基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理平面波赝势方法, 运用虚晶近似方法计算了AlN-Al2O3固溶区内尖晶石相氮氧化铝(Al24O24N8, Al23O27N5和Al22O30N2)和α-Al2O3, AlN的力学性能和电子结构. 结果证明虚晶近似法应用到氮氧化铝结构计算中是可行的. 力学常数计算结果和弹性模量B, 剪切模量G, 杨氏模量E反映的材料硬度变化趋势与实验基本一致;Al2O3-AlN固 溶区内五种结构均为脆性性质且Al23O27N5脆性最低, 硬度高、脆性低的特性反映了Al23O27N5优异的抗弯强度性能. 五种结构满足力学结构上的稳定性, 立方尖晶石相氮氧化铝表现为弹性各向异性. 能带和态密度的计算分析表明这五种结构均为直接宽带隙结构. 在费米能级附近, 氮氧化铝结构中阴离子的2p态和阳离子的3s, 3p态发生了轨道杂化. 理论结果与实验数据基本符合, 为进一步研究提供了一定的理论方法和依据.  相似文献

利用密度泛函理论和非平衡格林函数方法, 本文对小尺寸团簇Tan(B3N3H6)n+1 (n ≤ 4)的磁性和量子输运性质进行了系统的研究. 计算结果表明, 此类体系采用三明治结构作为其基态并且具有较高的稳定性. 体系的磁矩随团簇尺寸的增大而线性增大. 当把Tan(B3N3H6)n+1团簇耦合到Au电极上时, 形成的Au-Tan(B3N3H6)n+1-Au体系在有限偏压下展示出了较强的自旋过滤能力, 因而可以被看做是一类新型的低维自旋过滤器.  相似文献

采用基于密度泛函平面波赝势方法(PWP)和广义梯度近似(GGA-PW91),计算了不同压强下γ-Si3N4的电子结构、光学性质和力学性质.基于计算结果,分析讨论了γ-Si3N4各物理参数随外压力的变化规律.计算表明,γ-Si3N4是一种适合于在高压条件下工作的材料.  相似文献

利用密度泛函理论通过计算吸附能量、HOMO/LUMO能隙变化、电荷转移、结构扭曲等研究二氧化氮分子在B12N12纳米笼的吸附.此外,通过计算B12N12的电子结合能、Gibbs自由能、态密度和分子表面的静电势研究其稳定性和其它特性.B12N12纳米笼吸附二氧化氮显示三种构型.B12N12团簇的HOMO/LUMO能隙变化对二氧化氮分子的存在非常敏感,从自由团簇的6.84 eV降为NO2/团簇稳定团簇的3.23 eV.团簇的导电性被极大地提高,表明B12N12纳米簇可能是潜在的二氧化氮气体分子检测传感器.  相似文献

基于第一性原理方法计算,通过在g-C3N4中掺杂C、B和N原子, 预测了四种元素均匀分布的B-C-N三元单层材料. 除了B4-C3N4单层材料是一个具有1.18 eV带隙的半导体, 其余三种C-B-N三元单层材料都是金属材料.其中,B3C-C3N4是铁磁金属,其净磁矩为0.57 μB/原胞,可用于构建自旋电子器件材料.计算的形成能显  相似文献

获得了硫脲在水和乙腈溶液中A吸收带的共振拉曼光谱,通过B3LYP/6-311++G(3df,3pd)和RCIS/6-311++G(3df,3pd)分别对硫脲的电子跃迁和21A 激发态鞍点结构进行了研究.对共振拉曼光谱进行了归属,并通过含时波包理论对吸收光谱和共振拉曼光谱进行拟合,结果表明硫脲动态结构特征主要沿着:C=S伸缩振动ν6(|△|=0.95)、H5N3H6+H8N4H7弯曲振动ν5(|△|=0.19)、NCN对称伸缩振动+C=S伸缩振动+N3H6+H8N4弯曲振动ν4(|△|=0.18).ν15倍频2ν15和4ν15强度主要归因于ν15激发态频率的改变而不是简正模位移量的变化.对S=CN2面外变形振动ν15倍频出现的机理进行了探究,结果表明Franck-Condon区域势能面鞍点是标准A项共振拉曼散射里的二次声子机制的驱动力,导致碳原子中心的锥形化,并使硫脲在21A激发态发生几何结构扭曲.  相似文献

 在活塞圆筒式p-V关系测量装置上,研究了KH2PO4(KDP)和(CH3NHCH2COOH)CaCl2[Tris-sarcosine calcium chloride(TSCC)]在室温下、4.5 GPa内的p-V关系。实验结果表明:KDP在2.1 GPa左右有一个相变;TSCC在0.8 GPa和3.2 GPa左右各有一个相变。本工作还给出了它们在相变前后的状态方程,以及它们的格临爱森参数γ0、体积模量B0和B0的压力导数B0'。  相似文献

本文采用第一性原理框架下的赝势平面波方法结合振动类德拜模型研究了α,β和γ-Si3N4在高温下的点阵常数,弹性常数和弹性模量.研究发现三种同质异相体的体模量都很高.β-Si3N4在低温下表现出脆性,在高温下则表现出延展性.γ-Si3N4在低温和高温下都是脆性的共价化合物.β → γ 相变的相界斜率为正值,说明在较高温度时合成γ-Si3N4所需的压强也较高.α → γ 相变的相界可以表示成 P=16.29- 1.835-10-2 T+9.33945-10-5T2-2.16759-10-7T3+2.91795-10-10T4.本文还分析了Si3N4同质异相体在高压下的态密度和能带.在α-Si3N4中主要是Si-s, p和N-s,p的轨道杂化对晶体的稳定性起作用.α和β-Si3N4都具有ΓV-ΓC类型的间接带隙(分别是4.9~eV和4.4~eV)而γ-Si3N4具有直接带隙(3.9~eV). 研究还发现α-Si3N4和β-Si3N4的价带顶分别沿着Γ-MΓ-A方向.本文的计算结果和已有的实验数据是一致的.  相似文献

在温和的条件下,通过H2O2水热处理预合成的MCM-48,得到了有序的双峰介孔硅MCM-48球. 结果表明H2O2对于同时去除有机模板剂及形成双峰介孔硅MCM-48球具有重要的作用.采用XRD、TEM、FT-IR和N2吸附-解吸等方法对双峰介孔MCM-48材料进行了表征,对双峰介孔MCM-48的形成机理也进行了探讨.  相似文献

Quasi-hydrostatic compression of aluminum carbide, Al4C3 has been studied to 6 GPa at room temperature using energy-dispersive X-ray powder diffraction with synchrotron radiation. A fit of the experimental p-V data to the Birch equation of state yields the values of the bulk modulus, B0, of 130(5) GPa and the first pressure derivative of the bulk modulus, B0, of 4.6(9). The compression is found to be anisotropic, with the a-axis being more compressible than the c-axis.  相似文献

The elastic and electronic structure properties of YNi2B2C under pressure are investigated by performing the generalized gradient approximation (GGA) and local density approximation (LDA) correction scheme in the frame of density functional theory (DFT). The pressure dependences of the normalized lattice parameters a/a0 and c/c0, the ratio c/a, and the normalized primitive volume V/V0 of YNi2B2C are also obtained. The lattice constants and bulk modulus obtained are in agreement with the available experimental and other theoretical data. We have also studied the pressure dependences of elastic properties. It is found that, as pressure increases, the elastic constants C11, C33, C66, C12, and C13 increase, the variation of elastic constant C44 is not obvious. Moreover, our compressional and shear wave velocities VL=6.99 km/s and VS=3.67 km/s as well as the Debye temperature Θ=549.7 K at 0 GPa compare favorably with the available experimental data. The pressure dependences of band structures, energy gap and density of states are also investigated.  相似文献

Ab initio molecular orbital theory was used to examine the hydrogenation of a B12N12 molecule. The 1,2 addition of the 4,6 bond is an energetically favorable adsorption site in one-hydrogen-molecule adsorption. We found that the averaged bind energy of hydrogen molecule is maximized in B12N12H12. The largest energy gaps of B12N12H12 and B12N12H24 suggest they have special stability. Moreover, calculation of the Gibbs free energy of the B12N12 + 12H2 → B12N12H24 reaction showed that this reaction becomes endothermic above 320 K.  相似文献

Iron-oxypnictide superconductor NdFeAs(O0.9F0.1) was studied using both low-temperature scanning tunneling microscopy/spectroscopy (STM/STS) and tunnel break junction (BJ) methods. STM topography showed granular and spot structures with a typical size of several nanometers, most probably governed by fluorine atom distribution. The majority of STS conductance, G, versus voltage, V, curves revealed V-shaped structures, whereas some of G(V) dependences possessed coherent gap peaks or kinks at gap energies. At the same time, G(V) dependences obtained by the BJ technique showed clear-cut coherence peaks with peak-to-peak distances Vpp = 4Δ/e ∼ 25 mV at 4.2 K, where Δ is the superconducting energy gap, > 0 is the elementary charge. This yields Δ(0) = 6–7 meV, so that the ratio 2Δ(0)/kBTc is about 3–4, kB being the Boltzmann constant. This value is consistent with the conventional weak-coupling s-wave Bardeen–Cooper–Schrieffer theory.  相似文献

The ambient structural details and the results of room temperature high pressure angle dispersive X-ray diffraction and electrical resistance measurements on the quasi-one-dimensional sulfide, InV6S8, to a pressure of 25 GPa are reported. The material does not undergo a phase transition in this pressure range, though an anomaly in the c/a ratio has been observed around 10 Gpa. A fit of the Murnaghan equation of state to the V/V0 versus pressure data, with the value of the derivative of B0 with respect to pressure, B0, fixed at 4 has yielded a value of the bulk modulus, B0, of 110 GPa. We also present data of the pressure dependence of the lattice constants, a and c, the ratio c/a, and the resistance at room temperature.  相似文献

We employ a first-principles plane wave method with the relativistic analytic pseudopotential of Hartwigsen, Goedecker and Hutter (HGH) scheme in the frame of DFT to calculate the equilibrium lattice parameters and the thermodynamic properties of AlB2 compound with hcp structure. The obtained lattice parameters are in good agreement with the available experimental data and those calculated by others. Through the quasi-harmonic Debye model, obtained successfully are the dependences of the normalized lattice parameters a/a0 and c/c0 on pressure P, the normalized primitive cell volume V/V0 on pressure P, the variation of the thermal expansion α with pressure P and temperature T, as well as the Debye temperature \ThetaD and the heat capacity CV on pressure P and temperature T.  相似文献

<正>The elastic and thermodynamic properties of NbN at high pressures and high temperatures are investigated by the plane-wave pseudopotential density functional theory(DFT).The generalized gradient approximation(GGA) with the Perdew-Burke-Ernzerhof(PBE) method is used to describe the exchange-correlation energy in the present work.The calculated equilibrium lattice constant a0,bulk modulus B0,and the pressure derivative of bulk modulus B0’ of NbN with rocksalt structure are in good agreement with numerous experimental and theoretical data.The elastic properties over a range of pressures from 0 to 80.4 GPa are obtained.Isotropic wave velocities and anisotropic elasticity of NbN are studied in detail.It is indicated that NbN is highly anisotropic in both longitudinal and shear-wave velocities. According to the quasi-harmonic Debye model,in which the phononic effect is considered,the relations of(V-V0)/V0 to the temperature and the pressure,and the relations of the heat capacity CV and the thermal expansion coefficientαto temperature are discussed in a pressure range from 0 to 80.4 GPa and a temperature range from 0 to 2500 K.At low temperature,CV is proportional to T3 and tends to the Dulong-Petit limit at higher temperature.We predict that the thermal expansion coefficientαof NbN is about 4.20×10-6/K at 300 K and 0 GPa.  相似文献

We have investigated structural and elastic properties of PtN2 under high pressures using norm-conserving pseudopotentials within the local density approximation (LDA) in the frame of density-functional theory. Calculated results of PtN2 are in agreement with experimental and available theoretical values. The a/a0, V/V0, ductility/brittleness, elastic constants Cij, shear modulus C′, bulk modulus B, shear modulus G, Young's modulus E, Poisson's ratio σ and anisotropy factor A as a function of applied pressure are presented. Through the quasi-harmonic Debye model, we also study thermodynamic properties of PtN2. The thermal expansion versus temperature and pressure, thermodynamic parameters X (X=Debye temperature or specific heat) with varying pressure P, and heat capacity of PtN2 at various pressures and temperatures are estimated.  相似文献

The high pressure properties of icosahedral boron arsenide (B12As2) were studied by in situ X-ray diffraction measurements at pressures up to 25.5 GPa at room temperature. B12As2 retains its rhombohedral structure; no phase transition was observed in the pressure range. The bulk modulus was determined to be 216 GPa with the pressure derivative 2.2. Anisotropy was observed in the compressibility of B12As2c-axis was 16.2% more compressible than a-axis. The boron icosahedron plays a dominant role in the compressibility of boron-rich compounds.  相似文献

利用密度泛函理论研究B6和LimB6 (m= 1–2)团簇的结构及其储氢性能. 结果表明, 氢分子在B6团簇的三种可能结构中均发生解离吸附, Li原子在B6团簇表面不发生团聚,每一个Li原子均吸附几个氢分子. 其中以两个Li原子修饰笼形B6团簇吸附完整氢分子数最多,储氢质量分数为20.38%, 氢分子的平均吸附能为1.683 kcal/mol,表明了它在常温常压条件下作为储氢材料的可行性. 关键词: mB6 (m=1-2)团簇')" href="#">LimB6 (m=1-2)团簇 密度泛函理论(DFT) 吸附能 储氢性能  相似文献
