针对带有一个冷贮备部件的两部件串联系统,本文首先提出一种预防维修与机会维修相结合的维修策略,运用更新报酬定理求得长期运行情况下的单位时间期望维修成本函数的表达式,然后研究最优的机会维修阀值,运用微分学理论求解最优解,最后用实例验证理论的正确性,从实际例子说明本文提出的维修策略可明显节约维修成本,为相应的带有冷贮备的多部件串联系统的维修策略分析提供参考,对企业设备的维修有实际指导意义。  相似文献

本文研究了两同型部件,一个修理设备组成的冷贮备可修系统.在故障部件不能"修复如新"的条件下,分别以系统中部件1故障次数N,工作时间T和(N,T)为维修策略,利用更新过程和几何过程,求出修理设备经长期运行单位时间内平均停工时间表达式.并在部件寿命的分布函数和修理时间的分布函数已知的情况下,以部件1故障次数N为策略证明存在最优N*使修理设备经长期运行单位时间内平均停工时间最长.最后,通过数值例子验证最优策略的存在性.  相似文献

现实中,系统由于任务、环境等因素,无法实时对故障部件进行维修。因此需要在任务间隔期间或对故障部件进行维修的同时对系统各部件进行预防性机会维修。本文考虑系统期望维修成本,提出了基于部件维修优先级的预防性维修策略。首先把系统期望维修成本分为失效部件维修成本、失效部件导致系统故障的成本和预防性维修其他部件的成本,提出了基于成本的二态和多态系统部件维修优先级度量方法,并在两种场景下分析了如何选择预防性维修部件。其次针对多态系统,研究了基于成本重要度的部件最佳维修水平,并讨论了成本约束下的部件预防性维修策略。最后以某型预警机系统为例进行验证,结果表明,基于成本的预防性维修策略不仅与故障部件位置和相关成本有关,而且还与可用于预防性维修的其他部件重要性有关。  相似文献

本文通过建立预防性维修前后故障率的关系,给出了带约束的非线性设备预防性维修策略模型.该模型通过综合考虑故障维修成本、预防性维修成本、以及生产损失成本,在有限的生产运行时间内使得系统总成本最小化.模型利用遗传算法的全局搜索能力和非线性规划的局部搜索能力进行求解.计算结果表明,遗传算法结合非线性规划可以以较快的收敛速度达到全局最优.  相似文献

本文研究了一类修旧非新的两参数预防维修策略.在预防维修依赖于基准可靠度R的条件下,利用系统的相关可靠性指标建立了平均费用关于R和N(预防维修次数上限)的函数关系.进一步找到了该函数的最小值点,即得到了最优策略(R,N)*.同时通过实例说明了本文的维修策略优于文献[8].  相似文献

针对制造系统中设备检测不完全的情形,研究基于不完全检测的冲击模型的周期检测、维修联合策略.通过定期检测获知系统的劣化状态以进行必要的预防性维修.在假设系统是退化的且有k个不同故障状态的条件下,以最小化系统运行成本为目标,以检测周期T、系统更换前故障次数Ⅳ为联合决策变量,利用更新过程理论建立了系统平均费用率C(T,N)的数学模型,并且给出最优联合策略的数值算法.最后借助数值例子演示了该模型,分析了检测水平对系统运行成本的影响.  相似文献

This paper discusses a condition based maintenance model with exponential failures and fixed inspection intervals for a two-unit system in series. The condition of each unit, such as vibration or heat, is monitored at equidistant time intervals. The condition indicator variables for each unit are used to decide whether to repair an individual unit or to overhaul the whole system. After a maintenance action is performed the monitored condition indicator variable takes on its initial value. Each unit can fail only once within an inspection interval and when one or both units fail the system fails. The probability of failure is exponential and the failure rate is dependent on the condition. The cost to be minimized is the long-run average cost of maintenance actions and failures. We study the optimal solution to this problem obtained via dynamic programming.  相似文献

Novel replacement policies that are hybrids of inspection maintenance and block replacement are developed for an n identical component series system in which the component parts used at successive replacements arise from a heterogeneous population. The heterogeneous nature of components implies a mixed distribution for time to failure. In these circumstances, a hybrid policy comprising two phases, an early inspection phase and a later wear-out replacement phase, may be appropriate. The policy has some similarity to burn-in maintenance. The simplest policy described is such a hybrid and comprises a block-type or periodic replacement policy with an embedded block or periodic inspection policy. We use a three state failure model, in which a component may be good, defective or failed, in order to consider inspection maintenance. Hybrid block replacement and age-based inspection, and opportunistic hybrid policies will also arise naturally in these circumstances and these are briefly investigated. For the simplest policy, an approximation is used to determine the long-run cost and the system reliability. The policies have the interesting property that the system reliability may be a maximum when the long-run cost is close to its minimum. The failure model implies that the effect of maintenance is heterogeneous. The policies themselves imply that maintenance is carried out more prudently to newer than to older systems. The maintenance of traction motor bearings on underground trains is used to illustrate the ideas in the paper.  相似文献

The delay time model (DTM) is widely used to model the two-stage failure process and is helpful for developing cost-effective inspection/maintenance plans. Imperfect maintenance is common in practice, but seldom considered in DTM. An improved DTM with imperfect maintenance at inspection has been developed based on the assumption of imperfect inspection maintenance and perfect failure maintenance. The model of the long-run availability for the improved DTM is established. Parameters estimation method and the test for goodness of fit method are given. Numerical simulations are performed to study the influence of imperfect maintenance on the long-run availability and to validate the credibility of the parameters estimation method. The results show that imperfect maintenance will decrease the long-run availability. The existence of the optimal inspection interval regarding the maximum long-run availability is tightly related to the improvement factor, which denotes the maintenance effect. The parameters estimation method proves credible. The maximum likelihood estimations of the reliability parameters can be easily achieved by the Genetic Algorithms (GAs) searching tool.  相似文献

In this paper, the economic and economic-statistical design of a χ2 chart for a maintenance application is considered. The machine deterioration process is described by a three-state continuous time Markov chain. The machine state is unobservable, except for the failure state. To avoid costly failures, the system is monitored by a χ2 chart. The observation process stochastically related to the machine condition is assumed to be multivariate, normally distributed. When the chart signals, full inspection is performed to determine the actual machine condition. The system can be preventively replaced at a sampling epoch and must be replaced upon failure; preventive replacement costs less than failure replacement. The objective is to find the optimal control chart parameters that minimize the long-run average maintenance cost per unit time. For the economic-statistical design, an additional constraint guaranteeing the occurrence of the true alarm signal on the chart before failure with given probability is considered. For both designs, the objective function is derived using renewal theory.  相似文献

This paper proposes a coordinated maintenance model in a multi-component system with compound Poisson deterioration. The main contribution is a policy-iteration approach for Semi-Markov processes that optimizes the threshold at which the component is eligible for preventive maintenance if another component requires corrective maintenance. The methodology is novel as we develop explicit expressions for the policy evaluation and prove these expressions to satisfy the set of linear equations which characterize traditional policy evaluation. By doing so, long-run average cost savings are achieved, since setup costs can be shared.  相似文献

A system such as missiles and spare parts of aircrafts is in storage for a long time from transportation to usage. The reliability of a system in storage will go down with time, and so, it should be inspected and maintained at suitable times to hold a high reliability. However, we do not wish to inspect a system too often because each inspection involves a cost and sometimes might degrade some parts of a system during the test interval.This paper considers a periodic inspection policy for a storage system which has to hold a higher reliability. A system has two types of units, where Unit 1 is maintained at each test, however, Unit 2 is degraded with time and at each test. A system is also overhauled, if the reliability becomes lower than a prespecified value q. The reliability of a system is derived, and using this result, the time and the average cost until overhaul is obtained. The optimal policies which maximize the time to overhaul and minimize the average cost are discussed. Finally, numerical examples are given.  相似文献

In power distribution systems, with their great vastness and various outage causes, one of the most important problems of power distribution companies is to select a suitable maintenance strategy of system elements and method of financial planning for the maintenance of system elements with the two objectives of decrease in outage costs and improvement of system reliability. In this article, a practical method is introduced for the selection of a suitable system elements maintenance strategy; moreover, to plan the preventive maintenance budget for the system elements, two methods are offered: the cost optimization method and the fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. In the former method, a new model of system maintenance cost is offered. This model, based on system outage information, the elements maintenance costs are determined as functions of system reliability indices and preventive maintenance budget. The latter method, too, a new guideline is introduced for considering the cost and reliability criteria in the trend of preventive maintenance budget planning. Preventive maintenance policies have been studied in the literature without considering the risk due to the cost variability. In this paper, we consider the two most popular preventive replacement policies, namely, age and block replacement policies under long-run average cost and expected unit time cost criteria. To quantify the risk in the preventive maintenance policies, we use the long-run variance of the accumulated cost over a time interval. We numerically derive the Risk-sensitive preventive replacement policies and study the impact of the Risk-sensitive optimality criterion on the managerial decisions. We also examine the performance of the expected unit time cost criterion as an alternative to the traditional long-run average cost criterion.  相似文献
