α尺度紧支撑双正交多小波

本文给出一种由双正交多尺度函数构造双正交多小波的方法,其构造方法如构造双正交单一小波那样容易。最后给出双正交多小波的构造算例。

本文研究了一元a尺度紧支撑、双正交多小波的构造.在区间[-1,1],给出了利用a尺度双正交尺度向量构造a尺度双正交多小波的推导过程得到了一种有效的小波构造算法,并给出了数值算例.     

a尺度正交多尺度函数和正交多小波

基于a 尺度正交单尺度函数，分别给出重数为2和3的a 尺度正交多尺度函数的构造算法。并给出对应正交多小波的显式构造。最后给出伸缩因子为3的正交多小波的构造算例。     

多重a尺度双向双正交向量值小波的构造

基于双向向量值小波的基本理论,通过酉矩阵,给出了a尺度r重双向向量值小波双正交条件,得到了a尺度r重双向向量值构造算法,最后给出算例.

本文研究尺度滤波器的基本分解问题。基于所得结果，对于任意给定的尺度滤波器，给出了双正交小波矩阵的构造方案。     

三元双正交小波滤波器的刻画

研究由三元双正交插值尺度函数构造对应的双正交小波滤波器的矩阵扩充问题.当给定的一对三元双正交尺度函数中有一个为插值函数时,利用提升思想与矩阵多相分解方法,给出一类三元双正交小波滤波器的显示构造公式和一个计算实例.讨论了三元双正交小波包的的性质.     

Meyer型正交小波基的构造与性质

本文基于多分辨分析理论与A．W．W方法将Meyer正交小波的构造规范化,给出其设计方法,并证明此类Meyer型小波母函数ψ（x)及相应的尺度函数ψ(x)具有优良的性质,如速降性O（│x│^-N-1(│x│→∞）、N阶消失矩、线性相位、对称性、频谱有限性、并且双尺度序列（滤波器）hn=ψ（n/2）等,并给出N＝2时构造小波函的具体实例。

给出一种构造 a尺度正交多小波的方法 .它是由任意 a尺度正交的单小波及一组滤波器构造出来的 .由于 a尺度单正交尺度函数选取的任意性和滤波器的选取有相当大的自由度 ,使得有可能构造出大量 a尺度正交的多小波 .     

三进制双正交对称小波的设计

本文给出了一种三进制双正交对称小波的设计方法.在给定插值紧支撑对称尺度函数的情况下,指出了如果对偶尺度函数同为紧支撑插值的,则它们同为1-型对称.并且给出了对偶尺度函数为紧支撑插值和非插值情况下的通解计算公式.还提出了频率优化方法设计对偶尺度函数和小波函数,把双正交条件归结为线性约束的二次规划问题,最后通过线性方程组来求解.对于小波函数本文也给出了一组特解公式.     

向量值双正交小波的存在性及滤波器的构造

引进了向量值多分辨分析与向量值双正交小波的概念.讨论了向量值双正交小波的存在性.运用多分辨分析和矩阵理论,给出一类紧支撑向量值双正交小波滤波器的构造算法.最后,给出4-系数向量值双正交小波滤波器的的构造算例.     

Numerical stability of biorthogonal wavelet transforms

For orthogonal wavelets, the discrete wavelet and wave packet transforms and their inverses are orthogonal operators with perfect numerical stability. For biorthogonal wavelets, numerical instabilities can occur. We derive bounds for the 2-norm and average 2-norm of these transforms, including efficient numerical estimates if the numberL of decomposition levels is small, as well as growth estimates forL . These estimates allow easy determination of numerical stability directly from the wavelet coefficients. Examples show that many biorthogonal wavelets are in fact numerically well behaved.     

Exceptional Laurent biorthogonal polynomials through spectral transformations of generalized eigenvalue problems

A formulation is given for the spectral transformation of the generalized eigenvalue problem through the decomposition of the second-order differential operators. This allows us to construct some Laurent biorthogonal polynomial systems with gaps in the degree of the polynomial sequence. These correspond to an exceptional-type extension of the orthogonal polynomials, as an extension of the Laurent biorthogonal polynomials. Specifically, we construct the exceptional extension of the Hendriksen–van Rossum polynomials, which are biorthogonal analogs of the classical orthogonal polynomials. Similar to the cases of exceptional extensions of classical orthogonal polynomials, both state-deletion and state-addition occur.

We consider the six-element summarized equation in the class of functions which are holomorphic in the exterior of a regular triangle and vanishing at infinity. We apply the method of integral equations and the theory of elliptic functions. Using the obtained results, we construct biorthogonal systems of holomorphic functions and study the problem of moments for integer functions of a finite degree.

Locally Supported,Piecewise Polynomial Biorthogonal Wavelets on Nonuniform Meshes

In this paper, biorthogonal wavelets are constructed on nonuniform meshes. Both primal and dual wavelets are locally supported, continuous piecewise polynomials. The wavelets generate Riesz bases for the Sobolev spaces (H^s) for (|s| < 3/2). The wavelets at the primal side span standard Lagrange finite element spaces.     

Oblique projections, biorthogonal Riesz bases and multiwavelets in Hilbert spaces

In this paper, we obtain equivalent conditions relating oblique projections to biorthogonal Riesz bases and angles between closed linear subspaces of a Hilbert space. We also prove an extension theorem in the biorthogonal setting, which leads to biorthogonal multiwavelets.
