大面积金纳米线光栅的制备   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0

利用激光干涉光刻和金纳米颗粒胶体溶液制备了宽度在100 nm以下且总面积达到平方厘米量级的金纳米线光栅结构.制备过程中,首先在表面镀有厚度约为200 nm的铟锡氧化物薄膜的面积为1 cm×1 cm的玻璃基片表面旋涂光刻胶,然后利用紫外激光干涉光刻制备光刻胶纳米光栅结构.有效控制干涉光刻过程中的曝光量、显影时间,获得小占空比的光刻胶光栅.再以光刻胶纳米光栅作为模板,旋涂金纳米颗粒胶体溶液.充分利用金纳米颗粒胶体溶液在光刻胶表面浸润性差的特点,限制旋涂后留存在光刻胶光栅槽中金纳米颗粒的数量,从而达到限制金纳米线宽度的目的.最后在250℃将样品进行退火处理5 min.获得了周期为400 nm且占空比小于1:4的金纳米线光栅结构,其有效面积为1 cm2.以波导共振模式与粒子等离子共振模式间耦合作用为特征的光谱学响应特性验证了波导耦合金属光子晶体的成功制备,为小传感体积新型生物传感器的开发提供了性能良好的金属光子晶体芯片.  相似文献

设计了一种基于LiNbO_3的长周期波导光栅可调谐耦合器.该耦合器利用长周期光栅的独有特性将输入波导的导模经包层模耦合至输出波导导模.由于LiNbO_3的电光效应,波导光栅芯层与包层的有效折射率随外加电压变化,从而耦合器的谐振波长及耦合效率可由外加电压调谐.分析了光栅周期与耦合器的长度对耦合器带宽和耦合效率调谐范围的影响,以及波导尺寸对谐振波长调谐灵敏度的影响.结果表明光栅周期越短,耦合器长度越长,则耦合器的带宽越窄,耦合效率调谐范围也越大.此外,谐振波长调谐灵敏度随波导宽度的增加而减小,而波导厚度对谐振波长调谐灵敏度的影响可以忽略.对光栅周期为94μm、长度为3.52cm的耦合器进行仿真,结果表明,谐振波长灵敏度为26.2pm/V,3dB带宽可达4.5nm,当外加电压从0变化到200V时,谐振波长变化5.24nm,耦合效率可在1到0.15之间进行调谐.  相似文献

基于表面等离子激元在亚波长结构的传输特性,设计了一种含双挡板金属-电介质-金属波导耦合两个方形腔的结构.由F-P谐振腔产生的宽谱模式与两个方形谐振腔产生的两个窄谱模式发生干涉作用,形成了独立调谐的双重Fano共振,而且可以通过改变两个方形腔的大小及填充介质实现双重Fano共振的独立调谐.基于耦合模理论,定性分析了该结构产生双重Fano共振的机理.利用有限元仿真的方法,定量分析了结构参数对可独立调谐双重Fano共振和折射率传感特性的影响.结果表明,优化参数后该结构的灵敏度分别高达1020和1120 nm/RIU, FOM值分别高达3.59×10~5和1.17×10~6.该结构可为超快光开关、多功能高灵敏度传感器和慢光器件的光学集成提供有效的理论参考.  相似文献

针对光纤光栅传感系统应用中面临的应变能力和可靠性不稳定的问题,研究并设计了一种基于自适应耦合切换和自调谐光纤光栅传感系统。首先,基于长周期和短周期光纤光栅耦合特性建立了自适应耦合器件及其切换算法,然后再分析耦合特性的基础上设计了支持自调谐功能的光纤光栅传感器及其调谐算法,最后给出了支持耦合自适应切换和耦合特性自调谐功能的光纤光栅传感系统。实验表明,在检测精度、抗干涉能力和应变能力等方面,所提方案表现出了明显优势。  相似文献

基于衍射原理和模耦合理论,提出了一种由亚波长介质光栅/金属-电介质-金属(metal-dielectric-metal,MDM)波导/周期性光子晶体组成的复合微纳结构.结合反射角谱深入分析了表面等离子激元的传输特性以及在固定波长下不同入射角时刻形成的双重Fano共振的产生机理.研究表明,双重Fano共振是由在亚波长介质光栅/MDM波导结合的上层结构中产生的独立可调的双离散态分别与在周期性光子晶体中形成的连续态相互耦合形成的.接着定量讨论了结构参数对双重Fano特性的影响,探究了双重Fano共振的演变规律.结果表明,改变结构参数可实现双Fano共振曲线和谐振角度之间的调谐,且在最优条件下,共振A区FR a和FR b的品质因数(figure of merit,FOM)可高达460.0和4.00×10~4,共振B区FR a和FR b的FOM值可高达269.2和2.22×10~4.该结构可为基于Fano共振的折射率传感器设计提供有效的理论参考.  相似文献

提出并设计了快速可调谐电光聚合物波导光栅.该波导光栅通过极化聚合物的线性电光效应 可实现谐振波长的纳秒级快速调谐,调谐灵敏度为61pm/V.研究了该波导光栅的反射谱和透 射谱特性与光栅周期,周期数,折射率调制函数及其调制大小的关系.讨论了波导光栅的材料 选择,制备工艺,快速可调谐性和偏振相关性.该波导光栅不仅克服了光纤光栅调谐速度慢和不利于大规模集成的不足,而且具有调谐灵敏度高,制备工艺与半导体工艺兼容和偏振无关 等优点. 关键词: 光通信器件 光波导 电光效应 聚合物 波导光栅 光纤光栅  相似文献

基于表面等离极化激元在亚波长结构的传输特性,提出了一种含单挡板的金属-介质-金属(MIM)波导耦合双T型谐振腔的结构。在近场耦合作用下,单挡板形成的较宽连续态与单T型腔形成的较窄离散态,经过复杂的干涉相消形成非对称的双重Fano共振峰。基于耦合模理论,研究了单挡板MIM波导耦合单T型腔Fano共振的产生机理,并采用有限元分析法对该结构进行了模拟仿真。在此基础上,研究了含双T型腔结构的四重Fano共振形成过程,分析了上下T型腔结构参数对Fano共振峰的影响。结果表明,上下T型腔产生的Fano共振峰互不影响,且由单个T型腔可以实现两个Fano共振峰独立可调谐,故含金属挡板的MIM波导耦合双T型腔结构可以实现四个Fano共振峰独立可调谐。该结构可为差动传感器和波分复用器的设计提供有效的理论参考。  相似文献

研究了亚波长光栅的衍射对抗反射和增强透射性能的影响。理论分析表明,如果要达到抗反射和增强透射的双重效果,需要避免衍射引起的横向波导损耗,光栅周期要足够小;而如果只需要达到抗反射效果,可利用光栅衍射形成横向波导共振降低反射效率,此时光栅周期不需要很小。利用严格耦合波理论对周期、占空比及凹槽深度等结构参数进行优化。采用激光干涉光刻法制作了周期为290 nm的一维浮雕光栅,并测试其透射及反射光谱,结果表明这种结构在大角度范围内对可见光波段有明显的抗反射效果,但是只有波长在非衍射区才具有透射增强效果,而在衍射区透射降低。该研究实验和理论分析相一致,研究结果为根据应用要求合理选择光栅周期、降低制备工艺提供了清晰的物理图像和参考。  相似文献

设计了一种由内嵌金属方芯的金属-绝缘体-金属方形气腔以及两个侧耦合波导组成的耦合结构,并采用有限元方法研究了该结构的传播特性.结果表明:通过对气腔内金属方芯偏离角和偏离距离的调节可以获得并调制Fano共振;该Fano共振由对称破缺或几何效应影响左右波导和谐振腔之间耦合区域中的场分布强度所致,场分布模式的变化是由波导模和腔模之间的干涉引起的.此外,Fano共振的光谱位置和调制深度对偏差参数十分敏感,通过计算不同偏差角及偏差距离下的折射率传感特性发现,其折射率敏感度最高达1 508nm/RIU,品质因数最高达1 308.研究结果为设计更加灵活、简单、高效的片上等离子体纳米传感器提供了理论依据.  相似文献

We investigate the thermal tuning properties of long period gratings (LPGs) in a fluid-filled photonic bandgap fiber (PBGF). The combination of strong, resonant waveguide dispersion, characteristic of all PBGF modes, and the large thermo-optic coefficients of fluids yields highly tunable grating resonances. We measure grating resonances in three transmission bands with large tuning coefficients of up to -1.58 nm/degrees C, which match numerical results. We derive an analytic model for the PBGF LPG tuning coefficient to show how it depends on both the shift of the transmission bands and the dispersion of the coupled modes.  相似文献

Simultaneous tuning of multiple-output wavelengths was achieved in Rhodamine 6G-doped distributed-feedback zirconia waveguide lasers. As many as four separate output wavelengths were observed for a planar zirconia waveguide of 2.2-microm thickness. The laser output wavelengths corresponded to the propagation modes allowed in the planar waveguide. Continuous tuning by variation of the period of the optically generated grating was achieved from 584 to 611 nm.  相似文献

从阵列波导光栅的光栅方程入手,分析了聚合物阵列波导光栅采用电.光效应进行波长调谐的原理,提出了具有单推挽结构和双推挽结构的电.光波长可调谐滤波器.并用Optiwave软件分别对无推挽结构和推挽结构波长调谐器进行了计算机仿真.结果表明:当外加电压从-100 V 增加到+100 V 时,前者的波长调谐范围约为5 nm,而后者中,单推挽结构的波长调谐范围为约10 nm,双推挽结构的波长调谐范围可达20 nm.  相似文献

In this paper,a new type of resonant Brewster filter(RBF) consisting of two homogenous layers and a single grating with an equal refractive index is presented.The properties are studied by using the plane waveguide method(PWM) and rigorous coupled-wave analysis(RCWA).It is found that the variation of the grating thickness does not effectively change the position of the resonant wavelength,however it has a remarkable effect on the line width,and the resonant peak can be adjusted back to its original position by slightly tuning the grating period.Moreover,by simultaneously tuning the thicknesses of the homogeneous layers above and beneath the grating structure,multiple channels can also be obtained when the RBF is illuminated at the Brewster angle calculated with the effective medium theory(EMT) of subwavelength grating.The adjacent optical thickness for acquiring the multiple channels is about three-quarters of the resonant wavelength.Furthermore,it is demonstrated that the line width at the operating resonant wavelength can be appreciably narrowed by tuning the thickness of the homogenous layer to its corresponding thickness without fine tuning the grating period or the thickness.Therefore,it is very useful for designing filters with different line widths at the desired wavelength.In addition,it is shown from our calculations that the symmetrical line feather can be obtained if the total optical thickness for the homogeneous layer meets the special condition.  相似文献

A continuously tunable erbium-doped fibre laser (TEDFL) based on tunable fibre Bragger grating (TFBG) and a three-port optical circulator (OC) is proposed and demonstrated. The OC acts as a 100%-reflective mirror. A strain-induced uniform fibre Bragger grating (FBG) which functions as a partial-reflecting mirror is implemented in the linear cavity. By applying axial strain onto the TFBG, a continuously tunable lazing output can be realized. The wavelength tuning range covers approximately 7.00nm in C band (from 1543.6161 to 1550.3307nm). The side mode suppression ratio (SMSR) is better than 50 dB, and the 3 dB bandwidth of the laser is less than 0.01 nm. Moreover, an array waveguide grating (AWG) is inserted into the cavity for wavelength preselecting, and a 50 km transmission experiment was performed using our TEDFL at a 10 Gb/s modulation rate.  相似文献

A comprehensive, complete theory suitable for a long period grating (LPG) on/in a planar or channel waveguide is described on the basis of coupled mode theory. The theory aims at key characteristic parameters with respect to the effect of the LPG, including resonance wavelength, transmission power of the guided mode in the waveguide, full-width at half-maximum (FWHM) of the power attenuation band in transmission spectrum of the guided mode, and coupling coefficient between a guided and a coupled mode. The type of the grating including relief and index modulation, different polarization state combinations of the guided mode and the resonant mode, and slanted grating structure are considered in this theory. The influences of the coupling between two guided modes and between a guided mode and a substrate mode are discussed. The role of cladding layer in a long period waveguide grating is demonstrated in particular. Finally, the expressions for the sensitivity of resonance wavelength as a function of external temperature, pressure and surrounding refractive index are derived.  相似文献

基于单模光波导的本征模场分布,瑞利-索末菲衍射积分公式和天线原理的互易定理,给出耦合器中两个非接触平面光波导耦合特性的描述.基此,根据等光程差不等振幅多光束干涉的光场叠加原理,推导出新颖的阵列波导光栅波分复用/解复用器的光谱响应效率的解析函数表达式,这些表达式可为快速精确分析阵列波导光栅波分复用/解复用器的特性提供理论基础.同时,介绍了一个计算阵列波导光栅波分复用/解复用器特性的例子,给出其光谱响应度和信号通道串扰.  相似文献
