建立不同边界条件下的渗吸数学模型, 分别研究在单一边界(OEO边界条件)和混合边界条件(TEO-OW边界条件)下重力和毛管压力对渗吸作用的驱动。结果表明: OEO边界条件下, 只存在逆向渗吸, 并且当开启端面在下端时, 重力抑制渗吸进行; 当开启端面在上端时, 重力促进渗吸进行; TEO-OW边界条件下, 同时存在逆向渗吸和同向渗吸, 对于逆向渗吸, 重力是阻力, 对于同向渗吸, 重力是动力, 当Bond数倒数较小时, 重力在渗吸作用中占主导地位, 当Bond数倒数较大时, 毛管力占主导地位。对比OEO开启端面在上端时和TEO-OW边界条件下重力和毛管力对渗吸作用的大小。结果显示, 在相同Bond数倒数下, OEO边界条件下重力作用的渗吸排油比例要高于TEO-OW边界条件下重力作用的渗吸排油比例。对比不同Bond数倒数下OEO和TEO-OW渗吸速度发现, 当Bond数倒数较小时, 重力起主导作用, OEO边界渗吸速度更快; 当Bond数倒数较大时, 毛管力起主导作用, TEO-OW边界条件渗吸速度更快。  相似文献

GaN films were grown on ZnO substrate under various beam equivalent pressure ratios by plasma-assisted molecular beam epitaxy (P-MBE). We theoretically calculated the thermal stress caused by the difference of thermal expansion coefficients between GaN and ZnO. The changes of stress and critical thickness were evaluated by measurement of XRD for HT GaN and LT GaN buffer grown under Ga-rich and N-rich conditions. From this study, we observed that GaN grown under Ga-rich condition causes GaN film to under compressive-stress, while GaN grown under N-rich condition was tensile-stressed. Consequently, interdiffusion has no effect on the variation of the critical thickness.  相似文献

本文分析了超声空化引起界面湍动对传质过程的影响,提出了相界面上超声空化气泡析出增强边界层液体湍动并促进传质的机理,在传质理论和流体动力学原理的基础上,建立了超声空化引起界面湍动促进的传质机理模型,获得了超声空化引起界面湍动促进的传质系数表达式。实验结果验证了模型的合理性。该模型既证实了超声对传质有强化效应,又对传质过程有很好的预测功能,为工业化提供了理论依据。  相似文献

 以反滴共沉定法制备了NiFe2O4纳米微粉,并在不同压力下将其压制成纳成米固体,然后用XRD谱和ESR谱研究了NiFe2O4纳米固体结构和界百状态随压制压力的变化。实验结果表明,NiFe2O4纳米固体的结构在高压下没有明显的变化,但其ESR谱的共振线宽和g因子值随着压力升高均表示出先逐渐增大至最大值,然手缓慢下降的规律。这种变化可以归因于纳米固体内部界面离子间的磁相互作用在压力的下所发生和变化。这引起实验结果境示,对于NiFe2O4纳米固体而言,最佳的成型压力是4.5 GPa,在此压力下,NiFe2O4纳米粒子既可以被压制成致密的纳米固体,又能够保留下它们的纳米结构和纳米性质。  相似文献

Starting from a theory recently proposed by Kahng et al. that explains the formation of ordered dots by ion sputtering under normal ion incidence, it was demonstrated that extending this theory to ion sputtering under oblique ion incidence with simultaneous sample rotation offers the self-organized formation of dots by ion sputtering for a large variety of different ion/material combinations. While for sputtering under normal incidence the shape of the collision cascade must be anisotropic, where the lateral straggling exceeds the longitudinal straggling, this constraint is not necessary under oblique incidence. 在水体表面波的扰动作用下,水下光场随深度呈现较为明显的波动现象,且水中光合作用会对水下光场波动作出响应,因而此现象引起了广泛的关注。基于太湖梅梁湾观测的水下光场数据,计算了水下光场随深度的变化,并分析了其波动特征。结果表明:表面波引起了水下光场较为明显的波动现象,波动振幅最大的深度基本小于20 cm,远小于海洋中对应的深度;水下光场波动的振幅随深度呈e的负指数衰减,漫射消光系数越大,水下光场的波动衰减得也越快;当深度大于30 cm时,水下光场的扰动现象基本消失。还计算了船舶对水下光场观测的影响,发现直射光未被遮挡的情况下,漫射比例越高,其相对误差越大。  相似文献

利用MCNPX软件建立了有源井型符合计数器(简称AWCC)测量模型,模拟了诱发中子源分别为Am-Li源和Am-Be源时AWCC测量贫化铀的中子符合计数率,研究了两种诱发中子源下AWCC测量贫化铀质量的精度。研究表明,Am-Be源引起的诱发中子符合计数率低于Am-Li源引起的诱发中子符合计数率,Am-Be源下的质量刻度曲线拟合度高于Am-Li源下的,相应的质量测量误差也小于Am-Li源下的,Am-Li源下的检验点铀质量相对误差区间为0.3%~13%,Am-Be源下的为0.1%~4.5%。使用AWCC装置测量贫化铀质量时,选取Am-Be源作为诱发中子源时相对误差更小。  相似文献

The features of mass transfer of indium in high-resistance CdTe crystals under nanosecond irradiation of the In-CdTe structure by laser pulses have been studied and analyzed. The mass transfer coefficients are determined and the average transfer rate of the indium atoms in CdTe under irradiation is evaluated. It is assumed that the concentration diffusion of indium in CdTe and the transfer of impurity atoms by the front of the laser-induced shock wave are not dominant mechanisms of mass transfer under dynamic doping. The most probable process, which provides the formation of the inverse layer in the surface region of the CdTe crystal under nanosecond laser irradiation of the In film, is an transfer of interstitial In atoms due to the thermal fluctuation jumps under the action of the driving force of the thermoelastic stresses and temperature gradient.  相似文献

 为了研究冲击载荷作用下Soda lime玻璃材料中失效波的形成和传播,通过轻气炮加载平板撞击实验,采用双螺旋锰铜压阻传感器,在一发实验中同时测量4种不同厚度试件背面与有机玻璃背板间界面处的纵向应力时程曲线,根据测量结果得到试件中失效波的传播轨迹。通过改变碰撞速度,对不同加载条件下的失效波形成和传播规律进行了研究,结果表明,Soda lime玻璃材料在冲击作用下产生失效波所需的延迟时间随冲击载荷的增加而减小,失效波传播速度随冲击载荷的增加而增加。最后采用弹性微裂纹统计模型描述冲击载荷作用下Soda lime玻璃的破坏机制,并将模型嵌入LS-DYNA有限元程序中,模拟试件在不同加载条件下的平板碰撞,所得横向应力和自由面粒子速度曲线均可用于表征失效波破坏现象。根据数值模拟结果分析失效波的传播轨迹,与实验测量结果符合较好。  相似文献

从外加偏压、预辐照处理等方面对三明治结构金刚石膜探测器在α粒子辐照下的电学性能进行了研究.电流-电压特性和脉冲高度分布测试和分析表明,金刚石膜探测器在能量为5.5MeV的241Am α粒子辐照一定时间后,其暗电流有所增加.探测器顶电极施加负偏压时,在α粒子辐照下得到的净电流和信噪比均较大.Raman光谱测试表明,造成上述现象的原因很可能是金刚石膜厚度方向的不均匀性分布.负偏压下探测器对α粒子的能量分辨率为25.0%,优于正偏压下的能量分辨率(38.4%).随着α粒子辐照时间的延长,探测器的净电流和电荷收集效率均有明显增加. 关键词: 金刚石薄膜 辐射探测器 电学性能 脉冲高度分布  相似文献

Signal- to-noise ratio (SNR) of stochastic resonance under white noise is smaller than thatproduced by linear filter under the same condition. For bistable system acted by signal ofproper strength and equal-frequency (monochromatic) noise in certain range, the outputSNR can be greater than that of the linear system under the same condition. In this paper, we adopt the modified Morozov secondary electron emission model to investigate the influence of the characteristic of a space-charge-saturated sheath near the insulated wall of the Hall thruster on the near-wall conductivity, by the method of two-dimensional (2D) particle simulation (2D+3V). The results show that due to the sharp increase of collision frequency between the electrons and the wall under the space-charge-saturated sheath, the near-wall transport current under this sheath is remarkably higher than that under a classical sheath, and equals the near-wall transport current under a spatially oscillating sheath in order of magnitude. However, the transport currents under a space-charge-saturated sheath and a spatially oscillating sheath are different in mechanism, causing different current density distributions under the above two sheaths, and a great influence of channel width on the near-wall transport current under a space-charge-saturated sheath.  相似文献

N-doped titania was prepared continuously by one-step synthetic method under supercritical and subcritical water conditions using titanium(IV)tetraisopropoxide (TTIP) and nitric acid as a titania precursor and nitrogen source, respectively. The synthesized N-doped titania particles were characterized by XRD, N2-adsorption, TEM, XPS, UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy. N-doped titania was successfully synthesized and its crystalline structure was homogenous anatase phase with high surface area. The absorption edge of synthesized N-doped titania shifted into the visible light region compared with commercial titania P25. All synthesized N-doped titania have higher photocatalytic activity than P25 under visible light irradiation. The photocatalytic activity of N-doped titania synthesized under supercritical water condition was the highest for the degradation of methyl orange under visible light due to the larger crystallite size compared with the N-doped titania synthesized under subcritical water condition.  相似文献

 利用透射电子显微镜(TEM)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了碳纳米管在高压高温下的相转变。研究发现在高压高温条件下碳纳米管是不稳定的,在5.5 GPa压力下,770 ℃到950 ℃间退火时碳纳米管趋向形成碳纳米葱。在5 GPa、1 000 ℃条件下合成了金刚石。  相似文献

为获得高温气冷堆核电站电气设备绝缘设计所需基础数据, 本文设计了一套测量高压氦气绝缘性能的装置. 利用该装置进行了15-20 ℃, 0.1-7 MPa氦气, 间距0.25, 0.35, 0.5 mm平行极板击穿实验. 实验表明: 氦气的绝缘性能远低于空气; 气压越高, 氦气的击穿电压越大, 3.0 MPa氦气的击穿电压与常压空气基本一致; 根据低气压实验数据和巴申定律推导的公式, 在高气压下计算值偏大, 且偏差随着气压和间距乘积的增大不断增大; 提出了可计算0.1-7 MPa氦气击穿电压的简易公式, 同时修正了高气压氦气的巴申公式, 并进行了理论分析.  相似文献

π相移光纤光栅用于水中超声传感时,超声波沿光纤轴向入射和垂直光纤入射时的传感波形及幅度显著不同。针对这一现象,本文建立了基于光学传递矩阵的光纤光栅声传感理论模型,计算了超声波分别沿轴向和沿垂直方向入射时π相移光纤光栅中的非均匀应变场分布,进而分析了光谱偏移,揭示了两种入射角度下π相移光纤光栅的传感特性与声传播导致的应变场分布相关,并通过实验进行了验证。结果表明,两种入射角度产生的不同的非均匀应变场分布对π相移光纤光栅的传感特性影响明显。超声波垂直入射时的传感波形和幅度均优于轴向入射,且π相移处对传感有显著作用。当入射位置远离π相移处时,垂直入射的响应也明显降低。本研究可为π相移光纤光栅超声传感的机理分析提供参考。  相似文献

This paper reports the application of ultrasound in the semi-hydrogenation of alkynes over two novel Pd/Boehmite catalysts. The semi-hydrogenations of phenylacetylene, diphenylacetylene and 2-butyne-1,4-diol have either been investigated in an ultrasonic bath under atmospheric hydrogen pressure, or in an ultrasonic horn reactor under 0.1–0.5 MPa hydrogen pressure. Alkyne hydrogenation was suppressed by sonication under atmospheric hydrogen pressure, but promoted by sonication under 0.1 MPa of hydrogen pressure. Sonication increased selectivity towards the semi-hydrogenated products in both cases. Catalyst loading, hydrogen pressure, temperature and the presence of quinoline, all impacted on hydrogenation rate, activity and selectivity to semi-hydrogenated products. Palladium leaching from the catalyst was evaluated in ethanol and hexane both under plain stirring and sonication.  相似文献

本文针对非设计工况下叶栅的分离流动进行研究。基于任意曲线坐标下的N-S方程,对不同攻角下单排叶栅的流动分离情况进行数值分析。计算结果表明,在零攻角和较小的负攻角情况下,流动基本呈现定常流动的特性。在正攻角情况下,特别是随着正攻角的加大,流动呈现明显的非定常流动特性,如大分离和涡的脱落现象等。  相似文献
