在运用共焦显微术及低相干显微成像术等进行光学断层成像时,要将光束聚焦到样品内部以便实现光学断层成像,然而由于生物组织等的折射率与盖玻璃以及浸液不同,因而会引入很大的球差,从而使入射电磁波发生畸变.分析了由于多层折射率不一致而引入的球差的大小,并运用所得的公式计算了折射率不一致对光在样品中穿透深度及焦面附近光场分布的影响.  相似文献

The effects of on-axis spherical aberration and defocus on focusing across a spherical interface between two materials of mismatched refractive index are discussed. A vectorial integral representation for high aperture focusing in this configuration is formulated and an analytical expression for the spherical aberration function is derived. Numerical simulations are performed to analyse the effects of the spherical interface on both the transverse and axial intensity profiles. The results from these numerical simulations are important industrially in understanding the resolution enhancements from solid immersion lens technology, as well as being of more fundamental interest in calculating the distribution at the focal plane under different solid immersion lens configurations.  相似文献

We report the formation of inverted microstructures inside glasses after femtosecond laser irradiation by tuning the refractive index contrast between the immersion liquid and the glass sample. By using water as well as 1-bromonaphthalene as immersion liquids, microstructures with similar shape but opposite directions are induced after femtosecond laser irradiation. Interestingly, the elemental distribution in the induced structures is also inverted. The simulation of laser intensity distribution along the laser propagation direction indicates that the interfacial spherical aberration effect is responsible for the inversion of microstructures and elemental distribution.  相似文献

为了研究端面抽运情况下,激光晶体在不同分布的抽运光抽运时热透镜球差的变化,通过对稳态热传导方程和Zernike多项式的求解,建立了热透镜球差与抽运光强度分布的模型,对模型进行了理论分析和仿真研究,并对仿真结果做了进一步理论和仿真分析.结果表明:在相同的抽运功率下,二阶超高斯分布抽运光抽运时球差最大,且随着抽运分布系数k的增大(除高斯分布外)球差逐渐减小;随着抽运功率的增加,抽运分布系数k对球差的影响逐渐加重,且不同分布系数k所产生的球差差距逐渐增大;并对二阶超高斯分布抽运光抽运得到最强激光功率的照射范围进行了理论分析和仿真分析,得知在相同抽运功率下,二阶超高斯分布抽运光得到最强激光功率的范围最宽为0.30—0.63倍高斯半径.  相似文献

The phase singularities of focused dark-hollow Gaussian beams in the presence of spherical aberration are studied. It is shown that the evolution behavior of phase singularities of focused dark-hollow Gaussian beams in the focal region depends not only on the truncation parameter and beam order, but also on the spherical aberration. The spherical aberration leads to an asymmetric spatial distribution of singularities outside the focal plane and to a shift of singularities near the focal plane. The reorganization process of singularities and spatial distribution of singularities are additionally dependent on the sign of the spherical aberration. The results are illustrated by numerical examples.  相似文献

为实现三维光存储中折射率失配引起的球差补偿,建立了光学存储系统模型,获得了折射率失配引起的波前偏差函数与存储深度的表达式.采用泽尔尼克循环多项式对波前偏差函数进行补偿展开.在双光子荧光和单光子共焦荧光读出方式下,均可获得读出荧光强度与存储深度的关系:在折射率失配引起的球差未得到补偿矫正的情况下,存储深度在200 μm左右读出荧光强度基本上下降为零;当折射率失配引起的初级球差被补偿矫正后,读出荧光强度随存储深度的下降得到较好改善;当折射率失配引起的二级球差被补偿矫正后,存储深度在1 mm内存储点强度随深度基本上没有明显地变化.并且对像差补偿方法进行了具体地分析.  相似文献

The normalized intensity distributions at the focal plane of a vortex carrying Gaussian beam propagating in weak/middle turbulent atmosphere channel with z-tilt aberration, defocus aberration, astigmatism aberration or total turbulent aberration are discussed by numerical calculation. Our results show that the effect of z-tilt aberration on the intensity distribution of optical vortex beam is main effect of total turbulent aberration. In weak turbulent region, the effects of defocus and astigmatism aberration on the intensity distribution of a vortex carrying Gaussian beam can be ignored. In middle turbulent region, the effect of z-tilt aberration is still the most significant, but the effects of defocus and astigmatism aberrations, specially the effect of astigmatism on the center dark core of the intensity distribution at focal plane, can no longer be disregarded. Our results also show that for three low order aberrations, the beam with values of the topological charge, the beam have larger beam-radius and undergo smaller effects of z-tilt turbulent aberration on the doughnut distribution. For defocus aberration, the radius of the center dull of beam intensity increases with the values of topological charges increasing. And for astigmatism aberration, the beam with odd number topological charges, the center dull speck of beam intensity becomes to the bright speck. But for even number topological charges, the center dull speck of beam intensity maintains the dull one.  相似文献

The effect of spherical aberration on scintillations of Gaussian beams in weak, moderate and strong turbulence is studied using numerical simulation method. It is found that the effect of the negative spherical aberration on the on-axis scintillation index is quite different from that of the positive spherical aberration. In weak turbulence, the positive spherical aberration results in a decrease of the on-axis scintillation index on propagation, but the negative spherical aberration results in an increase of the on-axis scintillation index when the propagation distance is not large. In particular, in weak turbulence the negative spherical aberration may cause peaks of the on-axis scintillation index, and the peaks disappear in moderate and strong turbulence, which is explained in physics. The strong turbulence leads to less discrepancy among scintillations of Gaussian beams with and without spherical aberration.  相似文献

采用量子模型对近共振激光驻波原子透镜会聚Cr原子束、形成纳米量级光栅结构的物理过程进行数值模拟。为提高原子透镜的成像质量,对各种像差,如衍射像差、球差、色差、及原子束发散角、原子磁支能级、原子同位素等因素引起的像差进行了理论分析。模拟结果表明,相比粒子光学模型,量子模型能更加精确地描述原子会聚结果,且能解释原子在驻波光场中的衍射现象。在各种像差中,原子束发散角是最主要的因素,其影响大于衍射像差、球差、色差。原子的磁支能级、同位素等因素对像差影响很小,可以忽略不计。激光冷却准直原子束的方法可以减小束发散角引起的像差,压缩原子速度Vz分布范围的方法可以减小色差。  相似文献

The effect of tilt and astigmatism aberration of the turbulent atmosphere on the intensity distribution of a focused vortex carrying Gaussian beam was investigated based on the extended Fresnel-Kirchhoff diffraction integral and the quadratic approximation of phase structure function. Our results have shown that the intensity distribution on the focal plane in the effect of tilt aberration changes with the turbulent strength, the propagation distance and the topological charge of the initial beam. The propagation distance is larger, the focal spot size will be larger, and the central dip will be less deep. It is also noticed that the intensity distribution of a beam with single topological charge is affected more by tilt aberration in comparison to the beam with double topological charge. The effect of astigmatism on the intensity distribution is quite less than that of tilt aberration. For focused beam propagation in atmosphere, the effect of the tilt aberration on the intensity distribution of optical vortex beam is the main effect of total turbulent aberration.  相似文献

基于Collins公式,研究了空间相干度为零阶贝塞耳函数的部分相干光通过球差透镜后在几何焦平面附近的光强分布情况.研究表明,通过改变部分相干光的光谱相干度,球差系数可以得到平顶光束和局域空心光束.球差系数决定了最佳聚焦点的位置.当球差系数为正时,最佳聚焦点随着球差系数的增大向远离透镜的方向运动,甚至超过几何焦点;当球差系数为负时,最佳聚焦点随着球差系数绝对值的增大向靠近透镜方向移动.另外,在正负球差绝对值相等时,光强分布以几何焦点相对称.  相似文献

基于平面对称光栅反射镜系统的像差理论,根据光学元件材料折射率对成像光束波像差进行修正,将像差理论扩展到平面对称折射光学系统,使得该理论可应用于光束斜入射的折反射组合光学系统的像差计算;指出在折反射组合光学系统中考虑物像方空间折射率的关系,以及入射角方向的定义,使得波像差的计算表达式保持统一;应用扩展后的像差理论对折反射椭球镜面形检测光学系统进行像差分析计算,并与Zemax光线追迹结果进行对比,验证波像差理论的有效性。该像差理论为光束斜入射的折反射组合光学系统的设计、像质评价及优化提供了有效的分析手段。  相似文献

A new schematic eye with aspheric surfaces and a radially varying refractive-index distribution lens is proposed. Image quality and spherical aberration are determined by use of ray tracing, and the results are presented as spot diagrams and compared with five existing model eyes. Plastic gradient-index lenses produce clear images with negligible aberration and distortion. One of the methods for fabricating these lenses involves pulling up the core fiber vertically from a polymer solution whose refractive index has been adjusted to the desired value. Since the molecules from the solution diffuse into the inner layer, the monomer components are distributed in the radial direction. The monomer distribution is fixed in the photopolymerization process, and this forming process is repeated several times with adjusting the composition of the solution; hence, a specific refractive index distribution is obtained. We considered a numerical model of the interdiffusion process and analyzed refractive index distribution that could well reproduce the experimental results. Moreover, we employed the ray tracing method to calculate the modulation transfer function and used the transfer function to evaluate the GRIN lens performance. Simulation results showed that our evaluation method well duplicates the experimental results. We thus developed an integrated simulation method for the fabrication and performance evaluation of GRIN lenses.  相似文献

The aberration field of an optical system with a tilted pupil is explored through expanding the vector expressions of the third-order wavefront aberrations. First, the vector forms of the wavefront aberrations are modified to obtain the aberration expressions with the pupil tilted; full field displays of coma and astigmatism in this situation are given. Then, the third-order aberration formulas with the pupil decentered and tilted simultaneously are derived and discussed. Finally, an example is taken to certify the validity of aberration distribution properties.  相似文献

The focusing of polychromatic Gaussian beams by an apertured lens with comatic aberration is investigated in this paper. We study the influence of the comatic aberration and truncation parameter on the intensity distribution at the focal plane, and singularities and spectral behavior near the focal plane in detail. The simulation results show that the maximum intensity at the focal plane will shift and split with the gradual increment of comatic aberration. We also find that the decrease of truncation parameter will counteract the influence of comatic aberration, which leads to the intensity variation. Furthermore, the singularity transformation and spectral anomalies are discussed. It is found that with the increment of comatic aberration, some singularities are split into several new singularities, and by combining some of these new singularities with other singularities near the focal plane, they vanish or form new singularities with the continuing increase of comatic aberration. The decreasing value of truncation parameter will cause similar phenomena.  相似文献

利用Richards-Wolf矢量衍射积分公式,获得线偏振贝塞耳-高斯光束经具有初级慧差的高数值孔径系统聚焦后的三维光场复振幅函数,根据复振幅函数模拟了不同慧差系数下线偏振贝塞耳-高斯光束各分量及总光场在焦平面上的光强分布模式。研究结果表明,初级慧差使线偏振贝塞耳-高斯光束聚焦光场在焦平面的分布由双轴对称变成单轴对称,光强模式发生改变;各分量及总光场的光强模式中的光斑位置随初级慧差系数的增大偏离光轴;大的初级慧差使焦平面出现干涉条纹。  相似文献

本文用变折射率介质中的光线理论研究了具有双曲正割折射率分布的理想自聚焦棒透镜对有限远物点成像的像距及其纵、横向球差的计算公式。并将它与Maxwell鱼眼微球透镜对有限远物点的成像作对比。严格的数值计算结果表明:两类透镜的纵、横向球差都随折射率梯度的增强而减小。弱梯度时棒透镜比球镜的球差小;但强梯度短物距时球透镜可达到比棒透镜的球差小一、两个数量级。  相似文献

利用Collins公式得出光强均匀部分相干光经柱面球差透镜聚焦后的轴上光强分布,并通过数值模拟的方法研究了入射光的菲涅耳数、相干度和透镜的球差对轴上点光强分布的影响.结果显示,当菲涅耳数较小、空间相干度较小的部分相干光经无球差透镜聚焦时,轴上点光强分布会产生焦移现象,而当部分相干光被球差透镜聚焦时,也会有焦移现象产生.  相似文献

In this paper, taking the partially coherent flat-topped (PCFT) beam as an example, we investigate the intensity distribution of broadband beams with astigmatic aberration propagating through a turbulent atmosphere. The analytic expressions for the intensity of the beams propagating through the turbulent atmosphere are derived. It is shown that the intensity distribution of the broadband aberrated PCFT beams in the turbulent atmosphere are closely related with the astigmatism aberration, the strength of atmospheric turbulence, the order of flatness, the correlation of source and the bandwidth of PCFT beams. It is important to note that the position of the focal plane of the broadband aberrated (or not) PCFT beams can be modulated by changing the aberration, the order of flatness, the correlation and the bandwidth of PCFT beams.  相似文献
