数字散斑相关方法实现鼠标定位原理   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1

在激光鼠标工作原理的基础上,利用数字散斑相关方法对激光鼠标的定位原理进行了研究。设计实验得到散斑场并用数码相机拍摄。用图像采集卡采集CCD扫描数散斑图像得到的图像,将图像数字化,分析数据得到了图像最优采样的像素单元和图像位移两个参量。基于两个参量,实验采集散斑图像在一定的轨迹运动下的散斑场,用Matlab软件模拟,并比较分析了实验和模拟结果。结果表明,用数字散斑相关方法可以实现激光鼠标的定位功能,并且分辨力可达到1μm,远高于市场上激光鼠标30μm的分辨力。  相似文献

研究高炉送风系统在燃烧、送风、切换状态时热风炉壳的力学性能。首次在热风炉炉壳测试中采用了高精度的数字散斑相关技术,利用自然光对热风炉壳进行了非接触式测量,得到了由于温度引起的轴向和环向的变形、应变及热应力等力学参量,光测结果与电测结果吻合较好。表明数字散斑相关测量技术应用于测量恶劣环境下力学参量有效,方法实用,较好地解决了热风炉壳的力学测试工作。  相似文献

岩石在外力作用下会发生形变,发现和了解岩石材料的形变、应力分布等对避免灾害会起到重要的预警作用。采用高精度的数字散斑相关技术,对岩石材料形变、应力和应变进行了非接触式测量。为验证实验结果的有效性,电阻应变计贴附于采集区附近并且实验结果与电测结果吻合较好。表明数字散斑相关测量技术能够用于岩石等材料的形变检测,预报变形信息,结果可以定量和定性显示。  相似文献

亚像素求解是数字散斑相关方法(DSCM)中最重要的技术。亚像素求解算法的精度和效率直接影响DSCM的精度和计算速度。目前广泛应用的两种亚像素求解方法在处理高质量散斑图时都存在一定的缺陷:基于灰度插值的散斑场亚像素恢复方法,其计算精度较高,但计算消耗太大;基于相关系数分布的拟合方法,其计算消耗小,但计算精度较低。在分析两种亚像素求解方法各自优缺点的基础上,提出了一种结合两种算法优势的混合算法。混合算法在保证亚像素求解精度的基础上,可以大大降低整个算法的计算消耗。  相似文献

借助高准确度数字散斑相关技术并结合标记点法,对工作的热风炉进行了实时位移和应变检测.测试了环向和轴向位移和应变,得出热风炉壳的位移场等直线,即环向位移呈现竖向条纹,轴向位移总体呈现水平状位移等值线,并且位移数据较为均匀.由位移场得到了应变场,由于温差变化不大,由此产生的最大热应力为63.85 MPa.数字散斑相关技术所测结果与标记点法所测数据吻合.现场检测表明,炉壁外表面,由热交换引起的应力远小于钢材的许用应力,所以结构运行安全.  相似文献

与传统测量方法相比,数字散斑相关法由于其目标特征单元网格划分的灵活性,能够更好地满足不同场合小角位移的测量需求。针对该方法亚像素小角位移测量的曲面拟合参数选择问题,研究了亚像素测量图像小角旋转前后的九点二次曲面拟合法,并根据计算机生成模拟散斑进行模拟实验分析,得到最佳误差效率优化条件下的曲面拟合法求解亚像素小角位移的最佳散斑尺寸3.5 pixel、计算窗口尺寸41×41 pixel和拟合窗口尺寸3×3 pixel。实验验证了上述测量参数的有效性,为进一步的曲面拟合法数字散斑成像角位移测量提供参考。  相似文献

数字散斑相关方法(DSCM)是一种可以测量变形和应变的光学非接触测量方法,其通过对变形前后物体表面的图像进行灰度信息相关计算来获取被测物的力学性能。本文叙述了数字散斑相关方法近年来在国内外的发展动态和应用现状,详细论述了基于自适应遗传算法、智能神经网络方法、小波变换法的一系列新型相关搜索方法。文章指出,近年来,数字散斑相关技术已发展到相对成熟,目前的研究重点是提高测试精度和图像处理速度,而提高散斑图像质量和研究高效的算法是需要努力的方向。  相似文献

The possibilities with which an optical mouse can be applied to obtain scientific measurements are currently limited by the maximum distance possible between the mouse and surface under interrogation. We demonstrate that a simply adapted optical mouse is able to operate as a recording instrument in the digital speckle correlation mode; wherein greater distances between optical mouse and translating surface are possible. Linear (R2 > 0.98) and repeatable measurements in the x and y axis were obtained with the optical mouse and translating surface separated at 300 mm. In both cases, the measurement resolution was 0.025 mm. Digital speckle correlation with an optical mouse offers the ability to obtain measurements of displacement and deformation at a fraction of the investment in time and cost of conventional setups.  相似文献

散斑相关是许多基于散斑的光学测量和成像技术的基础,决定了光学系统的分辨率。当前散斑尺寸(颗粒度或分辨率)的理论描述不够精确,也缺乏实验验证。探究了散斑图样自相关尺寸的影响因素,与相同数值孔径物镜聚焦进行比对,揭示薄散射介质的“散射透镜”性质。通过散斑自相关和透镜聚焦尺寸的多组测量,结果表明,截趾函数会影响其分辨率,需要根据具体光路对阿贝判据做修正。对基于散斑的测量和成像技术具有一定的参考价值。  相似文献

 采用半圆盘弯曲实验和数字散斑相关方法,对高聚物粘结炸药(PBX)的宏、细观断裂行为进行了实验研究。宏观上,带有预制裂纹的半圆盘试样发生拉伸破坏,利用数字散斑相关技术得到了试样的应变场和位移矢量场分布,定量分析了试样全场的变形特征,并测得了PBX材料的平面应变断裂韧性;细观上,用配有加载装置的扫描电子显微镜对含预制裂纹的半圆盘试样间接拉伸下的损伤演化和破坏过程进行了实时原位观察,借助于数字散斑相关方法,定量分析了试样损伤局部化特征。结果表明,将数字散斑相关方法用于研究PBX材料宏、细观尺度上的变形破坏问题是有效的。  相似文献

A maximum likelihood method for estimating remote surface orientation from multi-static acoustic, optical, radar, or laser images is presented. It is assumed that the images are corrupted by signal-dependent noise, known as speckle, arising from complex Gaussian field fluctuations, and that the surface properties are effectively Lambertian. Surface orientation estimates for a single sample are shown to have biases and errors that vary dramatically depending on illumination direction. This is due to the signal-dependent nature of speckle noise and the nonlinear relationship between surface orientation, illumination direction, and fluctuating radiance. The minimum number of independent samples necessary for maximum likelihood estimates to become asymptotically unbiased and to attain the lower bound on resolution of classical estimation theory are derived, as are practical design thresholds.  相似文献

Photorefractive crystals offer several attractive features such as high resolution and in situ processing. As the images are erasable, these crystals are suitable for read–write applications and hence find potential use in speckle photography, image processing and holography. The barium titanate (BaTiO3) crystal as recording medium has been extensively used as a novelty filter for real-time in-plane displacement measurements employing two-beam coupling configuration. This paper presents new optical configurations in speckle shear photography to measure in-plan displacement and the strain in real time using BaTiO3 crystal as recording medium. Speckle photography studies are made using a simple two-beam coupling configuration. In speckle shear photography, a diffused object illuminated with two parallel narrow laser beams is imaged inside the crystal, and a pump beam is added at this plane. The speckle patterns due to each beam and the pump beam produce index gratings. When the object is deformed, the speckle patterns shift consequently. We now have four speckle fields: two generated from the interaction of pump beam with the index gratings and two pertaining to deformed states directly transmitted through the crystal. Thus, the fields from respective points on the object interfere after passage through the crystal and produce the Young's fringe patterns. Due to strain, the fringes in each pattern are of different width and orientation, resulting in the generation of a Moiré pattern. The strain is obtained from the width and orientation of the fringes in the Moiré pattern. The experiments are conducted on a specimen with a notch, which is subjected to tensile loading. The in-plane displacement is measured separately in another experiment. The above studies are carried out at Nd–Yag laser.  相似文献

Digital speckle correlation method (DSCM) has been widely used in experimental mechanics to obtain the surface deformation fields. One of the challenges in practical applications is how to obtain the high accuracy with far less computation complexity. To determine the subpixel registration of the DSCM, a high efficient gradient-based algorithm is developed in this paper. The principle is described and four different modes of the algorithm are given. Based on computer-simulated images, the optimal mode of the algorithm is verified through the comparison of computation time, optimal subset-region size and sensitivity of the four modes. The influences of speckle-granule size and speckle-granule density on accuracy are studied and a quantitative estimation of the optimal speckle-granule size range is obtained. As the applications of this method, the practical deformation measurements with the rigid body translation and rotation as well as an experiment on biomechanics are presented to certify the feasibility and the validity of the algorithm.  相似文献

本文研究了内窥式散斑类共聚焦系统(Endoscope-based speckle quasi-confocal system,EBSQCS)的层析能力。从散斑类共聚焦显微镜(Speckle quasi-confocal microscope,SQCM)成像原理出发,详细分析了内窥镜光学结构对散斑类共聚焦显微镜散斑场波动的影响规律,推导了内窥镜光学结构与内窥式散斑类共聚焦系统轴向分辨力的关系。实验测得了基于光纤束的内窥式散斑类共聚焦系统的轴向分辨力曲线。选用放大倍率4倍,光纤直径5μm的内窥镜系统的内窥式散斑类共聚焦系统轴向分辨力曲线的全峰半高是散斑类共聚焦显微镜的2.3倍,与理论计算值相符。实验结果表明内窥式散斑类共聚焦系统具有很好的轴向层析能力。  相似文献

着重研究了采用斑点成像技术处理天文望远镜图像时,光学系统固定像差对图像恢复结果的影响。在详细研究各种恢复天文图像振幅和相位的理论和方法的基础上,建立了一个包括Labeyrie振幅恢复方法和KnoxThompson相位重构方法的恢复扩展目标的斑点成像处理模型,分析了光学系统固定像差对系统传递函数相位分布和目标相位重构的影响:天文目标通过大气成像,固定像差将会被淹没在大气湍流随机起伏中,像差对相位重构没有显著影响。处理图像结果表明,斑点成像技术能同时消除大气湍流和望远镜系统固定像差的影响,得到高分辨力的扩展目标图像。还提出了一种消除光学系统像差的方法。  相似文献

The process of rotation of a speckle pattern at the output of a few-mode optical fiber in a longitudinal magnetic field is mathematically modeled. It is shown that the deviation from a linear relation between the rotation angle of a speckle pattern at the output of a few-mode fiber and the fiber length in the presence of a longitudinal magnetic field results from a specific dependence of polarization corrections to the propagation constants of TE and TM modes. The calculation results are compared with the results of an experiment on determining the rotation angle of a speckle pattern as a function of magnetic field in a fiber of constant length.  相似文献

在散斑和半导体激光器的自混合干涉理论的基础上,提出了基于法布里一珀罗腔的自混合散斑干涉模型,对粗糙表面产生的激光器内自混合散斑干涉效应(SMSI)进行了详细的理论研究和分析,得到了粗糙腔条件下的激光动力学的数值解。模拟产生了高斯相关随机表面及其在夫琅禾费面上产生的散斑场,以及该散斑场与相干光场叠加所形成的光场,分析了这些情况中光强的统计特征,与已知实验情况进行了对比,模拟结果与已知统计结果相同。给出了粗糙表面运动时激光器输出增益的变化及其概率密度分布。对由于照明宽度和外腔长度的变化而给粗糙表面运动时激光器输出增益变化带来的影响进行了分析。实验结果和模拟结果相符。  相似文献

In this work we propose some experiments with the use of optical computer mouse, associated to low cost lasers that can be used to perform several measurements with applications in industry and in human health monitoring. The mouse was used to grab the movements produced by speckle pattern changes and to get information through the adaptation of its structure. We measured displacements in wood samples under strain, variations of the diameter of an artery due to heart beat and, through a hardware simulation, the movement of an eye, an experiment that could be of low cost help for communication to severely handicapped motor patients. Those measurements were done in spite of the fact that the CCD sensor of the mice is monolithically included into an integrated circuit so that the raw image cannot be accessed. If, as was the case with primitive optical mouse, that signal could be accessed, the quality and usefulness of the measurements could be significantly increased. As it was not possible, a webcam sensor was used for measuring the drying of paint, a standard phenomenon for testing biospeckle techniques, in order to prove the usefulness of the mouse design. The results showed that the use of the mouse associated to a laser pointer could be the way to get metrological information from many phenomena involving the whole field spatial displacement, as well as the use of the mouse as in its prime version allowed to get images of the speckle patterns and to analyze them.  相似文献
