磁性和非磁性层交替重构成的金属磁性多层膜常具有巨磁电阻效应,其中每层膜约几个纳米厚。出现巨磁电阻效应的基本条件是:在外磁场下相邻磁层磁化强度取向发生对变化。巨磁电阻效应的物理起源是,其自旋与局域磁化强度平行和反平行的电子受到的散射不同,散射的不同既要嗵来自获射中收的特性,又可能源于两种自旋电子的能态密度的差异。由于信息存储技术中磁电阻“读出”磁头有巨大的应用前景,巨磁电阻效应引起了人们的极大兴趣。 相似文献

A recently developed theory for the motion of a classical particle in a random array of scatterers is improved and extended to discuss the effects of weak and intermediate magnetic fields. By deriving expressions for the general relaxation kernels it is shown that only the current relaxation kernel is the physical relevant one diverging at the percolation edge. The percolation density and localization length turn out to be independent of the magnetic field. A negative magneto resistance at low scatterer density, a positive magneto resistance at larger density and a non classical Hall coefficient are obtained. For the velocity correlation spectrum a shift of the cyclotron resonance to higher frequency and a new low frequency side peak is predicted. 相似文献

The present paper, based on semi-classical Boltzmann equation, aims to investigate the effects of Rashba and Dresselhaus spin orbit interaction and impurities on domain wall anisotropic magneto resistance. It has been shown that the mentioned effects play a remarkable role in anisotropic magneto resistance of electron current in domain walls. It was also concluded that while an increase in Rashba coupling strength can effectively enhance anisotropic magneto resistance of the domain wall, an increase in the wave-vector and exchange interaction leads to their decrease. 相似文献

用真空蒸镀方法制备了[Fe/Cr],[Fe/Cr/Si]和[Fe/Si]多层膜.研究了Cr层、Si层和Cr+Si层厚度变化对层间耦合和磁电阻的影响.Fe层厚为2nm,Cr层厚度变化存在耦合振荡和巨磁电阻及其振荡.磁电阻值为14.6%(4.2K).在Cr层中加入一半Si层或全部由Si层替代,振荡消失,磁电阻减小到千分之几.根据掺Si层后多层膜的电阻率变化,认为Si加入使非磁层中自由电子数减少,随之极化效应也变弱,导致振荡消失,磁电阻大为降低

The exchange bias properties of nanopatterned thin films of Co, on top of which a native Co-oxide layer develops spontaneously,
are studied by means of magnetic and magneto-resistance measurements. Both continuous and patterned films are investigated,
the latter in the form of antidot arrays prepared with the self-assembling polystyrene nanospheres technique. The obtained
antidot arrays are in the hexagonal close-packed configuration and cover a surface area of several square millimetres. Nanopatterned
samples turn out to have a very good repeatability of their magnetic and magneto-resistive properties. The presence of a native
oxide is responsible for the development of an exchange bias effect at temperatures below ~150 K, which has been reported
both on hysteresis loops and on magneto-resistance curves; these consist of a superposition of an anisotropic magneto resistance
(AMR) effect and a giant magneto-resistance (GMR)-like effect. The determination of the bias field by means of the two different
sets of data is consistent and gives a complete picture of the phenomenology in this kind of nanopatterned magnetic systems. 相似文献

Susceptibility measurements on CeAl3 down to 0.5 K show both the absence of magnetic ordering and a reduced effective moment such as found in dilute Kondo alloys. The resistance decreases a factor of 30 below the maximum at T = 37 K and the magneto resistance which is negative above 0.5 K apparently becomes positive for T < 0.5 K. 相似文献
