The effect of boron concentration in water on the gamma, fast and slow neutrons and alpha particles components at the central, forward and backward surfaces inside tumor phantom of 4.2 cm diameter and 4.4cm height, during brachytherapy by neutrons from 252Cf were investigated. The source was at the centre of a cubic shaped water phantom of 30 cm side. The study was carried for different concentrations of boron from H3BO3, Li2B4O7 and H310BO3. The effect of source to tumor distance on the different components of radiation was also measured. The results indicated that the use of 10B compounds enhances the damage and is recommended for successful boron neutron capture therapy (BNCT).  相似文献

Nd2O3-doped 43Bi2O3xB2O3–(57−x)SiO2–1.0Nd2O3 (x=57, 47, 39, 28.5, 19.5, 10, 0 mol%) bismuth glasses were prepared by the conventional melt-quenching method, and the Nd3+: 4F3/24I13/2 fluorescence properties had been studied in an oxide system Bi2O3–B2O3–SiO2. The Judd–Ofelt analysis for Nd3+ ions in bismuth boron silicate glasses was also performed on the basis of absorption spectrum, and the transition probabilities, excited-state lifetimes, the fluorescence branching ratios, quantum efficiency and the stimulated emission cross-sections of 4F3/24I13/2 transition were calculated and discussed. The stimulated emission cross-sections of 1.3 μm were quite large due to a large refractive index of the host. Although the effective bandwidths decreased with increasing SiO2 content, quantum efficiencies and stimulated emission cross-sections enhanced largely with increasing SiO2 content.  相似文献

Glasses of general formula xSb2O3 (1−x)B2O3 (0x0.8) have been prepared by conventional melt- quenching. Mössbauer spectroscopy shows that a fraction of the Sb3+ is converted to Sb5+ and this fraction increases with x. High-field 11B MAS NMR gives well-resolved resonances from boron atoms which are 3- and 4-coordinated to oxygen. The fraction of 4-coordinated boron, N4, goes through a maximum value of 0.12±0.01 at x=0.5. The position of the maximum in N4 is consistent with the cation potential for Sb3+, as observed for other systems. However, the low value of N4 at this maximum is not so readily explained. The values are similar to those predicted if [BO4] were stabilised by [SbO4]+ but the trends with composition are different.  相似文献

Solar-blind ultraviolet photodetectors with metal-semiconductor-metal structure were fabricated based on β -(Al0.25Ga0.75)2O3/β -Ga2O3 film grown by metal-organic chemical vapor deposition. It was known that various surface states increase dark current and a large number of defects can hinder the transport of carriers, resulting in low switching ratio and low responsivity of the device. In this work, β -(Al0.25Ga0.75)2O3 films are used as surface passivation materials. Owning to its wide band gap, we obtain excellent light transmission and high lattice matching with β -Ga2O3. We explore the change and mechanism of the detection performance of the β -Ga2O3 detector after β -(Al0.25Ga0.75)2O3 surface passivation. It is found that under the illumination with 254 nm light at bias 5 V, the β -(Al0.25Ga0.75)2O3/β -Ga2O3 photodetectors show dark current of just 18 pA and high current on/off ratio of 2.16×105. The dark current is sharply reduced about 50 times after passivation of the β -Ga2O3 surface, and current on/off ratio increases by approximately 2 times. It is obvious that β -Ga2O3 detectors with β -(Al0.25Ga0.75)2O3 surface passivation can offer superior detector performance.  相似文献

Self-assembly of β-Ga2O3 (beta-gallium oxide) nanobelts with diameters of 50–100 nm and lengths of tens to hundreds of microns have been studied using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM). Under appropriate conditions such as nanobelts concentration, controlled solvent evaporation, β-Ga2O3 nanobelts assemble into a fan-like structure on the substrate. A tendency of these nanobelts to align parallel to each other was also observed. The mechanism behind the formation of self-assembly of β-Ga2O3 nanobelts has been proposed on the basis of lateral capillary forces.  相似文献

The effect of Bi2O3 on the glass transition temperature, electrical conductivity and structure of LiBO2 glass has been investigated. Tg vs. composition curve shows three different linear regions, while there is an overall decrease in Tg with the increase in Bi2O3 content. The slope of these three straight lines is in a decreasing order. These results are interpreted in terms of the increase in the number of non-bridging oxygen atoms, substitution of Bi-O bond in place of B-O bond and change in Li+ ion concentration. The conductivity vs. composition curve exhibits two maxima which are interpreted in terms of the structural modification effect of Bi2O3 on LiBO2 network and mixed-former effect, respectively. Results obtained from the XPS studies of the samples of composition x 0.005, have shown that the number of non-bridging oxygen atoms from B-O bond increases with the increase in Bi2O3 content. It has a maximum value at x = 0.003 where the conductivity has also exhibited a maximum value. Further increase of Bi2O3 content causes decrease in it. For higher Bi2O3 content (x * > 0.005), O 1s spectra of Bi2O3 has been separated out from that of Bi2O3. Bismuth ions have been substituted for boron ions as network former ions.  相似文献

本文利用高温拉曼光谱技术和从头计算的方法, 研究了LiB3O5和CsB3O5晶体高温熔融体的结构, 分析了碱金属阳离子对熔体结构的影响, 以及熔体结构的差异与LiB3O5和CsB3O5晶体结晶习性的联系. 结果表明: LiB3O5和CsB3O5晶体高温熔融体中的结构基团 主要为B3Ø7和B3Ø6两种不同类型的硼氧六元环; 环内BØ4 四面体的数量影响了六元环呼吸振动峰的拉曼频率, 随BØ4四面体数量的增加六元环呼吸振动峰向低频移动; LiB3O5晶体高温熔融体中, BØ4四面体含量相对较多; 然而, 离子半径相对较大的Cs+离子却阻碍了熔体中BØ4四面体的形成, 造成CsB3O5晶体高温熔融体中BØ4/BØ3比值的降低. 结合LiB3O5和CsB3O5晶体生长动力学过程的分析 (Wang D, Wan S M et al. 2011 Cryst. La-based binary or ternary compounds have recently attracted a great deal of attention as a potential candidate to replace the currently used Hf-based dielectrics in future transistor and capacitor devices for sub-22 generation. However, the hygroscopic nature of La2O3 hampers its application as dielectrics in electron devices. To cope with this challenge, ultraviolet (UV) ozone post treatment is proposed to suppress the moisture absorption in the H2O-based atomic layer deposition (ALD) La2O3/Al2O3 nanolaminates which is related to the residual hydroxyl/hydrogen groups after annealing. The x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and conductive atomic force microscopy (AFM) results indicate that the moisture absorption of the H2O-based ALD La2O3/Al2O3 nanolaminates is efficiently suppressed after 600 ℃ annealing, and the electrical characteristics are greatly improved.  相似文献

通过化学氧化合成的方法将纳米In_2O_3复合到聚(3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩)(PEDOT)中得到In_2O_3/PEDOT复合材料.利用X射线衍射、红外光谱、电子显微镜及正电子湮没等方法对复合材料的微观结构进行了系统研究,同时对材料的热学和电学性能进行了表征.结果表明,当In_2O_3的含量在22 wt%以下时,In_2O_3能很好地分散到PEDOT基体中.热电性能测试则显示In_2O_3/PEDOT复合材料的导电率随In_2O_3含量增加明显增大.纯PEDOT的电导率仅为7.5 S/m,而含12.3 wt%In_2O_3的复合材料的电导率达到25.75 S/m.该复合材料相应的功率因子(68.8×10~(-4)μW/m·K~2)相对于纯的PEDOT(14.5×10~(-4)μW/m·K~2)提高了近4倍.另外,复合材料的热导率相对于纯PEDOT也有所降低.最终复合材料的热电优值由0.015×10~(-4)提高到了0.073×10~(-4).结果表明,In_2O_3/PEDOT复合材料的热电性能相对于纯PEDOT的热电性能得到了比较明显的提高.  相似文献

Two novel non-isoelectronic with diamond(non-IED)B–C–O phases(tI16-B8C6O2and mP16-B8C5O3)have been unmasked.The research of the phonon scattering spectra and the independent elastic constants under ambient pressure(AP)and high pressure(HP)proves the stability of these non-IED B–C–O phases.Respective to the common compounds,the research of the formation enthalpies and the relationship with pressure of all non-IED B–C–O phases suggests that HP technology performed in the diamond anvil cell(DAC)or large volume press(LVP)is an important technology for synthesis.Both tI16-B8C6O2and tI12-B6C4O2possess electrical conductivity.mP16-B8C5O3is a small bandgap semiconductor with a 0.530 eV gap.For aP13-B6C2O5,mC20-B2CO2and tI18-B4CO4are all large gap semiconductors with gaps of 5.643 eV,6.113 eV,and 7.105 eV,respectively.The study on the relationship between band gap values and pressure of these six non-IED B–C–O phases states that tI16-B8C6O2and tI12-B6C4O2maintain electrical conductivity,mC20-B2CO2and tI18-B4CO4have good bandgap stability and are less affected by pressure.The stress-strain simulation reveals that the max strain and stress of 0.4 GPa and 141.9 GPa respectively,can be sustained by tI16-B8C6O2.Studies on their mechanical properties shows that they all possess elasticity moduli and hard character.And pressure has an obvious effect on their mechanical properties,therein toughness of tI12-B6C4O2,aP13-B6C2O5,mC20-B2CO2and tI18-B4CO4 all increases,and hardness of mP16-B8C5O3continue to strengthen during the compression.With abundant hardness characteristics and tunable band gaps,extensive attention will be focused on the scientific research of non-IED B–C–O compounds.  相似文献

We used first-principles calculations to conduct a comparative study of the structure and the electronic and magnetic properties of SrTiO3 doped with a transition metal (TM), namely, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, or Ni. The calculated formation energies indicate that compared with Sr, Ti can be substituted more easily by the TM ions. The band structures show that SrTi0.875Cr0.125O3 and SrTi0.875Co0.125O3 are half metals, SrTi0.875Fe0.125O3 is a metal, and SrTi0.875Mn0.125O3 is a semiconductor. The 3d TM-doped SrTiO3 exhibits various magnetic properties, ranging from ferromagnetism (Cr-, Fe-, and Co-doped SrTiO3) to antiferromagnetism (Mn-doped SrTiO3) and nonmagnetism (Ni-doped SrTiO3). The total magnetic moments are 4.0μB, 6.23μB, and 2.0μB for SrTi0.75Cr0.25O3, SrTi0.75Fe0.25O3, and SrTi0.75Co0.25O3, respectively. Room-temperature ferromagnetism can be expected in Cr-, Fe-, and Co-doped SrTiO3, which agrees with the experimental observations. The electronic structure calculations show that the spin polarizations of the 3d states of the TM atoms are responsible for the ferromagnetism in these compounds. The magnetism of TM-doped SrTiO3 is explained by the hybridization between the TM-3d states and the O-2p states.  相似文献

The heteroepitaxy in DyMnO3/Er1Ba2Cu3O7-δ bilayer thin films on LaAlO3 (100) substates was characterized by four-circle X-ray diffractometry. The Er1Ba2Cu3O7-δ thin films on LaAlO3 (100) substrates were prepared by molecular-beam deposition (MBD) and post-growth annealing in wet and dry O2 at 880°C, whereas the DyMnO3 thin films on the Er1Ba2Cu3O7-δ/LaAlO3 (100) heterostructure were deposited by MBD and post-growth annealing in dry O2 at 750°C. The conventional X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns as well as pole figures (φ-scans) for specific (hkl) reflections were acquired. The Er1Ba2Cu3O7-δ thin film in the DyMnO3/Er1Ba2Cu3O7-δ/LaAlO3 (100) heterostructure showed [001] oriented epitaxial growth, as expected. The DyMnO3 thin film on the Er1Ba2Cu3O7-δ epilayer in the heterostructure grew with (110) epitaxy in its metastable orthorhombic phase (lattice constants: ao=5.272 Å, bo=5.795 Å and co=7.38 Å). The heteroepitaxial relationships at the orthorhombic-DyMnO O3 (110) /Er1Ba2Cu3O7-δ (001) interface was determined as the following: DyMnO3 (110) Er1Ba2Cu3O7-δ (001), DyMnO3 [1 0] ¶r; Er1Ba2Cu3O7-δ[100] or Er1Ba2Cu3O7-δ[010], and DyMnO3 [001] ¶r; Er1Ba2Cu3O 7-δ[010] or Er1Ba2Cu3O7-δ [100].  相似文献

以ZnO和HGaO2为原料,用不同配比合成出系列ZnGa2O4,并对其晶体结构和发光性能进行了研究。用荧光分光光度计检测了ZnGa2O4的激发和发射光谱,用X射线衍射仪检测了ZnGa2O4的衍射图谱,用热重差热仪绘制了TGA-DAT曲线。对检测结果分析认为:1.ZnGa2O4属于尖晶石结构,稍过量的Zn或Ga能进入ZnGa2O4结构中,并对ZnGa2O4的晶格常数产生一定影响。2.ZnGa2O4存在两个自激发光中心,当Ga稍过量时,自激发光中心是四面体镓氧键[Td(Ga-O)],最大激发波长约248nm,最大发射波长约367nm;当Zn稍过量时,自激发光中心是八面体镓氧键[Oh(Ga-O)],最大激发波长约270nm,最大发射波长约441nm。当n(Zn):n(Ga)在理论值附近,激发和发射光强度最大,而且光谱峰位发生了红移。3.ZnGa2O4的热稳定性能非常好。上述结论对研究ZnGa2O4基质或掺杂的发光材料具有一定意义。  相似文献

Pure and rare earth doped gadolinium oxide (Gd2O3) waveguide films were prepared by a simple sol–gel process and dip-coating method. Gd2O3 was successfully synthesized by hydrolysis of gadolinium acetate. Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential thermal analysis (DTA) were used to study the thermal chemistry properties of dried gel. Structure of Gd2O3 films annealed at different temperature ranging from 400 to 750 °C were investigated by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results show that Gd2O3 starts crystallizing at about 400 °C and the crystallite size increases with annealing temperature. Oriented growth of (4 0 0) face of Gd2O3 has been observed when the films were deposited on (1 0 0) Si substrate and annealed at 750 °C. The laser beam (λ=632.8 nm) was coupled into the film by a prism coupler and propagation loss of the film measured by scattering-detection method is about 2 dB/cm. Luminescence properties of europium ions doped films were measured and are discussed.  相似文献

为研制新型γ射线屏蔽材料,采用熔融淬火法制备了xGd2O3-(50-x)BaO-50P2O5(0≤x≤7 mol%)系列玻璃样品,并经60Co辐照源辐照,利用UV-Vis-NIR,Raman等分析技术研究了玻璃的光学特性和微观结构。结果表明,玻璃在γ射线辐照下产生了磷氧空穴中心(Ⅰ类色心),呈现棕色;Gd2O3能增强磷酸钡玻璃的抗γ辐照能力,玻璃中Gd2O3含量越高,γ射线辐照导致的色心数量越少;玻璃产生的色心数量会随着γ射线辐照剂量的增大而增加;Gd2O3加入降低了玻璃对可见光和近红外光的透过率;γ射线辐照使玻璃出现了光学吸收带损耗,玻璃在紫外到可见光区的透过率降低;玻璃样品的主要结构为Q2偏磷酸盐结构,伴有少量Q1焦磷酸盐和Q0正磷酸盐结构;玻璃微观网络结构在γ射线辐照下变化不明显。  相似文献

利用溶剂热/热分解的方法合成出微结构可控的γ-Fe_2O_3/NiO核-壳结构纳米花.分析表明NiO壳层是由单晶结构的纳米片构成,这些纳米片不规则地镶嵌在γ-Fe_2O_3核心的表面.Fe3O4/Ni(OH)_2前驱体的煅烧时间对γ-Fe_2O_3/NiO核-壳体系的晶粒生长、NiO相含量和壳层致密度均有很大的影响.振动样品磁强计和超导量子干涉仪的测试分析表明,尺寸效应、NiO相含量和铁磁-反铁磁界面耦合效应是决定γ-Fe_2O_3/NiO核-壳纳米花磁性能的重要因素.随着NiO相含量的增加,磁化强度减小,矫顽力增大.在5 K下,γ-Fe_2O_3/NiO核-壳纳米花表现出一定的交换偏置效应(H_E=46 Oe),这来自于(亚)铁磁性γ-Fe_2O_3和反铁磁性NiO之间的耦合相互作用.与此同时,这种交换耦合效应也进一步提高了样品的矫顽力(H_C=288 Oe).  相似文献

本文用粉末烧结法合成了Tl-Ba-Ca-Cu-O体系TlBa2Can-1CunO2n+2.5新系列超导相,用粉末衍射法测定了n=2和3的晶体结构,属简单四方单胞,空间群为D4h1-P4/mmm,点阵常数a相同,而c值不同,随n值而增大。a=3.847?,c分别为12.73?和15.89?,每单胞含一个化合式单位,阳离子沿四方晶系的(0,0,z)和(1/2,1/2,z)位置交替排列,排列的顺序相同,n=3比n=2依次多增加Ca和Cu及相应的氧离子。TlBa2CanCunO2n+2.5,n=3时,零电阻超导转变温度Tc(0)=112K;n=2时,Tc(0)=101K,与Tl2Ba2Can-1CunO2n+4型体心四方晶胞超导相不同,TlBa2Can-1CanO2n+2.5结构中缺氧类钙钛矿型结构单元[Ba2Can-1CunO2n+1]仅被TI-O单层所隔开,当n相同时,Tl-O双隔层的体心四方单胞比Tl-O单层的简单四方单胞的超导转变温度高10K左右,这说明Tl-Ba-Ca-Cu-O体系中超导相的转变温度不仅与类钙钛矿结构单元的[CuO4]和[CuO5]的数目有关,而且与Tl-O的隔层数目有关。 关键词:  相似文献

The magnetic properties and magnetocaloric effect(MCE) in EuTi_(1-x)Co_xO_3(x = 0, 0.025, 0.05, 0.075, 0.1) compounds have been investigated. When the Ti~(4+) ions were substituted by Co2+ions, the delicate balance was changed between antiferromagnetic(AFM) and ferromagnetic(FM) phases in the EuTiO_3 compound. In EuTi_(1-x)Co_xO_3 system, a giant reversible MCE and large refrigerant capacity(RC) were observed without hysteresis. The values of -?S_M~(max) were evaluated to be around 10 J·kg~(-1)·K~(-1) for EuTi_(0.95)Co_(0.05)O_3 under a magnetic field change of 10 kOe. The giant reversible MCE and large RC suggests that EuTi_(1-x)Co_xO_3 series could be considered as good candidate materials for low-temperature and low-field magnetic refrigerant.  相似文献

We address a current controversy concerning the nature of the surfaces of Fe3O4(001) and γ-Fe2O3(001) grown on MgO(001) by molecular beam epitaxy. Despite recent claims to the contrary, we show that γ-Fe2O3(001) unambiguously exhibits a (1×1) surface net, in contrast to Fe3O4(001), which assumes a R45 reconstruction. In addition, we present high-energy-resolution Fe 2p and O 1s core-level photoelectron spectra obtained at both normal and grazing emission for γ-Fe2O3(001) and Fe3O4(001). These spectra show that the Fe3O4(001) surface has a higher Fe(III)/Fe(II) ratio than the bulk, and that the asymmetry in the O 1s line shape for Fe3O4(001) is due to final state effects rather than the presence of a surface oxygen or hydroxyl species.  相似文献

SnO2/Co3O4nanofibers(NFs)are synthesized by using a homopolar electrospinning system with double jets of positive polarity electric fields.The morphology and structure of SnO2/Co3O4hetero-nanofibers are characterized by using field emission scanning electron microscope(FE-SEM),transmission electron microscope(TEM),x-ray diffraction(XRD),and x-ray photoelectron spectrometer(XPS).The analyses of SnO2/Co3O4NFs by EDS and HRTEM show that the cobalt and tin exist on one nanofiber,which is related to the homopolar electrospinning and the crystallization during sintering.As a typical n-type semiconductor,Sn O2has the disadvantages of high optimal operating temperature and poor reproducibility.Comparing with Sn O2,the optimal operating temperature of SnO2/Co3O4NFs is reduced from 350℃to 250℃,which may be related to the catalysis of Co2O2.The response of SnO2/Co3O4to 100-ppm ethanol at 250℃is 50.9,9 times higher than that of pure Sn O2,which may be attributed to the p–n heterojunction between the n-type Sn O2crystalline grain and the p-type Co2O2crystalline grain.The nanoscale p–n heterojunction promotes the electron migration and forms an interface barrier.The synergy effects between Sn O2and Co2O2,the crystalline grain p–n heterojunction,the existence of nanofibers and the large specific surface area all jointly contribute to the improved gas sensing performance.  相似文献
