本文提出了数据挖掘中求解聚类中心问题的一种新方法.这类问题属于非凸非光滑全局最优化问题.我们首先利用光滑化方法将非光滑聚类函数用光滑函数逼近,然后对光滑化问题利用填充函数搜索其全局最优点.对不同数据库的数值试验表明,本文提出的算法是可行和有效的.  相似文献

通过定义一种新的*-微分,本文给出了局部Lipschitz非光滑方程组的牛顿法,并对其全局收敛性进行了研究.该牛顿法结合了非光滑方程组的局部收敛性和全局收敛性.最后,我们把这种牛顿法应用到非光滑函数的光滑复合方程组问题上,得到了较好的收敛性.  相似文献

Hartman's linearization theorem tells us that if matrix A has no zero real part and f(x) is bounded and satisfies Lipchitz condition with small Lipchitzian constant, then there exists a homeomorphism of Rn sending the solutions of nonlinear system x' = Ax + f(x) onto the solutions of linear system x = Ax. In this paper, some components of the nonlinear item f(x) are permitted to be unbounded and we prove the result of global topological linearization without any special limitation and adding any condition. For any given differentiable dynamical system with discrete time on a compact Riemannian manifold of finite dimension d, along its orbits, in this paper, we introduce a type of global linearization under natural moving orthonormal q-frames of the tangent space of the base manifold, 1 ≤ q ≤ d. A piecewise linearization method based on the linearization of nonlinear ordinary differential equations in small intervals, that provides piecewise analytical solutions in each interval and smooth solutions everywhere, is developed for the study of the limit cycles of smooth and non-smooth, conservative and non-conservative, nonlinear oscillators. It is shown that this method provides nonlinear maps for the displacement and velocity which depend on the previous values through the nonlinearity and its partial derivatives with respect to time, displacement and velocity, and yields non-standard finite difference formulae. It is also shown by means of five examples that the piecewise linearization method presented here is more robust and yields more accurate (in terms of displacement, energy and frequency) solutions than the harmonic balance procedure, the method of slowly varying amplitude and phase, and other non-standard finite difference equations.  相似文献

A piecewise linearization method based on the Taylor series expansion of the nonlinearities and forcing with respect to time, displacement and velocity for the study of smooth single degree-of-freedom problems, is presented. The method provides piecewise analytical solutions which are smooth everywhere, is second-order accurate in time and yields explicit finite difference formulae for the displacement and velocity. The method is applied to nine single degree-of-freedom problems and its accuracy is assessed in terms of the displacement, velocity and energy as functions of the time step, and its results are compared with those of piecewise linearization methods that use Taylor series expansion of the forcing and nonlinearities with respect to time. It is shown that, for nonlinear problems with unknown free frequency and damping, the linearization method presented here is more accurate and robust than linearization techniques based on Taylor series expansions with respect to time. For linear problems with oscillatory forcing, linearization methods that employ fourth-order expansions in time are more accurate than the linearization method proposed here provided that the time step is sufficiently small.  相似文献

Hydraulic power transmission is often used in a variety of technical applications. Due to the nonlinear and often non smooth behaviour of some hydraulic components concerning their volume flow characteristics, the development of control strategies for hydraulic systems is challenging. Most developed control strategies base on linearized models, allowing only local operation in the environment of certain operating points. In this contribution, a nonlinear control strategy, based on the feedback linearization technique, allowing a global compensation of the nonlinearities [2], is developed for a minimal hydraulic circuit consisting of a pressure regulation valve, a vane pump and an ideal consumer. This paper deals with a functional state-dependent delayed equation in which the delay is implicitly defined by a threshold condition. The equation originates in a class of age-structured population models in which the passage of individuals through the different stages of their life cycle occurs when some magnitude reaches a threshold value. The work analyses local existence of solutions, global existence of nonnegative solutions and uniqueness for smooth initial data. Some partial results on existence and stability of nonnegative stationary solutions are established through a linearized equation. This linearization is constructed from a differential formulation of the problem which is not equivalent to the original one, and the mathematical analysis is carried out in the setting of the C 0-semigroup theory.  相似文献
