磁熵变(△SM)与磁场(μ0H)的相关性已在很多二级相变材料中被研究并报道,但一级相变材料的磁热效应与磁场相关性还少有报道.本文在具有一级磁结构相变的Mn0.6Fe0.4NiSi0.5Ge0.5材料中研究发现△SM与μ0H存在线性相关性,并通过麦克斯韦关系式的数值分析详细讨论了这一线性相关性的来源.同时,进一步发现在低磁场时,△SM近似正比于μ0H的平方.该线性相关性同样在一级磁结构相变Ni50Mn34Co2Sn14材料中得到了印证.但由于一级磁弹相变LaFe11.7Si1.3材料相变温度具有更强的磁场依赖性,不具有△SM的线性相关性,因此,本研究表明,当磁结构相变材料的相变温度具有弱磁场依赖性时,△SM与μ0H具有线性相关性.进而,在磁场未达到相变饱和磁场以下,利用△SM与μ0H的线性相关性可以有效推测更高磁场下的△SM. 相似文献

研究了典型的层状钙钛矿结构超导单晶Sr2RuO4在c方向的磁阻(Δρ/ρ0)(H∥ab,J∥c)的变化.实验发现,磁阻表现出强烈的各向异性,并且随着温度T的降低,磁阻效应越明显;当在平面ab内旋转磁场H的方向时,磁阻成周期性变化;实验表明,磁场沿(110)方向时,出现磁阻的极大值.分别从Sr2RuO4的费米面的各向异性、载流子散射率、c方向能带色散的各向异性等方面来解释这些输运性质.

利用固相反应法制备Pr0.5Ca0.5MnO3(PCMO)靶材,并采用脉冲激光沉积法(PLD)在n型Si(111)基片上沉积PCMO外延薄膜,研究了薄膜的输运特性及薄膜与Si衬底形成异质结的整流特性.结果表明:在80—300 K温度范围内,PCMO薄膜的阻温关系符合变程跳跃模型,随着温度的升高表现出从一维到二维再到三维的转变,分析认为可能源于轨道自由度对电子输运特性的影响.PCMO/Si异质结在磁场作用下整流特性得到改善,且在正向电流方向出

研究了磁场诱导生长的BiFeO3/Ni18Fe19磁性双层膜中 的交换偏置及其热稳定性. 结果表明: BiFeO3/Ni18Fe19双层膜中的交换偏置场Hex未表现出明显的磁练习效应. 在负饱和磁场等待过程中, BiFeO3/Ni18Fe19双层膜磁滞回线的前支和后支曲 线都随着在负饱和磁场中等待时间tsat的增加向正场方向偏移. 交换偏置场Hex的大小随着等待时间tsat的增加而减小, 矫顽力Hc基本不变. 交换偏置场Hex的大小随测量温度Tm的升高变化不明显, 表现出良好的热稳定性; 但矫顽力Hc随Tm的升高而显著减小. 良好的热稳定性应该来源于铁电性和反铁磁性间的共同耦合作用.

采用自助熔剂缓冷法成功地生长出了Nd1.85Ce0. 15CuO4-δ单晶,其零场下零电阻温度约为21K. 在0—0.5T范围内分别测量了磁场平行和垂直样品表面的电阻转变曲线以及0.5T不同角度下的电阻转变曲线. 结果显示磁场平行和垂直样品表面时的转变温度Tp随磁场的变化均服从H=H0(1-Tp(h)/Tp(0))2关系. 0.5T

Starting from arc-melted alloys, nanostructured Pr0.5Sm0.5Co5 powders were synthesized by mechanical milling and subsequent vacuum annealing during short times to develop an optimal microstructure with high hard magnetic properties. The best magnetic properties were obtained for the stoichiometric Pr0.5Sm0.5Co5 powders milled for 4 h and annealed at 800 °C for 1 min with a high coercitivity of 13.5 kOe, a high Mr/Mmax ratio of 0.72 and a maximum energy product of 11 MGOe. From X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy, CaCu5-type phase and an average grain size of about 12 nm were determined in the annealed powders, and we calculated that 59% of the volume of the grains/crystallites are exchange-coupled. The observed magnetic hardening is associated to the high magnetic anisotropy field of the PrCo5 and SmCo5 phases and also to the microstructure developed by the processing used. 相似文献

The effect of low-magnetic fields on the magnetic and electrical transport properties of polycrystalline samples of the phase-separated compound La0.5Ca0.5MnO3 is studied. The results are interpreted in the framework of the field-induced ferromagnetic fraction enlargement mechanism. A fraction expansion coefficient f, which relates the ferromagnetic fraction f with the applied field H, was obtained. The substitutional effect of Ru on the magnetic and transport properties of double exchange ferromagnets, La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 and La0.5Sr0.5CoO3 has been investigated. It is found that substitution of 10% Ru at the Mn site of La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 decreases the Curie temperature by 20 K than that of the parent compound. However, a large decrease in the Curie temperature, ΔTc80 K and the system undergoes a transition from metallic state to insulating state is observed when 10% Ru is doped in La0.5Sr0.5CoO3. The marginal effect of Ru in the Mn–O–Mn sublattice in comparison to the Co–O–Co sublattice could be due to the magnetic exchange interaction between Mn and Ru by virtue of the fact that Ru exhibits variable valence states, Ru+4/Ru+5. The eg and t2g parentage of Ru+5 is similar to Mn+4 and therefore, Ru+5 ion appears to participate in the double exchange mediated ferromagnetic (FM) interaction. On the other hand, Ruthenium (IV) ion disrupts an intermediate spin state of cobalt (Co+3: t2g5eg1), forcing a double exchange FM state to anti-FM state. 相似文献

Nanocrystalline Sm0.5Y0.5Co5 powders with high coercivity HC and enhanced remanence Mr were prepared by mechanical milling and subsequent annealing. Annealing temperatures T ranging from 973 to 1173 K, and times t ranging from 1 to 5 min were used. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and DC-magnetization measurements were carried out to study the microstructure and magnetic properties of these samples. XRD patterns demonstrate that the average grain size D of the nanocrystalline powders depends on the annealing temperature T and time t: D ranges from 11 nm (for T=973 K and t=1 min) to 93 nm (for T=1173 K and t=5 min). Magnetic measurements performed at room temperature indicate high coercivity values (HC>955 kA/m), and enhanced remanence (Mr/Mmax>0.5) for all samples. A strong annealing-induced grain size dependence of these magnetic properties was found. 相似文献

The charge ordering characteristics in Y0.5Ca0.5MnO3 manganite, prepared by sol–gel process, have been investigated experimentally. It is found that the superlattice diffractions appear in the electron diffraction patterns recorded at low temperatures, while only basic Brag diffraction spots can be observed when temperature is higher than 300 K. This provides direct evidence for the existence of charge ordering in Y0.5Ca0.5MnO3. The magnetization and specific heat measurements indicate the charge ordering temperature of Y0.5Ca0.5MnO3 is 290 K, around which both the magnetization and specific heat reveal anomalous behaviors. We also observed that the MnO bond length changed remarkably and the effective number of carriers reduced prominently with decreasing temperature around charge ordering temperature through transform infrared spectra measurements. 相似文献

We have studied harmonic generation in the magnetic response of bulk samples of the ceramic superconductor TlBa2Ca3Cu4Oy. Dependence of the odd and even harmonics of magnetization on the DC magnetic field, amplitude of the AC magnetic field and temperature was investigate experimentally. We have used a critical state model recently developed by Müller et al. to calculate the full harmonic response. At fixed temperature, the dependence of the odd order harmonic response on the amplitude of the AC magnetic field Hm shows an unambiguous crossover from an H2m behaviour (Bean-like) at small amplitudes to an H3m behaviour for larger Hm, in quantitative agreement with the modified critical state model. 相似文献

采用改良的固相烧结工艺制备了Bi5-xPrxFe0.5Co0.5Ti3O15(BPFCT-x,x=0.25,0.50,0.75,0.80)陶瓷样品.X射线衍射结构分析表明:镨(Pr)含量对样品微观结构产生了影响,但所有样品均为层状钙钛矿结构;BPFCT-x样品的剩余极化强度(2Pr)随着掺杂量的增加呈现出先增大后减小的变化趋势,当Pr含量为0.75时,样品的2Pr达到最大值,为6.43μC/cm2.样品的磁性与铁电性能具有相同的变化规律,室温下样品的剩余磁化强度(2Mr)也呈现出先增大后减小的趋势,并且也在x=0.75时达到最大为0.097 emu/g.随着Pr掺杂量增大,样品的室温下铁电和铁磁性能得到明显改善,并且当掺杂量为0.75时,样品室温多铁性最好.Pr掺杂降低了样品中的缺陷浓度,从而提高了样品铁电畴动性,这有助于提高样品铁电性能.而样品铁磁性能的改善可能与Pr对样品晶格畸变产生的影响有关. 相似文献

The electronic and magnetic phase transitions of Pr0.5−xLaxSr0.5MnO3 with x=0.10 and 0.15 were investigated. The M(T) and ρ(T) curves for these samples clearly show transitions from antiferromagnetic insulator to ferromagnetic semiconductor, ferromagnetic metal and finally to paramagnetic semiconductor as the temperature is increased from 5 to 300 K. Especially, two obvious protrudent peaks in the magnetoresistance curves MR(T) for these samples were clearly observed in the relative low magnetic field, 1 T. One peak appears at around the antiferromagnet-ferromagnet transition temperature TN (150 K) with MR≈−23%, another occurs at around the ferromagnet-paramagnet transition temperature TC(275 K ) with MR≈−8.2%. In addition, when the magnetic field was increased, the temperature corresponding to the MR peak at TN shifts to lower temperature while the temperature corresponding to the MR peak at TC is fixed. 相似文献

In this study, we will develop the influences of the excess x wt% (x=0, 1, 2, and 3) Bi2O3-doped and the different fabricating process on the sintering and dielectric characteristics of 0.95 (Na0.5Bi0.5)TiO3–0.05 BaTiO3 ferroelectric ceramics with the aid of SEM and X-ray diffraction patterns, and dielectric–temperature curves. The 0.95 (Na0.5Bi0.5)TiO3–0.05 BaTiO3+x wt% Bi2O3 ceramics are fabricated by two different processes. The first process is that (Na0.5Bi0.5)TiO3 composition is calcined at 850 °C and BaTiO3 composition is calcined at 1100 °C, then the calcined (Na0.5Bi0.5)TiO3 and BaTiO3 powders are mixed in according to 0.95 (Na0.5Bi0.5)TiO3–0.05 BaTiO3+x wt% Bi2O3 compositions. The second process is that the raw materials are mixed in accordance to the 0.95 (Na0.5Bi0.5)TiO3–0.05 BaTiO3+x wt% Bi2O3 compositions and then calcining at 900 °C. The sintering process is carried out in air for 2 h from 1120 to 1240 °C. After sintering, the effects of process parameters on the dielectric characteristics will be developed by the dielectric–temperature curves. Dielectric–temperature properties are also investigated at the temperatures of 30–350 °C and at the frequencies of 10 kHz–1 MHz. 相似文献
