The main motive of this article is to study the recently developed Atangana-Baleanu Caputo (ABC) fractional operator that is obtained by replacing the classical singular kernel by Mittag-Leffler kernel in the definition of the fractional differential operator. We investigate a novel numerical method for the nonlinear two-dimensional cable equation in which time-fractional derivative is of Mittag-Leffler kernel type. First, we derive an approximation formula of the fractional-order ABC derivative of a function tk using a numerical integration scheme. Using this approximation formula and some properties of shifted Legendre polynomials, we derived the operational matrix of ABC derivative. In the author of knowledge, this operational matrix of ABC derivative is derived the first time. We have shown the efficiency of this newly derived operational matrix by taking one example. Then we solved a new class of fractional partial differential equations (FPDEs) by the implementation of this ABC operational matrix. The two-dimensional model of the time-fractional model of the cable equation is solved and investigated by this method. We have shown the effectiveness and validity of our proposed method by giving the solution of some numerical examples of the two-dimensional fractional cable equation. We compare our obtained numerical results with the analytical results, and we conclude that our proposed numerical method is feasible and the accuracy can be seen by error tables. We see that the accuracy is so good. This method will be very useful to investigate a different type of model that have Mittag-Leffler fractional derivative.  相似文献

In this paper, a variable-order fractional derivative nonlinear cable equation is considered. It is commonly accepted that fractional differential equations play an important role in the explanation of many physical phenomena. For this reason we need a reliable and efficient technique for the solution of fractional differential equations. This paper deals with the numerical solution of class of fractional partial differential equation with variable coefficient of fractional differential equation in various continues functions of spatial and time orders. Our main aim is to generalize the Chebyshev cardinal operational matrix to the fractional calculus. Finally, illustrative examples are included to demonstrate the validity and applicability of the presented technique.  相似文献

Fractional calculus is an extension of derivatives and integrals to non-integer orders and has been widely used to model scientific and engineering problems. In this paper, we describe the fractional derivative in the Caputo sense and give the second kind Chebyshev wavelet (SCW) operational matrix of fractional integration. Then based on above results we propose the SCW operational matrix method to solve a kind of nonlinear fractional-order Volterra integro-differential equations. The main characteristic of this approach is that it reduces the integro-differential equations into a nonlinear system of algebraic equations. Thus, it can simplify the problem of fractional order equation solving. The obtained numerical results indicate that the proposed method is efficient and accurate for this kind equations.  相似文献

In this paper, a numerical solution of fractional partial differential equations (FPDEs) for electromagnetic waves in dielectric media will be discussed. For the solution of FPDEs, we developed a numerical collocation method using an algorithm based on two‐dimensional shifted Legendre polynomials approximation, which is proposed for electromagnetic waves in dielectric media. By implementing the partial Riemann–Liouville fractional derivative operators, two‐dimensional shifted Legendre polynomials approximation and its operational matrix along with collocation method are used to convert FPDEs first into weakly singular fractional partial integro‐differential equations and then converted weakly singular fractional partial integro‐differential equations into system of algebraic equation. Some results concerning the convergence analysis and error analysis are obtained. Illustrative examples are included to demonstrate the validity and applicability of the technique. Distributed-order differential equations have recently been investigated for complex dynamical systems, which have been used to describe some important physical phenomena. In this paper, a new time distributed-order and two-sided space-fractional advection-dispersion equation is considered. Firstly, we transform the time distributed-order fractional equation into a multi-term time-space fractional partial differential equation by applying numerical integration. Then an implicit numerical method is constructed to solve the multi-term fractional equation. The uniqueness, stability and convergence of the implicit numerical method are proved. Some numerical results are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the method. The method and techniques can be extended to other time distributed-order and space-fractional partial differential equations.  相似文献

In this paper, a new computational scheme based on operational matrices (OMs) of two‐dimensional wavelets is proposed for the solution of variable‐order (VO) fractional partial integro‐differential equations (PIDEs). To accomplish this method, first OMs of integration and VO fractional derivative (FD) have been derived using two‐dimensional Legendre wavelets. By implementing two‐dimensional wavelets approximations and the OMs of integration and variable‐order fractional derivative (VO‐FD) along with collocation points, the VO fractional partial PIDEs are reduced into the system of algebraic equations. In addition to this, some useful theorems are discussed to establish the convergence analysis and error estimate of the proposed numerical technique. Furthermore, computational efficiency and applicability are examined through some illustrative examples.  相似文献

A novel collocation method based on Genocchi wavelet is presented for the numerical solution of fractional differential equations and time‐fractional partial differential equations with delay. In this work, to achieve the approximate solution with height accuracy, we employed the operational matrix of integer derivative and the pseudo‐operational matrix of fractional derivative in Caputo sense. Also, based on Genocchi function properties, we presented delay and pantograph operational matrices of Genocchi wavelet functions (GWFs). Due to operational and pseudo‐operational matrices, the equations under this study can be turned into nonlinear algebraic equations with the unknown GWF coefficients. For illustrating the upper bound of error for the proposed method, we estimate the error in the sense of Sobolev space. In addition, to demonstrate the efficacy of the pseudo‐operational matrix of fractional derivative, we investigate the upper bound of error for the mentioned matrix. Finally, the algorithm based on the proposed approach is implemented for some numerical experiments to confirm accuracy and applicability.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose a new numerical algorithm for solving linear and non linear fractional differential equations based on our newly constructed integer order and fractional order generalized hat functions operational matrices of integration. The linear and nonlinear fractional order differential equations are transformed into a system of algebraic equations by these matrices and these algebraic equations are solved through known computational methods. Further some numerical examples are given to illustrate and establish the accuracy and reliability of the proposed algorithm. The results obtained, using the scheme presented here, are in full agreement with the analytical solutions and numerical results presented elsewhere.  相似文献

This paper aims to construct a general formulation for the Jacobi operational matrix of fractional integral operator. Fractional calculus has been used to model physical and engineering processes that are found to be best described by fractional differential equations. Therefore, a reliable and efficient technique for the solution of them is too important. For the concept of fractional derivative we will adopt Caputo’s definition by using Riemann–Liouville fractional integral operator. Our main aim is to generalize the Jacobi integral operational matrix to the fractional calculus. These matrices together with the Tau method are then utilized to reduce the solution of this problem to the solution of a system of algebraic equations. The method is applied to solve linear and nonlinear fractional differential equations. Illustrative examples are included to demonstrate the validity and applicability of the presented technique.  相似文献

Traditional integer‐order partial differential equation based image denoising approach can easily lead edge and complex texture detail blur, thus its denoising effect for texture image is always not well. To solve the problem, we propose to implement a fractional partial differential equation (FPDE) based denoising model for texture image by applying a novel mathematical method—fractional calculus to image processing from the view of system evolution. Previous studies show that fractional calculus has some unique properties that it can nonlinearly enhance complex texture detail in digital image processing, which is obvious different with integer‐order differential calculus. The goal of the modeling is to overcome the problems of the existed denoising approaches by utilizing the aforementioned properties of fractional differential calculus. Using classic definition and property of fractional differential calculus, we extend integer‐order steepest descent approach to fractional field to implement fractional steepest descent approach. Then, based on the earlier fractional formulas, a FPDE based multiscale denoising model for texture image is proposed and further analyze optimal parameters value for FPDE based denoising model. The experimental results prove that the ability for preserving high‐frequency edge and complex texture information of the proposed fractional denoising model are obviously superior to traditional integral based algorithms, as for texture detail rich images. In this paper, a fast numerical algorithm based on the Taylor wavelets is proposed for finding the numerical solutions of the fractional integro‐differential equations with weakly singular kernels. The properties of Taylor wavelets are given, and the operational matrix of fractional integration is constructed. These wavelets are utilized to reduce the solution of the given fractional integro‐differential equation to the solution of a linear system of algebraic equations. Also, convergence of the proposed method is studied. Illustrative examples are included to demonstrate the validity and applicability of the technique.  相似文献

In this research, a Bernoulli wavelet operational matrix of fractional integration is presented. Bernoulli wavelets and their properties are employed for deriving a general procedure for forming this matrix. The application of the proposed operational matrix for solving the fractional delay differential equations is explained. Also, upper bound for the error of operational matrix of the fractional integration is given. This operational matrix is utilized to transform the problem to a set of algebraic equations with unknown Bernoulli wavelet coefficients. In this study, we present a numerical scheme for solving a class of fractional partial differential equations. First, we introduce psi -Laguerre polynomials like psi-shifted Chebyshev polynomials and employ these newly introduced polynomials for the solution of space-time fractional differential equations. In our approach, we project these polynomials to develop operational matrices of fractional integration. The use of these orthogonal polynomials converts the problem under consideration into a system of algebraic equations. The solution of this system provide us the desired results. The convergence of the proposed method is analyzed. Finally, some illustrative examples are included to observe the validity and applicability of the proposed method.  相似文献

A new shifted Chebyshev operational matrix (SCOM) of fractional integration of arbitrary order is introduced and applied together with spectral tau method for solving linear fractional differential equations (FDEs). The fractional integration is described in the Riemann–Liouville sense. The numerical approach is based on the shifted Chebyshev tau method. The main characteristic behind the approach using this technique is that only a small number of shifted Chebyshev polynomials is needed to obtain a satisfactory result. Illustrative examples reveal that the present method is very effective and convenient for linear multi-term FDEs.  相似文献

This paper presents a new computational technique for solving fractional pantograph differential equations. The fractional derivative is described in the Caputo sense. The main idea is to use Müntz-Legendre wavelet and its operational matrix of fractional-order integration. First, the Müntz-Legendre wavelet is presented. Then a family of piecewise functions is proposed, based on which the fractional order integration of the Müntz-Legendre wavelets are easy to calculate. The proposed approach is used this operational matrix with the collocation points to reduce the under study problem to a system of algebraic equations. An estimation of the error is given in the sense of Sobolev norms. The efficiency and accuracy of the proposed method are illustrated by several numerical examples.  相似文献

In this paper, an efficient and accurate computational method based on the Chebyshev wavelets (CWs) together with spectral Galerkin method is proposed for solving a class of nonlinear multi-order fractional differential equations (NMFDEs). To do this, a new operational matrix of fractional order integration in the Riemann–Liouville sense for the CWs is derived. Hat functions (HFs) and the collocation method are employed to derive a general procedure for forming this matrix. By using the CWs and their operational matrix of fractional order integration and Galerkin method, the problems under consideration are transformed into corresponding nonlinear systems of algebraic equations, which can be simply solved. Moreover, a new technique for computing nonlinear terms in such problems is presented. Convergence of the CWs expansion in one dimension is investigated. Furthermore, the efficiency and accuracy of the proposed method are shown on some concrete examples. The obtained results reveal that the proposed method is very accurate and efficient. As a useful application, the proposed method is applied to obtain an approximate solution for the fractional order Van der Pol oscillator (VPO) equation.  相似文献

Haar wavelet operational matrix has been widely applied in system analysis, system identification, optimal control and numerical solution of integral and differential equations. In the present paper we derive the Haar wavelet operational matrix of the fractional order integration, and use it to solve the fractional order differential equations including the Bagley-Torvik, Ricatti and composite fractional oscillation equations. The results obtained are in good agreement with the existing ones in open literatures and it is shown that the technique introduced here is robust and easy to apply.  相似文献
