本文采用尺寸选择的负离子光电子能谱与高精度理论计算,对AlnC4-/0(n=2∽4))团簇的结构和成键性质进行了研究. Al2C4-团簇负离子的最稳定结构是一个C2v对称的平面结构,其中两个C2单元与两个铝原子分别相连. Al2C4-团簇负离子的次稳定结构是一个线型结构,两个铝原子位于C4线型结构两端,能量仅比最稳定结构高0.05 eV. 中性Al2C4团簇是一个线型结构. Al3C4-团簇负离子是一个平面结构,其中三个铝原子分别与两个C2单元相连. 而中性Al3C4团簇则是一个V字型结构. Al4C4-团簇负离子和中性Al4C4团簇均为C2h对称的平面结构,四个铝原子分别位于两个C2单元的末端. AlnC4-/0(n=2∽4))团簇负离子的自适应自然密度配分的分析结果表明这些团簇中铝原子与C2单元之间的化学键具有σ和π键特征.  相似文献

本研究利用质谱和密度泛函理论计算研究了CuC3H-团簇阴离子与CO的反应. 实验结果指出CO与团簇CuC3H-中的C3H-部分偶联可生成唯一产物COC3H-. 此反应的活性和选择性远高于团簇CuC3-与CO的反应. 理论计算结果进一步明确了H辅助的C-C偶联反应.  相似文献

利用密度泛函理论通过计算吸附能量、HOMO/LUMO能隙变化、电荷转移、结构扭曲等研究二氧化氮分子在B12N12纳米笼的吸附.此外,通过计算B12N12的电子结合能、Gibbs自由能、态密度和分子表面的静电势研究其稳定性和其它特性.B12N12纳米笼吸附二氧化氮显示三种构型.B12N12团簇的HOMO/LUMO能隙变化对二氧化氮分子的存在非常敏感,从自由团簇的6.84 eV降为NO2/团簇稳定团簇的3.23 eV.团簇的导电性被极大地提高,表明B12N12纳米簇可能是潜在的二氧化氮气体分子检测传感器.  相似文献

本文利用尺寸选择的负离子光电子能谱和理论计算探索Au2Gen-/0 (n=1∽8)团簇的结构演化和电子性质. 通过比较理论模拟谱与实验谱,并使用CCSD(T)理论方法计算异构体的相对能量,从而确定金锗混合团簇的全局最小结构. 本文发现Au2Gen-/0 (n=1∽8)团簇的两个Au原子具有较高的配位数和较弱的亲金相互作用. 负离子团簇和中性团簇的最稳定结构分别处于自旋双重态和自旋单重态. 除了Au2Ge4-/0和Au2Ge5-/0,负离子团簇和中性团簇的全局最小结构具有相似的结构特点. Au2Ge1-/0团簇是一个C2v对称的V形结构,而Au2Ge2-/0团簇是一个C2v对称的双桥连结构. Au2Ge1-负离子团簇是两个Au原子盖帽的Ge4四面体结构,而Au2Ge4中性团簇是两个Au原子盖帽的Ge4菱形结构. Au2Ge5∽8-/0团簇主要采用三棱柱、四棱柱、及五棱柱结构. Au2Ge6是一个C2v对称的四棱柱结构,并表现出σ和π双键性质.  相似文献

氮气分子的吸附和活化是固氮研究中的重要过程. 近年来过渡金属氮化物由于在合成氨催化研究中的优异表现而受到广泛关注. 但是,氮化物物种与氮气分子在高温下反应的微观机制仍然不清楚,而该过程对于认识反应中的温度效应以及缩小气相团簇体系和凝聚相体系间的差距具有重要意义. 本文使用质谱观测到氮化钽团簇阴离子Ta314N3-15N2在高温下(393∽593 K)发生15N/14N同位素交换而产生14N2/15N14N. 结合理论计算,阐述了同位素交换反应的微观机理以及升高温度对于N2在Ta3N3-上解离吸附的促进作用. 而在对比实验体系Ta314N4-/15N2中,观察到升高温度只能加速15N2在吸附产物Ta314N415N2-上的脱附. 这是由于氮空位是氮化物物种活化氮气的必要条件,而Ta3N4-中由于不存在氮空位因此不能活化和解离氮气. 该研究为合成氨中氮化物物种中氮空位的作用提供了重要信息并且为固氮研究中高效催化剂的设计提供了线索.  相似文献

本文测量了AuCn- (n=3-8)的光电子能谱,并且对AuCn-/0 (n=3-8)的结构和性质进行了理论研究. 研究发现,AuCn-的光电子能谱表现出明显的奇偶交替变化,AuC3-、AuC5-、AuC7-的光电子能谱峰明显宽于AuC4-、AuC6-、AuC8-的光电子能谱峰,AuC3-、AuC5-、AuC7-的电子垂直脱附能低于AuC4-、AuC6-、AuC8-的电子垂直脱附能. AuCn- (n=3-8)的最稳定结构是链状结构. 在中性团簇AuCn(n=3-8)中,除了AuC$3和AuC5的结构轻微弯曲外,其他团簇均是直线型结构. 理论计算的∠AuCC角度,Au-C键长和Au原子的电荷分布均呈现奇偶变化,与实验观测一致.  相似文献

使用配有团簇产生和化学反应源的飞行时间质谱装置,研究了锆氧阴离子团簇ZrxOy-与乙烷和丁烷的反应. 在反应中发现了Zr2O5H-和Zr3O7H-产物. 用密度泛函理论研究了乙烷在Zr2O5-上的反应通道,发现乙烷脱氢反应可以发生,从而证明观察到的产物是源于脱氢反应. 该工作揭示了锆氧负离子团簇与烷烃反应中的新通道.  相似文献

Theoretical investigation of low-lying electronic states and B3Σu-X3Σg- transition properties of selenium dimer using size-extensivity singly and doubly excitation multireference configuration interaction theory with nonrelativistic all-electron basis set and relativistic effective core potential plus its split valence basis set is presented in this paper. The spectroscopic constants of ten low-lying Λ-S bound states have been obtained and compared with experiments. Spin-orbit calculations for coupling between B3Σu- sates and repulsive 1Πu, 5Πu states have been made to interpret the predissociation mechanisms of the B3Σu- state. The lifetimes of B3Σu- (v=0~6) have been calculated with scalar relativistic effects included or excluded, respectively, and reasonably agree with experimental values.  相似文献

We describe here four kinds of defects found in Nd2CuO4 and Nd1.815Ce0.185CuO4 single crystals grown by the traveling solvent floating zone method. These defects include: (1) cracks, (2) inclusions, (3) gas bubbles and (4) uneven distribution of Ce4+. The formation mechanism of these defects and the measures of eliminating these defects are discussed. It is thought that the preparation of raw materials and stringent growth conditions are necessary to obtain high quality of Nd2CuO4 and Nd1.815Ce0.185CuO4 single crystals.  相似文献

Ammonium dihydrogen phosphate NH4H2PO4 (ADP) is an antiferroelectric (AFE) compound belonging to the KDP-type family of hydrogen-bonded ferroelectrics. Recent ab initio results have shown that the optimization of the N–H–O bridges in ADP leads to the stabilization of the AFE state over a FE one. However, electron spin probe measurements have suggested that microregions of both phases may coexist above the critical antiferroelectric–paraelectric transition temperature. We have performed first principles studies of the energetics and relative stability of different AFE and FE defects embedded in a paraelectric (PE) matrix of ADP. Our analysis indicates that FE and AFE clusters are stable and may coexist in the PE phase, thus confirming the above suggestion.  相似文献

The results of molecular beam Fourier transform microwave (FTMW) investigations of the van der Waals complexes of difluoromethane with 1,1-difluoroethene (DFE) and trifluoroethene (TFE) are reported. The rotational parameters of the complexes have been interpreted in terms of a Cs geometry with the two H or F atoms of CH2F2 lying out of the σv symmetry plane of the complexes. The complexes are bound by three hydrogen bonds, of which one is the stronger C-F?H-C type, and two are the weaker C-H?F?H-C or C-F?H?F-C types for DFM-DFE or DFM-TFE, respectively. The most notable difference in the two complexes is that the out of plane atoms are two hydrogens for DFM-DFE, but are two fluorines for DFM-TFE. Additional information on the structure and hydrogen bonding has been obtained from ab initio calculations.  相似文献

A rigorous theoretical model for In 0.53 Ga 0.47 As/InP single photon avalanche diode is utilized to investigate the dependences of single photon quantum efficiency and dark count probability on structure and operation condition.In the model,low field impact ionizations in charge and absorption layers are allowed,while avalanche breakdown can occur only in the multiplication layer.The origin of dark counts is discussed and the results indicate that the dominant mechanism that gives rise to dark counts depends on both device structure and operating condition.When the multiplication layer is thicker than a critical thickness or the temperature is higher than a critical value,generation-recombination in the absorption layer is the dominative mechanism;otherwise band-to-band tunneling in the multiplication layer dominates the dark counts.The thicknesses of charge and multiplication layers greatly affect the dark count and the peak single photon quantum efficiency and increasing the multiplication layer width may reduce the dark count probability and increase the peak single photon quantum efficiency.However,when the multiplication layer width exceeds 1 μm,the peak single photon quantum efficiency increases slowly and it is finally saturated at the quantum efficiency of the single photon avalanche diodes.  相似文献

A shell model for KH2PO4 (KDP), the prototype compound of the family of H-bonded ferroelectric materials, has been constructed by adjusting the interaction parameters to first-principles calculations. Structural properties, energy barriers, phonons, and the relative stability between the ferroelectric (FE) phase and a relevant antiferroelectric metastable structure associated to domain walls, compare very favorably to available first-principles and experimental data. Molecular dynamics simulations show that the model behaves satisfactorily within the FE phase. This model will be used to study the elusive structure of the paraelectric (PE) phase and the nature of the FE–PE phase transition.  相似文献

Laser ablated boron atoms have been reacted with hydrogen sulfide and the reaction products condensed with argon at 4 K, which gave BS2, BS2-, HSBS, and HBS molecules. Reagent isotopic substitution (H2S, H234S, D2S, 10B, 11B) and variation of boron and hydrogen sulfide concentrations have been used to identify the major products. Both BS2- and BS2 were identified as linear molecules with no significant difference in the structure parameters, but the B-S anti-symmetric stretching vibration of BS2 is significantly lower than that of BS2-, which is ascribed to pseudo Jahn-Teller effect. Theoretical calculation was employed to have an insight into the interaction nature of the bonds in the corresponding products.  相似文献

本文通过分析不同几何配置下的偏振拉曼光谱对非线性光学晶体的晶格振动模式进行了研究. 首先根据因子群分析,将晶体的振动模按晶体对称群的不可约表示进行分类,其次测量了晶体在10–1600 cm-1范围内,不同几何配置下的偏振拉曼光谱,并在此基础上指认了晶体的晶格振动模式. 300 cm-1以下的振动峰,归结为晶体的外振动,来自[BiO6],[ZnO4],[BO4]和[BO3]原子基团的平动和转动;300cm-1以上为晶体的内振动,主要与Bi-O,和Zn-O键振动有关. 晶体拉曼光谱中最高振动频率达到1407 cm-1,被指认为[BO3]三角形中B-O键的伸缩振动,体现了[BO3]基团中高的电子非局域化程度. 关键词: 2ZnOB2O6单晶')" href="#">Bi2ZnOB2O6单晶 偏振拉曼光谱 振动模式  相似文献

We report experimental studies on enhancing the magnetoelectric (ME) coupling of Co4Nb2O9 by substituting the non-magnetic metal Mg for Co. A series of single crystal Co4−xMgxNb2O9 (x = 0, 1, 2, 3) with a single-phase corundum-type structure are synthesized using the optical floating zone method, and the good quality and crystallographic orientations of the synthesized samples are confirmed by the Laue spots and sharp XRD peaks. Although the Néel temperatures (TN) of the Mg substituted crystals decrease slightly from 27 K for pure Co4Nb2O9 to 19 K and 11 K for Co3MgNb2O9 and Co2Mg2Nb2O9, respectively, the ME coupling is doubly enhanced by Mg substitution when x = 1. The ME coefficient αME of Co3MgNb2O9 required for the magnetic field (electric field) control of electric polarization (magnetization) is measured to be 12.8 ps/m (13.7 ps/m). These results indicate that the Mg substituted Co4−xMgxNb2O9 (x = 1) could serve as a potential candidate material for applications in future logic spintronics and logic devices.  相似文献
