随着海洋环境武器装备隐身发展的需要, 开展具有微波低通高阻特性的复合材料构件设计与研究显得重要而迫切. 文章首先设计了一种中空六边形周期性结构, 以此为基础设计了一个由面层、中空六边形环周期层1、中间层、中空六边形环周期层2、面层组成的新型复合双层频率选择表面(FSS)结构件. 其上层FSS的结构参数为中空六边形环边长3.0 mm, 线宽度0.5 mm, 缝隙宽度0.4 mm; 下层FSS的结构参数为中空六边形环的边长3.2 mm, 线宽度0.5 mm, 缝隙宽度1.0 mm. 模拟结果表明: 该复合材料构件具备优良的低频透过性与高频屏蔽性快速转换的特性, 能够获得优异的低通高阻性能, 同时在45°范围内具备优良的角度不敏感性. 最后制备和实验验证得到了0–2 GHz低频段具有95.6%高透过性、同时在7.05–18 GHz高频段具有10 dB 以上屏蔽性能的复合材料构件, 对具有隐身特性的新型滤波电磁功能构件的研制具有重要价值.  相似文献

Frequency selective surface (FSS) is a two-dimensional periodic structure which has prominent characteristics of bandpass or bandblock when interacting with electromagnetic waves. In this paper, the thickness, the dielectric constant, the element graph and the arrangement periodicity of an FSS medium are investigated by Genetic Algorithm (GA) when an electromagnetic wave is incident on the FSS at a wide angle, and an optimized FSS structure and transmission characteristics are obtained. The results show that the optimized structure has better stability in relation to incident angle of electromagnetic wave and preserves the stability of centre frequency even at an incident angle as large as 80°, thereby laying the foundation for the application of FSS to curved surfaces at wide angles.  相似文献

This study reports on the propagation of elastic waves in 1D and 2D mass spring structures.An analytical and computation model is presented for the 1D and 2D mass spring systems with different examples.An enhancement in the band gap values was obtained by modeling the structures to obtain low frequency band gaps at small dimensions.Additionally,the evolution of the band gap as a function of mass value is discussed.Special attention is devoted to the local resonance property in frequency ranges within the gaps in the band structure for the corresponding infinite periodic lattice in the 1D and 2D mass spring system.A linear defect formed of a row of specific masses produces an elastic waveguide that transmits at the narrow pass band frequency.The frequency of the waveguides can be selected by adjusting the mass and stiffness coefficients of the materials constituting the waveguide.Moreover,we pay more attention to analyze the wave multiplexer and DE-multiplexer in the 2D mass spring system.We show that two of these tunable waveguides with alternating materials can be employed to filter and separate specific frequencies from a broad band input signal.The presented simulation data is validated through comparison with the published research,and can be extended in the development of resonators and MEMS verification.  相似文献

为了在弹性波波导中实现缺陷态的调控,该文基于相位失配原理设计了一种周期性平板波导结构。以正弦边界弹性波导为例,通过连接具有不同相位的两段波导结构,形成了弹性板中不同程度的缺陷,并分析了其谱带特性和能量局域化特征。结果表明,禁带中存在两个不同模式的缺陷态,其以透射峰形式出现并随着相位的改变产生频移。与此同时,两个缺陷态在空间上对应的应力场和位移场分布也具有不同的模态特征。该文提出的复合弹性波导缺陷态调控方法,不仅为研究弹性波与结构之间的内在联系提供了关键的理论支持,也为实际弹性波探测器件的设计提供重要参考。  相似文献

本文设计一种基于单屏改进型开口谐振环(SRR)的太赫兹频率选择表面(FSS). 改进型 SRR 谐振单元由具有开口缝的金属贴片组成, 开口缝的物理尺寸会影响其阶跃特征阻抗特性. 本文通过对改进型 SRR 单元结构建立LC等效电路模型, 提取等效电路模型参数, 并结合传输线理论, 得到 FSS 的基频计算公式和谐波关系式. 相比于传统均匀 SRR, 本文所提出的改进型 SRR 多频带传输的控制更为灵活. 基于此特点, 设计了一款中心频率依次为 0.46 THz, 0.86 THz和 1.03 THz, 可应用于射电天文的三通带太赫兹 FSS. 采用电磁仿真软件对影响该 FSS 传输特性的关键参数、周期间隔、小型化程度以及入射角敏感性等重要指标进行分析研究. 结果表明, 改进型 SRR 三通带 FSS 在三个通带内的反射系数分别为 -37.6 dB, -13 dB和 -19.6 dB, 在0°–60° 范围内均具有稳定的频率响应特性, 且具有小型化程度高、损耗低等特点. 这种三通带 FSS 在太赫兹频段射电天文方面有潜在的应用价值.  相似文献

In this Letter a four-cornered two-waveguide-connected network (FCTWCN) is proposed to generate comb-like optical transmission spectrum, where nearest-neighbor nodes are connected by two segments of one-dimensional waveguides. We investigate the band structure and transmission spectrum of electromagnetic waves propagating through FCTWCNs and find that the transmission through a FCTWCN exhibits periodic comb-like characteristic and the range, number and width of continuous equidistant frequency bands can be controlled by adjusting the lengths of the two types of segments. The comb-like frequency bands may be useful for the designing of optical switches, optical narrowband filters, high capacity telecommunications, and multichannel filters, etc.  相似文献

<正>A thick-screen frequency selective surface(FSS) has not only a broad bandwidth but also the advantages of overcoming the multilayer FSS shortcoming of complex structure and low transmittance of centre frequency due to the cascade of FSSs,and this means it could potentially be applied in a stealth curved streamlined radome.However,there is an unsteadiness of centre frequency in a wide range of incident angles and another unsteadiness of polarization in a big incident angle.In order to solve these problems,in this paper we provide a novel four-legged loaded element thick-screen FSS.The structure is analysed and simulated using the mode matching method and moment method.The centre frequency,the transmittance of centre frequency,and bandwidth of the structure are investigated when some parameters including the polarization at a big incident angle and the incident angles of TE & TM waves are changed. The novel four-legged loaded element thick-screen FSS has better transmission properties with a better steadiness of polarization and incident angle independence.The novel structure of the four-legged loaded element thick-screen FSS provides a valuable reference for their application in a stealth curved streamlined radome.  相似文献

Interweaving the elements of a frequency selective surface (FSS) is a technique that allows wideband frequency filtering as well as size reduction. FSS structures using this method are well suited to wireless indoor applications where the operating bands are spread over a wide spectrum. Interwoven square loop slots FSS have been designed, fabricated and measured. The FSS structure to be presented offers transparency at the emergency services band at around 400 MHz and suppresses most of the mobile and wireless bands up to 3 GHz. The size of the unit cell developed is around 3% of the corresponding wavelength, significantly smaller than a half wavelength resonant dipole.  相似文献

厚屏频率选择表面能较好地改善FSS带宽性能,是实现隐身雷达天线罩的有效手段.为了全面掌握厚屏FSS的传输特性,给FSS的工程应用提供可靠依据,本文设计了一种介质-金属加载圆孔单元的厚屏频率选择表面.采用矩量法对此结构进行分析计算,主要研究了加载金属直径、加载介质厚度、电磁波入射角等几个参数对厚屏FSS传输特性的影响规律.仿真实验结果表明:带宽、中心频率及其透过率都对填充介质直径、加载金属直径、加载介质厚度、电磁波入射角和不同排列方式有不同程度的敏感性,可以通过合理调整加载金属直径及加载介质厚度来获得较宽的通带和较高的透过率.这为实现厚屏FSS在曲面隐身雷达天线罩上的应用提供了一种有价值的借鉴.  相似文献

Propagation of spin waves (SWs) through a periodic multilayered magnetic structure is analyzed. It is assumed that the structure consists of ferromagnetic layers having the same thickness but different magnetizations. The wave spectrum obtained contains forbidden zones (stop bands) in which wave propagation is prohibited. Introduction into the structure of the ferromagnetic layer with a different thickness breaks the structural symmetry and leads to a localization of the SW mode with the frequency lying in the stop band. Reflection of the wave by the structure of the finite length and transmission of the wave through the structure are also investigated. Numerical calculations of the wave dispersion and the transmission coefficients for symmetrical periodic structures as well as the structures with a defect are presented. Drawing an analogy from photonic crystals known in optics, such magnetic structures can be called one-dimensional (1-D) magnonic crystals (MCs). The possibilities of existence of the 2-D MCs are also discussed.  相似文献

This paper presents a novel damage detection method for plate structures based on the curvature of frequency shift surface (FSS). Unlike other commonly used vibration properties like mode shapes which have low accuracy in practice; this method uses the FSS curvature to improve the accuracy because the measurement of frequency gives better accuracy. Furthermore, it is found that the local damage will only cause local change on the FSS curvature which can be considered as abnormality because the FSS curvature of an intact plate is smooth according to the assumption that intact plate structures are often homogenous and smooth. To avoid the usage of prior knowledge of the health structure, the curve fitting technique based on local regression is adopted to simulate the FSS curvature for the intact state so that only the data from the damaged plate structure is required. Compared with traditional methods, this method is more sensitive and accurate.  相似文献

In this work,we propose an all-dielectric frequency selective surface(FSS) composed of periodically placed highpermittivity dielectric resonators and a three-dimensional(3D) printed supporter.Mie resonances in the dielectric resonators offer strong electric and magnetic dipoles,quadrupoles,and higher order terms.The re-radiated electric and magnetic fields by these multipoles interact with the incident fields,which leads to total reflection or total transmission in some special frequency bands.The measured results of the fabricated FSS demonstrate a stopband fractional bandwidth(FBW)of 22.2%,which is consistent with the simulated result.  相似文献

In this paper, the frequency selective reflection characteristics of dielectric periodic structures with arbitrary groove profiles are analyzed by a method which combines the multimode network theory with the rigorous mode matching procedure. Emphasis is placed on the discussion about the effect of the different groove profiles, such as rectangle, trapezoid, increasing cosine and triangle, on the reflection characteristics of the millimeter wave (MMW) frequency selective surface (FSS). Some useful guidelines for the design of the MMW dielectric FSS are thus suggested. Moreover, the physical explanation of the related wave phenomenon is given.  相似文献

为了实现频率选择表面(FSS)的平顶传输特性.选取矩形栅格和传统圆环的组合图形为基本单元,设计了一种新型组合图形单元的FSS.利用谱域法对这种新型FSS的单屏结构进行理论计算和分析.计算结果表明,这种新型的FSS单屏结构能够给出陡峭边缘和平顶的宽频带传输特性,平顶带宽可达8 GHz;同时能够把相邻很近的信号带分离开从而实现双重通信,例如在X波段和Ku波段的信号,并且对不同入射角度的电磁波保持稳定的双带特性.  相似文献

Two frequency selective surface (FSS) configurations with flat topped passband are presented in this paper.One configuration is single layer FSS with λ/4 thickness dielectric loaded on both sides, and the other is double layers FSS. Based on the modal matching method, the frequency response properties including angle effect and polarization effect of both FSS configurations are analyzed, and the plots of the frequency versus transmission coefficient are obtained for different incident angles and polarizations. It is shown that the structure with the single layer FSS embedded centrally in the λ/2 thickness dielectric has a wider flat top bandwidth of 6.8 GHz than that of the double layers FSS of 3 GHz. In addition, the fabrication of single layer is relatively easier than the double layers FSS.  相似文献

等离子体激元(surface plasmon polaritons, SPP)因其独特的光学和物理特性, 使其具有诸如透射增强和局域共振等一系列新颖现象, 已成为当前国内外学者研究的热点. 本文对基于类表面等离子体激元(Spoof Surface Plasmons, SSP)的矩形金属光栅色散特性和模式分布进行了研究. 利用本征函数法并结合场匹配条件, 获得了矩形栅表面SSP的场表达式、色散关系和模式分布, 并通过电磁仿真进行了验证. 在此基础上分析了矩形栅各参数对SSP色散及模式分布的影响, 研究结果表明: 由本征函数法获得的SSP色散特性与仿真结果基本符合; 增大金属栅高度或减小排列周期能减小SSP的相速度; 而增大金属栅周期占空比能在一定程度上拓展SSP与电子束互作用的带宽; 改变金属盖板高度对慢波SSP色散模式基本没有影响; 减小金属栅侧面宽度能增大模式之间的间隔, 从而能有效避免模式竞争的发生. 本文对基于SSP的矩形金属光栅色散特性的研究将为进一步研究SSP与电子束的相互作用, 形成高效、宽带的新型太赫兹源奠定良好的理论基础.  相似文献

In this paper, the design of low-loss tapered waveguides by applying photonic-crystal-based microlenses is presented. The microlenses are realized by using two-dimensional photonic crystal (PhC) structures with a hexagonal periodic lattice of air-holes. In order to make the PhC structures behave as homogeneous and isotropic microlenses, the PhC structures are designed to operate in the low-frequency domain with light wavelength sufficiently larger than the PhC lattice constant. The effective indices of the PhC are calculated and the structures are properly arranged in microlenslike shapes. By monolithically integrating the effective microlenses in the tapered area between the two optical waveguides with different core dimensions, the wavefront of the eigenmode can be coupled from the larger core to the smaller core effectively and also the radiation loss in the tapered area between the two connected optical waveguides can be effectively suppressed. The results show that the PhC-based microlens in the telescopic structure can serve as an optical element in the tapered waveguide with the advantages of low loss, high efficiency and compactness.  相似文献

Frequency-selective surface (FSS) is a two-dimensional periodic structure consisting of a dielectric substrate and the metal units (or apertures) arranged periodically on it. When manufacturing the substrate, its thickness and dielectric constant suffer process tolerances. This may induce the center frequency of the FSS to shift, and consequently influence its characteristics. In this paper, a bandpass FSS structure is designed. The units are the Jerusalem crosses arranged squarely. The mode-matching technique is used for simulation. The influence of the tolerances of the substrate's thickness and dielectric constant on the center frequency is analyzed. Results show that the tolerances of thickness and dielectric constant have different influences on the center frequency of the FSS. It is necessary to ensure the process tolerance of the dielectric constant in the design and manufacturing of the substrate in order to stabilize the center frequency.  相似文献

为了将槽波导端与标准矩形波导相连接,设计了一种适用于折叠槽波导结构行波管的输入输出过渡波导, 可将其视为槽宽渐变的双槽加载矩形波导。利用电磁仿真软件CST微波工作室对该结构进行仿真计算,讨论了各个结构参数对其性能的影响。对比了直线渐变、抛物线渐变和指数渐变3种槽宽渐变规律在W波段对其传输特性及损耗特性的影响。研究结果表明:指数渐变结构的驻波系数小于1.15的带宽比其他两种结构都要宽,且在90~99 GHz、驻波系数小于1.25时,该结构的整体长度也远小于另外两种结构,能够实现良好的过渡效果; 而直线渐变结构的损耗在90~97 GHz为最低。  相似文献

Resonance localization of wave energy in two-dimensional (2D) waveguides with obstacles, known as a trapped mode effect, results in blocking of wave propagation. This effect is closely connected with the allocation of natural resonance poles in the complex frequency plane, which are in fact the spectral points of the related boundary value problem. With several obstacles the number of poles increases in parallel with the number of defects. The location of the poles in the complex frequency plane depends on the defect's relative position, but the gaps of transmission coefficient plots generally remain in the same frequency ranges as for every single obstacle separately. This property gives a possibility to extend gap bands by a properly selected combination of various scatterers. On the other hand, a resonance wave passing in narrow bands associated with the poles is also observed. Thus, while a resonance response of a single obstacle works as a blocker, the waveguide with several obstacles becomes opened in narrow vicinities of nearly real spectral poles, just as it is known for one-dimensional (1D) waveguides with a finite number of periodic scatterers. In the present paper the blocking and passing effects are analyzed based on a semi-analytical model for wave propagation in a 2D elastic layer with cracks or rigid inclusions.  相似文献
