在不同的氮分压r(r=N2/[N2+Ar])和射频功率P下,使用反应射频磁控溅射法,在玻璃基片上制备了氮化铜薄膜样品.用台阶仪测得了薄膜的厚度,用原子力显微镜、X射线衍射仪、紫外-可见光谱仪对薄膜的表面形貌、结构及光学性质进行了表征分析.结果表明,薄膜的沉积速率随Pr的增加而增大.薄膜表面致密均匀,晶粒尺寸为30nm左右.随着r的增加,薄膜颗粒增大,且薄膜由(111)晶面转向(100)晶面择优生长.薄膜的光学带隙Eg在1.47—1.82eV之间,随r的增加而增大. 关键词: 氮化铜薄膜 反应射频磁控溅射 晶体结构 光学带隙  相似文献

液体核磁共振扩散序谱(DOSY)可以通过测定溶质分子的自扩散系数(Dt)来研究该分子在溶液中的表观分子量(M).Dt与测试体系和分子本身性质相关,蛋白质体系较为复杂,从而增加了蛋白质自扩散系数(Dt-protein)测定的难度.本文以3-(三甲基硅基)丙磺酸钠(DSS)为内标,以蛋白质分子与DSS自扩散系数的比值(Dr)来表征蛋白质分子在溶液中的表观分子量(Mprotein),该方法降低了缓冲体系对Mprotein的影响,使得Mprotein主要由分子本身的性质决定.在此基础上,测定了不同分子量蛋白质分子相对于DSS的Dr,拟合得到了DrMprotein的相关关系:lgMprotein =-2.6488 lgDr-0.7863,相关系数(R2)为0.997.最后测定了通过大肠杆菌表达纯化得到的SARS冠状病毒主蛋白酶C端结构域(Mpro-C)分子相对于DSS的Dr,并计算出与文献结果一致的Mprotein,进一步验证了拟合公式的准确性和实用性.  相似文献

肿瘤是一种代谢疾病,癌基因表达对肿瘤细胞代谢的影响是目前肿瘤研究的热点之一.本文利用基于核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)的代谢组学方法对癌基因SIRT7低表达胶质瘤细胞株的代谢特征进行分析,寻找与SIRT7基因表达相关的特征性代谢物和代谢通路.分析结果表明,SIRT7基因低表达组与对照组细胞的代谢轮廓存在显著性差异,其细胞水溶性萃取物中有22种代谢物浓度发生明显变化.与对照组相比,SIRT7基因低表达胶质瘤细胞株中乳酸、甘氨酸、谷氨酸等12种代谢物浓度升高;缬氨酸、亮氨酸、赖氨酸等10种代谢物浓度降低.通路富集分析提示氨酰-tRNA生物合成、氨基酸代谢等代谢通路与SIRT7低表达密切相关.以上结果为进一步阐明癌基因SIRT7调控胶质瘤细胞代谢的作用机制提供了理论依据.  相似文献

利用悬浮球模型和镜像电荷法计算了栅极调制纳米线的顶端表面电场,给出了场发射增强因子表达式β=1/2(3.5+L/r0+W),式中L与r0分别是纳米线长度与顶端表面曲率半径,W是由栅孔半径R、阴极与栅极间距d以及纳米线自身几何参数所决定的函数.结果表明,纳米线长径比对场增强因子的影响很显著;当阴极与栅极间距较近时,场增强因子随d的增加而减小 关键词: 栅极调制纳米线 场增强因子 悬浮球  相似文献

提出了一种新型的非对称性散射体的二维六角晶格光子晶体结构–-太极形介质柱光子晶体. 利用平面波展开法从理论研究这种光子晶体结构的能带特性以及结构参数对完全禁带的影响. 研究表明:散射体对称性的打破, TE模和TM模能带宽度和数目都会有所增加, 有益于获得更宽的完全禁带以及更多条完全禁带.通过参数优化, 发现在ε = 17, R=0.38 μm, r=0.36R, θ = 0° 时, 获得最大完全带隙宽度0.0541(ωa/2πc); 在ε = 16, R=0.44, r=0.2R, θ = 0°时, 光子晶体完全带隙数目最多达到8条. 关键词: 光子晶体 禁带 平面波展开  相似文献

飞速发展的分子影像学在肿瘤的早期诊断及检测中发挥着越来越重要的作用.磁共振成像(MRI)是分子影像学的重要分支,具有其他成像技术不可比拟的优越性和广阔的发展前景.它不需要放射性示踪剂,没有电离辐射,具有高的空间、时间分辨率和组织对比度.近年来,新型磁共振分子探针及成像序列取得了一系列进展,包括环境响应型分子探针、19F成像、129Xe超极化成像以及化学交换饱和转移成像等,进一步拓展了MRI的应用范围.研究和开发靶向性好、弛豫效率高且安全性好的新型多模态MRI造影剂,进一步提高灵敏度是MRI领域的一项重要课题,例如将胶束的特性与一些MRI新方法结合,寻找合适的胶束体系,以提高MRI分子探针的灵敏度;或者引入多模态分子探针,弥补磁共振方法的不足.本文综述了胶束型MRI分子探针核心技术的研究进展与应用,并指出分子影像技术在生物医学工程研究和临床诊断中的重要性.  相似文献

本文通过分析烷烃核磁共振碳谱(13C NMR)化学位移与生成焓之间的关系,提出由13C NMR化学位移的测定值来确定烷烃生成焓的新方法.用53个烷烃分子的13C NMR化学位移总和(SCS)、三键数(P3)以及碳原子数目(n)与生成焓实验值进行相关,所得回归方程的相关性良好(相关系数R=0.998 2,标准偏差S=3.5 kJ/mol).进而,通过随机抽样和留一法证实该方程具有良好的稳定性和预测能力.将烷烃13C NMR化学位移与其生成焓定量联系起来,不仅有利于深入理解分子结构与性能关系,还为预测那些难于测定且费时的物理化学性质提供了新思路.  相似文献

本研究应用质子磁共振波谱(1H MRS)技术对链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导的1型糖尿病(T1DM)大鼠及长期胰岛素治疗的T1DM大鼠单侧海马的代谢物进行了分析. 结果发现,与对照组大鼠及胰岛素治疗组大鼠相比,T1DM模型组大鼠空腹血糖显著升高,体重显著降低(p < 0.05).T1DM模型组肌醇(Ins)、牛磺酸(Tau)与谷氨酸(Glu)浓度较对照组显著升高(p = 0.000、p = 0.003、p = 0.014).胰岛素治疗组Ins与Tau浓度较T1DM模型组显著降低(p = 0.000、p = 0.010),与对照组无差别;而Glu、谷氨酸和谷氨酰胺(Glx)浓度较对照组显著升高(p = 0.007、p = 0.042).本文结果表明T1DM大鼠海马区代谢物Ins浓度与Tau浓度对胰岛素治疗敏感.  相似文献

PurposeHypoxia measurements can provide crucial information regarding tumor aggressiveness, however current preclinical approaches are limited. Blood oxygen level dependent (BOLD) Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) has the potential to continuously monitor tumor pathophysiology (including hypoxia). The aim of this preliminary work was to develop and evaluate BOLD MRI followed by post-image analysis to identify regions of hypoxia in a murine glioblastoma (GBM) model.MethodsA murine orthotopic GBM model (GL261-luc2) was used and independent images were generated from multiple slices in four different mice. Image slices were randomized and split into training and validation cohorts. A 7 T MRI was used to acquire anatomical images using a fast-spin-echo (FSE) T2-weighted sequence. BOLD images were taken with a T2*-weighted gradient echo (GRE) and an oxygen challenge. Thirteen images were evaluated in a training cohort to develop the MRI sequence and optimize post-image analysis. An in-house MATLAB code was used to evaluate MR images and generate hypoxia maps for a range of thresholding and ΔT2* values, which were compared against respective pimonidazole sections to optimize image processing parameters. The remaining (n = 6) images were used as a validation group. Following imaging, mice were injected with pimonidazole and collected for immunohistochemistry (IHC). A test of correlation (Pearson's coefficient) and agreement (Bland-Altman plot) were conducted to evaluate the respective MRI slices and pimonidazole IHC sections.ResultsFor the training cohort, the optimized parameters of “thresholding” (20 ≤ T2* ≤ 35 ms) and ΔT2* (±4 ms) yielded a Pearson's correlation of 0.697. These parameters were applied to the validation cohort confirming a strong Pearson's correlation (0.749) when comparing the respective analyzed MR and pimonidazole images.ConclusionOur preliminary study supports the hypothesis that BOLD MRI is correlated with pimonidazole measurements of hypoxia in an orthotopic GBM mouse model. This technique has further potential to monitor hypoxia during tumor development and therapy.  相似文献

Liver iron concentration was determined in 28 patients by magnetic resonance imaging using the method of Gandon et al. (Non-invasive assessment of hepatic iron stores by MRI. Lancet 2004;363:357-362). The result showed a significant correlation with blood plasma ferritin content (Spearman's r=.66; P<.001) and a slightly improving correlation coefficient when limited to those patients not known to have inflammation (r=.82; n=17; P<.001). Zooming in on patients with hematologic disease also had a beneficial effect on the correlation between liver iron content and plasma ferritin level (r=.79; n=13; P=.001). It is concluded that in patients without inflammation and in patients with hematologic disease, the content of ferritin in blood is a better predictor of liver iron content than in other patient categories.  相似文献

We used quantitative magnetic resonance (MR) imaging to determine if relationships exist between proposed molecular biomarkers for degenerative joint disease (DJD) and structural characteristics of articular cartilage. Subjects were eight male and eight female volunteers diagnosed with osteoarthritis. Magnetic resonance images of the symptomatic knee were taken and blood samples were drawn. Concentrations of serum cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COMP) and cleaved collagen neoepitope were compared to cartilage volume and cartilage T2, respectively, in four compartments of the tibiofemoral joint. A significant, negative correlation was found between serum COMP and medial tibia volume in the male subject group (rho=-.738, P=.037). A significant, positive correlation (rho=.881, P=.0039) was found between serum COMP and lateral femur volume in the female subject group. In both groups, positive correlations were found between serum C2C and cartilage T2, which were significant in two compartments of the male group (rho=.714, P=.047; rho=.738, P=.037) and similarly strong, but not statistically significant (rho=.750, P=.052), in one compartment of the female group. We identify strong and biologically relevant correlations between two proposed molecular biomarkers for DJD and MR measures of symptomatic knees of a small number of arthritic patients. Our findings support the hypothesis that cartilage molecular biomarkers reflect the molecular processes of cartilage degeneration and loss.  相似文献

通过限制球形卷积(constrained spherical deconvolution,CSD)和神经纤维追踪技术(tractography),以了解大脑左右半球的弓状束(arcuate fasciculus,AF)神经结构完整性与语言理解能力的相关性.该文使用磁共振成像(MRI)仪对14例大脑左半球罹患肿瘤的右利手患者进行了术前术后扫描(每次扫描均伴随一次波士顿失语症测试),并用分析软件DSI Studio计算术前术后左右半球弓状束的四项扩散指标,并进行了比较.结果发现左脑弓状束有两项指标在术前术后有非常显著的差异(p0.01),而右脑四项指标均无显著改变(p0.05).另外,该文还将扩散指标与患者相对应的语言测试所反映的语言理解能力进行了相关性分析,发现无论术前术后,左半球弓状束与语言理解能力相关系数r介于0.6~0.8之间,而右半球则仅介于0.3~0.4之间.上述结果表明,语言理解能力与左侧弓状束密切相关(p0.01),而与右侧弓状束相关性不大,此结果与以往研究者对大脑侧化的认知相符.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to demonstrate a technique, in a pilot study, for measuring abnormal capillary permeability in synovial tissue of rabbit arthritic knees using dynamic MRI with a gadolinium-based blood pool agent. Arthritis, simulating rheumatoid arthritis, was induced in knees of 8 rabbits by intra-articular injection of carrageenan (n = 4) or ovalbumin (n = 4). Sequential fat presaturated T1-weighted Spoiled Grass images were obtained before and up to 30 min after intravenous administration of albumin-(Gd-DTPA)30. Estimates of synovial tissue plasma-volume (PV), fractional-leak-rate (FLR), and permeability-surface-area-product (PS) were computed. Histologic correlation was obtained in the corresponding regions. Dynamic MRI showed extravasation of albumin-(Gd-DTPA)30 into hypertrophic synovium in six of the eight arthritic knees. Histologic examination of these six knees showed markedly inflamed synovium. The two knees that did not show abnormal vascular permeability contained non-hypertrophic synovium. None of the rabbits showed abnormal permeability in muscle. MRI derived microvascular characteristics (PV, FLR and PS) correlated positively (r2 = 0.51, 0.97 and 0.86) with the histology. Factors involving the structural and functional microvascular characteristics of synovial tissue can be estimated non-invasively using albumin-(Gd-DTPA)30. This technique may be useful for monitoring disease progression and treatment response in rheumatoid arthritis.  相似文献

A tuned liquid column and sloshing damper (TLCSD) is introduced in this study. It shows dynamic behavior of both tuned liquid column damper (TLCD) and tuned liquid damper (TLD) in the direction of two axes perpendicular with each other. As a preliminary study for applying the TLCSD to bidirectional control of building structures, one of objectives of this study is to derive analytical dynamics to investigate coupled effects due to TLCD and TLD. Another objective is to investigate the effect of coupled control force due to TLCD and TLD on the dynamic characteristic of the TLCSD based on analytical dynamics. Shaking table test is undertaken to experimentally grasp dynamic characteristics of TLCSD under white noise excitation with various amplitude levels. Its dynamic characteristics are expressed by the transfer function from the shaking table acceleration to the control force generated from a TLCSD. The analytical dynamics of TLCSD is derived from the equivalent linearized TMD model. The coupled dynamics of TLCSD is expressed in terms of those of both TLCD and TLD. Finally, the key parameters of both TLCD and TLD are identified based on the coupled dynamics proposed in this study, which include the mass ratio of horizontal liquid column to total liquid for a TLCD, and the participation factor of the fundamental liquid sloshing for a TLD and damping ratio for both cases.  相似文献

本研究用近红外光大脑拓扑图技术(near-infrared cerebral topography, NIRS topography),对大鼠大脑中动脉线栓梗塞模型的皮层缺血部位进行定位成象.我们利用氧合血红蛋白和去氧血红蛋白对近红外光的吸收峰值波长分别为850nm和760nm的原理,制作了NIRS拓扑仪.分别用NIRS拓扑仪、磁共振成象和解剖样本染色对10只SD雄性大鼠大脑皮层缺血部位进行成象.结果表明,NIRS拓扑图所显示的皮层缺血面积与磁共振图象及解剖样本所显示的皮层缺血面积的相关系数分别为0.82(p<0.05)和0.89(p<0.01).  相似文献

We evaluate novel magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and positron emission tomography (PET) quantitative imaging biomarkers and associated multimodality, serial-time-point analysis methodologies, with the ultimate aim of providing clinically feasible, predictive measures for early assessment of response to cancer therapy. A focus of this work is method development and an investigation of the relationship between the information content of the two modalities. Imaging studies were conducted on subjects who were enrolled in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) therapeutic clinical trials. Data were acquired, analyzed and displayed using methods that could be adapted for clinical use. Subjects underwent dynamic [18F]fluorothymidine (F-18 FLT) PET, sodium (23Na) MRI and 3-T structural MRI scans at baseline (before initiation of therapy), at an early time point after beginning therapy and at a late follow-up time point after therapy. Sodium MRI and F-18 FLT PET images were registered to the structural MRI. F-18 FLT PET tracer distribution volumes and sodium MRI concentrations were calculated on a voxel-wise basis to address the heterogeneity of tumor physiology. Changes in, and differences between, these quantities as a function of scan timing were tracked.  相似文献

Periodic checks of megavoltage electron beam quality are a fundamental requirement in ensuring accurate radiotherapy treatment delivery. In the present work, thermoluminescent dosimeters (TLDs) positioned on either side of a lead sheet at the surface of a water equivalent phantom were used to monitor electron beam quality using the electron backscattering method. TLD100 and TLD100H were evaluated as upstream detectors and TLD200, TLD400 and TLD500 were evaluated as downstream detectors. The evaluation assessed the test sensitivity and correlation, long and short term reproducibility, dose dependence and glow curve features. A prototype of an in-air jig suitable for use in postal TLD dose audits was also developed and an initial evaluation performed. The results indicate that the TLD100-TLD200 combination provides a sensitive and reproducible method to monitor electron beam quality. The light weight and easily fabricated in-air jig was found to produce acceptable results and has the potential to be used by radiation monitoring agencies to carry out TLD postal quality assurance audits, similar to audits presently being conducted for photon beams.  相似文献
