根据同步解调的原理,考察振动声调制检测输出信号中的调制成分,对金属杆内振动/超声在裂纹面上的相互作用进行了分析.制作了含有不同尺寸裂纹的铝杆试样,以扫频激励的方式得到合适的高频激励参数,分析输出信号中的调制信息,发现工件中的高频超声可分为两部分:一部分声波通过裂纹面,受到低频振动信号的调制,另一部分则保持不变。在此基础上对非线性调制模型进行了修正,并提出了一种用于裂纹检测的定量方法。与超声C扫描检测结果对比表明,此定量方法可用于估计金属杆中疲劳裂纹尺寸。   相似文献

提出了一种基于等效弹性模量的微裂纹-超声波非线性作用多阶段模型.该模型将微裂纹微观层面的界面几何特征和宏观层面的界面相对运动统一为介观单元弹性模量的变化,利用等效弹性模量表征损伤区域的"应力-应变",然后利用分段函数来描述微裂纹-超声波非线性相互作用,最后通过有限元仿真对波动方程进行求解,验证了模型的有效性,获得了超声波在经过微裂纹后传播的非线性波动规律.仿真结果表明本文提出的模型相比于双线性刚度模型、接触面模型,能更好地体现一个谐波周期内超声波经过微裂纹损伤区域时波形会发生畸变.同时,仿真实验还分析了裂纹倾角、裂纹长度和超声波激励幅值对超声波经过微裂纹后产生的二次和三次谐波的幅值的影响.最后,对比分析了该模型的仿真计算结果与实验测试结果,表明本文提出的多阶段模型与实验测试均能较好地体现微裂纹-超声波非线性作用产生的二次谐波信号,且结果基本一致,验证了模型的有效性.该模型为开展超声波非线性效应定量检测微裂纹提供了一种新的仿真手段.  相似文献

接触缺陷的振动调制超声导波检测技术研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
针对常规线性超声检测方法无法实现板结构接触类缺陷(如微裂纹、脱粘等)检测问题,将超声导波技术与振动声调制技术相结合,利用稀疏分布传感器发展了一种板结构中接触缺陷非线性超声检测方法。通过低频振动改变缺陷的接触状况,使得通过接触面的高频导波信号的相位和幅值受到调制。对受低频振动调制的超声导波二维时间序列进行时频分析,由于接触类缺陷的存在,在振动调制超声导波序列的时频分布上出现明显的低频振动频率分量。利用提取出的低频振动频率下的超声导波信号,进行了结构接触缺陷成像处理。检测试验表明,基于振动声调制的超声导波缺陷成像方法可以实现结构中的接触类缺陷检测。   相似文献

建立了三弹簧振子耦合系统微振动的实验模型,利用Matlab/Simulink仿真软件对该实验进行仿真建模,讨论系统在不同实验参数下从周期振动到混沌的各种动力学状态。仿真实验结果表明,参数的选取对系统微振动的动力学行为有着很大的影响。  相似文献

金属材料的疲劳损伤有前期、后期两个阶段,前期疲劳损伤主要来源于位错,而随着疲劳程度的不断加深,位错密度也不断的增加,这将导致疲劳后期微裂纹的产生。这两个阶段产生声学非线性效应的机理不同,分别用位错模型、微裂纹模型对其产生非线性效应的机理进行了阐述,并对不同阶段的疲劳试样进行了相关实验研究。实验结果表明:对于材料早期疲劳损伤,随着疲劳程度的增加,其接收声波信号中的非线性谐波成分越来越显著,并且随着激励电压的增加,非线性效应更加明显,因此可用接收信号中的谐波激发情况来评估材料的早期疲劳损伤程度。而对于材料疲劳后期出现微裂纹后,其产生的非线性与早期疲劳损伤相比,谐波成分更加丰富,并且随激励电压的增加谐波幅度增加明显,可据此来判断材料中的疲劳损伤阶段。  相似文献

利用Euler-Bernoulli梁理论和DMT针尖-样品作用力模型建立了试样激励下轻敲模式原子力声显微镜(AFAM)系统的动力学方程,并应用非线性动力学分析方法对AFAM微悬臂梁的振动特性进行研究。通过合理改变超声激励幅值、超声激励频率和针尖-样品初始间距等模型参数模拟得到微悬臂梁的超谐波、次谐波、准周期和混沌振动现象,采用时间序列、频谱、相空间、Poincare截面和Lyapunov指数等方法对不同非线性振动特性进行表征。通过分析不同模型参数条件下微悬臂梁针尖-样品作用力特性,探索了微悬臂梁不同非线性振动现象的产生机制。此外,研究了AFAM微悬臂梁运动的分岔特性,发现当超声激励幅值和针尖-样品初始间隙连续变化时,周期、准周期和混沌运动交替出现。研究结果对AFAM系统非线性动力学行为分析和混沌振动控制提供了理论参考。   相似文献

提出描述粗糙接触界面超声非线性效应的概率模型,利用分段均匀概率函数描述粗糙接触界面劲度系数变化,结合表面粗糙峰的几何分布特征,得到界面粗糙度和两侧表面相对运动对声波的非线性调制作用。实验观测了铝合金材料的粗糙接触界面的高次谐波现象和阈值现象,进一步分析了归一化非线性参数与界面加载压力、粗糙度之间的关系。实验测量结果与概率模型的理论预测一致,证明了该模型的正确性,为利用超声非线性效应评价粗糙接触界面提供了理论依据。   相似文献

研究了纵波及横波垂直入射时在粘接界面处的非线性边界条件。在二阶微扰近似及粘接界面层厚度远小于入射声波长的条件下,给出了严格的界面非线性弹簧模型的表达式。数值计算结果表明,利用该模型得到的透射二次谐波与利用连续性边界条件得到的精确解吻合良好。针对钢(铝)的楔形粘接结构,在纵波垂直入射的条件下对该非线性弹簧模型进行了实验验证。实际测量结果显示该模型具有较高的精度;且被粘物与胶层的阻抗比越大,该模型的误差越小。   相似文献

为了实现一定频段内任意低频下在长骨中激励导波信号,本文提出一种采用聚焦高频(5 MHz)超声换能器在长骨皮质骨中激发低频(150 kHz)超声导波的振动声方法.首先介绍了板状超声导波理论和双声束共聚焦法与单声束调幅法激发振动声的基本原理;进而采用三维有限元仿真方法分析振动声激发低频超声导波的基本现象,然后结合牛胫骨板离体实验,验证振动声激发低频超声导波的可行性.结果均表明,双声束共焦与单声束振动超声均可在骨板中激发低频超声导波.相关研究方法有助于提高空间域长骨中超声导波测量精度,以及在一定频段内实现任意频率激励等,对发展低频超声导波在体测量长骨皮质骨的新技术具有一定的指导意义.  相似文献

针对一维非线性声波的传播问题进行了有限元仿真和实验研究. 首先推导了一维非线性声波方程的有限元形式, 含有高阶矩阵的非线性项导致声波具有波形畸变、谐波滋生、基频信号能量向高次谐波传递等非线性特性. 编制有限元程序对一维非线性声波进行了计算并对仿真得到的畸变非线性声波信号进行处理, 分析其传播性质和物理意义. 为验证有限元计算结果, 开展了水中的非线性声波传播的实验研究, 得到了不同输入信号幅度激励下和不同传播距离的畸变非线性声波信号. 然后对基波和二次谐波的传播性质进行详细讨论, 分析了二次谐波幅度与传播距离和输入信号幅度的变化关系及其意义, 拟合出二次谐波幅度随传播距离变化的方程并阐述了拟合方程的物理意义. 结果表明, 数值仿真信号及其频谱均与实验结果有较好的一致性, 证实计算方法和结果的正确性, 并提出了具有一定物理意义的二次谐波随传播距离变化的简单数学关系. 最后还对固体中的非线性声波传播性质进行了初步探讨. 本研究工作可为流体介质中的非线性声传播问题提供理论和实验依据.  相似文献

According to the principle of synchronous demodulation,the modulation information in the output signal of vibro-acoustic modulation test was investigated and the nonlinear interaction of sound and vibration with the crack interface in a metallic rod was analyzed.A swept signal excitation was used to obtain a proper high frequency parameter in the test of aluminum rod samples with different sizes of cracks and the modulation information in the output signal was analyzed.It was found that the ultrasound wave in the structure can be separated into two parts.One is the wave which passes through the crack interface modulated by the low frequency vibration,and other wave has no any changes.The nonlinear modulation model was modified and a quantitative method for crack detection was proposed.It is demonstrated by comparing with the ultrasonic C-scanning that this method can be used to estimate the fatigue crack size in the metallic rod.  相似文献

A model of a one-dimensional cracked cantilever bar subjected to longitudinal harmonic excitation is used to analyse a nonlinear response as a way to monitor structural health. The effect of the bilinear (nonlinear) character of the crack on the dynamics of the structure is studied. Simulation and experiments were performed to analyse the nonlinear behaviour of the cracked bar. In simulation the nonlinear information is obtained based on a combination of the analytical technique and the Matlab–Simulink computation. From analysis and experiment, it is found that the crack-induced nonlinearity leads to the generation of higher harmonics, whose intensity is a function of a distance from the crack. Side band frequencies were clearly revealed as well. The latter indicate modulation of exciting frequency due to systematic interaction of crack faces. The nonlinear transformation of modulated vibration by crack leads to generation of a low frequency periodic component. Its intensity is proportional to the forced response of the cracked bar at the exciting frequency. The phenomenology revealed can be effective for Structural Health Monitoring.  相似文献

针对结构中微裂纹检测难题,发展了一种闭合裂纹非共线混频超声检测方法。在对非共线混频超声检测机理分析基础上,进行了结构中疲劳裂纹混频非线性超声检测实验。对有无裂纹试件中检测信号进行了滤波和时频分析,结果表明,可根据信号滤波后时域波形中是否存在明显的混频波包或时频分析中是否存在明显的和频分量,实现有无闭合裂纹的判识;通过移动激励探头的位置,控制两列入射声波在试件中的交汇位置,实现试件中不同深度位置的混频非线性检测。并根据测得的混频非线性系数沿试件深度方向上分布,实现了闭合裂纹沿深度方向上长度的测量。研究工作为结构中微裂纹定量评价做了有益探索。   相似文献

Attached ultrasonic sensors can detect changes caused by crack initiation and growth if the wave path is directed through the area of critical crack formation. Dynamics of cracks opening and closing under load cause nonlinear modulation of received ultrasonic signals, enabling small cracks to be detected by stationary sensors. A methodology is presented based upon the behavior of ultrasonic signals versus applied load to detect and monitor formation and growth of cracks originating from fastener holes. Shear wave angle beam transducers operating in through transmission mode are mounted on either side of the hole such that the transmitted wave travels through the area of expected cracking. Time shift is linear with respect to load, and is well explained by path changes due to strain combined with wave speed changes due to acoustoelasticity. During subsequent in situ monitoring with unknown loads, the measured time of flight is used to estimate the load, and behavior of the received energy as a function of load is the basis for crack detection. Results are presented from low cycle fatigue tests of several aluminum specimens and illustrate the efficacy of the method in both determining the applied load and monitoring crack initiation and growth.  相似文献

研究了浅海非线性内波对远程混响场的影响。通过分析非线性内波活动引起声源到海底散射元以及散射元到接收点之间的声传播变化,给出了非线性内波引起远程混响强度变化的表示,建立了非线性内波存在下的浅海远程混响模型,数值计算了非线性内波运动引起远程混响强度的变化。理论和数值计算表明,非线性内波的活动能够引起远程混响强度的变化,在某些情况下会导致远程混响强度增强。通过讨论非线性内波引声简正波的耦合效应,给出了其引起远程混响强度增强的原因。   相似文献

We numerically investigate the excitation of soliton waves in the nonlinear electrical transmission line formed by many cells. When the periodic driving voltage with frequency in the pass band closing to the cutoff frequency is applied to the endpoint of the whole line, the soliton wave can be generated. The numerical results show that the soliton wave generation mainly depends on the self modulation associated with the nonlinear effect. In this study, the lower subharmonic component is also observed in the frequency spectrum. To further understand this phenomenon, we study the dependence of the subharmonic power spectrum and frequency on the forcing amplitude and frequency numerically, and find that the subharmonic frequency increases with the gradual growth of the driving amplitude.  相似文献

We propose a nonlinear ultrasonic technique by using the mixed-frequency signals excited Lamb waves to conduct micro-crack detection in thin plate structures. Simulation models of three-dimensional(3D) aluminum plates and composite laminates are established by ABAQUS software, where the aluminum plate contains buried crack and composite laminates comprises cohesive element whose thickness is zero to simulate delamination damage. The interactions between the S_0 mode Lamb wave and the buried micro-cracks of various dimensions are simulated by using the finite element method.Fourier frequency spectrum analysis is applied to the received time domain signal and fundamental frequency amplitudes,and sum and difference frequencies are extracted and simulated. Simulation results indicate that nonlinear Lamb waves have different sensitivities to various crack sizes. There is a positive correlation among crack length, height, and sum and difference frequency amplitudes for an aluminum plate, with both amplitudes decreasing as crack thickness increased, i.e.,nonlinear effect weakens as the micro-crack becomes thicker. The amplitudes of sum and difference frequency are positively correlated with the length and width of the zero-thickness cohesive element in the composite laminates. Furthermore,amplitude ratio change is investigated and it can be used as an effective tool to detect inner defects in thin 3D plates.  相似文献

给出了一种基于混频效应的非线性超声微裂纹检测方法。首先,对结构损伤混频检测机理及信号特征提取方法进行了理论分析,之后,根据试件中差频分量及和频分量幅值分布随激励信号频率变化关系,优化确定出混频检测参数。最后,进行了异侧混频激励下无损检测试验研究,并分析了激励信号频率变化对混频检测效果的影响。结果表明,异侧激励混频检测模式不仅可以实现结构中疲劳微裂纹检测,而且可以实现缺陷的定位。且检测信号频率选择对混频检测信噪比有一定的影响。当检测信号中的混频分量幅值最大时,混频检测效果最佳。因此,在优化检测参数基础上,异侧混频激励检测模式可以很好实现结构微裂纹的检测与定位。   相似文献
