Using continuation methods, we study the global solution structure of periodic solutions for a class of periodically forced equations, generalizing the case of relativistic pendulum. We obtain results on the existence and multiplicity of periodic solutions. Our approach is suitable for numerical computations, and in fact we present some numerically computed bifurcation diagrams illustrating our results.  相似文献

In this article, the generalized multiple Riccati equations rational expansion method has been used to construct a series of complexiton soliton solutions for the non-linear Hirota–Satsuma equations. With the help of symbolic computation software as Maple or Mathematica, we obtain many new types of complexiton soliton solutions, i.e. various combination of trigonometric periodic function and hyperbolic function solutions, various combination of trigonometric periodic function and rational function solutions, and various combination of hyperbolic function and rational function solutions.  相似文献

In this paper, we use the bifurcation method of dynamical systems to study the periodic wave solutions and their limits for the modified Kd V–KP equations. Some explicit periodic wave solutions are obtained. These solutions contain smooth periodic wave solutions and periodic blow-up solutions. Their limits contain solitary wave solutions, periodic wave solutions, kink wave solutions and unbounded solutions.  相似文献

In this paper, by means of the Jacobi elliptic function method, exact double periodic wave solutions and solitary wave solutions of a nonlinear evolution equation are presented. It can be shown that not only the obtained solitary wave solutions have the property of loop-shaped, cusp-shaped and hump-shaped for different values of parameters, but also different types of double periodic wave solutions are possible, namely periodic loop-shaped wave solutions, periodic hump-shaped wave solutions or periodic cusp-shaped wave solutions. Furthermore, periodic loop-shaped wave solutions will be degenerated to loop-shaped solitary wave solutions for the same values of parameters. So do cusp-shaped solutions and hump-shaped solutions. All these solutions are new and first reported here.  相似文献

In this article, we employ the complex method to obtain all meromorphic exact solutions of complex Klein–Gordon (KG) equation, modified Korteweg‐de Vries (mKdV) equation, and the generalized Boussinesq (gB) equation at first, then find all exact solutions of the Equations KG, mKdV, and gB. The idea introduced in this paper can be applied to other nonlinear evolution equations. Our results show that all rational and simply periodic solutions are solitary wave solutions, the complex method is simpler than other methods, and there exist some rational solutions w2r,2(z) and simply periodic solutions w1s,2(z),w2s,1(z) in these equations such that they are not only new but also not degenerated successively by the elliptic function solutions. In this paper, the generalized Dodd-Bullough-Mikhailov equation is studied. The existence of periodic wave and unbounded wave solutions is proved by using the method of bifurcation theory of dynamical systems. Under different parametric conditions, various sufficient conditions to guarantee the existence of the above solutions are given.Some exact explicit parametric representations of the above travelling solutions are obtained.  相似文献
