碳纳米锥力学特性的分子动力学研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1       下载免费PDF全文

结合原子间短程作用势(Brenner势)和长程作用势(Lennard-Jones势),利用分子动力学方法对各种锥角的碳纳米锥进行拉伸和压缩实验,获得其载荷-应变关系曲线、受拉/压载荷极限、应变极限和构形演变等力学特性,并与等量原子组成的碳纳米管进行比较研究.研究结果表明,等量碳原子组成的碳纳米锥的受拉/压载荷极限随着锥角的增大先是增大后减小,受拉/压应变极限则随着锥角的增大而增大.与碳纳米锥相比,等量碳原子组成的碳纳米管的受拉/压载荷极限和应变极限显得既不突出也不逊色.在受压构形演化方面,与碳纳米管丰富的径向屈曲/扭转/侧向屈曲组合形变不同,112.88°和83.62°锥角的碳纳米锥受压沿轴向完美内陷,而60.0°和38.94°锥角的碳纳米锥受压发生侧向屈曲.  相似文献

分别采用Tersoff-Brenner势和AIREBO势,对三种长宽比的单层石墨烯纳米带在不同热力学温度(0.01—4000 K)下的弛豫性能进行了分子动力学模拟.对基于两种势函数模拟的石墨烯纳米带弛豫的能量曲线和表面形貌进行了分析对比,研究了石墨烯纳米带在弛豫过程中的动态平衡过程.模拟结果表明:单层石墨烯纳米带并非完美的平面结构,边缘处和内部都会呈现一定程度的起伏和皱褶,这与已有的实验结果相符合;石墨烯纳米带的表面起伏程度随长宽比的减小而减小,并且在不同温度条件下,系统动能对石墨烯纳米带的弛豫变形的影响很大,即系统温度越高,石墨烯纳米带的弛豫变形幅度愈大;高长宽比纳米带在一定温度条件下甚至会出现卷曲现象.最后,对采用Tersoff-Brenner势和AIREBO势进行石墨烯的分子动力学模拟进行了深入分析.  相似文献

文章作者利用微波等离子体辅助化学气相沉积的方法在铁针尖上合成了一种新的纳米结构,并称之为管状石墨锥.管状石墨锥在外形上由多面锥体组成,其内部是同心的圆柱形石墨层,其空心的直径为几个纳米到几十个纳米.这些管状石墨层从内到外地逐渐变短,从而使得它们呈现出锥形外观.锥的顶角一般为6-7度左右,锥的尖端只有几个纳米大小,而锥的底部可达到微米量级.值得注意的是,组成管状锥体的石墨层具有惟一的手性,都表现为锯齿型。  相似文献

基于非平衡态分子动力学模拟方法,研究了自由分子区内纳米颗粒的热泳特性.理论研究表明,纳米颗粒与周围气体分子之间的非刚体碰撞效应会明显地改变其热泳特性,经典的Waldmann热泳理论并不适用,但尚未有定量的直接验证.模拟计算结果表明:对于纳米颗粒而言,当气-固相互作用势能较弱或气体温度较高时,气体分子与纳米颗粒之间的非刚体碰撞效应可以忽略,Waldmann热泳理论与分子动力学模拟结果吻合较好;当气-固相互作用势能较强或气体温度较低时,非刚体碰撞效应较为明显,Waldmann热泳理论与模拟结果存在较大误差.基于分子动力学模拟结果,对纳米颗粒的等效粒径进行了修正,并考虑了气体分子与纳米颗粒之间的非刚体碰撞效应,理论计算结果与分子动力学模拟结果吻合较好.  相似文献

在聚能装药爆炸压缩形成射流的过程中, 伴随着金属药型罩的晶粒细化, 从原始晶粒30-80 μm细化到亚微米甚至纳米量级, 从微观层面研究其细化机理和动态超塑性变形机理具有很重要的科学意义. 采用分子动力学方法模拟了不同晶粒尺寸下纳米多晶铜的单轴拉伸变形行为, 得到了不同晶粒尺寸下的应力-应变曲线, 同时计算了各应力-应变曲线所对应的平均流变应力. 研究发现平均流变应力最大值出现在晶粒尺寸为14.85 nm时. 通过原子构型显示, 给出了典型的位错运动过程和晶界运动过程, 并分析了在不同晶粒尺寸下纳米多晶铜的塑性变形机理. 研究表明: 当晶粒尺寸大于14.85 nm时, 纳米多晶铜的变形机理以位错运动为主; 当晶粒尺寸小于14.85 nm时, 变形机理以晶界运动为主, 变形机理的改变是纳米多晶铜出现软化现象即反常Hall-Petch关系的根本原因. 通过计算结果分析, 建立了晶粒合并和晶界转动相结合的理想变形机理模型, 为研究射流大变形现象提供微观变形机理参考.  相似文献

采用顶点及平板下压加载的加载方式对半球壳的准静态压缩进行了实验研究,获得了半球壳的变形模态及力-位移曲线。通过准静态压缩实验观察在不同加载方式下球壳变形模式随压缩深度的变化,发现半球壳出现了轴对称和非轴对称变形形式。利用ABAQUS有限元软件对球壳准静态压缩过程进行数值模拟,分析加载方式与球壳尺寸等对变形行为的影响。结果表明:球壳在压缩下的变形可分为加载点附近局部压平、轴对称凹陷以及形成非对称多边形3个阶段。其中,在压平向凹陷转变时,小截面平头加载的接触力-位移曲线产生了突跳现象,但在半球头与平板加载时未出现,且凹陷之后,半球头加载下接触力的增加速率减小,而平板加载下接触力的增加速率几乎保持不变。壳的径厚比越大,后期的变形程度越复杂;径厚比越小,由压平到凹陷转变时的临界荷载越大,球壳承载力越大。计算表明,在本研究范围内球壳凹陷前后接触力的大小以及增加速率只与厚度有关,而与半径的相关性则较小。  相似文献

为提高射流侵彻性能,根据聚能射流装置的射流形成特点,设计了爆炸复合铝铜金属体作为药型罩的聚能射流装置。此装置依据已有的锥角为42°的聚能装药紫铜药型罩改进而来。利用LS-DYNA软件中的MMALE多物质算法,对此装置的射流形成、侵彻金属靶体全过程进行数值模拟。在保持装药量不变的情况下,计算了当铝铜药型罩锥角分别为36°、38°、40°和42°时的射流形成及侵彻过程。结果表明:射流头部速度随着铝铜药型罩锥角的减小而增大;且锥角为38°时射流穿深最大。相比单纯金属铜药型罩情况,射流头部速度提高了13.2%,侵彻深度提高了14.5%。  相似文献

利用分子动力学方法研究了不同晶粒度的纳米多晶铁在冲击压缩下的结构相变过程,模拟结果表明:纳米多晶铁的冲击结构相变(由体心立方(bcc)结构 α 相到六角密排(hcp)结构 ε 相)发生的临界冲击应力在15 GPa左右.纳米多晶铁在经过弹性压缩变形后,晶界导致的塑性变形开始发生,然后大多数相变从晶界成核并最终发展为大规模相变.不同变形过程在应力和粒子速度剖面上能得到清晰的体现,并通过微观原子结构分析分辨.冲击压缩后的微观结构以晶界原子和以fcc结构原子充当孪晶界的hcp原子为主.晶粒度明显影响晶界变形及相变 关键词: 冲击相变 纳米多晶铁 冲击波 分子动力学  相似文献

冲击波阵面反映材料在冲击压缩下的弹塑性变形行为以及屈服强度、应变率条件等宏观量, 还与冲击压缩后的强度变化联系. 本文使用分子动力学方法, 模拟研究了冲击压缩下纳米多晶铜中的动态塑性变形过程, 考察了冲击波阵面和弹塑性机理对晶界存在的依赖, 并与纳米多晶铝的冲击压缩进行了比较. 研究发现: 相比晶界对纳米多晶铝的贡献而言, 纳米多晶铜中晶界对冲击波阵面宽度的影响较小; 并且其塑性变形机理主要以不全位错的发射和传播为主, 很少观察到全位错和形变孪晶的出现. 模拟还发现纳米多晶铜的冲击波阵面宽度随着冲击应力的增加而减小, 并得到了冲击波阵面宽度与冲击应力之间的定量反比关系, 该定量关系与他人纳米多晶铜模拟结果相近, 而与粗晶铜的冲击压缩实验结果相差较大.  相似文献

本文采用分子动力学模拟方法研究了Si表面间单壁水平碳纳米管束SWCNT (10,10)的变形和摩擦特性.系统在弛豫平衡后,首先对碳纳米管束施加压力至碳纳米管或Si表面结构破坏.之后在无压力和高压力两种情况下使上表面沿水平方向做剪切运动以研究碳纳米管束的摩擦特性.结果表明,由于碳纳米管的柔韧性,碳纳米管束在加载过程中出现明显变形,但直至3.8 GPa高压下并无结构破坏.系统无压力时SWCNT (10,10)在原地轻微随机滚动,压力为3.8 GPa时,碳纳米管束出现了整体的轻微滑动,同时伴随无规律的轻微滚动, 关键词: 碳纳米管束 摩擦 分子动力学模拟  相似文献

A multi-conjugate adaptive optics (MCAO) can offer a possibility of widening field of view (FOV) characterized by the isoplanatic angle, and the choose of conjugate height becomes a basic problem for MCAO, which influences the size of iosplanatic angle. Considering the application of lidar, the isoplanatic angle's expressions of two deformable mirrors (DMs) MCAO for uplink and downlink are deduced. The effects of conjugate heights for dual-conjugate AO are thoughtfully discussed, and the isoplanatic angles are further analyzed. The results show that the isopanatic angle varies with the conjugate height and reaches the maximum as the conjugate height is at the optimal altitude. Moreover, the optimal conjugate height changes with the propagation distance.  相似文献

Due to the limit of response speed of the present single-photon detector, the code rate is still too low to come into practical use for the present quantum key distribution (QKD) system.A new idea is put up to design a quick single-photon detector.This quick single-photon detector is composed of a multi-port optic-fiber splitter and many avalanche photo diodes (APDs).Au of the ports with APDs work on the time division and cooperate with a logic discriminating and deciding unit driven by the clock signal.The operation frequency lies on the number N of ports, and can reach N times of the conventional single-photon detector.The single-photon prompt detection can come true for high repetition-rate pulses.The applying of this detector will largely raise the code rate of the QKD, and boost the commercial use.  相似文献

A.C mismatches are studied by Raman spectral characterization of PolyA, PolyC, and their equimolar complex in solution of 0.14 mol/L Na ,pH7.0.Experimental results show that A·C mismatches occur to be A/B (mainly A) conformers, and unlike Watson-Crick base pairing, this kind of mismatches is stabilized by only one hydrogen bond involving cytosine N4H2 and adenine N7.The formation of A·C complex makes the base stacking interactions much stronger, and conformation of the backbone more ordered, which leads to obvious Raman hypochromic effect with some shifts in corresponding bands.  相似文献

40-GHz clock modulated signal as a pump to improve the efficiency of four-wave mixing (FWM)-based wavelength conversion in a 26.5-km dispersion shifted fiber (DSF) is investigated. The experimental results demonstrate that the conjugated FWM component has higher intensity with the clock pumping than that with the continuous-wave (CW) light pumping. The improvement of FWM-based wavelength conversion efficiency is negligible when the pump power is less than Brillouin threshold. But when the pump power is greater than Brillouin threshold, the improvement becomes significant and increases with the increment of pump power. The improvement can increase up to 9 dB if pump power reaches 17 dBm.  相似文献

Our experimental results show that the presence of a proper amount of negative group velocity dispersion is essential to multi-pulse operation of a Kerr-lens mode-locked femtosecond laser. We demonstrate that the pulse separations and the number of pulses contained within a cavity round trip are strongly dependent on the initial perturbations. The results allow us to get a better understanding on the influences of the convoluted self-phase modulation and intra-cavity dispersions on the stable multi-pulse oscillation in a Kerr-lens mode-locked femtosecond laser.  相似文献

Propagation of Helmholtz-Gauss beams in weak turbulent atmosphere   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Based on the Rytov approximation of light propagation in weak turbulent atmosphere,the closed-form expressions of field and average irradiance of each one of the four fundamental families of Helmholtz-Gauss (HzG)beams:cosine-Gauss beams,stationary Mathieu-Gauss beams,stationary parabolic-Gauss beams,and Bessel-Gauss beams,which are propagating in weak turbulent atmosphere,are obtained.The results show that the field and average irradiance can be written as the product of four factors:complex amplitude depending on the z-coordinate only,a Ganssian beam.a factor of complex phase perturbation induced by atmospheric turbulence,and a complex scaled version of the transverse shape of the non-diffracting beam.The effect of weak atmospheric turbulence on irradiance distribution of the HzG beam can be ignored.  相似文献

An effective method for reducing the speckle noise in digital holography is proposed in this paper.Different from the methods based on classical filtering technique,it utilizes the multiple holograms which are generated by rotating the illuminating light continuously.The intensity images reconstructed by a series of holograms generated by rotating the illuminating light possess different speckle patterns.Hence by properly averaging the reconstructed intensity fields,the speckle noises can be reduced greatly.Experimental results show that the proposed method is simple and effective to reduce speckle noise in digital holography.  相似文献

Influence of purity of HfO2 on reflectance of ultraviolet multilayer   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The impurities in two kinds of HfO2 materials and in their corresponding single layer thin films were determined through glow discharge mass spectrum technology and secondary ion mass spectrometry(SIMS) equipment respectively.It was found that ZrO2 was the main impurity in the two kinds of HfO2 either in the original HfO2 materials or in the electron beam deposited films.In addition,the difference of Zr content in the two kinds of HfO2 single laver films was much laxger than that of the other impurities such as Ti and Fe.which showed that it was just ZrO2 that made the difference between the optical performance of the film products including the two kinds of HfO2.With these two kinds of HfO2 and the same kind of SiO2.we deposited HfO2/SiO2 multilayer reflective coatings at the wavelength of 266 nm.Experimental results showed that the reflectances of these two mirrors were about 99.85% and 99.15% respectively,which agreed well with the designed results what were based on the optical constants obtained from the corresponding single layer thin films.  相似文献

Microphone array-based speech enhancement has great importance for speech communications and speech recognition. To reduce the aperture of the microphone array and to increase the effect of the speech enhancement will greatly broaden the application areas of the microphone array. An array crosstalk resistant adaptive noise cancellation method is therefore presented. And then an improved spectral subtraction algorithm is further cascaded to obtain better enhancement results. Theoretic analysis and experiments indicate that the proposed scheme needs only a very small microphone array while it simultaneously achieves a higher SNR improvement. Besides, the proposed scheme can be used in many noisy environments and is easy for real-time implementation.  相似文献
