本文研究了中性Ni_2CO_5配合物的势能图,发现一个C_(2v)双桥淡基新构型,与以前报道的三羰基桥联的D3h构型竞争Ni_2CO_5的基态结构.尽管三桥式异构体拥有更有利的(18,18)电子构型,即双金属中心都满足18电子规则,中性的Ni_2CO_5配合物更倾向于(18,16)电子结构的双桥式几何.异构化能量分解分析表明,这样的结构优选是静电作用和轨道相互作用极大化的结果.  相似文献

本文基于密度泛函理论系统地研究了(TiO2)n团簇上二氧化碳(CO2)的吸附和活化性质. 计算结果表明,CO2更倾向于吸附在(TiO2)n团簇的桥氧原子上,形成“化学吸附”碳酸盐络合物. 而CO更倾向于吸附到末端Ti-O的Ti原子上. 发现计算得到的碳酸盐振动频率值与实验获得的结果非常吻合,这表明配合物中CO2的几何构型与其线性型相比,有微小的弯转. 通过对电子结构、电荷密度、电离势、HOMO-LUMO以及态密度的分析,证实了CO2与团簇之间的电荷转移以及相互作用. 从预测的能量分布图来看,(TiO2)n团簇上的CO2活化与结构密切有关,相比于块体的TiO2,CO2在团簇结构上更易于吸附和活化.  相似文献

利用脉冲激光溅射-超声分子束载带方法制备了气相Ti+(CO2)2Ar和Ti+(CO2)n(n=3-7)络合物离子.采用红外光解离光谱研究了这些选定的质量离子的振动光谱. 对于每一种络合物离子, 在CO伸缩振动频率范围都观察到了振动峰,表明这些离子具有插入的OTi+CO(CO2)n-1结构. 对于n≦5的OTi+CO(CO2)n-1离子,其CO振动和CO2的反对称伸缩振动频率都比自由的CO和CO2的频率要高,表明CO和CO2配体与中心金属离子之间主要是静电相互作用.实验结果还表明TiO+可以直接络合五个配体(1个CO和4个CO2分子).对于n=2络合物体系,除了插入的OTi+CO(CO2)结构以外,还观察到了具有弯曲结构的OCO-Ti+-OCO异构体的存在  相似文献

研究了含有低价族元素的反夹心化合物[E-C{5-n}H{5-n}Nn-E]+和[E-C{5-n}H{5-n}Pn-E]+(n=1,2,3; E=Al,Ga,In,Tl).(η5, η5) 配位的反夹心构型[E-C{5-n}H{5-n}Nn-E]+ 在能量上不稳定或不存在.而(η5,η5)配位的反夹心构型[E-C{5-n}H{5-n}Pn-E]+不但在能量上稳定, 在解离过程中也具有稳定性. 对于含有相同的E元素来说,[E-C{5-n}H{5-n}Pn-E]+的解离稳定性随着n的增加而降低;而对于确定的n来说, 含有不同E的化合物的解离能是类似的.其中[E-C4H4P-E]+的解离稳定性与已知的[E-C5H5-E]+非常相似.C{5-n}H{5-n}Pn与E之间的相互作用主要是离子性的. 由于在(η5,η5)配位的[E-C{5-n}H{5-n}Nn-E]+中,E和P原子上都具有孤对电子,因此该反夹心化合物可以作为多电子供体.  相似文献

本文利用红外光解离光谱研究了一价钴阳离子与二氧化碳之间的相互作用. 通过密度泛函理论计算得到[Co(CO2)n]+团簇的几何结构,并且模拟了它们的振动光谱与实验数值进行比较. 研究结果表明,在[Co(CO2)n]+(n=2∽6)团簇中,钴阳离子通过电四极矩静电作用以端点结合的方式与二氧化碳中的氧原子结合在一起. 团簇的红外光谱都集中在二氧化碳反对称伸缩的波数附近,并且随着团簇尺寸的变化出现蓝移,最后把[Co(CO2)n]+的红外光解离光谱与稀有气体贴附的[Co(CO2)n]+-Ar的红外光解离光谱进行了比较.  相似文献

钼团簇因具有独特的结构、电子和物理化学性质,被期待在未来的纳米科技中扮演重要角色,但是它们的基态结构至今还存在争议. 本研究采用粒子群优化(CALYPSO)方法对Mon (n=2∽18)团簇的晶体结构进行全局域能量最小化搜索,并结合第一性原理方法进一步优化. 计算表明:当4s和4p半核态不作为价态时,Mon (n=2∽18)团簇有明显的二聚体趋势,原子数为偶数的团簇往往是“幻数”团簇,具有较高的稳定性;但是,将4s和4p电子作为价电子后,平均杂化指数HspHsdHpd显著降低,二聚体趋势急剧减弱. 本文报道了Mon(n=11,14,15)团簇的新基态结构,证明了半核态对于Mon团簇是十分重要的.  相似文献

利用密度泛函理论方法优化了纯的和Mn原子掺杂的(MgO)n (n=2~10)团簇的几何结构. 在Mn原子掺杂的氧化镁结构中, 获得了一系列的同分异构体和与之相对应的总能量.MnMgn-1On(n=2~10)的几何构型显示Mn原子优先取代低配位的Mg原子. 结构稳定性分析表明,除了(MgO)10团簇外,其它纯的和掺杂结构的平均结合能均随着团簇的增大而增强. MnMgn-1On团簇的二阶能量差结果表明MnMg5O6和MnMg8O9比相邻的团簇表现出更高的相对稳定性. 除了MnMgO2团簇的磁矩为3.00 μB外,其它掺杂结构的磁矩均为5 μB左右. 它们的磁性主要受电荷转移大小、原子在结构中的位置以及结构尺寸所影响.  相似文献

利用超快泵浦探测红外光谱、稳态线性红外光谱和计算化学方法,对过渡金属羰基化合物Mn(CO)5Br和Re(CO)5Br的振动和结构动力学进行了研究. 借助羰基的两个伸缩振动峰(处于低频的A1模式和处于高频的简并E模式)进行了观测. 结果表明,在两个配合物中,A1和E模式振动峰的振动频率位置及频率差都与中心金属原子对羰基的键级和振动力常数的影响相关. 而A1模式比E模式的线宽宽一些,部分由于振动寿命的影响. 此外,从瞬态光谱中获得了振动模式依赖的对角非谐性常数,发现在两个羰基化合物中E模式的非谐性总是较小.  相似文献

本文通过第一性原理计算预测了P6222空间群中的两种新型第14族元素合金Si2Ge和SiGe2,系统研究了这两种合金的结构、稳定性、弹性各向异性、以及电子和热力学特性. P6222-Si2Ge和P6222-SiGe2具有六角对称结构,其声子谱和弹性常数表明这两种合金在常态环境压力下具有动力学和机械稳定性. P6222-Si2Ge和P6222-SiGe2的弹性各向异性通过杨氏模量的表面结构、剪切模量的等高面和泊松比的方向依赖性进行了详细的研究,同时也讨论和比较了与第14族元素同素异形体P6222-Si3P6222-Ge3的相关差异. 此外,通过对德拜温度和声速的测算,研究了P6222-Si2Ge和P6222-SiGe2的热力学特性.  相似文献

本文利用时间切片离子速度成像技术在134∽140 nm波段研究了OCS分子经由F 31Π里德堡态的真空紫外光解离动力学. 在选取的5个分别对应OCS(F 31Π, v1=0∽4)的伸缩振动激发的光解波长,实验测得了来自CO(X1Σ+)+S(1D2)产物通道的SS(1D2))实验影像,并获得了总平动能谱和CO(X1Σ+, v)共生产物的振动布居及角分布. 结果分析表明OCS分子解离生成CO(X1Σ+)+S(1D2)产物的过程经历了上态F 31Π 与C?v和Cs构型的下电子态间非绝热耦合过程. 实验结果显示了很强的波长相关性:OCS (F 31Π, v1)的较低转动激发态(v1=0∽2)和较高转动激发态(v1=3, 4)的CO(X1Σ+)产物的振动布居和角分布具有显著差异,表明该解离过程中具有不同的解离机理. 本结果提供了振动耦合可能对真空紫外光解离动力学产生关键作用的相关证据.  相似文献

本文利用电子衍射及高分辨点阵象实验方法证实了Ni3(Tix,V1-x)合金系在铸态下存在有9R,10H,16H,20H,21H,44H等长周期结构以及2H结构。它们与体心四方基体相(结构与Ni3V相同)及六角基体相(结构与Ni3Ti相同)有固定取向关系:{001}长周期∥{001}(Ni3Ti)∥{112}Ni3V);〈100〉长周期∥〈100〉(Ni3Ti)∥〈110〉(Ni3V)。样品经长期高温退火处理后其它长周期结构均向9R结构转变。 关键词:  相似文献

Ni3–xCr2x/3(PO4)2 (x=0 and 0.02) microcrystalline powders were obtained as single phases via a modified sol–gel Pechini-type in situ polymerizable complex method. The samples were characterized using scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, cathodoluminescence (CL), and thermoluminescence (TL) techniques. We found that Cr3+ doping modified the average particle and distribution. The mean particle size was 0.441 μm for Ni3(PO4)2 and 0.267 μm for Ni2.98Cr0.013(PO4)2. The results also reveal that Cr3+ doping notably enhanced the CL and TL UV-blue emission.  相似文献

Exchange charge model (ECM) of crystal field was used to calculate the crystal field parameters (CFPs) and model the energy levels for Ni2+ ion in LiGa5O8, MgF2 and AgCl crystals. Calculated energy levels (including splitting of the orbital triplets) are in good agreement with experimental absorption spectra. Covalent effects were shown to play an important role in all considered crystals. Bilinear forms built up from the overlap integrals between (Ni2+-Cl)→(Ni2+-O2−)→(Ni2+-F) pairs were considered a quantitative measure of the covalent (nephelauxetic) effects.  相似文献

Ethylene adsorption was studied by use of DFT/B3LYP with basis set 6-31G(d,p) in Gaussian’03 software. It was found that ethylene has adsorbed molecularly on all clusters with π adsorption mode. Relative energy values were calculated to be −50.86 kcal/mol, −20.48 kcal/mol, −32.44 kcal/mol and −39.27 kcal/mol for Ni13 nanocluster, Ni10(1 1 1), Ni13(1 0 0) and Ni10(1 1 0) surface cluster models, respectively. Ethylene adsorption energy is inversely proportional to Ni coordination number when Ni10(1 1 1), Ni13(1 0 0) and Ni10(1 1 0) cluster models and Ni13 nanocluster are compared with each other.  相似文献

Magnetic measurements (temperature and field dependence) on Heusler alloys Ni2(Ti, Mn)Sn and Co2(Ti, Mn)Sn were performed in the ferro- and para-magnetic region. In both systems the composition range was from x = 0 to x = 1. All the Co2(Ti, Mn)Sn samples are ferromagnetic; in the system Ni2Ti1?xMnxSn for x ? 0.2. Our interpretation of the magnetic data differs from that of previous authors.  相似文献

Binary (ZnO)0.5(P2O5)0.5 glasses doped with Eu2O3 and nanoparticles of Gd2O3:Eu were prepared by conventional melt-quench method and their luminescence properties were compared. Undoped (ZnO)0.5(P2O5)0.5 glass is characterized by a luminescent defect centre (similar to L-centre present in Na2O-SiO2 glasses) with emission around 324 nm and having an excited state lifetime of 18 ns. Such defect centres can transfer the energy to Eu3+ ions leading to improved Eu3+ luminescence from such glasses. Based on the decay curves corresponding to the 5D0 level of Eu3+ ions in both Gd2O3:Eu nanoparticles incorporated as well as Eu2O3 incorporated glasses, a significant clustering of Eu3+ ions taking place with the latter sample is confirmed. From the lifetime studies of the excited state of L-centre emission from (ZnO)0.5(P2O5)0.5 glass doped with Gd2O3:Eu nanoparticles, it is established that there exists weak energy transfer from L-centres to Eu3+ ions. Poor energy transfer from the defect centres to Eu3+ ions in Gd2O3:Eu nanoparticles doped (ZnO)0.5(P2O5)0.5 glass has been attributed to effective shielding of Eu3+ ions from the luminescence centre by Gd-O-P type of linkages, leading to an increased distance between luminescent centre and Eu3+ ions.  相似文献

The corrosion behavior of the intermetallic compounds homogenized, Ni3(Si,Ti) (L12: single phase) and Ni3(Si,Ti) + 2Mo (L12 and (L12 + Niss) mixture region), has been investigated using an immersion test, electrochemical method and surface analytical method (SEM; scanning electron microscope and EPMA: electron probe microanalysis) in 0.5 kmol/m3 H2SO4 and 0.5 kmol/m3 HCl solutions at 303 K. In addition, the corrosion behavior of a solution annealed austenitic stainless steel type 304 was studied under the same experimental conditions as a reference. It was found that the intergranular attack was observed for Ni3(Si,Ti) at an initial stage of the immersion test, but not Ni3(Si,Ti) + 2Mo, while Ni3(Si,Ti) + 2Mo had the preferential dissolution of L12 with a lower Mo concentration compared to (L12 + Niss) mixture region. From the immersion test and polarization curves, Ni3(Si,Ti) + 2Mo showed the lowest corrosion resistance in both solutions and Ni3(Si,Ti) had the highest corrosion resistance in the HCl solution, but not in the H2SO4 solution. For instance, it was found that unlike type 304 stainless steel, these intermetallic compounds were difficult to form a stable passive film in the H2SO4 solution. The results obtained were explained in terms of boron segregation at grain boundaries, Mo enrichment and film stability (or strength).  相似文献

用光电子能谱的方法研究了甲醇/TiO2(110)界面的电子结构.在激发波长为400 nm的双光子光电子能谱(2PPE)中,探测到了一个末态能量在费米能级以上5.5 eV的共振信号.之前的研究[Chem. Sci. 1, 575 (2010)]表明,这个共振信号与甲醇在5配位的钛离子(Ti5c)上的光催化解离相关.双光子光电子能谱同时携带初态和中间态的信息.为此设计了一个调谐激发光波长的2PPE实验以及一个单光子光电子能谱(1PPE)和2PPE对比的实验,结果一致表明这个共振信号来自于未占据的中间态,也就是激发态.能带色散关系测量表明这个激发态是局域的.时间分辨2PPE测得这个激发态的寿命是24 fs.  相似文献

A photoluminescence band with zero-phonon transitions at ? = 12438 cm-1 (this one subject to self-absorption) and at 12259 cm-1 has been detected with ZnS:Ni crystals. Based on the appearance of these two lines, on the similarity of the whole spectrum with the 3T2(F) → 3T1(F) Ni2+ luminescence, and on preparation evidence, this new emission is interpreted as the 3T1(P) → 3T1(F) transition of substitutional Ni2+(3d8) ions in a tetrahedral crystal field.  相似文献

Li[NixLi(1/3−2x/3)Mn(2/3−x/3)]O2 (X=0.17, 0.25, 0.33, 0.5) compounds are prepared by a simple combustion method. The Rietvelt analysis shows that these compounds could be classified as having the α-NaFeO2 structure. The initial charge-discharge and irreversible capacity increases with the decrease of x in Li[NixLi(1/3−2x/3)Mn(2/3−x/3)]O2. Indeed, Li[Ni0.50Mn0.50]O2 compound shows relatively low initial discharge capacity of 200 mAh/g and large capacity loss during cycling, with Li[Ni0.17Li0.22Mn0.61]O2 and Li[Ni0.25Li0.17Mn0.58]O2 compounds exhibit high initial discharge capacity over 245 mAh/g and stable cycle performance in the voltage range of 4.8 -2.0 V. On the other hand, XANES analysis shows that the oxidation state of Ni ion reversibly changes between Ni2+ and about Ni3+, while the oxidation state of Mn ion sustains Mn4+ during charge-discharge process. This result does not agree with the previously reported ‘electrochemistry model’ of Li[NixLi(1/3−2x/3)Mn(2/3−x/3)]O2, in which Ni ion changes between Ni2+ and NI4+. Based on these results, we modified oxidation-state change of Mn and Ni ion during charge-discharge process.  相似文献
