首先将直角坐标系中的横向变厚度薄板的大挠度方程,转化到极坐标系中的变厚度圆薄板的非对称大挠度方程· 此方程和极坐标系中径向、切向两个平衡方程联立求解· 将物理方程和中面应变非线性变形方程,代入3个平衡方程,可得用3个变形位移表示的3个非对称非线性方程· 用Fourier级数表示的解代入基本方程,获得相应的基本方程· 在周边夹紧边界条件下,用修正迭代法求解· 作为算例,研究了余弦形式载荷作用下的问题,还给出了载荷与挠度的特征曲线,曲线依据变厚度参数变化而变化,其结果和物理概念完全吻合·  相似文献

This paper analyses the large deflections of an orthotropic rectangular clamped and simply supported thin plate. A hybrid method which combines the finite difference method and the differential transformation method is employed to reduce the partial differential equations describing the large deflections of the orthotropic plate to a set of algebraic equations. The simulation results indicate that significant errors are present in the numerical results obtained for the deflections of the orthotropic plate in the transient state when a step force is applied. The magnitude of the numerical error is found to reduce, and the deflection of the orthotropic plate to converge, as the number of sub-domains considered in the solution procedure increases. The deflection of the simply supported orthotropic plate is great than the clamped orthotropic plate. The current modeling results confirm the applicability of the proposed hybrid method to the solution of the large deflections of a rectangular orthotropic plate.  相似文献

本文以中心挠度为摄动参数,将矩形板大挠度问题的非线性偏微分方程缉转化为几个线性的偏微分方程组,然后分别用样条有限点法和样条有限元法求解,得到了在多种边界条件下具有任意长宽比的,受均布荷载的矩形板的解答,给出了板中面的位移、挠度的解析表达式;并编制了相关的计算机程序.计算的结果与现有的其他理论的结果作了比较,表明本文的结果是良好的.  相似文献

在孔隙流体仅存在沿梁轴线方向扩散的假定下,建立了微观不可压饱和多孔弹性梁大挠度问题的非线性数学模型.利用Galerkin截断法,研究了固定端不可渗透、自由端可渗透的饱和多孔弹性悬臂梁在自由端突加集中载荷作用下的非线性弯曲,得到了梁骨架的挠度、弯矩以及孔隙流体压力等效力偶等的时间响应和沿轴线的分布.比较了大挠度非线性和小挠度线性理论的结果,揭示了两者间的差异.研究发现大挠度理论的结果小于相应的小挠度理论结果,并且,大挠度理论的结果趋于其稳态值的时间小于相应的小挠度理论结果趋于其稳态值的时间.  相似文献

本文在文献[1,2]的基础上,进一步研究了富里叶级数在求解板壳大挠度问题中的应用。文中导出了简支边界条件下正交异性矩底双曲扁壳大挠度微分方程组的解析解。这个解可通用于板与壳、大挠度与小挠度、各向同性与正交异性在直角坐标下的多种情况。其数值结果与实验数据和其它解法结果相吻合。  相似文献

Studies are made on nonlinear free vibrations of simply supported piezo-laminated rectangular plates with immovable edges utilizing Kirchoff’s hypothesis and von Kármán strain–displacement relations. The effect of random material properties of the base structure and actuation electric potential difference on the nonlinear free vibration of the plate is examined. The study is confined to linear-induced strain in the piezoelectric layer applicable to low electric fields. The von Kármán’s large deflection equations for generally laminated elastic plates are derived in terms of stress function and transverse deflection function. A deflection function satisfying the simply supported boundary conditions is assumed and a stress function is then obtained after solving the compatibility equation. Applying the modified Galerkin’s method to the governing nonlinear partial differential equations, a modal equation of Duffing’s type is obtained. It is solved by exact integration. Monte Carlo simulation has been carried out to examine the response statistics considering the material properties and actuation electric potential difference of the piezoelectric layer as random variables. The extremal values of response are also evaluated utilizing the Convex model as well as the Multivariate method. Results obtained through the different statistical approaches are found to be in good agreement with each other.  相似文献

This paper deals with the thermal buckling analysis of point-supported thin laminated composite plates. The analysis is performed for rhombic and rectangular plates and two cases of bilateral and unilateral buckling. In the unilateral buckling, it is assumed that the plate is in contact with a rigid surface and lateral deflection is forced to be only in one direction. The element-free Galerkin (EFG) method is employed to discretize equilibrium equations. Point supports are modeled in the form of distinct restrained circular surfaces through developing a numerical procedure based on the Lagrange multiplier technique. The unilateral behavior of the plate is incorporated in the analysis by using the penalty method and the Heaviside contact function. The final system of nonlinear algebraic equations is solved iteratively. Two types of point support arrangements are considered and the effect of different parameters such as number of point supports, plate aspect ratio and lamination scheme on the buckling coefficient of composite plates is investigated.  相似文献

A rigid–flexible coupling dynamic analysis is presented where a mass is attached to a massless flexible rod which rotates about an axis. The rod is limited to small deformation so that the mass is constrained to move in the plane of rotation. A strongly nonlinear model of the system is established based on the couplings between the elastic deflections of the mass and rigid rotation, in which the mass deflection and rigid rotation are both treated as unknown variables. The additional inertia forces on the mass and coupling mechanism are elucidated in the system model. In the case of varied but prescribed rigid rotation, a set of time-varying differential equations governing mass motion is obtained. The trajectories of mass motion are examined for the spin-up and spin-down rotation. Under constant rigid rotation, a set of ordinary differential equations is further attained, and the issues with dynamic frequencies and critical angular velocity of the system are analyzed. The effects of the centrifugal, Coriolis and tangential inertia forces on the dynamic responses are discussed.  相似文献

由于卡门方程的非线性性和耦合性,使得寻求精确解的困难很大。迄今为止,除了少数未从数学上严格证明其收敛性的精确解外,大多数均采用近似方法求解。本文将卡门方程化为非线性奇异耦合的积分方程组,运用迭代法求得了连续函数序列。通过证明其一致收敛性,得到了中心受集中载荷作用的固定夹紧边界的圆板和圆底扁球壳的卡门方程的精确解的解析式及其收敛性证明。  相似文献

In this paper, we obtain accurate analytic free vibration solutions of rectangular thin cantilever plates by using an up-to-date rational superposition method in the symplectic space. To the authors’ knowledge, these solutions were not available in the literature due to the difficulty in handling the complex mathematical model. The Hamiltonian system-based governing equation is first constructed. The eigenvalue problems of two fundamental vibration problems are formed for a cantilever plate. By symplectic expansion, the fundamental solutions are obtained. Superposition of these solutions are equal to that of the cantilever plate, which yields the analytic frequency equation. The mode shapes are then readily obtained. The developed method yields the benchmark analytic solutions with fast convergence and satisfactory accuracy by rigorous derivation, without assuming any trial solutions; thus, it is regarded as rational, and its applicability to more boundary value problems of partial differential equations represented by plates’ vibration, bending and buckling may be expected.  相似文献

The extended Melnikov method, which was used to solve autonomous perturbed Hamiltonian systems, is improved to deal with high-dimensional non-autonomous nonlinear dynamical systems. The multi-pulse Shilnikov type chaotic dynamics of a parametrically and externally excited, simply supported rectangular thin plate is studied by using the extended Melnikov method. A two-degree-of-freedom non-autonomous nonlinear system of the rectangular thin plate is derived by the von Karman type equation and the Galerkin approach. The case of buckling is considered for the rectangular thin plate. The extended Melnikov method is directly applied to the non-autonomous governing equations of motion to investigate multi-pulse Shilnikov type chaotic motions of the buckled rectangular thin plate for the first time. The results obtained here indicate that multi-pulse chaotic motions can occur in the parametrically and externally excited, simply supported buckled rectangular thin plate.  相似文献

Summary We review and extend our recent work on a new theory of multilayer structures, with particular emphasis on sandwich beams/1-D plates. Both the formulation of the equations of motion in the general dynamic case and the computational formulation of the resulting nonlinear equations of equilibrium in the static case based on a Galerkin projection are presented. Finite rotations of the layer cross sections are allowed, with shear deformation accounted for in each layer. There is no restriction on the layer thickness; the number of layers can vary between one and three. The deformed profile of a beam cross section is continuous, piecewise linear, with a motion in 2-D space identical to that of a planar multibody system that consists of three rigid links connected by hinges. With the dynamics of this multi (rigid/flexible) body being referred directly to an inertial frame, the equations of motion are derived via the balance of (1) the rate of kinetic energy and the power of resultant contact (internal) forces/couples, and (2) the power of assigned (external) forces/couples. The present formulation offers a general method for analyzing the dynamic response of flexible multilayer structures undergoing large deformation and large overall motion. With the layersnot required to have equal length, the formulation permits the analysis of an important class of multilayer structures with ply drop-off. For sandwich structures, an approximated theory with infinitesimal relative outer-layer rotations superimposed onto finite core-layer rotation is deduced from the general nonlinear equations in a consistent manner. The classical linear theory of sandwich beams/1-D plates is recovered upon a consistent linearization. Using finite element basis functions in the Galerkin projection, we provide extensive numerical examples to verify the theoretical formulation and to illustrate its versatility. England (2006) [13] proposed a novel method to study the bending of isotropic functionally graded plates subject to transverse biharmonic loads. His method is extended here to functionally graded plates with materials characterizing transverse isotropy. Using the complex variable method, the governing equations of three plate displacements appearing in the expansions of displacement field are formulated based on the three-dimensional theory of elasticity for a transverse load satisfying the biharmonic equation. The solution may be expressed in terms of four analytic functions of the complex variable, in which the unknown constants can be determined from the boundary conditions similar to that in the classical plate theory. The elasticity solutions of an FGM rectangular plate with opposite edges simply supported under 12 types of biharmonic polynomial loads are derived as appropriate sums of the general and particular solutions of the governing equations. A comparison of the present results for a uniform load with existing solutions is made and good agreement is observed. The influence of boundary conditions, material inhomogeneity, and thickness to length ratio on the plate deflection and stresses for the load x2yq are studied numerically.  相似文献
