本文应用动态面板Biprobit模型和多重处理效应模型,分析我国10个省市1000个样本农户2003-2009年的影响农户参与农业技术培训和非农职业培训的因素,及两种培训对农户收入的影响。我们利用动态面板Biprobit和多重处理效应方法估计模型的参数,分析得出滞后一期参与培训显著的影响当年是否参与培训的决定,两种培训之间存在显著的联系;参加非农业职业技术培训能够显著促进农民的收入,参加农业技术培训也会增加农民的收入但是影响不显著。 相似文献

采用企业员工培训调研数据,对企业员工培训的效果极其影响因素进行了定量研究.研究结果显示,看重应用导向型知识结构培养模式的员工对企业培训的满意程度高于看重潜力导向型知识结构培养模式的员工,看重执行能力与服从能力培养的员工对企业员工培训的满意程度高于看重自我创新能力与灵活处理问题能力培养的员工.我国当前对于员工的培训可能更加看重的是对员工的执行能力与服从能力的培养,而相对轻视自我创新能力与灵活处理问题能力的培养.因此,企业员工培训更应当注重培养员工的创新能力,同时,针对特殊员工对于应用导向型的培训机制不满意的现状,应当反思企业员工培训中存在的诸多问题. 相似文献

In applications it is useful to compute the local average empirical statistics on u. A very simple relation exists when of a function f(u) of an input u from the local averages are given by a Haar approximation. The question is to know if it holds for higher order approximation methods. To do so, it is necessary to use approximate product operators defined over linear approximation spaces. These products are characterized by a Strang and Fix like condition. An explicit construction of these product operators is exhibited for piecewise polynomial functions, using Hermite interpolation. The averaging relation which holds for the Haar approximation is then recovered when the product is defined by a two point Hermite interpolation. 相似文献

Given the Laplace transform F(s) of a function f(t), we develop a new algorithm to find an approximation to f(t) by the use of the classical Jacobi polynomials. The main contribution of our work is the development of a new and very effective method to determine the coefficients in the finite series expansion that approximation f(t) in terms of Jacobi polynomials.
