The temperature dependence of BGO coupled with photomultiplier tube R5610A-01 was studied in the range of-30–30℃. The temperature coefficient of the BGO and R5610 A as a whole was tested to be-1.82%/℃. And the temperature coefficient of the gain of the R5610 A is-0.44%/℃ which was tested in the same situation using a blue LED. Thus the temperature coefficient of BGO's light yield can be evaluated as-1.38%/℃.  相似文献

波荡器是基于自由电子激光的小型THz源关键器件, 其可调节的周期性磁场结构与两端的光腔配合, 使得穿越的电子束产生带增益的相干辐射, 最终达到THz源所需要的功率. 同纯永磁结构相比, 混合型波荡器通过软铁材料调节由永磁块磁化方向性差异导致的磁场分布误差, 同时可提供更高的场强. 本文针对小型THz源需求, 对混合型波荡器进行了相关物理设计. 在解析方法分析的基础上, 采用OPERA3D/TOSCA有限元分析软件, 对波荡器进行了三维磁场数值模拟和积分场优化. 通过对波荡器端部结构的调整, 优化后模型的一次场积分(导向误差)小于0.01Gs﹒m, 电子轨迹偏移小于0.02mm.  相似文献

We experimentally fabricate a non-spherical Ag and Co surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS) substrate, which not only retains the metallic plasmon resonant effect, but also possesses the magnetic field controllable characteristics.Raman detections are carried out with the test crystal violet(CV) and rhodamine 6G(R6G) molecules with the initiation of different magnitudes of external magnetic field. Experimental results indicate that our prepared substrate shows a higher SERS activity and magnetic controllability, where non-spherical Ag nanoparticles are driven to aggregate effectively by the magnetized Co and plenty of hot-spots are built around the metallic Ag nanoparticles, thereby leading to the enhancement of local electromagnetic field. Moreover, when the external magnetic field is increased, our prepared substrate demonstrates excellent SERS enhancement. With the 2500 Gs and 3500 Gs(1 Gs = 10~(-4)T) magnetic fields, SERS signal can also be obtained with the detection limit lowering down to 10~(-9)M. These results indicate that our proposed magnetic field controlled substrate enables us to freely achieve the enhanced and controllable SERS effect, which can be widely used in the optical sensing, single molecule detection and bio-medical applications.  相似文献

The modulation of absorption manner in helicon discharge by changing the profile of low axial magnetic field is explored experimentally in this work. The experiments are carried out in Boswell-type antenna driven by 13.56-MHz power source in 0.35-Pa argon environment. The peak of the external non-uniform magnetic field(B_(ex)) along the axis is observed in a range from 0 Gs to 250 Gs(1 Gs = 10~(-4) T), where the electron density varies from 0.5×10~(16) m~(-3) to 9×10~(16) m~(-3).When Bex is located near the tube upper end sealed by a dielectric plate, or near the tube bottom end connected with a diffusion chamber, the plasmas are centralized in the tube in the former case while the strong luminance appears between the edge of the tube and the axial line in the latter case. When Bex is located in the middle of the antenna, moreover, an effective resistance(R_(eff)) peak appears apparently with increasing magnetic field. The glow moves toward first the edge of the tube and then the two antenna legs as the magnetic field increases. The discharge in this case is caused by the absorption of Trivelpiece–Gould(TG) wave. It is suggested that B_(ex) is located in the middle of the antenna to obtain a higher efficiency of power transfer.  相似文献

提出了一种基于光纤光栅中法拉第效应和测量偏振相关损耗的直接测量磁场的新方法,给出了理论分析和实验结果.当有外加磁场时,光纤光栅中的法拉第效应使两个圆偏振光的传播常量改变,从而导致光纤光栅的偏振相关损耗的变化.仿真结果表明,外加磁场与偏振相关损耗峰值在一定的测量范围内存在线性关系,测量结果对温度变化不敏感.分析了光栅的参量对测量性能的影响.实验中得到该方案测量磁场的灵敏度为7.8e-6B/Gs,利用现有精度为10-6 dB的光矢量分析仪得到最小可测磁场为2 Gs.实验与理论吻合较好.  相似文献

利用PASCO公司生产的磁场传感器与运动传感器,设计了结合位移变化的磁场测定装置,该装置中添加了自行设计的反射板,使该装置可以在一定距离范围内连续地实时地测量某一区域内的磁场分布情况,并成功将该套装置应用到红豆生长的磁场生物效应实验中。利用该装置测量了红豆生长培养槽中的磁场分布情况,并研究了红豆处于该种特定磁场环境中,从发芽到生长7天的植株生长情况,研究结果表明磁场场强处于1.5~2.5 Gs(约3~5倍地磁场强度)时,其磁场对红豆生长起到了促进的作用。  相似文献

对不同外磁场强度(B = 0T, 5T和10T)下退火的纳米BiFeO3颗粒进行了室温和液氮温度下的拉曼光谱研究。实验发现, 与0T磁场下退火样品的Raman光谱相比, 同一温度下, 纳米BiFeO3颗粒中的Raman振动模式峰的线宽随着磁场的增加而减小, 表明在外磁场的作用下, 纳米BiFeO3颗粒内部的缺陷在减少,晶格完整性得到改善。经外磁场处理的纳米BiFeO3颗粒位于139 cm-1处的A-1模式峰明显向紫端移动, 说明磁有序的程度可以影响到声子-自旋耦合。5T和10T磁场下退火的样品相比, 该峰峰位没有明显改变, 说明影响样品中磁有序排列的磁场存在一个临界值。三块样品的低温拉曼光谱证实了磁场的作用确实影响样品内磁有序的排列。  相似文献

磁共振成像(MRI)的磁体设计首先是确保中心成像区的场值和均匀性, 二是尽可能减少场值耗散的距离即漏磁5Gs 线. 基于此本文提出了一种线性与非线性规划联合优化的方法. 首先将导体作为基本单元, 在预布置线圈的空间范围内构建二维连续导体网格. 通过线性规划搜索满足磁场约束条件的网格电流分布图. 再将存在电流的网格离散为一个个矩形线圈区域, 在保证场值均匀性、 杂散场5 Gs 线范围以及线圈位置间隔、 导体超导线安全裕度的前提下利用非线性规划, 具体确定各个线圈的轴向和径向位置、 线圈内导体层数和各层匝数以及通电流大小等. 采用这种联合优化方法, 不仅节省优化时间, 还可以自行设计线圈形状有利于工程实现. 文中由此方法给出了14 T MRI 磁体的一种设计方案, 依靠4 组线圈使得45 cm 中心球形成像内不均匀度降低到5 ppm, 而高场耗散的5 Gs 线通过磁体自屏蔽减小到15 m 以内. 满足了设计的要求.  相似文献

A new method is proposed to study supersymmetric quantum mechanics. A basic relation is derived between Krein's spectral shift function and the Witten index as a powerful tool for explicit model investigations. The topological invariance of relevant quantities like the index, the anomaly, the spectral asymmetry and the spectral shift function is proved. The influence of thermal conduction on laser inertial confinement fusion is studied with a sophisticated CEA (Commissariat à l'Énergie Atomique) computer code. The analysis of the resonator cell of Electron Spin Resonance (ESR) spectrometer, capable of studying the plane-film specimens in millimeter waveband is presented. Static magnetic field in 15 m×0.75 mm working zone is created by the magnetic field concentrator unit of special design. Mechanical shifting of the concentrator provides scan of the magnetic field on the speicmen surface. The experimental measurements of the magnetic field strength in the working zone give possibility to carry out the ESR experiment in the wavelength band 4-7mm.  相似文献

比较了光交换节点中几种全光再生技术方案的优缺点,重点描述光纤参量振荡器的时钟提取实验和基于磁光四波混频的光门整形技术。实验揭示了光纤参量振荡器闲频光反馈控制方法的工作原理,并提取出稳定的高质量时钟信号。仿真比较了4种四波混频光门再生方案的功率转移特性,开展了磁光四波混频再生实验。研究表明:通过对高非线性光纤加载180 Gs直流磁场,可使光接收机灵敏度进一步提升2 dB。最后指出了全光再生技术的多信道、集成化发展趋势。  相似文献

In binary ferrofluids composed of ferromagnetic γ?Fe2O3/Ni2O3 composite nanoparticles (A particles) and noncrystalline Fe2O3 nanoparticles (B particles), the A particles alone will form chain-like aggregates upon application of a magnetic field. Due to both the long-range ‘magnetic convergent force’ (FC) and the short-range ‘magnetic divergent force’ (FD), the A-particle chains immersed in the B-particle ‘sea’ will move in a manner similar to the process of vibrational damping. The apparent damping of the ferrofluids will vary from weak to overdamping according to the motion of the chains, so that the intensity of light transmitted through a ferrofluid film along the direction of the field would tend to stabilize after a period of rapid decrements and increments. In binary ferrofluids, the B-particle system can produce a modulation effect on both the damping and the driving force, further stabilizing the behavior of the transmitted light. At low fields (e.g., 500 Gs, 900 Gs) only the modulation of the viscosity drag force (Fv) is considerable, so that overdamping increases linearly with B-particle volume fraction (ФB), and the variation in the transmitted light is much slower during the process tending towards stability as ФB increases. However, at high fields (e.g., 1300 Gs) the polarization of the B-particle ‘sea’ is enhanced, so that FD is modulated as well as Fv (i.e., both the practical damping and driving forces are modulated simultaneously). Thus, the apparent overdamping of the binary ferrofluids system will vary non-linearly as ФB increases, and the transmitted light will tend to stabilize faster for ferrofluids with high ΦB than for those with low ФB at an applied magnetic field of 1300 Gs.  相似文献

We develop a permanent-magnet Zeeman slower with adjustable magnets along the longitudinal and radial directions.Produced by four arrays of cylindrical magnets, the longitudinal magnetic field in the slower is tunable if relevant parameters vary, for example, laser detuning or intensity. The proposed Zeeman slower can be reconfigured for Sr atoms. Additionally,we demonstrate that the residual magnetic field produced by the permanent magnets in the magneto-optical trap region can be as small as 0.5 Gs.  相似文献

研究了具有菱方Th2Zn17型结构的Ce2Fe16Al化合物在居里温度TC附近的磁性和磁熵变.实验结果表明,在居里温度附近样品的磁特性符合二级相变规律,样品的居里温度为2758K.通过磁化强度与磁场和温度关系的测量,计算出临界指数β=044±001,γ=130±001,δ=383±001,临界指数β,γ,δ基本满足标度率方程γ=β(δ-1),但偏离三维Heisenberg模型的理论值.Ce2Fe16Al化合物的磁熵变在居里温度处达到峰值,2T外磁场下的最大磁熵变为195J/kg K. 关键词: Ce2Fe16Al化合物 临界指数 磁熵变  相似文献

Magnetic and electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) properties of EuFe3(BO3)4 single crystals have been studied over the temperature range of 300–4.2 K and in a magnetic field up to 5 T. The temperature, field and orientation dependences of susceptibility, magnetization and EPR spectra are presented. An antiferromagnetic ordering of the Fe subsystem occurs at about 37 K. The easy direction of magnetization perpendicular to the c axis is determined by magnetic measurements. Below 10 K, we observe an increase of susceptibility connected with the polarization of the Eu sublattice by an effective exchange field of the ordered Fe magnetic subsystem. In a magnetic field perpendicular to the c axis, we have observed an increase of magnetization at T < 10 K in the applied magnetic field, which can be attributed to the appearance of the magnetic moment induced by the magnetic field applied in the basal plane. According to EPR measurements, the distance between the maximum and minimum of derivative of absorption line of the Lorentz type is equal to 319 Gs. The anisotropy of g-factor and linewidth is due to the influence of crystalline field of trigonal symmetry. The peculiarities of temperature dependence of both intensity and linewidth are caused by the influence of excited states of europium ion (Eu3+). It is supposed that the difference between the g-factors from EPR and the magnetic measurements is caused by exchange interaction between rare earth and Fe subsystems via anomalous Zeeman effect.  相似文献

We show that the knowledge of the set of the Cauchy data on the boundary of a bounded open set in ${\mathbb{R}^n}$ , ${n \geq 3}$ , for the magnetic Schrödinger operator with L magnetic and electric potentials, determines the magnetic field and electric potential inside the set uniquely. In this paper we propose a new theory of a fiber bundle provided with a local metric of internal space. The fibers differ from usual fibers, having an enlarged factor. The enlargement may be procured by a differential mapping(x) from structure groupG to the fiberF x atx M, and(x)R. The torsion presented stems from the local metric of internal space and the local metric stems from a induced mapping *(x) of(x). From the theory we can get the Brans-Dicke theory with torsion. If we assume the spin density of the gauge field determines the enlarged factor of the fiberF x, our theory is an extended Cartan theory.  相似文献

The effects of self fields on gain for a free‐electron lasers (FELs) with electromagnetic‐wave wiggler and an axial guide magnetic field is presented. The relativistic equation of motion for a single electron for all relevant fields, including wiggler, self‐fields and axial guide magnetic field has been solved. Two classes of possible single‐particle trajectories in this configuration are found. Result of the numerical calculation shown that the relativistic part of group I (group II) orbits decreases (increases) monotonically with the axial field. The gain equations for the FEL configuration by adding the effect of self‐fields have been derived. The numerical calculation has been employed to analysis the gain induced by the effects of the self‐fields. It is shown that, for group I orbits the gain decreases in the presence of self‐fields and the gain decrement increases with increasing axial guide magnetic field, while for group II orbits the self‐fields enhances the gain. The gain decrement and enhancement are due to diamagnetic and paramagnetic effects of the self‐magnetic field, respectively. We present an experimental study of multi-Raman gain resonances in a hot rubidium vapor.The experiment is performed based on a high-efficiency four-wave mixing process due to the Raman-driven coherence in a double-A configuration.The Raman gain resonance for ~(85)Rb atoms under a bias magnetic field is shown to be split into five or six peaks,depending on the orientation of the magnetic field.The formed multi-Raman gain resonances have potential applications in measurement of magnetic fields and generation of multi-frequency correlated twin beams.  相似文献
