基于几何光学原理,彩虹法使用激光作为光源,利用激光在玻璃微珠中进行一次或者多次内反射后出射形成最小偏向角,在最小偏向角附近形成彩虹条纹,通过测量彩虹条纹来反演计算玻璃微珠的折射率。然而,成像法则根据厚透镜的成像原理,对玻璃微珠所成的像经过显微物镜放大后使用CCD相机进行接收,获得玻璃微珠的焦距,进而测得对应玻璃微珠的折射率。较传统方法来说,彩虹法和成像法具有安全、简便和快捷的优点。对型号不同的玻璃微珠,分别使用彩虹法和成像法测量其折射率,并对它们的测量结果进行了对比分析,都获得相对于名义值的误差小于1%的结果。 相似文献

基于米氏散射理论解释了激光照明下玻璃微珠的二次彩虹精细结构的成因,发现折射率的差异将直接影响二次彩虹精细结构的位置.对于实验中玻璃微珠半径变化引起二次彩虹精细结构间距变化的现象亦用米氏散射理论进行了模拟分析和实验研究.利用米氏散射的近似理论——艾里理论对玻璃微珠的折射率进行了测量.在对玻璃微珠二次彩虹精细结构所计算得到的折射率的统计分析基础上,通过校正测量误差后得到了玻璃微珠折射率的准确数据. 相似文献

基于二次彩虹法用三种不同波长(632.8 nm、532 nm、404 nm)的激光测量了玻璃微珠的折射率,并由柯西色散公式拟合得到三种典型高折射率玻璃微珠1.90、1.93和2.2的色散方程,得出现行的玻璃微珠具有正常色散但色散较大的结论.通过分析在不同入射角情况下,色散对玻璃微珠回归反射性能的影响,得出折射率1.90和1.93的玻璃微珠具有优良的回归反射性能.此外,用光线追迹模拟了色散对回归反射后光能量在近轴区域分布的影响,折射率1.90和1.93的玻璃微珠回归反射光线的能量主要集中在5°范围内. 相似文献

针对太阳能槽式系统反射镜玻璃厚度对聚光特性的影响进行了理论、模拟和实验研究。研究结果表明,平行光下反射镜玻璃越厚,入射光线距光轴距离越远,ΔX、ΔY越大。对焦距为1200 mm,反射镜玻璃折射率为1.6的槽式系统进行了理论计算,玻璃厚度为1 mm的反射镜,当距光轴距离为200 mm和2000 mm时,ΔX为0.03 mm和1.69 mm,ΔY为0.19 mm和0.31 mm;当距光轴距离仍为2000 mm时,玻璃厚度为5 mm的反射镜,ΔX为8.41 mm,ΔY为1.55 mm。通过TracePro模拟以及实际实验测量,结果与理论计算相符。 相似文献

A stable and compact speckle interferometer for doing out-of-plane displacement measurements on reflective as well as diffusely scattering object surfaces is demonstrated. The set-up is based on a nearly path length compensated interferometer of the Fizeau type and uses diffuse illumination of the object combined with a speckled reference wave. This combination eliminates the need for special optical components, and the interferometer can be built of commonly available components. The diffuse illumination wave is obtained by scattering coherent light from a diffusely scattering surface. The speckled reference wave is established by reflecting a part of the diffuse illumination wave from a glass plate placed in front of the object. Besides relaxing the alignment tolerances of the set-up, the diffuse illumination eliminates the need for any preparation of the surface under test, which turns the system into a candidate for testing micro mechanical systems. When using the interferometer for measurements of the eye, the risk of focusing the laser beam on the retina is decreased due to the diffuse object illumination. 相似文献

The intensity distribution of pointolite interference fringes and its characters are discussed by the theory of interference on the condition of glass plate thickness being non-uniform. A novel method of measuring wedge angle of plate is deduced and improved by selecting appropriate reflectivity (R). So, the glass plate with appropriate reflectivity should be adopted to improve the measurement precision for R has a much effect on fringes. The experiments and analysis show it is suitable that R is less than 0.5. By using the equations deduced, the wedge angle was measured and its value is 3.7 ÿ 10?4. 相似文献

A new measuring technique that can measure retardation and can output magnitude and direction of plane stress in each glass
of a panel composed of double transparent pieces of glass has been developed using reflective confocal optics. The linear
polarized probe beam is incident to the glass and we can detect a reflected beam converted to orthogonal polarization caused
by the photoelastic phenomenon. Using the high extinction ratio (106) beam-displacing prism as a polarization discriminator, we can measure the photoelasticity by rotating the polarization of
the probe beam from 0 to π rad without disturbing the optical axis. This system has the ability to measure retardation. The lowest one is estimated

We study open resonators on the basis of the scattering theory. In particular, we develop the theory of an open resonator with a dielectric plate. This theory makes it possible to find the eigenfrequencies of such a system and their dependences on various parameters. Dispersion due to the dielectric plate is determined. The theory developed can be used as a basis for the method of measuring extremely small dielectric losses in the short-wavelength part of the millimeter-wave band. We also analyze the properties of a two-mirror resonator as a reflective filter and formulate the quality requirements for the exciting beam. 相似文献

高精度、快速非接触的平板玻璃零件的几何参数测量,已成为相关生产领域的主要问题,也是激光光谱学的一个重要应用方向。平板玻璃零件几何参数的准确检测不仅有助于加工工艺的改进和产品装配精度的提高,还可以实现按参数分档管理。为实现微型石英敏感平板玻璃零件参数的精密测量,提出了一种基于激光与视觉图像处理技术的多参数测量方法,设计了由自适应同轴视觉检测单元和激光视觉厚度测量单元构成的测试系统。为了保证其中的半导体激光器LD(laser diode)能提供稳定的光源,设计了一种恒功率驱动控制系统。在亚像素图像处理中给出了改进的亚像素边缘定位算法,实现了二次曲线特征边缘亚像素精确定位。利用检测出的曲线边缘点数据,通过定义一个新的误差函数并最小化,可以计算出微型石英敏感平板玻璃零件参数,从而实现图像特征参数的精确提取。在实验室条件下进行微型石英敏感平板玻璃零件几何参数的检测试验,测量结果的平均偏差优于2 μm。该方法稳定性好,测量精度高,满足微型石英敏感平板玻璃零件参数检测的精度要求。 相似文献
