We report on a manifold advanced dual-wavelength digital holographic microscopy (DHM) configuration with a real-time measurement capability. The proposed configuration based on a polarizing separation scheme can be used for microscopic imaging polarimetry as well as dual wavelength digital holographic microscopy. In this paper, we show the feasibility of the proposed scheme by conducting the dual wavelength DHM experiments on a sample with a step height of 1.34 μm nominally. An averaging technique is treated and three-dimensional (3D) topographic measurements are presented. The results obtained by the proposed polarization separation based single shot DHM approach shows it can provide a real time solution for measuring 3D profile information of small objects with excellent accuracy.  相似文献

3D shape reconstruction of teeth by shadow speckle correlation method   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
This paper presents a new method for 3D shape reconstruction in computer-aided dental prosthetics. A specklegram is projected onto the tooth to be measured. This shadow speckle image is recorded and then processed by a digital image correlation method, which enables the computation of 2D shapes based on the similar principle of shadow moiré method. By repeating the procedure for all the sides, i.e., one crown and several side surfaces, local 2D shapes can be measured precisely. Afterwards, these local 2D profiles are merged to form a 3D model, during which certain constraints such as the widths along perpendicular directions are introduced to guide the process. As the height information within an entire image field is recorded instantly, it has the potential to be employed in an intra-oral environment, which would make the patient feel more comfortable during the restoration process. In vitro experiments were carried out on gypsum teeth models and the results proved the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

Pattern recognition by use of polarimetric phase-shifting digital holography is presented. Using holography, the amplitude distribution and phase difference distribution between two orthogonal polarizations of three-dimensional (3D) or two-dimensional phase objects are obtained. This information contains both complex amplitude and polarimetric characteristics of the object, and it can be used for improving the discrimination capability of object recognition. Experimental results are presented to demonstrate the idea. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report on 3D polarimetric recognition of objects using digital holography.  相似文献

With increasing utilization of digital multimedia and the Internet, protection on this digital information from cracks has become a hot topic in the communication field. As a path for protecting digital visual information, image encryption plays a crucial role in modern society. In this paper, a novel six-dimensional (6D) hyper-chaotic encryption scheme with three-dimensional (3D) transformed Zigzag diffusion and RNA operation (HCZRNA) is proposed for color images. For this HCZRNA scheme, four phases are included. First, three pseudo-random matrices are generated from the 6D hyper-chaotic system. Second, plaintext color image would be permuted by using the first pseudo-random matrix to convert to an initial cipher image. Third, the initial cipher image is placed on cube for 3D transformed Zigzag diffusion using the second pseudo-random matrix. Finally, the diffused image is converted to RNA codons array and updated through RNA codons tables, which are generated by codons and the third pseudo-random matrix. After four phases, a cipher image is obtained, and the experimental results show that HCZRNA has high resistance against well-known attacks and it is superior to other schemes.  相似文献

为了实现对目标的无扫描阵列激光三维成像并研究系统参数对三维成像距离分辨率的影响,研制了8×8 pixel激光三维成像接收机。接收机采用线性模式APD阵列,设计了模拟信号放大、阈值处理将回波光信号转换为数字信号后,利用FPGA设计实现64通道高精度阵列计时系统,实现了对目标的无扫描实时三维成像功能。首先对设计完成的三维成像接收机组成及成像原理进行了介绍,对三维成像接收机中APD探测器阵列信号的模拟处理和数字处理流程和实现方式进行了说明。随后分别对三维成像的核心FPGA计时系统及探测器整体进行了电子学测试和实验测试。测试结果表明,FPGA计时子系统的时间分辨率优于140 ps,三维成像系统整体距离分辨率在0.2 m左右。最后对分辨率的误差进行了分析,结果表明,激光回波强度波动是影响此接收机距离分辨率的最主要因素。  相似文献

针对大型物体三维形貌视觉测量,提出了一种新的视觉测量三维数据拼接方法。以一台高分辨率数码相机作为全局测量设备,在测量过程中固定不动,并以数码相机坐标系作为全局坐标系。视觉传感器流动到不同位置对物体各子区域进行测量,获得局部坐标系下的三维数据。以一平面靶标为中介将视觉传感器在各位置的局部坐标系统一到全局坐标系下,从而将三维数据统一到全局坐标系下,完成三维拼接。该方法无需在被测物上贴标记,因此适用于任何材质的被测物,且消除了拼接累积误差。实验结果表明,该方法相对拼接误差为0.076%。以Venus石膏像为被测对象,视觉传感器对其三个局部区域进行测量,给出了局部测量结果及拼接结果。  相似文献

提出一种基于数字莫尔的三维光学数字成像系统,此系统采用了非相干光投影和空间相移算法以及混合模板相位复原技术来重构连续位相分布图。给出一种光学几何灵敏度的确定方法并由此区得空间自由表面的三维数字图像。文中还给出由该光学数字化系统得以的真实人体面部的三维数字图像的实验结果。  相似文献

The traditional three-dimensional (3D) digital image measurement technique uses at least two images captured from different positions to determine the 3D coordinate of an object. One disadvantage of this method is that the mechanical and optical properties of the image capture devices are not fully identical, and the calibration procedure is quite complicated. This paper introduces a simplified 3D digital image correlation (DIC) method, in which only one image capture device is used. The theoretical measurement error equation is derived and experimentally verified. Experimental results show that distortion correction plays an important role in the improvement of measurement precision. After a radial distortion correction, the measurement precision of the object distance can reach 0.0043%. The optimal camera spacing should be set from 1/50 to 1/30 of the object distance, to obtain a satisfactory precision.  相似文献

In order to preserve and restore the Imperial Gates from the Petrindu wooden church, Salaj County, Romania, (map location—latitude, longitude: 46.97, 23.19), the scientific investigation of the wooden support and painting materials (ground and pigments) was performed, employing Fourier‐transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X‐ray fluorescence spectroscopy, and 3D scanning. FTIR spectroscopy offered information about the wooden degradation stage, whereas X‐ray fluorescence and FTIR spectroscopic methods were employed for structural painting materials characterization. The structural data can be correlated with the artistic, theological, and historical analysis of this religious patrimony object. After obtaining information about the wooden support and painting materials, the Imperial Gates were 3D digitized using state of the art laser scanning technology. The digital 3D model obtained was restored in a virtual environment and converted into an interactive 3D model that can be used for Romanian cultural heritage digital dissemination.  相似文献

X射线三维成像技术是目前国内外X射线成像研究领域的一个研究热点.但针对一些特殊成像目标,传统X射线计算层析(CT)成像模式易出现投影信息缺失等问题,影响CT重建的图像质量,使得CT成像的应用受到一定的限制.本文主要研究了基于光场成像理论的X射线三维立体成像技术.首先从同步辐射光源模型出发,对X射线光场成像进行建模;然后,基于光场成像数字重聚焦理论,对成像目标场在深度方向上进行切片重建.结果表明:该方法可以实现对成像目标任一视角下任一深度的内部切片重建,但是由于光学聚焦过程中的离焦现象,会引入较为严重的背景噪声.当对其原始数据进行滤波后,再进行X射线光场重聚焦,可以有效消除重建伪影,提高图像的重建质量.本研究既有算法理论意义,又可应用于工业、医疗等较复杂目标的快速检测,具有较大的应用价值.  相似文献

We propose and demonstrate a digital holographic technique for 3D object recognition and classification. One Fresnel digital hologram of each of the 3D objects to be classified is recorded. The electronic holograms are processed digitally to retrieve 3D object information as 2D digital complex images. We use this method to classify four physical objects in a 3D scene into two classes. Results are presented from an experiment to demonstrate the proof of the concept.  相似文献

The electrical activity of the brain can be monitored using ElectroEncephaloGraphy (EEG). From the positions of the EEG electrodes, it is possible to localize focal brain activity. Thereby, the accuracy of the localization strongly depends on the accuracy with which the positions of the electrodes can be determined. In this work, we present an automatic, simple, and accurate scheme that detects EEG electrode markers from 3D MR data of the human head.  相似文献

We propose the real time optical reconstruction of a three-dimensional (3D) object from a digitally recorded hologram. Phase distribution of the recorded hologram is numerically calculated by 1-dimensional Continuous Wavelet Transform (1D-CWT) for digital reconstruction with phase only information. Also, the phase distribution of 1D-CWT transferred to the spatial light modulator (SLM) is used to obtain optically reconstructed image. It is observed that an efficient real-time analysis can be achieved, if phase of 1D-CWT is used. In the same time, optically reconstructed 3D objects obtained by only phase information are about three times brighter than bleached hologram intensity's. So the minimum power loss can be obtained. Numerical and experimental results are presented.  相似文献

We present an optical method for information watermarking of three-dimensional (3D) objects by digital holography. A hidden image is embedded by double phase encoding in a phase-shift digital hologram of the 3D object. We decode the watermarked hologram to reconstruct the hidden image and the 3D object. We use either the entire hologram or a part of it to decode the hidden image. Experiments are presented to illustrate the ability to recover both the 3D object and the decoded hidden image. Digital holograms of the 3D object are obtained by optical experiments. The watermarking process, 3D object reconstruction, and hidden image recovery are performed digitally. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report of 3D object watermarking by use of a phase encoding technique and digital holography.  相似文献

Recently, we proposed a single-lens 3D digital image correlation (3D DIC) method and established a measurement system on the basis of a bilateral telecentric lens (BTL) and a bi-prism. This system can retrieve the 3D morphology of a target and measure its deformation using a single BTL with relatively high accuracy. Nevertheless, the system still suffers from systematic errors caused by manufacturing deficiency of the bi-prism and distortion of the BTL. In this study, in-depth evaluations of these errors and their effects on the measurement results are performed experimentally. The bi-prism deficiency and the BTL distortion are characterized by two in-plane rotation angles and several distortion coefficients, respectively. These values are obtained from a calibration process using a chessboard placed into the field of view of the system; this process is conducted after the measurement of tested specimen. A modified mathematical model is proposed, which takes these systematic errors into account and corrects them during 3D reconstruction. Experiments on retrieving the 3D positions of the chessboard grid corners and the morphology of a ceramic plate specimen are performed. The results of the experiments reveal that ignoring the bi-prism deficiency will induce attitude error to the retrieved morphology, and the BTL distortion can lead to its pseudo out-of-plane deformation. Correcting these problems can further improve the measurement accuracy of the bi-prism-based single-lens 3D DIC system.  相似文献

Depth extraction is an important aspect of three-dimensional (3D) image processing with digital holograms and an essential step in extended focus imaging and metrology. All available depth extraction techniques with macroscopic objects are based on variance; however, the effectiveness of this is object dependent. We propose to use disparity between corresponding points in intensity reconstructions to determine depth. Our method requires a single hologram of a scene, from which we reconstruct two different perspectives. In the reconstruction the phase information is not needed, which makes this method useful for in-line digital holography. To our knowledge disparity based 3D image processing has never been proposed before for digital holography.  相似文献

光学成像技术极大地拓展了人类的视觉极限,提高了人们观察和理解现实世界的能力。越多地获得目标的光学信息,对其的认识越充分。数字全息术是一种可以将样本的三维信息以二维全息图的形式编码记录下来的一种成像技术。通过获得由携带物体信息的物光波和参考光波叠加产生的干涉图案,可以以数字化的方式实现多种重建模态,例如图像恢复、相位成像和切片成像等。光学扫描全息术是一种独特的数字全息成像技术,通过主动式二维化扫描对三维物体进行成像,其完整的波前信息可以被单像素探测器记录,并基于光外差检测进行信号解调,从而恢复出复数全息图。对光学扫描全息术的最新进展进行介绍。首先,基于双光瞳成像系统,通过特殊的硬件和算法设计,提高光学成像系统的性能,如提高空间分辨率、缩短扫描时间。其次,基于计算成像原理,通过改进和优化全息像重建算法,实现高质量的图像恢复,主要涉及切片成像和三维成像等重建模态。第三,介绍光学扫描全息术的其他研究方向,并讨论该领域未来可能的发展方向。  相似文献

We report a new method of sensing a three-dimensional (3D) object surface with an arbitrary geometric shape. In this approach, the first-order beams diffracted from two acousto-optic deflectors (AODs) interfere with each other to form a spatial carrier that is used to encode the depth information from the 3D object surface. A direct digital synthesizer is utilized to control two AODs to generate sequentially spatial carriers with different spatial frequencies so that a modified temporal phase-unwrapping technique can be applied for decoding the shape information of the test surface. Preliminary experimental results are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of this method.  相似文献

在结构光三维扫描测量中,强反射表面因编码结构光照射后易产生局部镜面反射的特性,引起相机曝光饱和,淹没了所要检测的表面几何特征信息.为解决强反射表面的视觉成像难题,基于数字微镜器件(digital micromirror device,DMD)具有调制入射光线空间信息的特性,本文提出一种基于DMD的自适应高动态范围成像方法.设计与搭建了一套新型可编程的计算成像系统,建立其光学系统模型,并实现了DMD微镜与CMOS像素的匹配与映射;分析了基于逐像素编码曝光的高动态范围成像原理,并设计了基于DMD的光强编码控制算法,实现对入射光线强度的自适应精确调制,从而使进入成像系统中的入射光强始终处于相机的合适曝光强度内.实验表明:该方法突破了普通数字相机的动态范围限制,能够精确地控制被测强反射表面各个区域的入射光线强弱,并实现了对强反射表面的局部过曝光区域的清晰成像.该研究成果将为从根源上解决强反射表面因局部过曝光造成的三维点云缺失问题提供重要的解决方案.  相似文献

The dramatic enhancement of computation power, rapid development in Geographic Information System (GIS), three-dimensional (3D) computer graphic and virtual reality technology; and the wide availability of digital topographic and mapping data have facilitated the substantial advancement in road traffic noise assessments and data presentation in Hong Kong. Two-dimensional (2D) and even 3D noise mapping over a large geographical area has now become a more manageable task. In Hong Kong, very often roads are in close proximity to the sky-scrapers and 2D noise mappings are simply inadequate in accurately portraying the noise exposure environment. Traditional commercially available noise modelling tools are incapable of handling the complex topography, building geometry and noise screening structures of Hong Kong. 3D presentation tools integrating noise modelling, GIS and computer graphics are needed to portray the noise environment in the unique high-rise townscape of Hong Kong. This paper outlines the development of advanced 3D GIS tools, information technologies and how they were put into trials and implementation in Hong Kong. Particular attention is given to the dissemination of noise information to the community, be it for public education, engagement or consultation; and recent advances in the availability of such information interactively, and in a user-friendly manner, through the internet.  相似文献
