The horizontal-longitudinal correlation of acoustic field for the receiver near the bottom is analyzed by using numerical modeling. An approximate analytical solution of horizontal-longitudinal correlation coefficient is derived based on the ray method. Combining the characteristic of Lloyd's mirror interference pattern, the variability of acoustic field and its effect on horizontal-longitudinal spatial correlation are discussed. The theoretical prediction agrees well with the numerical results. Experimental results confirm the validity of analytical solution.Finally, the applicability of the analytical solution is summarized. The conclusion is beneficial for the design of bottom-moored array and the estimation of integral time for moving source localization.  相似文献

基于射线理论分析了在典型深海情况下声源与接收水听器位于海水表层时声场频率-距离干涉结构,给出了直达声作用区与影区情况下声场频率-距离干涉结构的近似理论表达式。数值仿真与实验结果表明:在直达声作用区内,由直达声与海面一次反射声形成声场干涉结构,频率域干涉周期为该两条声线到达时间差的倒数;在影区内,由声源-海底-接收器、声源-海面-海底-接收器、声源-海底-海面-接收器和声源-海面-海底-海面-接收器四条声线形成声场干涉结构,声强随着频率具有两种干涉周期,分别随着声源深度、接收水听器深度的增大而减小,并与收发距离有关。本文给出的理论表达式可以较好的解释实验观测到的声场频率-距离干涉结构。   相似文献

对于深海近水面声源产生的声场, 处于较大深度处的接收器在一定水平距离范围内能接收到直达波. 2014年在某深海海域进行的水声考察实验中, 应用深度为140 m的拖曳声源发射实验信号, 布放在水下3146 m深处的矢量水听器成功地接收到了直达波信号. 本文应用射线理论, 分析了深海直达波区域声场的传播特性, 得出了水平振速与垂直振速的传播损失与声线到达接收点处的掠射角以及收发水平距离之间的关系. 在以上分析的基础上, 提出了一种利用水平振速与垂直振速的能量差估计声源距离的方法, 并结合2014年实验数据对实验中两条航线上8 km范围内的目标声源进行了测距, 测距结果与目标的GPS数据符合得较好.  相似文献

在深海声道条件下,海水折射效应会使得声场出现会聚效应;在不完全声道条件下,深海海底对声场具有重要影响.利用在中国南海海域收集到的一次深海声传播实验数据,研究了深海不完全声道环境下的海底反射对声传播的影响.实验观测到不同于深海会聚区的海底反射会聚现象,在直达声区范围内的海底地形隆起可导致海底反射会聚区提前形成,并使得部分影区的声强明显提高.由于不平坦海底和海面的反射破坏了完全声道环境下的会聚区结构,在60 km范围内存在两个海底反射会聚区,会聚区增益可达10 dB以上,同时在11 km附近的影区和51 km附近形成高声强区域.当接收深度与声源深度相同时,第二会聚区的增益高于第一会聚区.在第一会聚区内,随着接收深度的增加,声线到达结构趋于复杂,多途效应更加明显.使用抛物方程数值分析结合射线理论对深海海底反射会聚区现象产生的物理原因进行了分析解释.研究结果对于声纳在深海复杂环境下的性能分析具有重要的指导意义.  相似文献

本文采用二维波数积分,对空气中高速运动声源激发的水下声场进行建模。针对二维波数积分计算声场时域解计算量大的问题,提出一种快速计算方法。用本文提出的方法,对深海和浅海情况下,空气中高速运动单频点声源激发的水下声场进行了计算和仿真。计算结果表明:在深海,水下接收信号的幅度和瞬时频率随时间发生变化;接收器深度、接收器与声源运动轨迹的最小距离对接收信号的变化快慢有较大影响,而声源高度的影响较小;在浅海中,接收信号呈现快速的幅度起伏,明显的多普勒频移和大的频率展宽效应。与简正波方法相比,本文方法主要适用于近场计算,而简正波方法适用于远场。另外,当声源频率较高时,二维波数积分方法的计算量将迅速增大。  相似文献

The paper is devoted to simulating an acoustic field scattered by an elastic spherical shell placed in a waveguide with a fluid attenuating bottom. The emitted signal is a wideband pulse with a Gaussian envelope. The normal wave method is used in the frequency domain for calculating the field of a point source in a free waveguide and the shell scattering coefficients. Movement of the receiver along a vertical straight line located behind the shell makes it possible to obtain a “three-dimensional” image of the field scattered by the shell. In this representation, the horizontal axis is time; the vertical axis is the submersion depth of the receiver; the intensity shows the amplitude of the received signal. Such three-dimensional structures make it possible to analyze the dependence of the complex diffraction structure of the acoustic field on receiver depth. In the considered numerical example, a thin, elastic, spherical shell is located near the attenuating fluid bottom.  相似文献

<正>The physical properties of a reliable acoustic path(RAP) are analysed and subsequently a weighted-subspacefitting matched field(WSF-MF) method for passive localization is presented by exploiting the properties of the RAP environment.The RAP is an important acoustic duct in the deep ocean,which occurs when the receiver is placed near the bottom where the sound velocity exceeds the maximum sound velocity in the vicinity of the surface.It is found that in the RAP environment the transmission loss is rather low and no blind zone of surveillance exists in a medium range. The ray theory is used to explain these phenomena.Furthermore,the analysis of the arrival structures shows that the source localization method based on arrival angle is feasible in this environment.However,the conventional methods suffer from the complicated and inaccurate estimation of the arrival angle.In this paper,a straightforward WSF-MF method is derived to exploit the information about the arrival angles indirectly.The method is to minimize the distance between the signal subspace and the spanned space by the array manifold in a finite range-depth space rather than the arrival-angle space.Simulations are performed to demonstrate the features of the method,and the results are explained by the arrival structures in the RAP environment.  相似文献

在典型深海情况下当声源与接收水听器位于海水表层时,在影区内由声源海底接收器、声源海面海底接收器、声源海底海面接收器和声源海面海底海面接收器4条声线形成声场干涉结构,声强随着频率具有两种干涉周期,随着收发距离的增加而增大,分别随着声源深度、接收水听器深度的增加而减小。因此由单水听器记录的声场干涉结构即可实现宽带声源目标的无源测距测深,仿真分析验证了其有效性。在南海深海声学实验中观测到海面宽带噪声源在声场影区所形成的声场干涉结构,数据分析结果验证了深海声场干涉结构用于声源无源定位的有效性。与传统无源定位方法相比,该方法不需要宽带引导声源、精确的海底声学参数和大规模的拷贝场计算。   相似文献

海底地形变化对与海底作用的声反射区声场空间相关性有重要影响。利用南中国海某深海海域的一次声学实验数据,对深海海底反射区的声场空间相关性进行了分析。实验观测到,在距离声源约29 km至35 km距离范围处,不平海底环境下的水平纵向相关性出现了一些不同于平坦海底环境下的振荡结构,利用射线声学理论分析并解释了这两种不同海底环境产生水平纵向相关差异的原因。结果表明,在深海平坦海底方向一次海底反射到达区,对声场起主要贡献的经过一次海底反射声线间的到达时间差随着水平距离的增加而逐渐减少,从而干涉叠加后的相位差在[0,2π]内发生周期性变化,导致该区域声场的水平纵向相关性随着间距增加呈周期性振荡现象;而不平海底方向的海底小山丘恰对一次海底反射声线的阻挡影响,不仅使得与平坦海底方向相同区域的声传播损失明显增大,而且由于相对更多的本征声线路径的复杂多途干涉,该区域水平纵向相关性不再呈现明显的振荡周期,相关系数也有所下降。研究结果对于分析在深海复杂海底地形环境下的声呐阵列探测性能具有重要意义。   相似文献

声场的空间相关特性是声场的重要特征,对水下探测、水声通讯等各种设备在实际海洋环境中应用的参数选择具有重要意义,是水声工程技术研究的重要基础之一。相比于水中声源激发声场的相关特性研究,空气中声源的相关研究很少。本文推导了空气中声源激发水下声场的水平纵向相关的简正波表达式,并通过数值仿真分析,比较了声源分别位于空气中和水中时水下声场的水平纵向相关特性。对南海海域进行的一次悬挂汽笛空气声源、海底水平阵接收信号海上实验获得的数据进行分析,结果表明:空气中声源位于不同距离时,其发射的声信号激发水下声场的水平纵向相关均存在明显的起伏结构,基于本文提出的空气中声源激发水下声场的水平纵向相关系数的简正波表达式能够较好地解释该现象.   相似文献

为了实现对深海水下声源的定位,对典型深海环境中的脉冲信号到达结构特征进行了理论分析,给出了声源和接收位置位于近海面时到达信号的簇信号形式近似表达式。当声源和接收位置处于近海面深度时,接收到的信号呈簇状结构形式。在提取到达信号中各簇信号到达时间、幅值等特征参数的基础上,提出了一种通过对到达信号中簇信号特征参数匹配搜索进行水下脉冲信号定位的方法,仿真分析了不同距离和不同深度处的簇信号特征,并利用一次南海海域爆炸声源的声传播实验数据进行了实验验证。结果表明:各簇信号对应的到达时间、幅值等特征参数可用于对声源位置的匹配定位;海上实验中利用单水听器得到的水下声源的距离估计结果与实测距离结果较为一致,对实验中2.0 km至90.4 km内声源的距离估计误差不大于8%。   相似文献

针对典型深海环境中宽带声源的深度分辨问题,通过研究深海声场随频率起伏的干涉结构与垂直线阵频域波束输出图中的干涉结构,给出一种直达声区内可区分多水下目标的宽带声源深度估计方法。该方法以近水面目标的射线声场模型为基础,推导出近海面宽带声源接收声场的波束输出表达式,阐明了频域波束输出图中干涉结构与声源深度的对应关系。然后利用改进的傅里叶变换方法将二维频域波束输出图映射到声源深度-掠射角度域,可实现声源深度信息的有效分离。最后开展了深海实验验证,利用垂直阵接收拖曳声源发射的宽带白噪声信号,拖曳声源深度计算结果与实测声源深度基本一致。数值仿真与实验结果均表明该方法可以在多目标复杂环境下准确估计出水下宽带声源的深度。   相似文献

A correlation velocity log (CVL) is an ultrasonic navigation aid for marine applications, in which velocity is estimated using an acoustic transmitter and a receiver array. CVLs offer advantages over Doppler velocity logs (DVLs) in many autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) applications, since they can achieve high accuracy at low velocities even during hover manoeuvres. DVLs require narrow beam widths, whilst ideal CVL transmitters have wide beam widths. This gives CVLs the potential to use lower frequencies thus permitting operation in deeper water, reducing power requirements for the same depth, or allowing the use of smaller transducers. Moving patterns in the wavefronts across a 2D receiver array are detected by calculating correlation coefficients between bottom reflections from consecutive transmitted pulses, across all combinations of receiver pairings. The position of the peak correlation value, on a surface representing receiver-pairing separations, is proportional to the vessel's displacement between pulses. A CVL aimed primarily for AUVs has been developed. Its acoustical and signal processing design has been optimised through sea trials and computer modelling of the sound field. This computer model is also used to predict how the distribution of the correlation coefficients varies with distance from the peak position. Current work seeks to increase the resolution of the peak estimate using surface fitting methods. Numerical simulations suggest that peak estimation methods significantly improve system precision when compared with simply identifying the position of the maximum correlation coefficient in the dataset. The peak position may be estimated by fitting a quadratic model to the measured data using least squares or maximum likelihood estimation. Alternatively, radial basis functions and Gaussian processes successfully predict the peak position despite variation between individual correlation datasets. This paper summarises the CVL's main acoustical features and signal processing techniques and includes results of sea trials using the device.  相似文献

海底地形变化对深海环境下的声传播和空间相关性有重要影响。基于2014年南海中南部海域不完全深海声道条件下大跨度垂直阵接收的声信号,选取平坦海底和典型不平整(存在小海底山和海底斜坡)海底两个不同传播方向上传播损失差异较大的距离,对声场垂直相关性进行了对比分析,并应用射线理论对相关性差异予以定性分析和机理解释。在不平整海底方向,在第一影区内小海底山遮挡区附近:在部分一次海底反射声线被小海底山遮挡的距离处,接收声信号主脉冲多途干涉结构相对平坦海底方向更加简单,垂直相关性增强;而在全部一次海底反射声线被小海底山遮挡的距离处,对声场起主要作用的变为二次海底反射声线,接收声信号主脉冲呈现多途干涉结构,垂直相关性降低。在第一会聚区附近:平坦海底环境下,由于两组水体中反转声线在空间垂直方向上的干涉效应,使得声场的垂直相关随接收深度增加呈现出周期性振荡的现象;而不平整海底方向,在50 km处,海底斜坡阻挡了一组水体反转声线,在大深度上只出现单会聚结构,观测不到垂直相关的周期性振荡现象;在57 km附近对声场起主要贡献的成分从水体中反转声线变成了多次海底反射声线,主脉冲多途展宽变宽,垂直相关性显著降低。研究结果对深海复杂海底地形环境下声场垂直相关性的深入分析及声呐阵列增益估计等具有重要意义。   相似文献

Mesoscale eddies have a remarkable influence on the underwater sound field. Many previous studies have investigated the effects of eddies on transmission loss, the convergence zone, time delay, etc. However, the effects of eddies on spatial coherence are less well studied and remain unclear. In this paper, the effects of eddies on spatial coherence at the subsurface in deep water are investigated. The eddy environments are simulated with Gaussian eddy equations, the complex pressure field is obtained using a range-dependent parabolic equation model and the associated mechanism is analyzed based on ray theory and models. The results show that cold/warm mesoscale eddies affect spatial coherence in a high-intensity zone by changing the locations and width of the convergence zone. In the shadow zone, the horizontal correlation radius and the vertical correlation radius increase with range and decrease with depth, and they are increased by warm eddies and decreased by cold eddies, mainly caused by variation of the multipath structure.  相似文献

We present the results of testing a new thermoacoustic sensor designed to detect microwave pulses having durations from 3 to 120 ns at wavelengths of 0.8 and 3 cm. Operation of the sensor is based on the effect of generation of acoustic signals during absorption of microwave pulses in a radiotransparent substrate–absorber–liquid layered structure . A thin nanometer-thick film deposited on a substrate is used as an absorber. Microwaves are converted to an acoustic pulse in the film and the adjacent liquid. The pulse is received by a wideband acoustic receiver and then recorded by a digital oscilloscope. It is shown that for a pulse duration of 120 ns, the shape of the signal recorded by the thermoacoustic sensor completely corresponds to the signal of a tube-diode detector of microwave pulses. The response of the thermoacoustic sensor to shorter pulses (3 and 5 ns long) is a pulse with a duration of 18 ns which is determined by a limited frequency band of the acoustic receiver.  相似文献

针对现有反演方法的缺点,提出了一种基于海底反射信号的地声参数高分辨反演方法.它利用短距离声源在不同深度上发射宽带线性调频信号,采用垂直阵进行接收,首先通过匹配滤波方法提取多径到达信息,然后利用海底反射损失曲线,反演海底表层的声速和密度,最后利用浅底层反射信号估计沉积层参数.由于海水中直达波受到内波的强烈影响,选择海底表面反射作为参考,用以可靠地计算浅底层反射的相对到达时间和幅度,从而估计出沉积层的厚度、速度和衰减系数.通过海上实验,验证了利用浅底层反射信号反演参数的有效性. 关键词: 海底参数 反演 浅底层反射信号  相似文献

The correlation of low-frequency sound signals from towed tonal low-frequency sources at the output of the scalar and vector channels is studied in shallow water. The correlation of the scalar field and signal received by a horizontally oriented vector receiver on average is 0.92–0.99; correlation with the signal received by a vertical vector receiver decreases to 0.66–85. When scalar fields or horizontal projections of the vibration velocity vector with application of the aperture synthesis algorithm are used, 3–5 normal waves are isolated; when the vertical component is used, 7–9 modes. It is demonstrated that the high signal correlation ensures direction-finding accuracy and suppression of strongly noise-emitting moving sources by 20–30 dB or more if the cardioid is directed at the source according to the zone of the minimum.  相似文献

Sound multipath propagation is very important for target localization and identification in different acoustical zones of deep water. In order to distinguish the multipath characteristics in deep water, the Northwest Pacific Acoustic Experiment was conducted in 2015. A low-frequency horizontal line array towed at the depth of around 150 m on a receiving ship was used to receive the noise radiated by the source ship. During this experiment, a bearing-splitting phenomenon in the direct zone was observed through conventional beamforming of the horizontal line array within the frequency band 160 Hz–360 Hz. In this paper, this phenomenon is explained based on ray theory. In principle, the received signal in the direct zone of deep water arrives from two general paths including a direct one and bottom bounced one, which vary considerably in arrival angles. The split bearings correspond to the contributions of these two paths. The bearing-splitting phenomenon is demonstrated by numerical simulations of the bearing-time records and experimental results, and they are well consistent with each other. Then a near-surface source ranging approach based on the arrival angles of direct path and bottom bounced path in the direct zone is presented as an application of bearing splitting and is verified by experimental results. Finally,the applicability of the proposed ranging approach for an underwater source within several hundred meters in depth in the direct zone is also analyzed and demonstrated by simulations.  相似文献
