文章报道了关于外延生长中动力学各向异性导致有序取向转变的理论研究结果.以CoPt合金薄膜在Pt缓冲层上的外延生长为例,在生长温度适宜时,研究发现,随生长速率的加快,体系有序结构会逐渐从L10[001]有序过渡到L10[001]有序再发展到无序结构.基于这些机制,文章作者提出了一个制备有序取向周期变化超晶格的方法.  相似文献

The epitaxial growth has a distinct kinetic feature that the lateral surface diffusion is faster than the longitudinal bulk diffusion. We show there is an ordering-orientation transition of alloy films with the change of growth rate due to this kinetic anisotropy. As an example, we have calculated the epitaxial growth of CoPt alloy films on the Pt buffer layer. We show the ordered structure of CoPt films changes from the L1(0) [001] (a compositional modulation along the [001] direction) variant to the L1(0) [100] variant with the increase of growth rate. This ordering-orientation transition also occurs with the decrease of temperature at adequate growth rate. Based on this mechanism, we propose a simple method to synthesize the ordering-orientation superlattices.  相似文献

Monodispersed CoPt alloy nanoparticles were synthesized by a pulsed laser ablation (PLA) technique coupled with a low-pressure operating differential mobility analyzer (LP-DMA). The CoPt alloy nanoparticles were generated by laser ablating a solid Co–Pt target. In CoPt alloy nanoparticles synthesized from a target with a Co composition of 75 at%, the nanoparticle surfaces were covered by an oxide layer and exhibited a core-shell structure. In contrast, no shell was observed in particles generated from a target with a Co:Pt ratio of 50:50 at%. According to an EDX analysis, the compositions of the individual nanoparticles were almost the same as that of the target material. Finally, the magnetic hysteresis loops of the CoPt alloy nanoparticles exhibited ferromagnetism.  相似文献

利用磁控溅射方法制备多层膜后,再经热处理得到Co-Pt-C颗粒膜.热处理使Co-Pt颗粒从非晶相转向fcc CoPt3和fct CoPt稳定有序相,C则保持非晶态.Pt成分占Co,Pt总体积的70%时,膜的矫顽力Hc可超过400?kA/m.C插层厚度为0.2—0.6nm时,Hc最大,且在磁滞回线上出现“肩膀”.分析认为这是由于存在两个磁性不同的Co-Pt晶相,受C成分比的影响,使它们之间的耦合性质和强度不同造成的. 关键词: Co Pt C 磁滞回线 颗粒膜  相似文献

The effect of magnetic field annealing of magnetron sputtered CoPt alloy films and Co/Pt bilayers on the crystallographic texture of the obtained chemically ordered (L10) CoPt films is presented. In CoPt alloy films the main effect of the magnetic field is to suppress (1 1 1) growth in the early stages of L10 formation whereas the development of (0 0 1) versus (1 0 0) texture is related to chemical ordering strain. A higher degree of (0 0 1) texture is obtained by magnetically annealing Co/Pt bilayers since the initial (1 1 1) texture in the as-sputtered films is avoided and Co-Pt alloying occurs in the presence of the magnetic field.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

We have used polarized neutron reflectivity, X-ray diffraction, X-ray reflectivity and magneto-optical Kerr effect in polar configuration to study the properties of ultrathin Pt/Co/Pt films. Structures consisting of a 5-nm thick Pt buffer, 3-nm thick Co layer and 5-nm thick Pt cover layer were deposited onto (0001)-oriented Al2O3 substrate by the molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) method. Irreversible modifications of film properties, resulting from its illumination by single femtosecond laser pulses, of duration of 40 fs and wavelength of 800 nm, were observed and analyzed. As prepared films exhibited magnetization in-plane, but after laser irradiation, the direction of magnetization was rotated to out-of-plane state. Formation of Co–Pt alloy phase caused by quasi-uniform film irradiation was demonstrated by the results of X-ray and neutron scattering measurements. Moreover, polarized neutron and X-ray reflectivity data showed that after illumination Co was distributed mostly in the area of nominal Co layer and Pt cover layer and its diffusion into the Pt buffer was less significant.  相似文献

This paper describes the effect of 5-nm thick platinum (Pt), aluminum (Al) and silicon oxide (SiOx) capping layers on the static and dynamic magnetic properties of 400-nm thick polycrystalline YIG films deposited on a Pt buffer layer. Both static and dynamic magnetic properties of Pt capped YIG film are totally different among all YIG films. Namely, the squareness of the magnetization curve for Pt capped YIG film increases, indicating that Pt capped YIG film is magnetically softer than other YIG films. Interestingly, the effective Gilbert damping parameter of Pt capped YIG films is about four times as large as those of other YIG films, and its value is approximately 9.52 × 10−4. However, the value of Gilbert damping is 2.55 × 10−4, 3.46 × 10−4 and 3.85 × 10−4 respectively for no capping, SiOx capping and Al capping samples respectively. This huge change in Gilbert damping parameter is mainly originating from the spin pumping effect, which arises at the interface of a material having strong spin orbit interaction such as Pt. Moreover, the enourmous increase in the value of effective anisotropic field and decrese in effective saturation magnetization indicates interface anisotropy is induced in Pt capped sample. These results suggest that the static and dynamic magnetic properties of YIG film can be controlled by selecting an appropriate capping layer.  相似文献

Influence of Ni content on the microstructure and magnetic and magneto-optical (MO) properties of sputtered (Co1-xNix)Pt3 alloy films has been investigated by means of Kerr spectrometer, Kerr hysteresis looper, X-ray diffractometer (XRD), and atomic force microscopy (AFM). On the whole, the addition of Ni to the CoPt3 alloy film simultaneously decreases the Curie temperature TC and the Kerr rotation angle θK, but the decrease of TC with Ni content is more visible. When the Ni content x is increased from 0 to 0.33, TC decreases from 273 ○C to 233 ○C, whereas the decrease of θK is quite limited and the film still preserves a strong perpendicular magnetic anisotropy (PMA) and a high coercivity, indicating that the (Co1-xNix)Pt3 alloy film with x=0.33 can be used for practical MO applications. Further increase of Ni content decreases the θK significantly and destroys the PMA. XRD and AFM studies show that adding a small amount of Ni in the CoPt3 alloy film will promote the growth of grains and roughen the film surface, and thus enhance the coercivity of the film. We observe also that both the coercivity and PMA are not sensitive to the (111) preferred orientation of the (Co1-xNix )Pt3 alloy films.  相似文献

For high-density magnetic recording media, this study examined the crystal structure and the texture of electrodeposited cobalt–platinum (Co–Pt) films on Ru buffer layer. A 15-nm-thick Co–Pt film exhibited very high out-of-plane coercivity and squareness, which were 6248 Oe and 0.89, respectively. The coercivity, Hc, of Co–Pt films grown on Ru buffer layer decreased significantly with increasing thickness, possibly due to the lattice misfit of 5.4% between Co–Pt and Ru, leading to the decrease of perpendicular magnetic anisotropy (PMA) of Co–Pt films as indicated by the observed hexagonal-closed-packed (HCP) (1 1¯ 0 1) plane of Co–Pt films. According to nano beam diffraction pattern (NBDP), however, Co–Pt film grown on Ru layer of HCP exhibited mixed HCP and FCC phases. Also, cross-sectional TEM image suggests that the high PMA may result from the columnar structure of physically isolated Co–Pt grains with the c-axis perpendicular to the film plane.  相似文献

Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3PbTiO3 (PMNT) thin films on Pt/TiO2/SiO2/Si substrates with and without a LaNiO3 (LNO) buffer layer have been prepared using a sol–gel method. Structures and electrical properties of these two films have been investigated and compared. Highly (111)-oriented PMNT thin films with a certain amount of pyrochlore phase are obtained on bare Pt electrodes. On the contrary, (100)-oriented PMNT thin films with pure perovskite phase are formed on Pt electrodes with a LNO buffer layer. Cracks are found in the former but not in the latter. The dielectric constant of PMNT thin films on LNO-buffer Pt electrodes is larger than that on bare Pt electrodes. A great lowering of the leakage current is observed in the films with a LNO buffer layer. The improvement in the electrical properties is attributed to both the elimination of cracks and the suppression of pyrochlore phase in the films. PACS 77.84.Dy; 77.80.-e; 77.22.Gm  相似文献

用磁过滤脉冲真空电弧沉积方法制备了CoPt(FePt) C纳米复合薄膜,并在不同温度下进行了退火处理,研究了薄膜中碳的含量以及退火温度对薄膜结构与磁性能的影响.制备态薄膜经过足够高的温度退火后,x射线衍射和磁力显微镜分析发现,在碳基质中生成了面心四方相的CoPt(FePt)纳米颗粒.对于特定组分为Co24Pt31C45和Fe43Pt35C22的薄膜,矫顽力以及颗粒尺寸都随退火温度的升高而增大,当退火温度为700℃时,Co24Pt31C45薄膜的矫顽力为21×105A/m,晶粒尺寸为17nm;当退火温度为650℃时,Fe43Pt35C22相应值分别为28×105A/m和105nm. 关键词: 磁记录材料 磁性薄膜 CoPt FePt纳米复合薄膜  相似文献

CoPt/Ag and [C/CoPt]n/Ag thin films have been prepared onto the glass substrates by magnetron sputtering. We investigated the evolution of texture and magnetic properties of CoPt/Ag and [C/CoPt]n/Ag films. The results show that C-doping plays an important role in improving (0 0 1) texture, improving the order parameter S, reducing the intergrain interactions, and making the magnetization reversal mechanism more close to Stoner-Wolfarth rotational mechanism. The growth mechanism of (0 0 1) texture also seems to be related strongly to the films thickness. Our results show that the highly (0 0 1)-oriented films with ordered fct phase have a significant potential for the perpendicular media of extremely high-density recording.  相似文献

CoPt alloy clusters are promising candidates for catalysts in fuel-cell applications because of their enhanced catalytic performances compared with pure Pt clusters. In this article, an improved Basin-Hopping Monte Carlo (BHMC) algorithm is proposed to optimize the stable structures of CoPt clusters with different sizes and compositions, and the Spark parallel framework is employed to accelerate the structural optimizations. The results show that the improved BHMC algorithm has higher probability to find the lowest-energy structure and more rapid convergence than the traditional BHMC one. Through the comparison of different threads during Spark parallel computing, it is found that the acceleration ratio increases with the thread number while decreases for large cluster due to the limitation of the resource allocation. By investigating the optimized structures of CoPt clusters, it is revealed that for small CoPt clusters, the most stable structures exhibit a wide variety at different Co/Pt ratios; for large CoPt clusters, however, their structures are independent of the Co/Pt ratios and close to the results of their monometallic counterparts. Besides, for all the CoPt clusters, Pt atoms tend to distribute near the surface and Co atoms are generally located in the interior.  相似文献

研究了有机染料酞菁铜(CuPc)真空蒸镀薄膜在可见及近红外区域的吸收光谱和光学常数,发现酞菁铜薄膜在550-750nm波长范围内具有较强的吸收,在静态测试仪上测试了酞菁铜薄膜的光存储记录特性,发现用低功率氦氖激光照样品时薄膜反射率变化较大,在酞菁记录层上覆盖金属反射层将提高写入激光的阈值能量并且增大反射率的对比度。  相似文献

采用原位模板结合化学还原法制备了一维CoPt纳米棒,扫描电子显微镜(SEM)结果表明CoPt纳米棒平均直径为166.3 nm,长度在1.0~5.0μm之间。以CO为探针分子,在固/气界面研究了CoPt纳米棒的红外光学性质,并同本体Pt电极进行对比分析。原位固/气红外光谱结果表明,吸附态CO(COad)在本体Pt上为正常红外吸收,而CoPt纳米棒在GC基底上表现出异常红外效应(AIREs),当CoPt纳米棒负载到高反射率的金基底上可以得到相同的结论,说明CoPt纳米棒表现出异常红外效应是有材料本身的性质,与反射基底无关。论文从固/气界面进一步验证了一维纳米材料的异常红外效应,有助于加深对低维纳米材料异常红外光学性能的理解。  相似文献

(110)-textured MgO films were grown on Si (100) with etching and without etching by pulsed laser deposition. The deposited MgO films were shown to be droplets-free. The MgO film was used as a buffer layer to further grow Pt film on Si (100). A completely (110)-oriented Pt film was obtained on such a buffer layer and its surface is very smooth with a roughness of about 7.5 nm over 5×5 μm. Pt/Co/Hf multilayers were prepared by magnetron sputtering, and the magnetic anisotropy was effectively regulated by Hf thickness and heat treatment in Pt/Co/Hf films. The interface microstructures were characterized. The influence of the interface microstructure on magnetic properties was studied. The results show that the magnetic anisotropy in Pt/Co/Hf films is closely related to the interface microstructure, which is influenced by Hf thickness and the heat treatment temperature. Microstructure analysis shows that after the Pt(3)/Co(1.5)/Hf(1) film is heat-treated, the CoOx content increases, more CoPt(111) forms, the interface is smoother and sharper, and the roughness of the Co/Hf interface decreases. Several factors work together to cause the magnetic anisotropy of the sample to change from in-plane magnetic anisotropy (IMA)to perpendicular magnetic anisotropy (PMA).  相似文献

The crystal structure and hysteretic magnetic properties of equiatomic single-crystal CoPt films applied on MgO substrates by magnetron sputtering, as well as modification of these properties by thermal annealing, are studied. Heat-treated films of thickness in the range 2<d≤16 nm exhibit perpendicular magnetic anisotropy. A correlation between the crystalline anisotropy constant of the CoPt films and the order parameter of the LI0 superstructure in these alloys is found. The effect of a single-crystalline MgO substrate on the structure and magnetic properties of equiatomic CoPt films is revealed.  相似文献

Effects of the BiFe0.95Mn0.05O3 thickness and a SrRuO3 (SRO) buffer layer on the microstructure and electrical properties of BiFeO3/BiFe0.95Mn0.05O3 (BFO/BFMO) bilayered thin films were investigated, where BFO/BFMO bilayered thin films were fabricated on the SRO/Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si(100) substrate by a radio frequency sputtering. All thin films are of a pure perovskite structure with a mixture of (110) and (111) orientations regardless of the BFMO layer thickness. Dense microstructure is demonstrated in all thin films because of the introduction of BFMO layers. The SRO buffer layer can also further improve the ferroelectric properties of BFO/BFMO bilayered thin films as compared with those of these thin films without a SRO buffer layer. The BFO/BFMO bilayered thin film with a thickness ratio of 220/120 has an enhanced ferroelectric behavior of 2P r??165.23???C/cm2 and 2E c??518.56?kV/cm, together with a good fatigue endurance. Therefore, it is an effective way to enhance the ferroelectric and fatigue properties of bismuth ferrite thin films by constructing such a bilayered structure and using a SRO buffer layer.  相似文献
