A nonlinear stochastic dynamical model on a typical HAB algae diatom and dianoflagellate densities was created and presented in this paper. Simplifying the model through a stochastic averaging method, we obtained a two-dimensional diffusion process of averaged amplitude and phase. The singular boundary theory of diffusion process and the invariant measure theory were applied in analyzing the bifurcation of stability and the Hopf bifurcation of the stochastic system. The critical value of the stochastic Hopf bifurcation parameter was obtained and the conclusion that the position of Hopf bifurcation drifting with the parameter increase is presented as a result.  相似文献

本文研究了一类简化的具时滞的生理模型的稳定性和Hopf分支.首先,以滞量为参数,应用Cooke的方法,把R^+分为两个区间,使当滞量属于相应区间时,所考虑的模型的平凡解是稳定或不稳定的,同时得到了Hopf分支值.然后,应用中心流形和规范型理论,得到了关于确定Hopf分支方向和分支周期解的稳定性的计算公式.最后,应用Mathematica软件进行了数值模拟。  相似文献

In this paper, we deal with the effect of the shape of herd behavior on the interaction between predator and prey. The model analysis was studied in three parts. The first, The analysis of the system in the absence of spatial diffusion and the time delay, where the local stability of the equilibrium states, the existence of Hopf bifurcation have been investigated. For the second part, the spatiotemporal dynamics introduce by self diffusion was determined, where the existence of Hopf bifurcation, Turing driven instability, Turing-Hopf bifurcation point have been proved. Further, the order of Hopf bifurcation points and regions of the stability of the non trivial equilibrium state was given. In the last part of the paper, we studied the delay effect on the stability of the non trivial equilibrium, where we proved that the delay can lead to the instability of interior equilibrium state, and also the existence of Hopf bifurcation. A numerical simulation was carried out to insure the theoretical results.  相似文献

In this paper we study the stability and bifurcation of the trivial solution of a two-neuron network model with distributed time delays. This model consists of two identical neurons, each possessing nonlinear instantaneous self-feedback and connected to the other neuron with continuously distributed time delays. We first examine the local asymptotic stability of the trivial solution by studying the roots of the corresponding characteristic equation, and then describe the stability and instability regions in the parameter space consisting of the self-feedback strength and the product of the connection strengths between the neurons. It is further shown that the trivial solution may lose its stability via a certain type of bifurcation such as a Hopf bifurcation or a pitchfork bifurcation. In addition, the criticality of Hopf bifurcation is investigated by means of the normal form theory. We also provide numerical evidence to support our theoretical analyses.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider the growth of densities of two kinds of typical HAB algae: diatom and dianoflagellate on some coasts of China’s mainland. Since there exist many random factors that cause the change of the algae densities, we shall develop a new nonlinear dynamical model with stochastic excitations on the algae densities. Applying a stochastic averaging method on the model, we obtain a two-dimensional diffusion process of averaged amplitude and phase. Then we investigate the stability and the Hopf bifurcation of the stochastic system with FPK (Fokker Planck–Kolmogorov) theory and obtain the stationary transition probability density of the process. We obtain the critical values of parameters for the occurrences of Hopf bifurcation in terms of probability. We also investigate numerically the effects of various parameters on the stationary transition probability density of the occurrences of Hopf bifurcation. The numerical results are in good correlation with the analysis. We draw the conclusion that if the Hopf bifurcation occurs with a radius large enough, i.e., if the densities of the HAB algae reach a high value, the HAB will take place with comparatively high probability.  相似文献

In this paper we analyze a macroeconomic model derived from Schinasi’s model of a closed economy. Rigorous analysis of the existence and stability of the equilibrium is carried out. We present a formula for the calculation of the focus constant in the bifurcation equation of the model. Thereafter we prove the existence and stability of business cycles by application of the Hopf bifurcation theorem. Finally, we give an example of a model with a stable business cycle and its graphical illustrations.  相似文献

A general jerky equation with random excitation is investigated in this paper. Before introducing the random excitation term, the equation is reduced to a two-dimensional model when undergoing a Hopf bifurcation. Then the model with the parametric excitation and external excitation is converted to a stochastic differential equation with singularity based on the stochastic average theory. For the equation, its dynamical behaviors are analyzed in different parameters'' spaces, including the stability, stochastic bifurcation and stationary solution. In this paper, we analyze a augmented IS-LM business cycle model with the capital accumulation equation that two time delays are considered in investment processes according to Kalecki’s idea. 研究了Duffing-Van der Pol振子的主参数共振响应及其时滞反馈控制问题.依平均法和对时滞反馈控制项Taylor展开的截断得到的平均方程表明,除参数激励的幅值和频率外,零解的稳定性只与原方程中线性项的系数和线性反馈有关,但周期解的稳定性还与原方程中非线性项的系数和非线性反馈有关.通过调整反馈增益和时滞,可以使不稳定的零解变得稳定.非零周期解可能通过鞍结分岔和Hopf分岔失去稳定性,但选择合适的反馈增益和时滞,可以避免鞍结分岔和Hopf分岔的发生.数值仿真的结果验证了理论分析的正确性.  相似文献

In contrast to the previous studies which have dealt with stochastic resonance induced by random transitions of system motion between two coexisting limit cycle attractors in the FitzHugh–Nagumo (FHN) neuron model after Hopf bifurcation and which have dealt with the phenomenon of stochastic resonance induced by external noise when the model with periodic input has only one attractor before Hopf bifurcation, in this paper we have focused our attention on stochastic resonance (SR) induced by a novel transition behavior, the transitions of motion of the model among one attractor on the left side of bifurcation point and two attractors on the right side of bifurcation point under the perturbation of noise. The results of research show: since one bifurcation of transition from one to two limit cycle attractors and the other bifurcation of transition from two to one limit cycle attractors occur in turn besides Hopf bifurcation, the novel transitions of motion of the model occur when bifurcation parameter is perturbed by weak internal noise; the bifurcation point of the model may stochastically slightly shift to the left or right when FHN neuron model is perturbed by external Gaussian distributed white noise, and then the novel transitions of system motion also occur under the perturbation of external noise; the novel transitions could induce SR alone, and when the novel transitions of motion of the model and the traditional transitions between two coexisting limit cycle attractors after bifurcation occur in the same process the SR also may occur with complicated behaviors types; the mechanism of SR induced by external noise when FHN neuron model with periodic input has only one attractor before Hopf bifurcation is related to this kind of novel transition mentioned above.  相似文献

在经济活动中,投资行为和资本存量存在一定的时滞效应,这会影响经济周期模型的动态行为,进而使得投资政策对经济的稳定调整复杂化.考虑到资本存量的预期时间以及投资时滞对经济活动的影响,采用Hopf分岔理论,研究具有固定时滞的经济周期模型的均衡点的稳定性以及形成经济周期的条件.研究发现,投资过程中的投资时滞,以及投资决策中对于资本存量的预测时间构成经济周期产生的诱因;同时可通过政府投资政策调整达到预期均衡目标,这对保持经济周期稳定及经济政策制定有一定的指导作用.  相似文献

In this paper a system of three delay differential equations representing a Hopfield type general model for three neurons with two-way (bidirectional) time delayed connections between the neurons and time delayed self-connection from each neuron to itself is studied. Delay independent and delay dependent sufficient conditions for linear stability, instability and the occurrence of a Hopf bifurcation about the trivial equilibrium are addressed. The partition of the resulting parametric space into regions of stability, instability, and Hopf bifurcation in the absence of self-connection is realized. To extend the local Hopf branches for large delay values a particular bidirectional delayed tri-neuron model without self-connection is investigated. Sufficient conditions for global existence of multiple non-constant periodic solutions are obtained for such a model using the global Hopf-bifurcation theorem for functional differential equations due to J. Wu and the Bendixson criterion for higher dimensional ordinary differential equations due to Li and Muldowney, and following the approach developed by Wei and Li.  相似文献

In this paper, we investigate the predator–prey model equipped with Fickian diffusion and memory-based diffusion of predators. The stability and bifurcation analysis explores the impacts of the memory-based diffusion and the averaged memory period on the dynamics near the positive steady state. Specifically, when the memory-based diffusion coefficient is less than a critical value, we show that the stability of the positive steady state can be destabilized as the average memory period increases, which leads to the occurrence of Hopf bifurcations. Moreover, we also analyze the bifurcation properties using the central manifold theorem and normal form theory. This allows us to prove the existence of stable spatially inhomogeneous periodic solutions arising from Hopf bifurcation. In addition, the sufficient and necessary conditions for the occurrence of stability switches are also provided.  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to study the dynamics of a delayed business cycle model with general investment function. The model describes the interaction of the gross product and capital stock. Furthermore, the delay represents the time between the decision of investment and implementation. Firstly, we show that the model is well posed by proving the global existence and boundedness of solutions. Secondly, we determine the economic equilibrium of the model. By analyzing the characteristic equation, we investigate the stability of the economic equilibrium and the local existence of Hopf bifurcation. Also, the direction of the Hopf bifurcation and the stability of the bifurcating periodic solutions are derived by applying the normal form method and center manifold theory. Moreover, the global existence of bifurcating periodic solutions is established by using the global Hopf bifurcation theory. Finally, our theoretical results are illustrated with some numerical simulations.  相似文献

We consider a nonlinear age-structured model, inspired by hematopoiesis modelling, describing the dynamics of a cell population divided into mature and immature cells. Immature cells, that can be either proliferating or non-proliferating, differentiate in mature cells, that in turn control the immature cell population through a negative feedback. We reduce the system to two delay differential equations, and we investigate the asymptotic stability of the trivial and the positive steady states. By constructing a Lyapunov function, the trivial steady state is proven to be globally asymptotically stable when it is the only equilibrium of the system. The asymptotic stability of the positive steady state is related to a delay-dependent characteristic equation. Existence of a Hopf bifurcation and stability switch for the positive steady state is established. Numerical simulations illustrate the stability results.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with a delayed predator–prey diffusive system with Neumann boundary conditions. The bifurcation analysis of the model shows that Hopf bifurcation can occur by regarding the delay as the bifurcation parameter. In addition, the direction of Hopf bifurcation and the stability of bifurcated periodic solution are also discussed by employing the normal form theory and the center manifold reduction for partial functional differential equations (PFDEs).
