通过调用ABAQUS子程序引入修正的靶板J-C本构模型和修正的应力三轴度三分段式失效准则,开展了平头、卵形弹0°~60°斜撞击单层Q235钢薄靶的数值仿真计算,分析了弹体头部形状、撞击角度对靶板防护性能及失效模式的影响,同时对弹体击穿靶板后的角度偏转问题进行了分析,并提出了一个改进的角度偏转半理论模型。结果发现:平头弹在各个撞击角度下较卵形弹更容易击穿靶板;靶板的防护性能与弹体造成的靶板损伤及失效模式紧密相关,单层靶板在平头弹以同一角度分别低速和高速斜撞击后具有不同的失效模式,而在卵形弹斜撞击下失效模式相差不大;仿真与实验结果吻合较好。 相似文献

从转换判据和时间步长控制两个方面对光滑粒子流体动力学-有限元(SPH-FEM)转换算法进行改进,采用改进的SPH-FEM转换算法对7.62 mm步枪弹冲击特殊热处理的30CrMnSiA钢板进行全尺寸三维数值计算,将子弹在冲击过程中发生严重畸变的有限单元转换为SPH粒子继续参与计算.子弹采用弹塑性模型,靶板采用修正的Johnson-Cook强度模型和Gruneisen状态方程.针对不同的子弹初速,计算靶板盘形凹陷和冲塞两种破坏模式,计算结果与实验结果吻合较好.表明改进的SPH-FEM转换算法能够合理高效地利用有限单元和SPH粒子,为低强度子弹冲击高强度靶板的计算提供一种有效途径. 相似文献

以钢/铝双硬度爆炸焊接复合靶为研究对象,采用系列弹道实验和数值模拟方法,研究了其在球形弹丸垂直侵彻作用下的抗侵彻性能。侵彻实验利用直径为14.5mm的滑膛枪发射直径为6mm的钢质球形弹丸;采用LS-DYNA3D非线性有限元程序和有限元-光滑粒子流体动力学(FE-SPH)耦合法,进行数值模拟。基于实验和数值模拟结果,分析了不同靶板的毁伤机理和破坏模式,以及靶板厚度、强度等因素对复合靶抗侵彻性能的影响。结果表明:在球形弹丸的垂直侵彻作用下,钢面板发生剪切冲塞破坏,铝背板发生延性扩孔破坏;对于双层靶而言,钢面板与铝背板的厚度比约为2/3时,复合靶的抗侵彻性能最差;数值计算结果与实验结果吻合良好,表明FE-SPH耦合算法可较好地预测双层复合靶板的抗侵彻性能。 相似文献

钢中的脆硬粒子对钢的解理脆断有直接的影响,解理断裂源大都发生在脆硬粒子上.根据微裂纹形成的热力学模型,利用钢中脆硬粒子开裂时所释放的弹性应变能、位错塞积弹性能,所产生的表面能,对脆硬粒子裂纹形成机理进行分析.模型计算表明,正应力和位错塞积力都是脆硬粒子开裂的必要条件,这与实验事实相符;同时给出脆硬粒子开裂的临界条件计算方法,计算发现,脆硬粒子临界开裂应力不仅取决于脆硬粒子尺寸及表面能,而且与晶粒直径有一定的相关关系,当晶粒直径较小时,这种关系与实验测定的材料解理断裂应力与晶粒尺寸的关系一致,说明整体失稳解

This article presents computed results of the U. S. Army Research Laboratory (ARL) 14.5 mm BS41 projectile impacting steel
targets with varying impact conditions. The ARL BS41 is a complex projectile that includes a soft metal jacket, lead filler,
inert powder and a high-strength tungsten carbide (WC) core. The WC core includes a nominal 6 wt% cobalt binder (WC-.06Co)
producing significant ductility in compression but very little in tension. Recent 3D numerical algorithm advancements and
a more accurate material model for WC produce computed results that are in good agreement with experimental results. The computed
results demonstrate the ability to reproduce several key observations: the stripping of the steel jacket, lead filler and
inert powder when impacting thin and thick steel targets; rigid body penetration of the WC core into thin and thick steel
targets for normal impact; severe fracture and fragmentation of the core when impacting obliquely; and core fracture due to
a yaw angle at impact. The computed results may also explain why the core fractures at low obliquities and shatters at high
obliquities. Experimental data are also discussed and compared to the computed results. 相似文献

钢板被广泛用于构建防护结构,大量文献报道了单层金属靶的防护性能,而对双层金属靶,特别是大间隙双层金属靶,报道的却很少。在轻气炮上进行了平头杆弹体正撞击由两层5 mm厚A3钢板组成的接触式和具有200 mm间隙的间隙式双层靶的实验研究,得到了两种结构的初始-剩余速度曲线。实验表明:(1)两种形式双层靶均发生了充塞剪切;(2)接触式双层靶的弹道极限是5 mm单层A3靶的1.92倍;(3) 间隙式双层靶的抗侵彻性能具有较大的分散性,通过高速摄像和对回收靶板的分析表明,该分散性产生的原因是,弹体贯穿第一层靶后存在两种典型弹道状态;(4)间隙式双层靶存在两个弹道极限;(5)接触式双层靶的弹道极限接近或者大于间隙式双层靶的弹道极限。使用ABAQUS/EXPLICIT有限元软件进行了相应的数值模拟,得到了与实验一致的现象和结果。 相似文献

考虑弹丸在钢筋交汇处与钢筋直接发生作用的情况,提出了弹丸侵彻钢筋混凝土的近似模型。利用该模型得到了弹丸侵彻钢筋混凝土过程中弹丸的加速度时间历程。计算结果与实验结果符合较好。用该模型分析了不同配筋结构、配筋尺寸和网眼尺寸对侵彻深度和侵彻过程的影响,结果表明:弹丸从钢筋交汇处侵彻时,当弹丸动能相对较小时,随着网眼尺寸的减小,弹丸的大部分能量均消耗在侵彻第一层配筋结构中,当弹丸动能较大时,不管网眼尺寸多大,第一层配筋均只消耗掉弹丸的部分能量;配筋直径和网眼尺寸对侵彻深度的影响较大。 相似文献

超空泡射弹侵彻问题的实质是特殊水下结构受到高速冲击载荷作用下的动态响应。对12.7 mm口径超空泡射弹侵彻典型水下目标壳体的毁伤效果开展研究,基于LS-DYNA有限元分析软件建立水环境中超空泡射弹垂直侵彻曲面靶板的等效模型,探讨射弹侵彻过程中动能侵彻和气泡溃灭对靶板联合毁伤效果,获得了靶板在各阶段的应力变化和结构变形规律。结果表明:侵彻靶板前,射弹着靶速度为200 m/s时的头部表面水介质压力峰值达768 N,靶板表面有明显下凹变形;侵彻靶板时,伴随着射弹动能侵彻和气泡溃灭冲击,水介质造成的影响不足动能侵彻的2%;侵彻靶板后,在靶板正面形成峰值速度为42 m/s的水射流进一步作用于破口;靶板整体弯曲变形,在200~300 m/s范围内,随着射弹着靶速度的增加,靶板弯曲形变量减小;靶板局部发生延性穿孔,射弹在水环境中具有更好的破口效果,射弹速度变化对破口尺寸影响不大。 相似文献

采用显式动态有限元商业软件ABAQUS/Explicit对可变形卵形弹丸正贯穿和斜贯穿有限厚度铝合金靶的过程进行了有限元数值模拟。根据空穴膨胀理论,将靶体对侵彻的影响用一个作用在弹体表面的力函数代替,同时考虑了有限厚度靶自由表面的影响,并对空穴膨胀得到的力函数进行了修正。这样在进行数值模拟时就无需对靶体划分网格,也避免了复杂的接触问题,从而使模拟大为简化。最后,用VAR4340钢弹贯穿6061-T651铝合金靶板得到的数值模拟结果与实验结果进行了比较,二者基本吻合。 相似文献

Spray cooling is an effective tool to dissipate high heat fluxes from hot surfaces. This article thoroughly investigates the effect of thickness of a hot stainless steel plate on the cooling time, cooling rate, heat flux, and heat transfer coefficient under constant mass flow rate maintained at 1 MPa using water as the coolant. Cylindrical samples of stainless steel with constant diameter (D = 25 mm) and thickness (δ = 7.5, 12, 16.5, and 21 mm) were used in the present study. Critical droplet diameter to achieve an ultra-fast cooling rate of 300°C/s was estimated by using an analytical model for samples of varying thicknesses. The analytical model (one side spray cooling) showed good agreement with experimental results with a relative error of 3.2% in the plate thickness range of 1–12 mm. An increasing trend in maximum heat flux was found with increasing thickness of the plate. Maximum heat flux as high as 1,800 kW/m2 was achieved for a 21-mm-thick sample. Heat transfer coefficients in the range 0.092–96.24 kW/m2K, 0.111–98.9 kW/m2K, 0.074–63.4 kW/m2K, and 0.127–55.63 kW/m2K were reported for sample of varying thicknesses in the present study. Limited published work is available with reference to water spray cooling dynamics and thickness of stainless steel plate. Therefore, the present study focuses on the correlation between the thickness of the plate and spray dynamics of water spray cooling. 相似文献

Production of projectile and target K-vacancy in near-symmetric collisions of 60-100 MeV Cu9+ ions with thin Zn target 下载免费PDF全文
We report studies on both target and projectile K-shell ionization by collisions of Cu9+ ions on the thin Zn target in the energy range of 60-100 MeV. In this work, the relative ratio for the production of the target to projectile K-vacancy is measured. The result shows that it almost remains stable over this energy range and has good consistency with the predictions by vacancy transfer via the 2pσ-1sσ rotational coupling, which gives experimental evidence for K-vacancy sharing between two partners. Furthermore, the discussion for comparisons between the experimental ionization cross sections and the possible theoretical estimations is presented. These comparisons suggest that the experimental data agree well with those predicted by the Binary-Encounter approximation (BEA) model but are not in good agreement with the modified BEA calculations. It allows us to infer that the direct ionization (and/or excitation) is of importance to initial K-vacancy production before 2pσ-1sσ transitions in the present collision condition. 相似文献
