简要介绍了EAST装置远红外激光干涉仪光源——DCN激光器的工作原理、结构和相关改进。DCN激光器采用He、CD4、D2和N24种工作气体。实验过程中,通过调节气体压强和阴极电流、改变各种工作气体配比等手段优化DCN激光器输出功率。实验结果显示:输出功率随电流的增大会达到饱和,在电流为1.0A输出功率达到最大;输出功率随压强先增大后减小,在压强为32Pa时达到最大值;工作气体的最佳配比为He: CD4: D2: N2=2:3:5:3。 相似文献

In this paper, the density matrix equation of a six-level system has been solved, in case of the FIR wave signals in the system were not small enough to be neglected. The output power density of the laser system has been calculated by means of the iteration method. The saturation effect of the system has been revenled by the numerical calculation. Several sets of curves of laser output power vs, the length of laser with defferent pumping detuning and the optimum operating pressure under certain condition have been obtained. These calculated values were in good agresment with the data provided in the literatures. 相似文献

为了实现激光器稳定、可靠和准确的功率输出,介绍一种基于单片机实现半导体激光器功率高稳定的控制系统。该系统以MSP430单片机为核心,根据半导体激光器的工作原理,设计了受控恒流源、温度控制系统和光功率反馈系统等部分。此外,系统还具有激光功率的实时控制、显示和设置以及软开关和软保护等功能。功率稳定采用光功率反馈法,温度控制采用高精度PWM驱动的半导体制冷器。光功率稳定度优于0.25%。 相似文献

A transverse flow transversely excited (TFTE) CW CO2 with a maximum output power about 15 kW has been developed. This is excited by pulser sustained DC discharge applied between a pair of multi-pins anodes and a common tubular cathode. Though the laser power in convective cooled CO2 laser scales proportionally with the volumetric gas flow, it did not increase in this laser when the volumetric gas flow was increased by increasing the electrode separation keeping the flow velocity constant. The discharge voltage too remained almost unchanged with increase of the electrode separation. These observations are explained considering the electrical discharge being controlled by ionization instability. Laser materials processing applications often demand programming facilities for laser power modulation. A four-stage cascaded multilevel DC–DC converter-based high-frequency switch mode power supply has been developed to modulate the output power of the laser. Laser was operated up to 15 kW output power in four different modes viz. continuous wave mode, pulse periodic mode, single shot mode and processing velocity-dependent power mode with 1.2 kHz modulation bandwidth. We propose and demonstrate a simple approach to lower the thermal quenching
effect and improve the output power of Cr:LiSAF lasers, which is
accomplished by employing two laser rods. The resonator contains two laser
rods and is designed by using two ``X' folding cavities in cascade. A tunable
laser output of $\sim $ 180\,mW has been achieved with the pump of single-striped
laser diodes. Compared with lasers using single gain rod, the laser with
dual rods shows less severe thermal effect and increases the output by more

对掺钕光纤激光器输出功率沿光纤的分布以及不同光纤长度下抽运功率和输出功率沿光纤的分布进行了数值模拟.以808nm半导体激光器为抽运源,掺钕双包层保偏光纤为增益介质,对保偏光纤激光器进行了探索性的实验研究.分别就光纤不同弯曲形状和弯曲半径对激光器输出功率指标和偏振特性的影响进行了研究,实验中发现在1060nm和1092nm处有两个峰值.在波长1060nm处得到了7.35W的连续偏振激光输出,斜率效率为58.3%.

自激光器问世以来,激光在各领域的需求和应用非常广泛,而随着高功率激光装备输出功率不断提高,重量与体积已成为制约高功率激光装备应用与发展的关键问题之一。由于当前高功率激光装备仍将提高输出功率作为其发展目标,加之高功率激光装备结构功能复杂、能量转换效率低等特点,制约了高功率激光装备小型化、轻量化的实现。本文在介绍高功率激光装备的特点及其小型化、轻量化技术约束的基础上,综述了装备常用小型化、轻量化技术应用、新型高功率激光技术应用、提高能量转换效率及散热效率等高功率激光装备小型化、轻量化实现途径,以及各种技术途径在高功率激光装备中已有的应用。根据高功率激光装备现状及特点,其在小型化、轻量化方面具有很大的发展空间及应用前景。 相似文献

为配合地面探测跟踪系统对飞行目标的探测,设计了一种以40 W 紧凑型半导体激光器为光源、具有一定发散角的机载式单色信标系统。由于系统要满足机载平台加装体积小、质量轻、散热好的要求,设计了一体成型的鳍片式壳体结构,解决系统散热问题的同时,控制了整体质量。为实现在有限体积内,40 W 单阵列光纤耦合半导体激光器模块所需的60A 大电流恒流驱动,采用叠相调制技术和同步BUCK 变换电路结构;为解决激光器在高空低温环境下输出光功率和中心波长能够稳定控制的难题,设计了数模混合双向温控系统。利用ZEMAX 软件设计了双凹透镜组结构的扩束装置,实现了对激光发散角的发散和可调节。通过环境考核测试,系统在0℃~15℃的低温环境下,输出光功率稳定度和波长控制精度均能满足要求。 相似文献

In the present work it is demonstrated that a wideband CO laser operating at fundamental and overtone vibrational transitions
is a promising source of laser radiation for remote laser sensing of the atmosphere. A compact slab RF-discharge CO laser
has been designed. The optimal operating conditions are determined for this CO laser. In experiments, the maximum average
output laser power was ∼12 W for lasing efficiency of ∼14%. Under fixed experimental conditions, stable lasing (with fluctuations
of the output laser characteristics ≤5%) was observed during more than one hour, which suggests that we first excited the
sealed-off mode of cryogenic slab RF-discharge CO laser. The frequency-selective mode was first obtained for this laser. Wavelengths
for sensing of nitrous oxide, nitrogen dioxide, methane, formaldehyde, and some other gases on near-ground propagation paths
are determined. Our experiments and calculations confirm that this CO laser is promising for laser gas analysis.

报道了一台激光二极管端面抽运Nd:YVO4晶体内腔三倍频355 nm激光连续输出的全固态紫外激光器.激光腔采用紧凑型简单凹平直腔,腔长仅为70 mm.利用两块LBO晶体进行腔内倍频、和频,当注入抽运功率为2527 W时,获得最大功率为306 mW的355 nm连续波输出,光光转换效率为012%,输出功率短期不稳定性为53%,355 nm激光输出光束质量良好.通过采用内腔倍频技术和设计合理的腔参数,实现了中小功率连续输出的全固态紫外激光器的小型化、便携化,进一步拓宽了紫外激光器
