期货市场的简单博弈分析

本是对多空双方各存在一个大户的简单期货市场进行博弈分析，讨论了大户和散户的博弈行为，得出在完全信息、不完全信息和不完美信息条件下的博弈情况及其均衡结果，以此为基础推出期货市场投资结成联盟，成立投资基金是一种趋向。     

组织信息安全投资博弈的均衡分析

本文利用博弈理论进行信息安全投资的均衡分析，为解决信息安全的投资额度问题提供了一种新的思路。根据信息安全投资主体间的策略依存性建立组织的信息安全投资博弈模型，模型中关系参数的变化反映了两组织间博弈关系的变化，进而对于关系参数取值的不同情况，根据反应函数法进行博弈的均衡分析。特别地，对于攻防博弈关系，推导出组织信息安全投资的命题，并通过仿真进行验证分析。研究结果不仅解释了现实世界中的信息安全投资，而且为组织的信息安全投资额度提供了有益的指导。     

农业技术培训和非农职业培训对农村居民收入的影响

本文应用动态面板Biprobit模型和多重处理效应模型,分析我国10个省市1000个样本农户2003-2009年的影响农户参与农业技术培训和非农职业培训的因素,及两种培训对农户收入的影响。我们利用动态面板Biprobit和多重处理效应方法估计模型的参数,分析得出滞后一期参与培训显著的影响当年是否参与培训的决定,两种培训之间存在显著的联系;参加非农业职业技术培训能够显著促进农民的收入,参加农业技术培训也会增加农民的收入但是影响不显著。     

虚拟企业收益分配问题博弈研究

收益分配是虚拟企业的一个敏感而关键的问题，制订合理的收益分配方案对虚拟企业无疑是重要的。本分析了虚拟企业收益分配过程应考虑的因素，在此基础上应用博弈论建立了虚拟企业收益分配的博弈模型，并进行了相关分析，所得出的结论可用于虚拟企业的收益分配策略的制订，最后，论证了在虚拟企业中进行合作机制设计和应用的必要性。

信息化条件下企业员工培训模式及其满意度研究

采用企业员工培训调研数据,对企业员工培训的效果极其影响因素进行了定量研究.研究结果显示,看重应用导向型知识结构培养模式的员工对企业培训的满意程度高于看重潜力导向型知识结构培养模式的员工,看重执行能力与服从能力培养的员工对企业员工培训的满意程度高于看重自我创新能力与灵活处理问题能力培养的员工.我国当前对于员工的培训可能更加看重的是对员工的执行能力与服从能力的培养,而相对轻视自我创新能力与灵活处理问题能力的培养.因此,企业员工培训更应当注重培养员工的创新能力,同时,针对特殊员工对于应用导向型的培训机制不满意的现状,应当反思企业员工培训中存在的诸多问题.     

基于产品创新的企业R＆D联盟形成的博弈分析

针对基于产品创新的企业R＆D联盟形成过程，建立了一个包含信任、企业学习能力和技术溢出率在内的博弈模型，并利用该模型分析了不同状态下企业的最优预期利润，最后得出了不同状态下企业结盟与否的结论。分析结果表明，企业的最优预期利润是信任、企业学习能力、技术溢出率的函数，这些因素对于企业结盟与否有重要影响，最优预期利润的不同导致了关于联盟形成的不同结论。     

拥有"暂停期权"的不对称双寡头投资博弈模型

对于许多项目而言，投资商普遍拥有在利润流为负数时暂停生产、在利润流为正数时重启生产的“暂停期权”。文献[13]提出了拥有“暂停期权”的对称性双寡头投资博弈模型，本文针对文献[13]的博弈模型中两个投资项目是同质的这一不足，假定项目的投资成本及经营成本不对称，提出了更具现实意义的拥有“暂停期权”的不对称双寡头投资博弈模型，给出了不同情况下两投资商的投资均衡策略，并用案例对此做了进一步的诠释。     

非对称信息条件下的税收管理博弈分析

本利用非对称信息条件下的委托——代理理论对我国的税收管理进行系统的研究，建立了税收机关与纳税人之间的博弈模型，并对我国个人征税效率低下的原因作出详细分析，同时给出了几点建设性建议。     

合作联盟资源集成计划一种新方法

合作联盟里，资源集成计划往往是联盟成员群体谈判博弈的结果。本以两人博弈为例，对联盟的资源集成计划给出一个谈判博弈模型，能够较好地模仿和反映合作联盟资源整合计划的制订过程。     

RECENT PROGRESS ON SPHERICAL HARMONIC APPROXIMATION MADE BY BNU RESEARCH GROUP ——In memory of Professor Sun Yongsheng

As early as in 1990, Professor Sun Yongsheng, suggested his students at Beijing Normal University to consider research problems on the unit sphere. Under his guidance and encouragement his students started the research on spherical harmonic analysis and approximation. In this paper, we incompletely introduce the main achievements in this area obtained by our group and relative researchers during recent 5 years （2001-2005）. The main topics are： convergence of Cesaro summability, a.e. and strong summability of Fourier-Laplace series; smoothness and K-functionals; Kolmogorov and linear widths.     

Boundedness for commutators of multipliers on Hardy type spaces

In this paper, we study the commutators generalized by multipliers and a BMO function. Under some assumptions, we establish its boundedness properties from certain atomic Hardy space Hb^p（R^n） into the Lebesgue space L^p with p 〈 1.     

A unified approach to certain problems of best local approximation

In this paper we study best local quasi-rational approximation and best local approximation from finite dimensional subspaces of vectorial functions of several variables. Our approach extends and unifies several problems concerning best local multi-point approximation in different norms.

Bounds for the zeros of polynomials

Let P(z)=∑↓j=0↑n ajx^j be a polynomial of degree n. In this paper we prove a more general result which interalia improves upon the bounds of a class of polynomials. We also prove a result which includes some extensions and generalizations of Enestrǒm-Kakeya theorem.     

Boundedness of commutators related to Marcinkiewicz integrals on hardy type spaces

In this paper, the authors study the boundedness of the operator [μΩ, b], the commutator generated by a function b ∈ Lipβ(Rn)(0 ＜β≤ 1) and the Marcinkiewicz integrals μΩ, on the classical Hardy spaces and the Herz-type Hardy spaces in the case Ω∈ Lipα(Sn-1)(0 ＜α≤ 1).     

Generalization of the interaction between Haar approximation and polynomial operators to higher order methods

In applications it is useful to compute the local average empirical statistics on u. A very simple relation exists when of a function f（u） of an input u from the local averages are given by a Haar approximation. The question is to know if it holds for higher order approximation methods. To do so, it is necessary to use approximate product operators defined over linear approximation spaces. These products are characterized by a Strang and Fix like condition. An explicit construction of these product operators is exhibited for piecewise polynomial functions, using Hermite interpolation. The averaging relation which holds for the Haar approximation is then recovered when the product is defined by a two point Hermite interpolation.     

Jacobi polynomials used to invert the laplace transform

Given the Laplace transform F(s) of a function f(t), we develop a new algorithm to find an approximation to f(t) by the use of the classical Jacobi polynomials. The main contribution of our work is the development of a new and very effective method to determine the coefficients in the finite series expansion that approximation f(t) in terms of Jacobi polynomials. Some numerical examples are illustrated.
