到飞行任务的成败,BIT(Built-In Test)技术是一种能够显著改善系统或设备测试性能和诊断能力的重要手段。研究了以固态功率控制器为核心器件的配电系统总体方案,对固态功率控制器的故障模式与测试方法进行了分析,给出了测试点设计和优选方法,通过故障诊断能力计算结果表明BIT设计技术可提高配电系统的可靠性和智能化程度。 相似文献

介绍了一种输出峰值功率在MW量级,工作频率和脉冲宽度均连续可调的高功率固态脉冲调制器的设计。脉冲调制器的放电回路采用先进的固态开关技术,以实现频率和脉宽的连续可调。调制器输出采用升压型多路初级绕组脉冲变压器,以降低励磁单元的工作电压和工作电流,同时避免了由于固态开关串并联而导致的电路复杂设计问题。系统采用在励磁回路中添加补偿网络的方法提高输出脉冲的平顶度。采取以上这些技术设计的固态调制器工程样机输出脉冲峰值电压为48 kV、宽度1.0~4.5μs、重复频率20~300 Hz、脉冲顶降小于1%,可以作为磁控管调制器应用在粒子加速器系统中。 相似文献

新一代运载火箭采用低温动力技术,测量系统获取飞行过程遥测参数的同时,需要完成火箭发射前低温推进剂加注期间压力、温度等关键参数的可靠获取。相比传统火箭,对测量系统在供配电和地面测控的可靠性设计、连续工作时间、测试性、扩展性和箭地接口设计提出了较高要求,对此文中提出了一种基于1553B总线的供电测控系统,介绍了系统的硬件和软件组成、功能和测控信息流向,分析了系统设计的4项关键技术:单机设备智能化设计、箭地接口简化设计、总线通信协议和高可靠PXI冗余备份设计。设计的新型供电测控系统在新一代运载火箭各项大型地面试验中成功实现了工程应用,系统方案设计的正确性得到了充分验证,系统方案在其他项目中得到了推广。 相似文献

基于满足目前高效复杂的调制技术对功率放大器线性化度越来越高的需求的目的,采用模拟预失真技术设计了一种线性化器,用来改善Ka频段氮化镓(GaN)固态功放的非线性化失真。通过改进传统的并联式二极管预失真电路,采用开环技术,将两个肖特基二极管并联。改变二极管的偏置状态,得到不同的改善程度的预失真信号。结合使用专用电磁仿真软件ADS2013做电路仿真,通过参数扫描得到二极管偏置状态的初始值,为实物调试提供理论基础。通过对已加工的实物测试,结果表明:增益幅度补偿达到6.4dB,相位补偿达到28°。 相似文献

用单片机控制固态源的工作频率,使其与光源谐振频率的变化一致,减小功放输出的驻波比,提高长期可靠性。
对高效固态功率源进行连续波满功率测试和等离子体光源的匹配性测试。结果表明,末级 F 类功放在 435~445MHz
频段内输出功率大于 200W,漏极效率 80.7%以上,功率源在等离子体光源工作频段内整体效率为 77.5%;与等离

The synthesis of a new type of complexes of Y, Nd and Er with mono-(2-ethylhexyl) phosphoric acid is reported. The elemental composition, IR-spectral data and thermogravimetric analysis prove the presence of both mono-and bivalent ions of the acid as ligands as well as of NO3-ions. Using urea, boric acid and polyethylene glycol (PEG) as auxiliary reagents, the novel red-emitting phosphors Ca19Zn2 (PO4)14:Eu3+ have been successfully synthesized by a modified solid-state reaction. Thermogravimetric (TG) analysis, X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and photoluminescence (PL) spectra were used to characterize the resulting phosphors. The dependence of the photoluminescence properties of Ca19Zn2 (PO4)14:Eu3+ phosphors upon urea, boric acid and PEG concentration and the quadric-sintered temperature were investigated. Luminescent measurements showed that the phosphors can be efficiently excited by ultraviolet (UV) to visible region, emitting a red light with a peak wavelength of 616 nm. The material has potential application as a fluorescent material for ultraviolet light-emitting diodes (UV-LEDs). 相似文献

Superconducting Ba1−xKxBiO3−δ pellets were synthesized by solid state reaction followed by sintering. Thermo-gravimetric and differential thermo-gravimetric analysis (TG-DTA) of the mixture of nitrates was carried out to study the reactions during the phase formation. The effect of different sintering temperatures on the phase formation was studied. The X-ray diffraction data confirms the formation of superconducting Ba0.6K0.4BiO2.23 phase at 700 °C. The surface morphological studies as a function of sintering temperature were studied by SEM. It is observed that the pellets prepared by solid state reaction followed its sintering at 700°C shows the superconducting transition at 26.8 K. 相似文献

In this paper we report the modified solid state synthesis of Ce3+ activated Sr6B5AlO15, Ca6B5AlO15 Ba6B5AlO15 and mixed host aluminoborate phosphors. The prepared phosphors were characterized by photoluminescence technique. The PL excitation spectra showed the excitation peaks ranging from 300 to 400 nm and emission spectra are observed in UV-blue region of spectrum and it varied for different hosts. This kind of emission is due to 4f65d → 4f7 transition of Ce3+ ion. Further PLE and PL emission spectra for various compositions Ca5Sr1B5AlO15, Ca4Sr2B5AlO15, Ca3Sr3B5AlO15, Ca2Sr4B5AlO15, CaSr5B5AlO15 are also taken which shows Ce3+ emission at 428 nm, 425 nm, 432 nm, 427 nm, 438 nm respectively. The calculated 2FJ (J = 7/2, 5/2) energy gap of Ce3+ in all hosts have been calculated and obtained values for Sr6B5AlO15, Ba6B5AlO15 phosphors are 1888 cm−1 and 1330 cm−1 respectively. PL emission spectra of mixed host aluminoborates have shown slight variations in positions of emission peaks. 相似文献
