在室温下首次观察到碳纳米管的四级拉曼光谱,并且发现碳纳米管的D峰和D*峰的斯托克斯线和反斯托克斯线频率不一致。此外,还发现碳纳米管的拉曼特征峰频率严重依赖样品的温度,随着温度增加,碳纳米管拉曼特征峰频率下移,频移与温度变化成线性关系。 相似文献

本文比较了央弧法中在两种不同气氛和不同压强下制备出的碳纳米管的一级和二级拉曼光谱。我们用直流碳弧法分别在He气氛下和Ar气氛下,压强从11kPa到92kPa制备出碳纳米管,对它们的拉曼光谱进行了分析和比较,发现谱线的峰位置和峰宽度取决于所制备的惰性气氛种类和气体压强。在Ar气氛下制备的碳纳米管的拉曼光谱更接近于石墨的拉曼光谱,而He气氛下制备的碳纳米管,其拉曼光谱与石墨比较,差别较大。并且拉曼位移的峰位置和宽度随着压强的变化而改变,在较高压强下产生的碳纳米管的拉曼光谱更类似于石墨的拉曼光谱。 相似文献

单壁碳纳米管吸附对三联苯的研究 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0
利用对三联苯对单壁碳纳米管进行了化学修饰,并利用透射电镜、紫外可见吸收光谱、拉曼光谱对修饰后的单壁碳纳米管进行了表征分析.通过对比吸附前后的紫外可见吸收光谱发现,吸附后的光谱强度大约下降63.1%,说明单壁碳纳米管吸附上了对三联苯.通过拉曼光谱分析发现,吸附后单壁碳纳米管的拉曼光谱中主要峰的位置向长波方向移动了6~7 cm-1,认为拉曼光谱发生移动的原因是单壁碳纳米管吸附对三联苯前后状态的改变导致的. 相似文献

A two-dimensional (2D) surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) substrate is fabricated by decorating carbon nanotube (CNT) films with Ag nanoparticles (AgNPs) in different sizes, via simple and low-cost chemical reduction method and self-assembling method. The change of Raman and SERS activity of carbon nanotubes/Ag nanoparticles (CNTs/AgNPs) composites with varying size of AgNPs are investigated by using rhodamine 6G (R6G) as a probe molecule. Meanwhile, the scattering cross section of AgNPs and the distribution of electric field of CNTs/AgNPs composite are simulated through finite difference time domain (FDTD) method. Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) wavelength is redshifted as the size of AgNPs increases, and the intensity of SERS and electric field increase with AgNPs size increasing. The experiment and simulation results show a Raman scattering enhancement factor (EF) of 108 for the hybrid substrate. 相似文献

A new experimental technique has been presented to investigate the surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) on “individual and untouched” single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) deposited onto gold or silver film-covered substrate through a direct CVD method. It was found that the radial breathing mode for SERS shows a narrower linewidth than the normal Raman spectroscopy (NRS). Relative to NRS, the SERS spectra also revealed a preferable contribution to some metallic component of the G line. However no obvious difference for D and G′ between SERS and NRS has been revealed, which is different from the previous results on bulk SWNT samples. 相似文献

Resonance Raman and photoluminescence excitation (PLE) spectroscopies are used to study the optical properties of different types of carbon nanostructures such as carbon nanotube, nanoribbons, nanographites and graphite edges. In the resonance Raman experiments of carbon nanotubes, the (n,m) assignment is obtained by comparing the experimental and theoretical diameter and chirality dependence of the optical transitions. The influence of the environment on the optical transitions of the nanotubes is also obtained in the Raman experiments. The PLE measurements in different samples of carbon nanotubes show both direct and phonon-assisted optical transitions, and the results give new evidences that the optical transitions in nanotubes have an excitonic character, which is very strong for the low energy transitions. We also analyze the Raman spectra of nanoribbons and nanographites, showing that this technique is an important tool for defect characterization in graphitic materials, and can be used to distinguish the atomic structure of the graphite edges. 相似文献
