采用全Mie氏散射理论,计算单色平行光被该球粒散射后的光强图案分布.在实验上,把聚苯乙烯小球分散在纯净水中,使其浓度满足光的透过率为70%左右的条件,然后测量单色平行光通过该样品比色皿后的远场衍射图样的第一暗环角半径的数值大小.将该测得的角半径大小同上述采用全Mie氏散射理论计算的不同折射率下的散射光强角分布曲线图相比较,选出与测得的第一暗环角半径大小符合最好者,从而得到国家标准物质聚苯乙烯小球相对于分散剂纯净水的折射率大小,最后得到聚苯乙烯小球的折射率为1.6.本研究为该标准样品提供了一个重要光学参数.  相似文献

为快速求解亚波长间距分布的理想导体球阵列近区的时间反演电磁场,提出一种基于等效偶极子模型的解析分析方法.首先,通过分析球面波照射理想导体小球的散射场解析解发现,散射场可以近似等效为电磁偶极子辐射场的叠加.等效偶极子的强度与初始激励源的幅度成正比关系.通过建立不同小球等效偶极子矢量间的耦合方程组可以直接求解得到相应矢量的大小.然后,结合时间反演腔理论得到相应的时间反演并矢格林函数,继而得到小球阵列近区的时间反演场分布.最后,通过与数值仿真软件的计算结果进行对比,验证了方法的正确性及高效性.研究表明,时间反演技术结合近场亚波长间距小散射体加载能够实现超分辨率的场聚焦.  相似文献

简单介绍了以经典Mie理论为基础的光散射测量技术在颗粒直径和颗粒浓度测量中广泛的应用。分别以Mie理论和离散偶极子近似理论(DDA)为基础, 用数值计算方法分析了球型颗粒的光散射特性,给出了微小颗粒对平行入射光散射的强度函数和散射偏振度的数值计算方法。得到了强度函数和偏振度随相关物理参量变化的三维图,为微小颗粒散射研究提供了一种三维视图。计算结果表明:当尺度参量x<4时,2种方法所得结果差异不大;随尺度参量增大,2种方法所得结果出现较大差异。与经典Mie理论相比,由于离散偶极子近似理论可以解决各种形状的颗粒散射问题,其应用前景更广泛。  相似文献

根据Mie理论,分别计算了由纯水、纯冰和冰-水同心球形粒子构成的云层在可见光波段的单次散射特性. 根据辐射传输理论,利用叠加法数值计算了这三种不同构成的云层的反射函数,以及它们的平面反照率、透过率和吸收率. 结果表明,冰云和冰_水云的反射函数和平面反照率在大部分散射角下要略小于水云,而透过率却比水云的大. 通过具体的数值计算结果和理论分析,研究了水云的异常吸收现象. 关键词: 冰_水粒子 Mie理论 叠加法 光散射  相似文献

A formulation and computational scheme are presented for predicting the scattering and absorption cross-sections, and the scattering matrix elements, of clusters of non-intersecting spheres that are lying on or above an infinite plane surface and exposed to plane-wave radiation. The formulation provides an exact solution to Maxwell's equations and the associated boundary conditions on the spheres and the plane surface, and is applicable for arbitrary refractive indices for the spheres and the surface. A simplified strategy is presented for the calculation of the surface reflection matrix, which transforms the reflected scattered field from one sphere into a regular vector spherical harmonic expansion centered about another sphere. The calculation results are presented for the clusters of one, two, and four polystyrene spheres, with size parameters of one and 10, lying on a silicon substrate, and are compared with the predictions from the normal incidence approximation (NIA) in which the reflectance of the surface is assumed constant at the normal incidence value. The results show that the accuracy of the NIA is highly dependent on the extent of the sphere cluster, the angle of incidence, and the particular quantity (cross-sections, scattering matrix elements) under examination.  相似文献

Localized resonance in phononic crystal, composed of three-dimensional arrays of composite units, has been discovered recently. The composite unit is a high-density sphere coated by soft silicon rubber. In this Letter, the absorptive properties induced by the localized resonance are systemically investigated. The mode conversions during the Mie scattering of a single coated lead sphere in unbounded epoxy are analyzed by referring the elements of the scattering matrix. Then the anechoic properties of a slab containing a plane of such composite scatterers are investigated with the multiple-scattering method by accounting the effects of the multiple scattering and the viscous dissipation. The results show that the longitudinal to transverse mode conversion nearby the locally resonant region is an effective way to enhance the anechoic performance of the finite slab of phononic crystal. Then, the influences of the viscoelasticity of the silicon rubber and the coating thickness on the acoustic properties of the finite slab are investigated for anechoic optimization. Finally, we synthetically consider the destructive scattering in the finite slab of phononic crystal and the backing, and design an anechoic slab composed of bi-layer coated spheres. The results show that the most of the incident energy is absorbed at the desired frequency band.  相似文献

In this paper the physical acoustic method or the Kirchhoff approxima-tion is extended to treat the scattering of a nonrigid surface in order to estimatethe target strength of targets with absorbing coatings.By using the locally planewave approximation,the relationship between the sound pressure and its normalderivative on the surface can be represented by the plane wave reflectioncoefficient and the acoustic impedance of the surface.The resulting modifiedKirchhoff approximation involves the plane wave reflection coefficient.For aimpedance sphere,a comparison between the physical acoustic method and theexact solution shows that the physical acoustic method still is a good approxima-tion at higher κα values.  相似文献

In the framework of surface elasticity theory, the scattering of plane compressional and shear waves by a single nano-sized coated fiber embedded in an elastic matrix is studied using the method of eigenfunction expansion. The dynamic stress concentration factors along the interface between the coated fiber and the matrix induced by the plane elastic wave and scattering cross section are derived and numerically evaluated. The interface stress, inhomogeneous material constants and thickness of the coated layer on the scattering of the elastic wave become much more important when the radius of the coated-fiber is reduced to the nanometer scale. These were confirmed by the use of numerical results. Our results can aid in understanding the dynamic mechanical properties of nano-composites. The proposed method has potential applications in the characterization of the interfacial layer that links reinforced fibers to their matrix.  相似文献

The Mie scattering calculations are usually performed for non-absorbing spherical particles embedded in a non-absorbing medium. We consider a case of an absorbing sphere placed in an absorbing medium. We find, by numerical calculation for large size parameter of the order of 104, that the scattering efficiency of a spherical particle in an absorbing medium approaches the reflectance of a plane surface at perpendicular incidence.  相似文献

计算并分析了海底掩埋物体的三维散射声场。采用“等效垂直线列阵”方法来进行有限波束的建模,并将浅海波导中点声源散射声场的波数积分计算方法,推广到有限波束作用下海底掩埋物体的散射场计算,本文导出了物体位于沉积层中的散射声场计算公式。计算结果表明,在波导中垂直面内的散射声场,与沉积层中点源形成的声场非常相似;当距离较远时,散射声波呈柱面波衰减。文章还分析利用海面反射以提高散射能量的可能性,表明波束指向性及波束宽度对散射声场有较大影响。  相似文献

根据广义Mie理论,研究了具有轨道角动量拉盖尔-高斯光束(LGB)的空间传输特性以及单粒子散射特性.在单体球粒子对高斯光束散射研究的基础上,分析了在自由空间不同传输距离LGB光束的光强分布情况,在不考虑散射和波束相移关系的情况下,将LGB作为入射高斯光束,通过对波束入射时的散射衰减截面求解得到波束因子,利用矢量球谐函数对入射高斯波束进行展开,从而研究了单球粒子在在轴条件下对具轨道角动量高斯波束入射的散射问题.通过数值计算,讨论了散射强度及角分布在不同波束宽度情况下对其散射特性的影响,并与平面波的情况做了对比.结果表明,当波束束腰半径较小时,束腰半径对衰减率的影响较大,而当束腰半径远大于粒子半径时,接近于平面波的情况. 关键词: 广义Mie理论 轨道角动量 Laguerre-Gauss光束 单球粒子  相似文献

The problem on an electromagnetic resonator that is a metallic (perfectly conducting) sphere filled with a bi-isotropic medium has been solved. Exact analytic solutions for monochromatic fields inside the sphere and a transcendent condition for the natural frequencies of the resonator have been found. The scattering of a partially coherent electromagnetic beam by a dielectric sphere is described. Two methods are presented: a coherent mode representation and a spherical harmonics expansion. In the case of a distant blackbody source, the coherent modes are plane waves and the scattered intensity is obtained by a convolution of the classical Mie results over the source surface.  相似文献
