利用固相反应烧结技术制备La0.1Bi0.9-xEuxFeO3系列化合物. 利用X射线粉末衍射进行物相鉴定和结构分析,确定了材料的相关系:x≤0.05,材料为R3c结构相;0.08≤x≤0.12,材料为赝R3c结构相;x≥0.15是Pbnm相,其中0.15≤x≤0.20区域Pbnm相存在畸变. 磁测量结果表明,材料具有弱铁磁性,对于x≤0.20材料,磁矩在x=0.12成分存在极值. 利用阻抗分析仪测量了室温介电常数随成分的变化关系.讨论了材料的结构与弱铁磁性和室温介电常数间的关系. 关键词: 0.1Bi0.9-xEuxFeO3')" href="#">La0.1Bi0.9-xEuxFeO3 X射线衍射 磁性 介电常数  相似文献

This paper reports that La-doped BiFeO 3(Bi1-x La x FeO3,x = 0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.6,0.8 and 1.0) were studied by using micro-Raman spectroscopy and x-ray diffraction(XRD).The XRD patterns indicate that the structure of Bi1-xLaxFeO 3 changes from rhombohedral BiFeO3 to orthorhombic LaFeO3.The results of Raman spectroscopy show good agreement with the XRD results.Strikingly,the phonon peak at around 610 cm-1 and the two-phonon peaks in the high frequency range exist in all compounds and enhance with increasing La substitution.The increasing intensity of the 610 cm-1 peak is attributed to the changes in the FeO 6 octahedron during the rhombohedral-orthorhombic phase transition.The enhancements of the two-phonon peaks are associated with the breakdown of the cycloid spin configuration with the appearance of the orthorhombic structure.These results indicate the existence of strong spin-phonon coupling in Bi1-xLax FeO3,which may provide useful information for understanding the effects of La content on the structural and magnetic properties of Bi1-xLaxFeO3.  相似文献

通过X射线衍射分析和磁测量研究了Gd-Fe-Co-Cr四元系中对应于化学式Gd3(Fe,Co,Cr)29且Gd含量为一定值的截面内富Fe,Co区的相关系,重点探索了高Co含量3∶29型化合物合成的可能性,研究了3∶29型Gd3(Fe1-xCox)29-yCry化合物的结构与磁性.研究结果表明,获得3∶29型单相Gd3(Fe1-xCox)29-yCry化合物的范围为:y=5,0≤x≤0.7;y=5.5,0.7≤x≤0.8和y=6,0.8≤x≤0.9.基于对Gd3(Fe1-xCox)29-yCry化合物成相条件的研究,成功地合成了纯Co基Gd3Co29-yCry化合物,其固溶范围为6.5≤y≤7.3.3∶29型单相Gd3(Fe1-xCox)29-yCry化合物的晶体结构都属于单斜晶系,Nd3(Fe,Ti)29型结构,空间群为A2m.得到3∶29型单相Gd3(Fe1-xCox)29-yCry化合物的固溶极限即Co含量的极大值与稳定元素Cr含量有关.Co原子的含量越高,所需稳定元素Cr的含量越大.值得注意的是,用Co原子替代Fe原子会导致Gd3(Fe1-xCox)29-yCry化合物磁晶各向异性的显著改变.当x≥0.4时,化合物的磁晶各向异性从易面型转变为易轴型 关键词: 3(Fe1-xCox)29-yCry化合物')" href="#">Gd3(Fe1-xCox)29-yCry化合物 相关系和相结构 X射线衍射 磁晶各向异性  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Bi1 ? xLaxFeO3 single-phase solid solution with 0 ≤ x ≤ 0.3 was obtained by mechanochemical synthesis and characterized by X-ray diffraction, FT NIR Raman spectroscopy and magnetic studies. The nanocrystalline powders of rhombohedrally distorted perovskite structure R3c were studied ‘as synthesized’ by mechanosynthesis and after annealing at 500 °C for 1 h. The annealing, which resulted in recrystallization of the amorphous shell of the nanograins, was found to modify the external lattice modes of Bi1?xLaxFeO3 and resulted in changes in the temperature variation of the magnetization.  相似文献

A series of rare-earth doped BiFeO3 samples, Bi1−xRxFeO3 (x=0-1, R=La, Nd, Sm, Eu and Tb), were prepared in this work. X-ray diffraction analysis showed that the structure of rare-earth doped BiFeO3 was transformed from rhombohedral lattice to orthorhombic one by increasing x. The lattice constants and unit-cell volume decreased with the increasing of the doping content, while both the Néel temperature and magnetization were enhanced. A magnetic phase transition was observed at about 35 K for BiFeO3. The variation of the magnetization with temperature depended on applied field strength and magnetizing history, which was explained according to the antiferromagnetic exchange interaction between Fe and R sites in Bi1−xRxFeO3(x>0). The magnetocrystalline anisotropy contributed by Fe sublattice gave rise to a large coercivity in BixNd1−xFeO3 with an orthorhombic structure.  相似文献

We have performed magnetization and magnetocapacitance measurements on ceramic samples of the multiferroic series Bi1−xLaxFeO3 for 0≤x≤.0.25. We show that doping with La reduces the transition magnetic field from the spatially modulated state to a homogenous one and increases the magnetocapacitance, these effects being the strongest for x=0.15, which is the highest concentration for maintaining the non-centrosymmetric rhomboedral structure (R3c) of BiFeO3. For highest La content (x≥0.17), analysis of the XRD patterns shows that the lattice symmetry gradually changes to orthorhombic (C222), giving rise to an enhancement of the latent magnetization and to a drop of the magnetodielectric constant.  相似文献

Polycrystalline thin-film Gd x Bi1 ? x FeO3 (x = 0, 0.05, 0.10, 0.15, or 0.20) samples are synthesized by means of thermal vacuum deposition. The concentrations, temperatures, and magnetic field dependences of specific magnetization are studied. Self-consistent calculations of the spin density distribution are performed for R3c BiFeO3 and Pnma Gd0.25Bi0.75FeO3 using the density functional theory in the LSDA approximation.  相似文献

The room temperature crystallographic properties of distorted perovskite-type system BaPb1-xBixO3 were examined by using X-ray diffraction analysis. In addition, structural temperature changes were investigated for superconducting BaPb0.75Bi0.25O3 crystals with Tc=11.4K. It was found that the room temperature structure of BaPb1-xBixO3 has an orthorhombic symmetry in the range of O≤×?0.9 and a monoclinic one in 0.9?×≤1, and that superconducting BaPb0.75Bi0.25O3 shows a structural transition from an orthorhombic to a monoclinic phase at about 160K.  相似文献

采用快速液相烧结法制备BiFeO3和Bi0.95Gd0.05Fe1-xCoxO3 (x= 0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.15, 0.2)陶瓷样品,研究Gd, Co共掺杂对BiFeO3微观结构, 介电性能和铁磁性的影响. X射线衍射谱表明:所有样品的主衍射峰与纯相BiFeO3相符合且 具有良好的晶体结构,随着Co3+掺杂量x的增大, Bi0.95Gd0.05Fe1-xCoxO3样品的主衍射峰(104)与(110)逐渐相互重叠, 当x大于0.1时, 样品呈现正方晶系结构; J-V特性显示Gd3+, Co3+共掺杂有效地降低BiFeO3陶瓷的漏导电流,其降低幅度为1-2个数量级; 当f=103 Hz时, Bi0.95Gd0.05Fe0.8Co0.2O3的介电常数是BiFeO3的6倍, 而Bi0.95Gd0.05Fe0.95Co0.05O3和 Bi0.95Gd0.05Fe0.85Co0.15O3样品的介电损耗最小,均为0.01.室温下, Bi0.95Gd0.05Fe1-xCoxO3样品磁性与BiFeO3相比显著增强. 在磁场为30 kOe的作用下,Bi0.95Gd0.05Fe1-xCoxO3 (x= 0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.15, 0.2)的剩余磁化强度Mr分别是BiFeO3的34, 60, 105, 103, 180倍.样品磁性增强的主要原因是Gd, Co掺杂使BiFeO3的晶格结构发生变化导致BiFeO3自身储存的磁性能被释放, Gd3+的4f电子与Fe3+或Co3+的3d电子自旋相互作用及样品中存在局域的 Fe-O-Co磁耦合三者共同作用的结果.  相似文献

Here, La-doped Bi1–xLaxFeO3 and Mn-doped BiFe1–yMnyO3 (x, y?=?0.1, 0.2, 0.3) nanoparticles were synthesized by a sol–gel process. For Bi1–xLaxFeO3, structural analysis suggested that its structure changed from rhombohedral to tetragonal phase without secondary phase when x increased from 0 to 0.3. In addition, with the increasing doping concentration of La, transmission electron microscopy exhibited the doped nanoparticle size reduced, while the magnetic properties were correspondingly enhanced. However, for synthesis of BiFe1–yMnyO3, phase analysis showed that there easily existed secondary phase for nanoparticles with 10% and 30% Mn-doped, while 20% Mn-doped nanoparticles indicated high crystallinity without any impure phases. Similarly, we observed the enhanced magnetic properties with the increase of Mn concentration.  相似文献

Nonstoichiometric bismuth ferrite Bi x FeO3 0.88 ≤ x ≤ 1.04) fabricated via solid-state synthesis is investigated by means of X-ray diffraction and electrical methods. The periodicity of the formation of impurity phases and variations in the structural parameters and densities of ceramic samples is established. The correlation between the number of impurity phases and characteristics of the dielectric spectra in the cation/anion-deficient (0.88 ≤ x < 1.00) and cation/anion-excess (1.00 < x ≤ 1.04) nonstoichiometry regions of Bi x FeO3 is confirmed. The observed effects are explained for the actual (defect) structure of bismuth ferrite.  相似文献

Solid solutions of Bi1-x Re x FeO3 (Re=La, Nd; x=0-0.2) compounds were synthesized, and their room-temperature magnetoelectric and magnetodielectric properties were studied. Amplification of magnetoelectric and magnetodielectric effects with increasing the rare-earth doping level was detected in the concentration range x under study. The results obtained confirm the prospects for applications of bismuth ferrite-based compounds as magnetoelectric converters and magnetic field sensors.  相似文献

Ba doped Bi1.04−xBaxFeO3 ceramics with x up to 0.30 have been prepared by the tartaric acid modified sol–gel method. The X ray diffraction patterns show that the structure transforms from rhombohedral to tetragonal with increasing the Ba substitution concentration from 10% to 30% and the coexistence of distorted rhombohedral and tetragonal phases in 20% Ba substituted BiFeO3, which was further confirmed by the Raman spectra. Bi0.84Ba0.20FeO3 exhibits the highest magnetization (1.6 emu/g under magnetic field of 12 kOe) compared with the other samples of different Ba substitution concentration. Significant enhancement of the ferroelectricity has been observed in 20% and 30% Ba substituted BiFeO3 with saturate polarization close to 6.6 μC/cm2 for Bi0.74Ba0.30FeO3. The magnetoelectric coupling of Bi0.84Ba0.20FeO3 has been measured and the maximum decrease of magnetization under magnetic field of 9.8 kOe was about 0.06 emu/g with increasing applied electric field to 11 kV/cm, and the magnetoelectric coefficient is 1.5×10−12 s/m.  相似文献

The magnetic and dielectric properties of polycrystalline Cd1 - xFexCr2S4 (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.9) are investigated. Upon substitution of Cd by Fe, the Curie temperature (TC) is increased while the saturation magnetization is decreased. A low doping level of Fe increases the permittivity, while a high doping level decreases the permittivity, which is explained by the internal barrier layer capacitor model. Kinks are observed in the temperature-dependent permittivity and loss tangent near TC for the samples with x= 0.5, 0.7, 0.9, implying the existence of the magnetodielectric effect. Furthermore, with the increase of Fe content, a decrease of anomaly deviation rate induced by internal molecular field is revealed in the permittivity, while an increase is observed for the loss tangent.  相似文献
