THE SEMI-NORMS ON THE SCHWARTZ SPACE

An autonomous stage-structured competitive systems with toxic effect is investigated in this paper. Sufficient conditions which guarantee the global attractivity of the system and the extinction of the partial species are obtained, respectively. Our results supplement and compliment one of the main results of Liu and Li [Global stability analysis of a nonautonomous stage-structured competitive system with toxic effect and double maturation delays, Abstract and Applied Analysis, Volume 2014, Article ID 689573, 15 pages].     

NOTES ON THE RESCALED SASAKI TYPE METRIC ON THE COTANGENT BUNDLE

Let （M, g） be an n-dimensional Riemannian manifold and T＊M be its cotan-gent bundle equipped with the rescaled Sasaki type metric. In this paper, we firstly study the paraholomorphy property of the rescaled Sasaki type metric by using some compati-ble paracomplex structures on T＊M. Second, we construct locally decomposable Golden Riemannian structures on T＊M . Finally we investigate curvature properties of T＊M .

本文运用Ляиунов第二方法研究扰动微分方程零解稳定性，分别研讨了所给扰动微分方程的局部稳定性、全局渐近稳定性以及全局一致渐近稳定性问题，得到若干定理，这些结果在一定条件下改进了文[1]的相应结果，运用更加广泛．

We extend the results of Pollard [7] Pollard, H. 1949. The mean convergence of orthogonal series. III. Duke Math. J., 16: 189–191. ON THE VITALI-HAHN-SAKS-NIKODYM THEOREM

Abstract

The classical Vitali-Hahn-Saks-Nikodym Theorem [5, Thm. I.4.8] gives a limit criterion for when a sequence of strongly additive vector measures on a σ-field of sets having their range in a Banach space can be expected to be uniformly strongly additive. In [16, Cor. 8], Saeki proved that the limit condition on the sequence of vector measures could be substantially weakened as long as the Banach space in play is “good enough”. Saeki's result was based upon his work on a class of set functions too large to have Rosenthal's Lemma at his disposal. In Section 2, we prove Saeki's result with Rosenthal's Lemma at the basis of our work and then augment our characterization of Banach spaces enjoying Saeki's result in [1] with another natural equivalent condition. In Section 3 we extend Saeki's result to Boolean algebras having the Subsequential Interpolation property.

A symplectic reduction method for symplectic G-spaces is given in this paper without usingthe existence of momentum mappings.By a method similar to the above one,the arthorsgive a symplectic reduction method for the Poisson action of Poisson Lie groups on symplecticmanifolds,also without using the existence of momentum mappings.The symplectic reductionmethod for momentum mappings is thus a special case of the above results.
