根据空间群理论,预测了Sr3TaGa3Si2O14(STGS)单晶的振动模式,并分别计算了非极性和极性振动模式的Raman散射强度。测量了STGS晶体的Raman光谱,并对其振动模式进行了指认。实验结果表明STGS晶体具有6个A1对称类特征振动模式:波数为126cm-1的振动峰可指认为SiO4团簇、Sr原子和TaO6团簇间的相对平动;245cm-1的振动峰是SiO4团簇的扭曲振动和Sr—TaO6—Sr伸缩振动耦合的结果;特征峰557和604cm-1分别来源于O—Ta—O和O—Ga—O的伸缩振动;896cm-1谱带对应着两个SiO4四面体的O—Si—O伸缩振动;991cm-1的谱带对应着两个SiO4四面体的Si—O伸缩振动。实验结果和理论计算结果均确证了STGS晶体的层状结构,其弱的各项异性和压电模量归因于十面体结构单元的微弱形变。  相似文献

Raman spectra acquired from spherical, cubic, and cuboid SnO2 nanocrystals (NCs) reveal a morphologically independent Raman mode at ~302?cm(-1). The frequency of this mode is slightly affected by the NC size, but the intensity increases obviously with decreasing NC size. By considering the dipole changes induced by oxygen vacancies and derivation based on the density functional theory and phonon confinement model, an oxygen vacancy density larger than 6% is shown to be responsible for the transformation of the IR to Raman active vibration mode, and the intensity enhancement is due to strong phonon confinement.  相似文献

利用拉曼散射和红外吸收光谱研究了Y1-xNdxSr2Cu2.7Mo0.3O7-δ(x=0,0.2,0.5,0.8,1.0)系列样品的声子振动性质。实验结果表明,对x=0的样品,在拉曼光谱中主要出现323,443,522和578cm-1几个特征峰,在中红外吸收光谱中出现522,580和646cm-1特征峰。随着样品中Nd组分的增加,323cm-1峰向低波数发生位移,而522和646cm-1峰则向高波数发生位移。本文对这些振动模进行了指认,并对其随不同样品组分的变化行为进行了讨论  相似文献

根据空间群理论分析和指认了磷酸二氘钾晶体[K(DxH1-x)2PO4,简称DKDP]的拉曼活性晶格振动模,测量了其室温拉曼光谱。结果表明DKDP晶体的晶格振动谱主要是由D2PO-4阴离子团簇的内振动引起的。与H2PO-4阴离子稀溶液的拉曼谱和NaD2(PO4)2晶体的拉曼谱比较,DKDP晶体中D2PO-4阴离子的四个特征内振动模可被指认为881 cm-1(ν1),357 cm-1(ν2),514/541 cm-1(ν3),965 cm-1(ν4)。  相似文献

Ultrasonic velocity measurements on the magnetoelectric multiferroic compound CuFeO(2) reveal that the antiferromagnetic transition observed at T(N1) = 14 K might be induced by an R3m --> pseudoproper ferroelastic transition. In that case, the group theory states that the order parameter associated with the structural transition must belong to a two-dimensional irreducible representation E(g) (x(2) - y(2), xy). Since this type of transition can be driven by a Raman E(g) mode, we performed Raman scattering measurements on CuFeO(2) between 5 and 290 K. Considering that the isostructural multiferroic compound CuCrO(2) might show similar structural deformations at the antiferromagnetic transition T(N1) = 24.3 K, Raman measurements have also been performed for comparison. At ambient temperature, the Raman modes in CuFeO(2) are observed at ω(E(g)) = 352 cm(-1) and ω(A(1g)) = 692 cm(-1), while these modes are detected at ω(E(g)) = 457 cm(-1) and ω(A(1g)) = 709 cm(-1) in CuCrO(2). The analysis of the temperature dependence of the modes in both compounds shows that the frequencies of all modes increase with decreasing temperature. This typical behavior is attributed to anharmonic phonon-phonon interactions. These results clearly indicate that none of the Raman active modes observed in CuFeO(2) and CuCrO(2) drive the pseudoproper ferroelastic transitions observed at the Néel temperature T(N1). Finally, a broad band at about 550 cm(-1) observed in the magnetoelectric phase of CuCrO(2) below T(N2) could be associated with magnons.  相似文献

本文报道了生物分子5‘-腺苷磷酸(AMP)和脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)在银溶胶中的增强拉曼光谱。实验结果表明用银溶胶增加方法可以得到在较低浓度下、几乎不受光干扰的增强拉曼光谱。与固体AMP和DNA拉曼光谱进行比较,发现谱峰有很好的一致性,但也存在差异,如对应于固体AMP中715cm^-1处的腺嘌呤的呼吸振动峰加强,并位移到723cm^-1处,813cm^-1处的磷酸酯的对称伸缩振动峰消失了;在DNA中核糖环的振动峰明显加强,A,T,C,G四种碱基的峰也得到了不同程度的增强。通过对实验结果的分析,推测了AMP和DNA在银溶胶界面的吸附状态和分子结构。  相似文献

我们合成了有机锗化合物的一类重要中间体β-三苯锗基丙酸和β-三苯锗基丁酸 ,测量了该化合物的拉曼光谱和红外光谱 ,经光谱分析 ,指认了主要波数所对应的分子振动。在这两种化合物的拉曼光谱中 ,30 50 cm- 1( m)、1 0 2 5cm- 1( m)和 61 8cm- 1( m)分属于 Ph- H的伸缩振动、面内弯曲振动和面外扭曲振动。饱和 Ge- C键的振动分别在 594cm- 1和 587cm- 1,同时指出了 Ph- Ge的几种振动所对应的振动频率。在红外光谱中 ,C=O的振动出现在 1 70 9cm- 1( s)和 1 70 5cm- 1( s) ,与饱和碳相连接的 Ge- C振动出现在 61 7cm- 1( w)和 61 7cm- 1( w)。  相似文献
