验证和确认及不确定度量化(VVUQ)已成为工程应用软件可信度评估的最佳途径,是一个知识密集型很强的系统化工程,涉及众多数学方法和关键技术.本文围绕建模与模拟的工程仿真软件预测能力和可信度评估所面对的挑战,对VVUQ实施过程中涉及的数学方法、关键技术、求解算法、实施流程和自研分析工具等进行了系统化梳理和归纳总结,论证了VVUQ的本质是对建模与模拟中误差和不确定度的量化,阐述了不确定度量化、参数标定和模型修正,可作为提升软件预测能力和可信度的重要途径,并给出了VVUQ未来研究与值得关注的重要方向.本文为国家自主研发有泛化能力的高可信度重大工程应用软件面临的困境提供了科学的、有效的技术支撑. 相似文献

电子政务作为Internet的主要应用领域,已受到世界各国的普遍关注。面对公众各种服务需求日趋个性化,如何打破政府职能机构的条块分割,构建一个一体化的虚拟政府,集成各类信息资源,为公众提供“一站式”的、个性化的服务,是当前电子政务理论和实践的热点课题。本文首先提出一个面向公众的“一站式”服务总体框架;其次,将个性化信息服务的概念引入到电子政务系统中,构建一个个性化信息服务模型;最后,运用数据挖掘技术对模型中的关键技术加以实现。 相似文献

Given the Laplace transform F(s) of a function f(t), we develop a new algorithm to find an approximation to f(t) by the use of the classical Jacobi polynomials. The main contribution of our work is the development of a new and very effective method to determine the coefficients in the finite series expansion that approximation f(t) in terms of Jacobi polynomials. In applications it is useful to compute the local average empirical statistics on u. A very simple relation exists when of a function f(u) of an input u from the local averages are given by a Haar approximation. The question is to know if it holds for higher order approximation methods. To do so, it is necessary to use approximate product operators defined over linear approximation spaces. These products are characterized by a Strang and Fix like condition. An explicit construction of these product operators is exhibited for piecewise polynomial functions, using Hermite interpolation. The averaging relation which holds for the Haar approximation is then recovered when the product is defined by a two point Hermite interpolation. 相似文献
