在剖析企业家社会资本和企业动态能力内涵的基础上,通过理论分析构建企业家社会资本、企业动态能力和企业绩效关系的理论模型,并利用自编量表通过多途径收集了251个有效样本的数据对理论模型进行了检验.统计分析结果表明:理论模型在总体上得到了较好验证,但是变量间的作用路径具有差异性,即:动态能力在企业家社会资本和市场绩效中起部分中介作用;动态能力在企业家社会资本和新产品开发绩效中起部分中介作用.该研究从企业家社会资本视角探索企业动态能力的形成路径及其对企业绩效的影响,具有理论创新意义.  相似文献

将银行与中小企业间的动态博弈过程视为一个"模仿学习"的渐进系统,在考察银行贷款成本、中小企业还款成本及其群体特征的基础上,运用演化博弈论构建中小企业抵押贷款及互助担保贷款的演化博弈模型,对比分析两种贷款模式的演化路径及其相应条件,探讨如何缓解中小企业融资难问题.结果表明抵押贷款在现实条件下无法达到最优均衡状态,而互助担保贷款既可以增强中小企业的融资能力,又规避了银行的贷款风险,推动银行与企业动态博弈过程向最优均衡解演化,达到互利双赢.  相似文献

本文强调了企业家人力资源在企业核心能力和可持续成长能力生成中的重要作用和地位。基于时间和费用指标,研究了企业家人力资源培训问题,利用0-1线性整数规划建立了一个带有培训时间约束的最小培训费用模型,给出了求解模型的基于Lagrange松弛的分解算法,计算实例表明给出的算法是有效的。  相似文献

论文将动态能力作为解释组织学习和企业绩效间关系的中介变量.采用结构方程方法建立了其关系模型,以制造业部分上市公司为例,通过问卷调查、信度效度分析、回归分析验证提出的假设,研究理论模型符合可接受的适合度检定水平.实证研究结果表明制造业企业组织学习对动态能力影响显著且动态能力对企业绩效影响显著,组织学习对企业绩效直接影响较弱,动态能力中介作用明显.  相似文献

本文通过建立在企业对消费者偏好信息不确定情形下,双寡头企业动态定位、定价博弈模型,研究企业的定位策略、定价策略以及产品差异化问题。证明了该动态博弈存在唯一的子博弈精炼均衡。均衡结果表明,偏好不确定性是一种差异化力量,与消费者偏好信息确定情形相比,企业的不确定性能够提高均衡价格、增加均衡利润。最后,分析了偏好不确定性对社会最优定位和社会最优差异化的影响。  相似文献

碳税政策不仅得到了越来越多的国家或地区应用,也给高碳企业在经营管理中带来了机遇和挑战.研究了碳税政策背景下企业动态批量决策的预测时阈问题.构建了碳税约束下的成本最小化模型并转化为相应的网络流问题,分析得出最优解的特性,在此基础上,构造再生集且设计出前向动态规划算法寻找预测时阈.通过计算以及算例,分析了在碳税政策约束下影响预测时阈的各个因素,并得到碳税政策并不会增加企业的预测时阈,从而不会增加企业的预测成本等重要结论.  相似文献

针对制造网络,从能力视角,研究信息系统集成能力、业务覆盖能力、区域连接能力、人力资源能力和信息系统支持的无形资产能力对中小企业间知识共享的影响.对河北省和天津市近10家具有"电子合作"特征的中小制造企业进行调研,收回有效问卷163份,采用SPSS12.0进行数据分析.结果显示:信息系统集成能力对企业间知识共享的影响程度最大,其次是区域连接能力,再次是人力资源能力,而无形资产能力和业务覆盖能力对企业间知识共享没有显著影响.为管理者构建面向企业间知识共享的信息系统提供参考.  相似文献

IT capability as an important source of competitive advantage has been strongly emphasized in the strategic management literature, yet the formation and evolution of IT capability in the ever-changing business environment are not well explained. To fill this gap, this paper takes routine as the unit of analysis, depicts a micro-interpretation of the formation and evolution of IT capabilities from the routine-based and dynamic perspective, and uses the agent-based simulation methodology to simulate the evolutionary process of IT capability as well as to identify the underlying principles. In order to provide a better presentation of the evolutionary process, a routine-based view of the enterprise explicitly recognizes relationships of IT resources and capabilities. The simulation results show that the evolution of IT capability is a dynamic adaption and learning process. From the routine-based view, the evolution of IT capability is indeed the process of variation, selection, and retention for IT routines.  相似文献

Within the resource-based view of the firm, a dynamic story has emerged in which the knowledge accumulated over the history of a firm and embedded in organizational routines and structures influences the firm's ability to recognize the value of new resources and capabilities. This paper explores the possibility of firms to select organizational designs that increase the likelihood that they will recognize and value rent-producing resources and capabilities. A computational model is developed to study the tension between an organization's desire to explore its environment for new capabilities and the organization's need to exploit existing capabilities. Support is provided for the proposition that integration, both externally and internally, is an important source of dynamic capability. The model provides greater insight into the tradeoffs between these two forms of integration and suggests when one form may be preferred over another. In particular, evidence is provided that in uncertain environments, the ability to explore possible alternatives is critical while in more certain environments, the ability to transfer information internally is paramount.  相似文献

Trust is a dynamic and complex phenomenon and understanding the factors which affect its formation, evolution and disappearance is a critical research issue. It has been shown that trust plays a key role in how human and social capital develop, how economies grow and how societies progress. In this paper, we present an agent-based model of the relations between a dynamic effort allocation system, an evolving trust framework and a reputation module to study how changes in micro-level rent-seeking traits and decisions can shape the emergence of trust across the simulated environment. According to our results, variations in trust are correlated more with the returns to being productive, rather than rent-seeking. In line with previous studies, our model shows that higher than average levels of risk-taking by agents lead to further trust and gains during an interaction, though taken to an extreme, both trust and gain can decline as a result of reckless decisions. We also report on the formation of trust clusters in our model as an emergent phenomenon.  相似文献

An interactive approach to the formulation, modeling, analysis, and solution of discrete deterministic dynamic programming problems is presented. The approach utilizes APL both as the mathematical and the programming language. The interactive capabilities of APL and the simple one-to-one correspondence between the programming and the mathematical language provide an extremely convenient environment for dynamic programming investigations in general and for teaching/learning purposes in particular. One of the objectives of the Intergeo project was to provide European mathematics teachers with ??good quality?? pedagogical material supporting the use of dynamic geometry software in classrooms. With this aim in view, an online repository/platform was developed to gather various dynamic geometry resources, based on the idea of a teachers?? community feeding the repository, (re)using available resources and sharing practices related to the use of dynamic geometry in classrooms. The repository is thus open to contributions of any user who can deposit, browse, download and use resources, which naturally raises the question how to handle the resource quality issue in such an open environment. This paper reports on the way we tackled this issue in the Intergeo project. We first explain what we mean by a ??good quality?? dynamic geometry resource. We then provide a rationale behind the design of a questionnaire, the main tool for resource quality reviews, which are at the core of the quality assessment process implemented in the repository. Several experiments carried out with groups of teachers in order to confront our research-based view of the resource quality with the teachers?? one and to observe teachers?? usages of the quality assessment process are also reported in the paper. The outcomes of these experiments highlight strengths and limitations of the resource quality assessment process. They also tend to show that the idea of involving teachers into the resource quality assessment is a promising way of stimulating the use of dynamic geometry in classrooms, provided that teachers benefit from a support to make the quality process their own.  相似文献

Adaptive group formation in dynamic environments performed by heterogeneous swarms of simple agents is an interesting research topic. In this paper we consider an unsupervised scenario where the individuals of the swarm have limited information about their environment as well as limited communication capabilities. The particular case of a multi-agent model with self-organized reconfigurable agents where the agents are confronted with a resource collection task, different movement, and group formation tactics are analyzed experimentally. It is shown that cooperation in groups is profitable for the group members and the optimal group size depends on environmental parameters. Moreover, a simple strategy based on the agents ability to measure their own workload results in an adaptive behavior that influences the size of the groups and increases the performance of the overall system.  相似文献

云制造平台加工能力分享的调度优化是云制造模式的核心运营问题。为提高云制造平台对参与能力分享企业资源的利用率,解决实际云制造需求环境下企业级制造资源调度问题,达到云制造平台动态实时的要求,以最小化工期和成本为目标函数,构建了基于平台并面向分享的云加工能力调度模型。为快速求解多个云任务订单的最优调度序列,引入任务简易编码和随机权重,设计了改进的二阶粒子群算法,并提出可分享加工能力时间窗的更新策略。最后,通过算例验证云制造平台加工能力调度机制的可行性和有效性。  相似文献

Through the mathematical study of two models we quantify some of the theories of co-development and co-existence of focused groups in the social sciences. This work attempts to develop the mathematical framework behind the social sciences of community formation. By using well developed theories and concepts from ecology and epidemiology we hope to extend the theoretical framework of organizing and self-organizing social groups and communities, including terrorist groups. The main goal of our work is to gain insight into the role of recruitment and retention in the formation and survival of social organizations. Understanding the underlining mechanisms of the spread of ideologies under competition is a fundamental component of this work. Here contacts between core and non-core individuals extend beyond its physical meaning to include indirect interaction and spread of ideas through phone conversations, emails, media sources and other similar mean. This work focuses on the dynamics of formation of interest groups, either ideological, economical or ecological and thus we explore the questions such as, how do interest groups initiate and co-develop by interacting within a common environment and how do they sustain themselves? Our results show that building and maintaining the core group is essential for the existence and survival of an extreme ideology. Our research also indicates that in the absence of competitive ability (i.e., ability to take from the other core group or share prospective members) the social organization or group that is more committed to its group ideology and manages to strike the right balance between investment in recruitment and retention will prevail. Thus under no cross interaction between two social groups a single trade-off (of these efforts) can support only a single organization. The more efforts that an organization implements to recruit and retain its members the more effective it will be in transmitting the ideology to other vulnerable individuals and thus converting them to believers.  相似文献
