非对称型光学交错梳状滤波器 总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1
提出了一种基于Gires-Tournois腔的非对称型光学交错梳状滤波器。理论上,通过调整两个波片的偏振延迟和Gires-Tournois腔的反射率,可以获得任意光谱带宽比的非对称型交错梳状滤波器件。分别对输出带宽比M=1∶3和M=1∶7的非对称型交错梳状滤波器的输出进行了数值模拟,确定两个波片的延迟和Gires-Tournois腔的反射率。分别设计和研制出了输出光谱带宽比M=1∶3和M=1∶7的器件,其中M=1∶3器件的两个输出通道的3 dB带宽分别为0.385 nm和1.161 nm,比值为M=1∶3.02,M=1∶7器件的两个输出通道的3 dB带宽分别为0.191 nm和1.331 nm比值M=1∶6.75。实验结果(光谱带宽比)与设计要求基本符合。 相似文献

提出并设计了一种基于光纤环形滤波器的环形腔掺Er3+光纤激光器,实现了稳定的单波长和双波长激光输出.采用保偏光纤布喇格光栅作为选频器件;两支分光比为20∶80的1×2耦合器结合2m保偏光纤构成环形滤波器,抑制模式跳变,提高激光输出稳定性,通过调节滤波器内偏振控制器实现波长选择性输出;采用长度为1m的饱和吸收体起到稳频作用.实验结果表明:该激光器工作阈值为71mW,在熔接滤波器后,光谱特性得到改善;调节偏振控制器可实现单波长激光可切换输出或双波长激光同时输出,双波长间隔0.88nm,1 535.5nm和1 534.7nm单波长切换输出时最大功率分别为0.078dBm和-2.585dBm,激光3dB线宽为0.16nm和0.15nm;在室温20min内,输出激光波长漂移小于0.06nm,功率变化小于1.3dB. 相似文献

对具有高Q值的回音壁模式微腔进行调制来获得单向单模输出,对研究腔光力学和开发高质量的微激光具有重要意义.本文对利用飞秒激光直写加工的耦合回音壁模式微腔的研究进行了简要回顾,具体介绍了微腔结构设计、加工过程、激射和耦合机制研究等.利用飞秒激光直写加工的强大三维图案化能力,灵活地设计实现了具有集成功能的单个微腔和具有不同空间组合位置的多个耦合微腔.基于耦合微腔的微激光具有低阂值,同时显示出良好的单模特性和单向性.结合理论模拟可以证实,微腔与微腔/光栅之间的耦合,一方面支持游标效应和集成滤波两种选模方式,另一方面能够破坏微腔的旋转对称性从而获得单向输出,从而实现了对微腔输出的有效调控. 相似文献

报道了高功率准连续波腔内和频全固态黄光激光器的研究结果.为获得高功率的黄光输出,首先,激光器采用准连续方式运转,在保持抽运水平的条件下降低热效应,从而提高光束质量和光光转换效率;第二,采用热近非稳腔腔型设计,双棒串接补偿热致双折射技术,获得大基模体积高光束质量的基频光;第三,通过优化腔型,采用L型共折叠臂平-凹对称腔,使两束基频光达到空间重合且满足功率配比.通过这些方法,得到了输出功率7.6W,重复频率1.1kHz的准连续波黄光输出.据我们所知,这是目前腔内和频方案所获得的最高功率全固态黄光输出.

提出了一种基于平面光波导谐振腔的可调谐光电振荡器.该振荡器中,相位调制器串联光波导谐振腔,取代了传统系统中的强度调制器、长光纤和滤波器.由于光学谐振腔对光子频率和相位敏感,调节激光器改变输出光的波长,不仅可以调制光的强度,还可以对微波光子进行选频输出.当光子在波导腔中发生谐振时,产生很强的延时特性,可以取代传统系统中的长光纤.整个光电振荡器系统体积为长29.5cm、宽21cm、高7cm.实验中,改变0.1pm的光子波长,能够产生步长为12.535.5 MHz的调谐,调谐范围达2 GHz,且系统能够产生10 GHz的微波信号,在中心频率为10 GHz处其相位噪声为-109.7dBc/Hz@10kHz.该研究为光电振荡器的小型化和实用化提供了一种新的思路. 相似文献

This paper presents a novel configuration of channel drop filters based on two-dimensional photonic crystal slabs in silicon-on-insulator platforms. The structure is composed of two photonic crystal line-defect waveguides as input and output ports, along with an L3 cavity with ring-shaped border holes. The effects of structural parameters and fabrication errors on resonance frequency and drop efficiency are investigated. Band structure and propagation of electromagnetic field through device are calculated by plane wave expansion and finite-difference time-domain methods. The results show that the quality factor and line-width of output signal are ~5690 and 0.27 nm, respectively, indicating that the proposed filter can be properly used in dense wavelength division multiplexing systems with 0.8 nm channel spacing. 相似文献

Light propagation through the channel filter based on the two-dimensional photonic crystals with oval-rod defects is studied by the finite-difference time-domain method. In addition to the traditional size tuning, shape alteration of the defects from the usual circle to the ellipse offers a powerful approach to tune the resonant frequency of channel-drop filters based on two-dimensional photonic crystals. It is found that the resonant frequency can be flexibly adjusted only by changing the orientation angle of the oval defects. The sensitivity of the resonant frequency to the alteration of the oval rods’ rotation angle is systematically studied. Because the rotation angles of the ellipse can be continuously adjusted, so the channel drop filter based on this kind of defects with different rotation angles is more suitable to the occasion where a large number of output channel filters is need. 相似文献

This paper presents a novel in-plane photonic crystal channel drop filter.The device is composed of a resonant cavity sandwiched by two parallel waveguides.The cavity has two resonant modes with opposite symmetries.Tuning these two modes into degeneracy causes destructive interference in bus waveguide,which results in high forward drop efficiency at the resonant wavelength.From the result of numerical analysis by using two-dimensional finite-difference time-domain method,the channel drop filter has a drop efficiency of 96% and a Q value of over 3000,which can be used in dense wavelength division multiplexing systems. 相似文献

Light propagation through a channel filter based on two-dimensional photonic crystals with elliptical-rod defects is studied by the finite-difference time-domain method. Shape alteration of the defects from the usual circle to an ellipse offers a powerful approach to engineer the resonant frequency of channel filters. It is found that the resonant frequency can be flexibly adjusted by just changing the orientation angle of the elliptical defects. The sensitivity of the resonant wavelength to the alteration of the oval rods' shape is also studied. 应用时域有限差分(FDTD)法,对光在二维异质结光子晶体中含两个近邻点缺陷直角弯曲波导的传输特性进行了数值模拟研究。计算结果表明,具有特定本征共振频率的光子晶体微腔(点缺陷),可将在其邻近波导中传播的相同频率成分的光波"引入"到微腔中。"引入"的频率依赖于异质结光子晶体弯曲波导和微腔的参量,从而能够实现调变"引入"频率。通过改变点缺陷周围介质材料(液晶)的折射率或相关介质柱半径,可分别实现约31 nm或12 nm的波长调谐范围。计算结果为光通信中的调谐、上/下载滤波器,提供了一条新的设计思路和依据。 相似文献

本文构建了含有电光材料LiNbO3的一维对称广义Fibonacci光子晶体结构,提出并设计了一种基于该结构的可调谐滤波器,并利用传输矩阵法对设计的滤波器的可调谐滤波特性进行了理论研究.数据模拟结果表明:保持对称广义Fibonacci光子晶体的几何结构不变,通过改变电极所在处施加在电光介质(LiNbO3)层上的外加电场,即可实现滤波器的滤波通道波长的调节,滤波通道波长的改变与外加电压呈线性关系,随着外加电压的增加,滤波通道波长向短波长方向移动.此外,电压一定时,通道波长随光的入射角的增加向短波长方向移动;光的入射角一定时,外加正电压下,通道波长随电压增加发生蓝移,而外加负电压下,通道波长随反向电压的增加发生红移.最后,讨论了双电场作用下的多通道波长滤波器的结构极其特性.以上结果对于新型光子晶体器件的设计具有重要的参考价值. 相似文献

A novel all-fibre flat-top comb filter based on a high birefringence photonic crystal fibre loop mirror is proposed and demonstrated. We simulate theoretically its output spectra and experimentally realize a flat-top output with a high extinction ratio. Compared to filters consisting of the conventional Panda polarization maintaining fibre, filters based on a high birefringence photonic crystal fibre loop mirror have better temperature stability.
